Sooo on Reddit (and Tikitok) there this comic/LLB (Look Like Books) called Dysfunctional Perspective and I binge read the whole series and it’s very cool and I think the art style is cute. Basically the comic is Greg is a unreliable narrator and the Heffley family is abusive.

This rigth here is my roman empire. every once a while i will randomly remember this diary of a wimpy kid fan fiction. Thats very existance created so much drama in its community that "anime LLB's" got banned (LLB stands for "look like book" basically fanfiction). The author just dipped 4 years ago and never finished it. pain

i disagree, i think doawk yaoists are some of our truest comrades in that while others may say “how did you look at that and get that?” those who are deep in the trenches understand completely and see the yaoi as a universal truth!

This was drawn as a joke in a way, so I don't plan to develop it in the future. Also, about Earth-25 Greg, he was transferred to Earth-18 just before he jumped off, so his leg is not injured. As for his children, I'll leave it to your imagination whether they are adopted or related. The same is true for the gender of his life partner.

So a while back, I drew Eve, but she was supposed to be a sophomore for an AU:

A while back, I kinda randomly had an idea for an SSEC AU where Eve is a sophomore attending her first year of high school. Most of the ideas I came up with for this hypothetical AU were inspired from Jeff Kinney's Diary of a Wimpy Kid series, but there were also parts that are based on DOaWK LLBs (Look-Like-Books, essentially DOaWK AUs/fanfics drawn in the style of the Wimpy Kid series.)

However, one of the plot points I came up with was based on a legend I heard while riding the school bus while I was little. I don't remember all of the details, but basically some kid had died in one of the school rooms (I think it was either a gym or a bathroom, I don't remember,) and the next day the words "I WILL HAVE MY REVENGE" was written on the mirror in blood. I never believed that story cause I don't believe in ghosts, but it makes a pretty damn cool plot point. So the idea for this SSEC AU has a side plot where Eve hears about a rumor of a freshman who was bullied and [oofed] in a gym bathroom and their ghost(?) wrote "I WILL HAVE MY REVENGE" on the mirror. The bullies saw it when they entered the next day, but mysteriously disappeared. The same thing happened to a teacher who went to check.

So yeah. The AU is essentially: Eve goes through her first year of highschool, and on top of that, Eve, intrigued by the rumor (as mentioned above,) tries to find out the secret behind the Gym Bathroom door...

So, it's SORTA like SSEC x DOaWK. Though I WILL admit that unlike both, I wanna aim for a teenage audience, which means there would be swearing and references to drugs, alcohol, and of course some dark stuff.

Hey, highschool ain't all sunshine and rainbows.

But anyways, that's just an idea. What do you think? (Also it's not canonical to SSEC or any of it's events since it takes place in a universe where there are no humans!)

(Also while Eve and Bow are friends in this AU, for some reason I also wanted them to be a couple. Idk why exactly.)

Wait- ssec aims for a teenage audience too 😂😂😂 or rather a general audience of 13+ (like I doubt 8 year olds will understand or care about the complexities of Brotherhood politics)
