like we knew Syn wasn't having a good time on grounds of being in enemy territory and pretending to be someone they're not quite but uh

Yeah Halliel's got the sinking realisation that her government - that, you know, she works for - is a Piece of Shit and will leave Syn out to dry and there's not much she can do! and she has to cover for Syn's not being there and not know what's going on with them and act like nothing's changed and then get slammed with "here is a dragontouched who really looks like they've killed Syn" and they're part of a diplomatic party and she can't do shit

and then the rest of everything goes tits up

And she doesn't even get to use her sword very much :(

For the record Sigrunn is the Silverbrow Human variant from Dagon Magic, and my GM has made a special ruling that the dragonblood variants share a benefit with the Dragontouched feat where they count as a Sorcerer for purposes of picking up Draconic feats, which opens up some neat options if I feel like she needs to pick up some more tricks

Storyteller Saturday - in your shapeshifter WIP, what are the general rules of shapeshifting? Is it one person per animal or can any person turn into any animal? Are animals even involved or is it more subtle shifting? Can ANYONE be a shapeshifter or only certain members of society?

So Syn is the only shapeshifter we have met thus far and whether that's because they're rare and secretive or because Syn is actually like a little feeler/scout of some eldritch mass that has been in the world since time immemorial is uh. jury's out on that one currently

The general rules as I have them tho are that it's a kind of subtle shifting? Syn for instance is largely humanoid but generally has antlers. Has given themself raccoon masks and rat-hands and dog tails and fluffe ears. disguises themself as a dragontouched for spying purposes.

They can't go full animal, technically but there are ways to offset that. They can't change their eye colour, can't lose/gain mass. I'm shying away from being able to fully mimic someone else's form etc but that may just be a moral thing rather than a technical thing

If there are other shapeshifters then it's a species thing! one thing I haven't really said about the shapeshifter wip (or made clear, w/e) is that there aren't? really "fully human" people - everyone is a li'l animalistic, like Halliel and Jaiel have wings, some of their other friends also have antlers, there are the dragontouched and like

it's a lowkey furry setting mkays but like the human-with-animal-characteristics side of things

or like. everyone is descended from shapeshifters but only a few can still shift. that seems like a fun way to go.

Zelfs als je het de gebruikers vraagt, zul je hun recensies waarschijnlijk goed genoeg vinden om er eentje voor jezelf te gaan kopen. Dan zijn er de Dragon Touch tabletten, met heel veel positieve reviews als je een tablet voor algemeen gebruik wil hebben.

De Dragon Touch Y88X is een 7 "tablet met een 1,3 GHz processor. De opslag in de tablet kan worden uitgebreid tot 32 GB via microSD-kaartslot, samen met het interne geheugen van 8GB. De   Dragon Touch Y88X is een mobiel apparaat dat zeker waar voor uw geld biedt. Met interface en controles is het gemakkelijk te navigeren en uit te voeren, deze tablet biedt een echt goede UI. Het is gemakkelijk om meerdere apps draaien in een keer, zonder enige vertraging. Dus, als je een ​​goede tablet wilt kopen voor uw kind, dan is dit hem.

Can I just gush about my players for a sec?

They’re so, so good! I actually enjoy DMing because they help make it fun for me! They’re also my first group of players to really work with me on their characters and how they fit in the world instead of doing that all away from the table. They also don’t need me to hold their hand and guide them through the world instead of driving the plot forward and being active in the world.

They’re also really supportive of me and my homebrew endeavors. I can just sit there and talk about how awesome things are for me creatively. They also have really good character ideas and stuff that almost instantly spawn new ideas on what to do with those characters within me. A warforged smith with a chest forge? Well Kovaud never mentions warforged anywhere, so now there’s lore and stuff for them in Kovaud! A goblin alchemist who learned alchemy from a journal they found? Well now I have a way for them to learn stuff about the inventions of the world! Dragontouched elf ranger? Someone is using a race I made and allowed me to run short free form session over Discord that explained how they got from their backstory to where the campaign takes place currently!

They’re also totally chill and are equal parts serious and entertaining to work with in the roleplaying department of D&D. I’ve also picked up on what they respond to positively as players. One of them likes loot, another likes lore stuff, the third also likes character development, and they all like combat especially when its done well!
