Y'know sometimes it's get a little frustrating writing the any of the seven deadly sins or seeing hot takes on their characters cause it always feels like they just was 2D evil flat characters with no depth

While I don't agree with all of Vivs creative decisions i think making the sins more nuanced was a pretty fun idea in retrospect, as it allows them to be more dynamic characters. And the fact they have moral coded however vague allows a lot of room for interpretation

Idk like I get you want the seven deadly sins being deadly and sinful but at a certain extent expecting Ozzie to be constantly horny 24/7, Lucifer to constantly talk about how awesome he is, etc, etc. Feels like they'd either get annoying or boring as characters

Like yeah I get the seven deadly sins as concepts are supposed to just deadass be bad and shallow but I feel like you have to make them a tad bit more complex if you write them as characters

I feel like "dni if you fall under basic dni criteria" isn't a particularly helpful thing to say. If you're trying to establish a boundary, no one you're trying to establish that boundary against is gonna be like "oh no, I fit basic dni criteria, I shouldn't interact with this person." A thing that's obviously bad to you is not going to be obviously bad to the people who fall under the groups you don't wanna interact with. For example, if you're trying to make it clear that your blog is an anti-racist space, and therefore people of racial minorities will be safe while people exhibiting racist behavior will be blocked, you should just say that. Or, like. I suppose now that I don't entirely identify as cis it's a bit more obvious, but I just like to make it clear that none of my online spaces tolerate transphobia so that trans people who happen upon my blogs don't have to scroll anxiously to make sure I'm not an asshole (because I know that feel), so I just say with my whole chest "I don't want transphobes following me." Really, I think a good DNI is created with the understanding that it's most effective when used to signal who your blog is safe for rather than an exhaustive list of people you have beef with. That's why my strictly sfw blogs make my boundaries against nsfw interactions clear in the pinned post. It's simply to signify to those seeking sfw blogs that they've found one. Long DNIs, even if none of the criteria apply to me, often scare me away because they give the impression that the person is someone you've gotta walk on eggshells around to stay in their good graces. If that makes sense. Basically, my approach is, if you feel the need to specify that your blog is safe then you can do that, but you don't gotta announce every single person you've got beef with. And a DNI isn't mandatory, either. The block button is so nice.
