you hated aeri uchinaga.

it’s not that she ever specifically did anything to you, because she didn’t.

you hated the way she would tuck her hair behind her ear before leaning down to talk to you, or the swarm of people that followed behind her as she told you to finish her work for her.

you hated everything about her, you hated her perfect smile, one that she loved to perceive. maybe it just hadn’t dawned on you yet, but you liked aeri uchinaga.

like really liked her, you often find yourself analysing her, sure it sounds odd but you did it to multiple people. you found yourself smiling at how she would slightly bite her lip each time she was stuck on a question, even if she forced you to finish it majority of the time.

you hated the way she would slightly wrap her arm around ning yizuho’s waist, even if you don't truly understand why. “y/n? are you even listening?” minjeong said, if you had told her you were thinking about aeri she would probably go into cardiac arrest.

minjeong hated aeri, it wasn’t the type of hate where you could walk it off, no. she would probably plan every way to ruin her life, if she could. “hm? yeah, sorry.” you muttered, trying to focus on whatever she was trying to have you do.

minjeong seemed to brush it off, you never really tried to talk to minjeong about your unknown feelings towards aeri, because if you were being honest she was your only friend.

as you went to rewrite something, a swarm of people walked into the room. another thing you hate about aeri was that everyone treated her like a queen, I mean it's just highschool seriously?

you watched as the girl you claimed to hate waved towards you, out of the corner of your eye you could see minjeong clenching her jaw.

“y/nnie! have you finished my bio homework? it was due today..” she said trailing off fake pouting, another thing you hated. “yea, it’s done giselle.” aeri hated it when people called her by her real name, deeming that giselle was the only name that people were allowed to address her by, as if she was someone high and mighty.

she hummed in acknowledgment, taking the paper from your hands. she looked between you and minjeong, subtly eyeing her up and down. “ah, I guess I’ll see you later y/n-ah!” she said, not before winking at you. you hated her, and her stupid ways of being able to make you flustered so easily. she knew it too, she giggled as she waved while walking away.

now, minjeong wasn’t like you. she actually talked to people and went to parties, unlike you who stayed home and preferred to only talk to her.

so when she burst into your room demanding you go to a party with her it left you confused, but of course you wouldn’t say no to her out of fear she may never talk to you again. although you knew she wasn’t like that. “this is so exciting! okay stay right there I’ll go get you something!” she said, practically stumbling over her feet.

she ended up dressing you up in an all too tight black dress, with some accessories you didn’t quite know the names of. of course, minjeong picked you up with her best friend karina which also included her boyfriend.

you waved politely as you got into the car, you didn’t hate the guy honestly. in fact, at one point he ended up being your tutor when you got an insane amount of workload from aeri, which resulted in you almost failing a class. “aeri’s been on my ass about this damn party, can you believe her minjeong?” karina said, throwing her head back in agony, your heart dropped.

aeri was going to be there? who were you kidding? aeri was at practically every highschool party, no offence but if you couldn’t find aeri just go to the nearest party and she would probably be there dancing on yizuho.

another thing you hated, she was always touching ning yizuho, you were never able to shake the weird endless pit in your stomach whenever you saw aeri wrap her arms around ning, or trailing her hands up a little too high— “y/n? we’re here.” karina’s boyfriend said, tapping on you lightly, shaking you out of your thoughts.

you thanked him before stepping out of the car, if you’re being honest you never knew how you became friends with minjeong and not karina. minjeong and karina have been attached to the hip since middle school— or so you heard.

karina wasn’t a bad person, far from it actually. it was just her scary aura that levitated people the other way, although whenever you were with her and minjeong she never seemed scary.

when you entered the house the smell of alcohol invaded your senses, it reeked in there. you didn’t mind the smell of it, you grew up in a more secluded area where a lot of people reeked of alcohol and drugs so it didn’t phase you as much.

somehow as you went from the door to the living room, minjeong disappeared. as you made a mental note to ask her about it later you saw aeri. she was in a tight black dress similar to the one you wore but it had a leg split. your stomach churned as you saw her with her hands all over ning’s, swaying to the song. as you went to turn away your eyes locked.

you froze as you watched her eyes widen ever so slightly, deeming you’ve seen enough you turned away walking through the crowds of people.

you found yourself frantically searching for minjeong’s contact with shaky hands. you pressed it, it rang out, one, you prayed she would answer. two, nothing. three, you started getting worried at this point. four— and suddenly you’re being tugged into a dark room.

you screeched as the person put their hand around your mouth, turning on the lights with their free hand. once the lights were on and they let you go, you dreaded turning around. you already knew who it was, but you had still prayed it was minjeong— or maybe even karina.

