i think i wouldn’t hate disco elysium’s collage mode nearly as much if it weren’t for 1) the way that it was marketed in such a tasteless, soulless manner, let alone the fact that it was a last ditch distraction from a dead on its feet studio piloted by dumbass thieving execs and released on the day of the court declaration, and 2) those dumbass fucking stickers

like if it had been included with the base game from the start and had been titled something a bit more tasteful and in-line with how i would have liked the feature to be marketed as— something like “exploration mode”, something that perhaps could only be unlocked after completing the game for the first time, AND didn’t have those stupid as hell visually and tonally incongruent with the artstyle stickers, i would have applauded it as a nice little bonus for being able to study and appreciate the 3d models and environments for reference.

there are so many things that make satan "the odd one" in the family.

like he's the only one in the family is restraining his sinful nature. yes, he could be wrathful every second every minute every hour every day (like back when he first came to this world, he was the real definition of a tickling bomb) like mammon is greedy for all his life or asmo whose live is completely affected by his lust; but satan chose not to, he chose to restain his nature, he chose to learn how to control his emotion and his anger in order to not hurt his family and everyone else. satan could be angry, it's not like his family will abandon him. but he didn't want it. even satan didn't want his life to be controlled by his nature. and he's the only demon by birth in the family.

to become a worthy one. to stand by side his brothers who have live for a longest time and used to be the pride of a world he didn't know about. to be a part of the family because family protect each other and being family somehow means that you want to do something for people you love and make them proud.

satan is the only one who is trying to be a worthy member of his family, without knowing that the moment he appeared they already considered him "brother". he's the odd one in the family, and it's not like his family will abandon him for that.

and later on in the night when you wake up to use the bathroom, you see just how restless he is because of his distance from you. when you return, you sit up beside him, rub at his shoulders and through his hair, frowning when he hikes his shoulders up and shivers, like he’s so cold, even though your fingertips are burning where they skim his bare skin.

“Mind if I koala you?” you ask him, gentle, leaning forward to peck at the lobe of his ear. he grumbles under his breath the whole time, but doesn’t object when you snuggle up behind him. his breath evens out in mere minutes, and the only other time you wake in the night, is when he shifts so that he can hold you in his arms with the faintest hint of a smile on his sleeping face.

hihi ! i’m sososo extremely sorry for bein a bit ia lately!!! i recently celebrated my 21st bday n have been busy with birthday plans and just life in general !!!! but i have a few lil announcements bcus ive received lots of asks n dms recently n have a lot to discuss so i would appreciate if you all took the time to read this 🎀

first of all, i am super iffy about sharing my private life on here and do not appreciate questions regarding my hometown / where i’m from / even asking my ethnicity is a big no because you can nvr be too careful online. i’ve also gotten questions asking about why ive been so busy / not been writing and i hughly dislike them bc they seem intrusive and demanding. i have a life outside of tumblr and will not be sharing private details about myself with people i’m not close to!!!! i love my anons and followers so much n u guys know this but please respect my boundaries.

secondly, i’ve also received asks regarding a situation between an ex mutual of mine and i from a few months back and would greatly appreciate if they stopped!!!!! i wont go into detail about it because i honestly just want to forget about that person and the situation due to the mental distress it caused me and the negative feelings brought up when they / the situation are brought up, so again, please refrain from asking me about it because asks will be deleted and i will block you from sending anonymous asks if this persists.

third of all, i’ve been doing a lot of thinking regarding this and i won’t be taking official requests anymore. i love writing and fulfilling your fantasies n thoughts about idols but i’ve received too many demanding and hateful asks from people when their request is not posted. my asks will always be open for thirsting and suggesting ideas n if i enjoy it i’ll elaborate!!!!! but please do not expect a reply to every single ask sent it, i am only one person :( it breaks my heart to stop taking requests but it’s ultimately the best thing for me and my mental health.

lastly, PLEASE read my rules before sending in your thirsts / ideas / suggestions. time and time again i’ve had to reiterate boundaries and things i won’t write about because people are not taking the time to check my pinned posts and it’s tiring having to see multiple requests for kinks / scenarios i absolutely do not write for. it isn’t hard to check an author’s dni / byf and overall rules before asking something of them!!!!!!!!!!

oh one more thing!!!! i absolutely do NOT write for stray kids. they make me extremely uncomfortable and i don’t even have them listed in my “who i write for” section of my pinned post so, kindly, stop sending asks about them or i will have to block you :(

I have a slightly different opinion about the ‘power dynamic’. I feel like it comes mostly from a lack of respect for self, and too much respect for the external things like fame, money, social circle… which leads to insecurity in the presence of people with those things. If we pare that all back, the feelings and boundaries of someone without all that stuff are just as valid as those of someone with all those. We have to respect ourselves to know we are not better or lesser than anyone, and we have a right to uphold our own boundaries.
