So I somehow managed to step on this fuckin self drilling screw at work earlier and iT WENT THROUGH THE SOLE OF MY SHOE AND STABBED ME IN THE FUKIN FOOT and I have no idea how that happened it was like perpendicular to the bottom of my shoe when I pulled it out but it seems to big to have been just standing straight up on the ground????

been going a little bit insane about this sentence from Ace by Angela Chen for the past week

Neurotypicals in leadership positions drives me bonkers. The whole “never saying what they mean” thing is a PROBLEM when policy is involved and people get repeatedly reprimanded for doing exactly what they said to do.