“why are you here y/n..?” aeri asked as you turned around to face her, you didn’t directly look her in her eye.

it’s times like these where you notice the difference in height between you and her, she was only a few inches taller than you but in this scenario it made her seem so much taller than you.

you found yourself flushing under her intense stare, fumbling over your own words. what had gotten into you? suddenly the room felt hotter than it did a moment ago. “minjeong asked me to come and I—” you paused, unsure why you were explaining yourself to her in general.

sensing that you weren’t going to finish, she sighed. “you know you didn’t have to come if you didn’t want to, right? you can say no to her y/n.” this had shocked you, in a way she made it seem like she was being somewhat protective.

aeri could always read you like an open book, it made you feel like your whole story was something she was reading just for fun. “do you want to leave?” you froze, more than you already were.

everything in you was screaming not too and that minjeong was gonna be upset at you for leaving without telling her, but how could you deny the gorgeous girl who tilted her head slightly smiling at you? the party was too loud anyway.

you nodded, still avoiding eye contact. she smiled before tugging you out of the room and towards the exit— “where the hell is giselle!” you stopped abruptly, remembering that this wasn’t some crazy dream.

aeri looked back at you with an arched brow, tucking her hair behind her ear and leaning down to eye level so that she could hear you better. “you can’t leave, ning yizuho is waiting for you! you shouldn’t leave your.. girlfriend.” you mutter quietly, the word girlfriend coming out in a more condescending tone than u intended.

aeri furrowed her brows at you before laughing, she continued to tug you outside of the house. this confused you beyond belief, were you gonna get jumped by ning yizuho tomorrow? what if she decides to follow you home or—

“did you— did you really think ningning was my girlfriend?” she said breathlessly throughout her laughter. her laugh, she rarely laughed. you loved her laugh.

“well you’re always— I mean! you’re always you know.. all over her and—! why am I explaining this to you!” you said getting slightly frustrated at her laughing at your feelings, she noticed this quickly and tried to stop laughing.

she took ahold of your free hand and pulled you closer to her so that she could lean down. “I only like you, not ningning.” how could you be upset at the nickname she had given ‘ningning’ when you had aeri fucking uchinaga whispering in your ear that she liked you— more importantly she liked you?

the words hadn’t exactly registered in your head as she pulled away, you stared at her dumbly. “wait— you like me? like, like, like?” she giggled, nodding her head. how could this possibly be the same aeri uchinaga that you hated? no, you must’ve been dreaming.

she looked between you and the all too expensive car that was parked outside of the house, she looked at you once again.

leaning down and pecking your lips before dragging you off towards her car, how could you possibly hate her when her lips are so soft? you reminded yourself to add soft lips to another reason why you hated her.

Okay lets analyse this one for realsies. Im gonna go through each character in this tweet and go through reasons why i think they either would or would not be crying first, then im gonna put them in order of who survives the roast sesh.... join me on this wonderous journey.

Let's start with Atsumu.... where to even fucking begin. sorry to the Atsumu haters but i truly believe he would not be crying first. First of all he has known Osamu since he was born and while Osamu is the "nice twin" the bar is truly in hell and that motherfucker is mean to one person and one person only and that person is his twin brother Atsumu. This mfer has been conditioned since birth to roast and be roasted. Not only that but this guy was CANONICALLY hated by everyone in his middle school, and his only reaction to that information was "So?" HE DOES NOT CARREEEE. And, I will say, while the other characters shown here are bitchy, they usually target people in petty ways that make fun of their skills (with the exception of Daisho who would probs call Atsumu a single loser but he'd likely just get annoyed by that not cry) and Atsumu knows that his skills are too good for anything they say to hold weight., He has the ego the size of the fucking gym. he's fine.

TSUKISHIMA on the other hand.... dare i say it not the strongest contender ... I dont think FIRST. but this guy is wayyyy more sensitive to criticism than people generally give him credit for. LIKE YES BEFORE YOU JUMP DOWN MY THROAT, he absolutely has the whole "keep booing me it only makes me stronger" thing going on in the Inarizaki game BUT YOU FORGET SO QUICKLY how absolutely insecure this guy is. until yamaguchi kicked his ass into gear in the training camp, he was of the impression that trying to get better at something he enjoyed was fruitless because there was always going to be someone better than him. Someone insightful like Oikawa or Atsumu would def be able to pick up on that insecurity and target him for it. I think his strongest talent is of course provoking people so much that they cant see how much they're affecting him, so he gets a lot of points for pettiness that would keep him from crying first because theres no way he's gonna LOSEEEE to someone like Daisho or Oikawa. BONUS POINTS on his behalf though is he was the only one on the team at the end of season one who WASNT CRYING about their loss. And i think the only one on karasuno who we havent seen cry (as far as i can remember).

