but especially the last two episodes like...

I can understand where Harold is coming from, you really can't play god with something like the machine and its original intention...yet to have it somewhat play god for him to see that someone needs to take care of the other list now the primary admin is gone is...eye opening to say the least. It's nice that he didn't just try and strip it down again, he did what he could from where he could to ensure it was to be safe and kept only to do as intended for the Gov side, and leave the rest to his side

and as much as she's unnerving and somewhat annoying; I get where Root is coming from. Literally, every time The Machine would switch angles and glitch out, as well as the video feed almost bluescreening half the time, I could almost feel it's pain. Maybe that's me with the tism and relating to objects or nonhuman things more than people, but I could really see it being frantic with Reese and Shaw in trying to get them to help it. Hell, it being frantic with Harold and Reese in getting them to help it via making itself a damn number was almost heartbreaking

Made me glad the silly lil man came around and fucking made a virus of a virus and a contingency plan to ensure The Machine was safe...he really does care about it. Deceptively good at hiding it, but he has some compassion for it more than one would for something deemed 'just a machine'

I'm aware of how somethings play because of fanfics and watching it on/off with the folks but I'm still excited to see them pan out...
