This Masala Crockpot Pulled Chicken recipe is a flavorful and Paleo-friendly dish that's perfect for a Whole 30 diet. The chicken is slow-cooked in a fragrant blend of spices and tomatoes, resulting in tender and aromatic pulled chicken. Serve it over cauliflower rice or steamed vegetables for a satisfying and healthy meal.
Ingredients: 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs. 1 onion, finely chopped. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 can 14 ounces diced tomatoes. 2 tablespoons tomato paste. 1 tablespoon garam masala. 1 teaspoon ground cumin. 1 teaspoon ground coriander. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 cup coconut milk. Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish.
Instructions: Place the chicken thighs in the crockpot. In a bowl, mix together the chopped onion, minced garlic, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, garam masala, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, turmeric, salt, and black pepper. Pour this mixture over the chicken in the crockpot. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is tender and easily pulls apart with a fork. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the coconut milk and continue cooking. Once the chicken is fully cooked and tender, use two forks to shred it in the crockpot, mixing it with the flavorful sauce. These Paleo Turkey Patties are a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional burgers. They are made with lean ground turkey and seasoned with aromatic herbs and spices. Perfect for a Paleo-friendly meal!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground turkey. 1/2 onion, finely chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 teaspoon paprika. 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme. 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary. 1 egg, beaten. 2 tablespoons coconut oil, for cooking.
Instructions: Ground turkey, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, dried thyme, and dried rosemary should all be combined in a big bowl. When the mixture is well combined, add the beaten egg and stir. After dividing the mixture into equal parts, form each into a patton. With a skillet over medium-high heat, preheat the coconut oil. The turkey patties should be cooked through and have a nice golden brown crust after about 4-5 minutes of cooking on each side in the skillet. Warm up some Paleo turkey patties and pair them with your preferred Paleo side dishes.

Mango, avocado, and Ahi tuna give these Caribbean-inspired lettuce wraps a burst of fresh flavors, which are accentuated by a zesty lime dressing. It's a tasty, light dish that fits well for a Paleo dinner.
Ingredients: 1 lb Ahi tuna, diced. 1 ripe mango, diced. 1 avocado, diced. 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped. 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped. 1 lime, juiced. 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil. 1 tsp chili powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated.
Instructions: Diced Ahi tuna, mango, avocado, red onion, and cilantro should all be combined in a bowl. Mix the lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a different small bowl. After adding the dressing to the tuna mixture, gently toss to fully incorporate. Spoon the mixture of tuna onto the leaves of butter lettuce. Enjoy and serve right away!

Directions: 1. Place all ingredients into a food processor on high for 45 seconds-60 seconds or until. ingredients are almost smooth and start to form a ball. 3. Separate mixture into 14 evenly sized balls. 4. Sprinkle with more cinnamon. 5. Store in an airtight container.
