500 grams Kundru
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp punch phodon
pinch of asafoetida
2 green chilies finely chopped
½ tsp ginger garlic paste
2 onions finely chopped
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp chili powder
¼ tsp garam masala
1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp fennel powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp dried mango powder
2 tbsp green coriander finely chopped
Method of making Kundru vegetable:-
To make Kundru vegetable, first of all, wash the Kundru thoroughly with clean water.
Now the beak has to be cut from both the top and the bottom side of the kundru and four parts have to be divided lengthwise from one kundru.
Now they have to keep one side and take a pan.
Put 1 tbsp oil in a pan and heat it, when the oil becomes hot, add the chopped shallots.
Now let the Kundru fry on medium heat for 6-7 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the rest of your ingredients.
Now take out the Kundru in a plate.
Now pour the remaining oil in the same pan and heat it.
When the oil becomes hot, add cumin, punch boil and asafoetida to the oil and let it crackle.
After this, add finely chopped green chillies, onions and add ginger garlic paste and fry it well.
When the onion turns light golden, reduce the flame completely.
Now add turmeric, chili, coriander and fennel to it and fry the spices till the aroma comes.
Now add the fried kundru to the spices.
Now fry the kundru with spices for 5 minutes. Now add salt to it and stir well.
Now cover the lid and cook on very low flame for 10 minutes.
If you want to make little gravy or lipatma then you can add ½ cup of water.
Now the vegetable has to be kept stirring in between because continuous cooking can cause the vegetable to burn or burn.
Now after 10 minutes, remove the lid of the vegetable and add dry mango powder.
Now the vegetable has to be fried like this for 2 minutes, in the end you have to add finely chopped coriander to it.
Now the flame has to be turned off and the vegetable has to be taken out strictly.
Now your Kundru recipe is ready, you can eat it with roti or dal rice.
Its taste is wonderful to eat, after making this vegetable, it looks like a parbal vegetable.

·         Repeat the same process with the remaining dough balls.

Difference between ready to cook and ready to eat
Nowadays Indian supermarkets are filled with ready to eat items. Packed in attractive wrapper with tags like sugar free,no trans fat, no refined flour, added vitamins and minerals. Famous Indian tea time snacks like samosa and kachori are now available in market in frozen form. The popularity of these frozen food has risen in the last few years, as more and more people are turning to the frozen food isle not only for time-saving meals but also for quick frozen products to enhance meals and snacks.
People who want to stay healthy and eat healthy have mistaken packaged fancy food as healthy food as they are easy to make and are advertised by famous celebs. They often reach for frozen fruit and vegetables to create their smoothies or salad dishes. Ignoring all the instructions written behind the packets the people often consume frozen food directly without cooking.
Ready-to-cook recipes were never meant to be used in their frozen state, but some people are assuming they are ready-to-eat. This has brought change in the whole industry of ready to cook food. It has changed the packaging process, involvement of equipment and ingredients.
The question is: when it comes to determining what foods are ready-to-cook and what is ready-to-eat, what’s the difference?
Ready-to-eat foods does not require any preparation, heating or cooking. For example, farsan, wafers, cheese, butter. They can be consumed as it is. They does not require to be thawed and cooked before use. Can be stored at room temperature, can be carried during traveling.  
Where as ready-to-cook food require preparation, heating or cooking.
You don’t have to worry about getting home expensive exotic ingredients or vegetables and worrying that they may get spoilt or go waste after your meal!
You don’t have to be concerned about preservatives in your food.
You don’t have to spend too much time on prepping or wondering about the exact quantities of spices for marination’s for your meat and veggies because we do it for you!
And most of all where you don’t have to rely on a five star hotel or a restaurant to cook a delicious meal which you can do yourself in just a few minutes by following a handful of simple steps!

Green Chutney Recipe for Chaat recipes Green Chutney Recipe for a Street Side Chaat Recipes are made from coriander leaves and mint leaves along with spices and seasonings. This green chutney is a spicy and tangy chutney recipe which enhances your chaat recipes. This green chutney is very easy to make and serve with chaats like aloo chaat, kachori, radga patties, bhelpuri, sev puri, batata vada, vada pav, veg cutlets, dahi puri, dahi bhalla chaat, etc. View the full recipe at http://bit.ly/chaat-green-chutney Total Time: 15 mins (Prep 15 mins) Course: Side Dish, Snack, Street Food Cuisine: Indian Servings: 1 Bowl Ingredients • 1 Cup Coriander Leaves (Chopped) • ½ Cup Mint Leaves (Chopped) • 4 Cloves of Garlic (Chopped) • 1 Tbsp Ginger (Chopped) • 3 Green Chilli (Chopped) • ½ Tbsp Cumin • 1 Tbsp Peanuts • ½ Tbsp Sugar • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice • Salt as per taste • Water as Required Instructions 1.) Firstly, take a mixer grinder jar and add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilli, garlic, ginger, cumin and salt. Grind in a smooth paste without adding excess water for 2 minutes. 2.) Secondly, add lemon juice and grind it again for ½ minute. 3.) Moreover, add peanuts and sugar in it. Also add water as required for the flowing consistency of chutney. Grind it for 1 minute till smooth consistency. 4.)
