I personally see it as an Arthur type skill that would break Eames were he lucky enough to witness it, but similarly Eames had to come into his massive shoulders from some awesome activity along the way... perhaps its a carefully kept secret... who knows? Ok I've been looking for a fic (Arthur/Eames) that I have read many times and was pretty sure I had bookmarked, but I still can't find it.

Anyway, in it Arthur had a twin sister with a couple kids, and a complicated relationship with his family but still a good one, and Eames showed up and maybe they menaced the sisters boyfriend?

I could have mixed several fics, but I'd anyone has an idea of which one I'm thinking of, let me know. In the meantime I'll continue on my Eames/Arthur renaissance

description - Y/n, the daughter of the thief Dominic Cobb and the late Mal Cobb, joined her father on the run. Knowing her fathers innocence, she couldn't bear to be without him, so she gave up on her architecture degree and followed him into the world of dreams. They do jobs together and, even though Cobb worries about the amount of danger he's putting her in, he'd rather her be with him in the dreams rather than on the outside carrying his name like a brand. In the latest job they are given, Cobb searches to find peace and Y/n is confronted with a man who tugs on her heart and infiltrates her dreams.

a/n - welcome to my first multi-chapter fic and it is with a character from the talented Cillian Murphy! I watched Oppenheimer the other day, so I've been rewatching his filmography and I obviously came back to Inception. Inception is hands down my favourite film and I think it was this performance that put Cillian on the map as an actor of tremendous talent!

I was not a dedicated Inception writer for all those years not to give a boost here: If you don't know that Inception as a fandom has some of the best fic in the history of the fanfiction genre, please do yourself a favor and go down the rabbit hole.

(This sounded arrogant, like I'm saying this because I was also an Inception writer, but I don't mean it that way, I mean before I showed up way late to the party, INCEPTION HAD EVERY GREAT FANFIC WRITER PLAYING IN ITS SANDBOX. Never lose the importance of Inception to fandom history.)

(Also not to imply that it's not still going on BECAUSE IT IS AND IT'S STILL INCREDIBLE. But if anyone reading this blog is surprised to learn that Inception has a huge fandom, I just wanted you to know, it goes so many layers down, you'll find yourself in Limbo and never want to leave.)

Some poor freelancer for British GQ had to cobble together a piece ahead of Christopher Nolan's OPPENHEIMER and since all the Barbenheimer jokes have been made, they decided to dream a little bigger (darling) and present to the readership the reachiest of reaches about the homoreoticism of Christopher Nolan films. A stretch worthy of Mister Fantastic, Elongated Man and Plastic Man.

I'm not mad at it. Especially since they, at least, got the #1 and #2 picks correct.

my favourite part about this scene is that there is absolutely no need for arthur to connect eames to the pasiv for him, eames has presumably worked in dream share for years and could probably do it with his eyes closed, meanwhile arthur has let ariadne who has zero experience do it herself so he can kneel over and flirt with his rival/friend/husband/ex
