Dalam Penelitian Ini, Mereka Melakukan 10 Reps Pada 65% dari 1 RM mereka dan melihat konsentris dan eksentrik. Selama Bar Curl EZ dan Barbel Curl, Mereka menemukan bahwa otot bicep brachii dan brachioradilais memiliki aktivasi yang jauh lebih tinggi daripda dumbell curl. Barbel Curl memiliki aktivasi yang sedikit lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan EZ Bar Curl tetapi tidak significant. Secara Keseluruhan Fase konsentris lift memiliki aktivasi yang lebih besar secara umum sedangkan fase eksentrik memiliki aktivasi yang lebih rendah secara keseluruhan. Bar Curl EZ paling efektif untuk mengaktifkan Bicep Brachii dan Brachioradilis. Fase Eksentrik selama EZ Curl dan Barbel Curl, Bicep Brachii memiliki aktivasi yang lebih tinggi daripada Dumbell Curl. I am not a professional bodybuilder. Iโ€™m just an average gym goer. Occasionally I have people asking what I do to build certain body parts. This video shows a few exercises that I do to develop and maintain some muscle.
Depending on my goal, I would do at least three sets of 12 repetitions.ย  During myย โ€œOne Body Part per Weekโ€ some of selected exercises were performed by doing seven sets of 10 or 12 repetitions with 40 seconds rest between each sets. All of myย  โ€œOne Body Part per Weekโ€ videos are already live. I explain all of my workouts in detail along with video exercises. CHECK THEM OUT!

This was a little 2 minutes challenge from " The 100 days challenge" (this was day 15) I had to do what I could in Squat Press reps. and was so hard because I did it at the end of all my workout routine; my shoulders were really on fire and I was completely exhausted!
