I’d say his time at the Danger Agency would make him a foe more than capable of beating you in both verbal and physical fights. He sleeps well at night, and if you made him scared for himself or his family, he would have said or done something by now. {¤} Out of complete boredom, Don Diego has decided to pull a Victor Frankenstein and revive this drama from the dead.

He's an agent of chaos, what can he say? Plus, it's easier to win fights when enough time has passed for no one to be around to rebut your counter-arguments, no matter how flimsy they are.

"Blah blah blah, Dimauri is a fuddy duddy narc who is incapable of love. Big deal." This feels like an open and shut case to Don Diego. What reason would Dimauri have to agree to such a thing? How does he justify the existence of Adam's 999 siblings and the neglect of all 1000 of his offspring? There's no defense for Deadbeat Dimauri. {¤}

Honestly, losing Dimauri might even be worse than losing Maddie? Not like losing Maddie wouldn't absolutely devastate Adam, but at least he'd have some sort of stability if he still had Dimauri. Maddie might provide emotional stability, but being mortal makes her volatile in a different sense. Becoming even more emotionally dependent on her without knowing for sure that she could become immortal will make her loss even more painful to him.

Plus, I feel like Adam's insecurities would spiral even further downward if he lost Dimauri? Even if he knew his one living parent (that he acknowledges) absolutely adored him, the weight of never gaining Dimauri's approval would crush him and not having him around to dispel his dark thoughts would further warp his view of Dimauri. Maddie would try to apply what she learned from Dimauri, but she's not as cool and collected as him. It wouldn't help that Maddie would be affected by Dimauri's passing. Not enough for her to neglect Adam, but enough for Adam to notice a difference in her. Even more of that stability would be lost. 》

Don Diego is mostly being petty, though he believes he has a point. Sid has no reputation to speak of—millions of people aren't rooting for Sid. Don Diego is all Sid has. Bringing Sid into this at all absolutely disgusts him.

Dimauri, on the other hand, is put on a pedestal. He gets adoring fans and accolades—for what? "Saving the day"? Anyone can do that, proved by Danger Mouse saving the day time and time again despite being an utter buffoon.

Isn't it right to call out people in positions of power? That's what Tumblr is for! What's this bootlicker telling him off for?

Ignoring the fact Diego is a Don.
