This hearty and tasty soup is based on the classic Reuben sandwich and has been made keto-friendly. With its soft corned beef, sour sauerkraut, and rich cream, this soup is the perfect meal to warm you up.
Ingredients: 1 lb cooked corned beef, diced. 4 cups beef broth. 1 cup sauerkraut, drained. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/2 cup diced onions. 1/4 cup diced celery. 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tbsp butter. 1 tsp caraway seeds. Salt and pepper to taste. Swiss cheese for garnish optional. Chopped fresh parsley for garnish optional.
Instructions: In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced onions, celery, and green bell pepper. Saut until softened. Add minced garlic and caraway seeds, saut for another minute. Stir in diced corned beef and sauerkraut. Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer. Cook for 15 minutes. Stir in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes. Serve hot, garnished with Swiss cheese and chopped parsley if desired.

With the right amount of herbs and spices, this Keto-friendly slow cooker roast chicken is juicy and full of flavor. It's a quick and easy way to enjoy a tasty low-carb meal.
Ingredients: 1 whole roaster chicken about 4-5 lbs. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 teaspoons salt. 1 teaspoon black pepper. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. 1 teaspoon dried rosemary. 1 teaspoon paprika.
Instructions: Rinse the chicken and pat it dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, mix together salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, and paprika. Rub olive oil all over the chicken, then sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over the chicken, rubbing it into the skin. Place the chicken breast side down into the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165F 75C. Carefully remove the chicken from the slow cooker and let it rest for 10 minutes before carving. Serve hot and enjoy!

 Crab Cakes and Feta Cheese Salad A very filling lunch meal that you'll love, especially if you like seafood. The crab cakes are excellently made using flavorful ingredients. Perfect to be combined with lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and olives. Of course, let's not forget the feta cheese which gives an added salty and tangy flavor to the salad. ----------------------------‐------------------ 🍽 Servings: 2 Ingredients: For the Crab Cakes:
100 grams Crab meat
2 Tbsp Almond Flour
¼ tsp Creole seasoning
1 Tbsp Leeks, chopped
2 tsp Parsley, chopped
1 Egg
¼ tsp Coconut Aminos
½ tsp Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
Salt and Pepper
2 Tbsp Olive Oil, for frying
 For the Salad:
50 grams Romaine Lettuce, shredded
½ cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
2 Tbsp Black Olives, sliced
60 grams Feta Cheese, crumbled
2 Tbsp Mayonnaise, to serve Procedure: 1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients of the crab cakes, except for olive oil.
2. Mix it until well combined.
3. Shape into little patties and place on a plate.
4. Heat olive oil in a pan.
5. Carefully add little crab cakes.
6. Slowly flip and cook the other side of the crab cakes. Set aside once cooked.
7. Now, prepare the salad ingredients.
8. Serve the crab cakes with all the salad ingredients and serve with mayonnaise. ➡️ Nutritional Information: Energy - 585.9 kcal

Keto Spaghetti Supreme using @nasoya noodles. 1. Cook ground beef. 2. Add mushrooms, green peppers, onions, black olives, and pepperoni and allow them to cook to how you desire your veggies. Season with Italian seasonings. 3. Prepare the noodles (I rinsed them and microwaved them for 2 minutes) and add to your pan. 4. Top with mozzarella cheese. This is so easy to make and hubby and I really enjoy this dish. Ingredients: Crust * 1/2 cup almond meal * 2 tbsp butter Cheesecake * 8 oz. cream cheese * 1 large egg * 1/2 tsp vanilla extract * 1/2 tsp lemon juice * 1 pinch salt * 1/4 cup sweetener of your choice Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. To make the crust, melt some butter until liquid and mix in your almond meal until you have some that feels like crumbly play dough. 2. Take about a teaspoon at a time and press the dough into the bottom of a muffin tin. Tip: line your pan with cupcake liners for easy removal. Cheesecake is very soft and if hard to scoop out without causing damage! Bake these crusts for about 5 minutes. They’ll come out slightly brown and crispy. 3. Then take your room temperature cream cheese and beat it with an electric hand mixer or standing mixer until creamy. Then add vanilla extract, lemon, an egg and your sugar substitute, erythritol in our case. Beat until all combined. 4. Use an ice cream scooper to fill all the crust-bottomed muffin tin cups evenly almost to the top (the mini cheesecakes will rise while in the oven but will flatten while refrigerating). You can also line each cup with a cupcake liner to make removing the mini cheesecakes easier. 5. Bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes. The mini cheesecakes should be slightly jiggly. Let them cool in the refrigerator for ideally 24 hours. But if you’re strapped for time, try putting them in the freezer for as long as you can. 6. Once the mini cheesecakes are done cooling, slide a knife around the edges of each muffin cup to loosen them up. Then use a fork and your hands to help them out cleanly. As a delicious bonus, slice up some strawberries and arrange them however you like on top of the mini cheesecakes. . .