Now listen.... fanon Oikawa is for sure crying first because for some bizzare reason people characterise him as a pushover twink. Canon Oikawa told USHIJIMA to remember his worthless pride so he could crush him in the future. like... he's kind of taking names a little. i'll allow him a small slay for his efforts of being a bitch to Ushijima. Oikawa is SMARTTTT and has a lot of emotional intelligence, so can for sure target people's insecurities with pinpoint accuracy. He doesnt get SUPER easily riled up when he's "in the zone" and only lashes out when he's backed into a corner. he hangs out with what is probably a team of people scientifically designed in a lab to HUMBLE HIM DAILY, so he has built up somewhat immunity to being insulted and targeted for bully behaviour. LOSES TREMENDOUS AMOUNTS OF POINTS for being kind of a sore loser and someone who FOR SURE cries when angry or frustrated.

Daisho.... why is he even here (sorry to those who love him). Listen... this guy is petty, and he lowkey cheats, and he takes immense joy in riling people up for shits and gigs... BUT WHYYY IS HE HERE LMAOOOO. to be honest, i dont think he would cry first purely for the fact that he doesnt know these other guys well enough to really gaf about what theyre saying to him. on the other hand, that makes him kind of an easy target because he's so irrelevant to these other guys lives that they could probably make him feel like shit for that reason only. he gets bonus points for being the only one in a canonical relationship (oikawas girlfriend we never meet that he broke up with doesnt count, in fact it loses him points).

WITH ALL THAT BEING SAID. the final order i think is, Oikawa goes out crying first, not because he's upset but because he got sooo fucking mad at Atsumu's unbothered behaviour he had to leave and he was angry crying while doing it. Daisho is next because Tsukishima said some shit like "bro who even are you lmaooo irrelevant ass" and he remembered he sucks at volleyball and got upset, he's okay tho bc his gf is there to comfort him. Atsumu cries next but not because of anything Tsukishima says, he just gets so fucking bored of Tsukishima not giving him interesting reactions to his jabs that he starts doing weird shit like standing on his head and he ends up hurting himself and crying because he is a big baby. Tsukishima is the last one standing .

That is of course assuming that Oikawa doesnt kill them all first with his Super Triple Homo Spin Serve that killed all of Karasuno. People forget so quickly that he is the most diabolical anime villain of all time...

PheeTech thoughts featuring the rest of Tech's family.

Wrecker is a major PheeTech shipper- whenever he sees them together he's giving them that exaggerated wink and thumbs up. He always makes an excuse to leave them alone. Even when he set up the situation he's like "Oh I have to..... I have to walk the ship..... I have to oil Batcher............ okay bYE" and while Tech and Phee don't mind... they like laughing at the excuses as they get more and more insane. But Phee and Wrecker love each other very much. They're chaos incarnate. Please separate.

Crosshair was an unintentional hater until he and Phee actually met. He didn't like the stories (and he had expectations... being told she's a pirate and all) so when Phee met him and was like "oh!!!! You're that Imperial LOSER who tried to murder Brown Eyes!!!!!! Fun :D" He's taken aback. But then again he isn't. Because of course his snarky brother would love a snarky woman. Especially one as brash and thrill-seeking as Phee. Crosshair became a PheeTech lover after the events of s3 (where it all ends happily ever after. of course.) And Phee's seen worrying about Tech (either recovering from the fall or recovering mentally from being CX/being under Hemlock, whichever you prefer). Her being that concerned really sold it for him.... she's okay in his books. Don't tell her. She won't leave him alone then.

Hunter appreciated Phee much more after Tech fell. At first, he was greatful for her opening Pabu up to them and all, but they didn't speak much unless there was a third party (Tech) around to give him a reason to. No bad blood or anything- they just didn't talk. After Tech, though? He learned how much they really loved each other, and through shared grief???? Hunter and Phee became besties. They shared stories from Tech's infamous yapping sprees that spilled some of his serious secrets- secrets you wouldn't know unless you really listened. Which they did :')

OBVIOUSLY Tech and Phee love each other. They kiss and hold hands. Duh. But Tech seeing how close she's gotten with the most important people in his life?? The people whose opinions he holds most dear and near to him???? Seeing her love and appreciate the people he lives by just as he does????????? Ough. Tech's falling so hard he doesn't even know it.

people really really REALLY like to misconstrue ritsu, a 13-year-old boy dealing with as many issues as the rest of the cast, as some kind of jerk who hates everyone and is overprotective of mob which is really weird because that's like... not true to his character? at all?

i mean i know where this fanon comes from it's pretty obvious imo that people took 1. the big cleanup arc 2. his prickliness around reigen and made it so those two parts of his character became his entire personality - some grumpy brat who hates everyone who isn't mob. however i feel like a key point in his character is that he's actually... really passive? and constantly fretting over what other people, especially his brother, are thinking and feeling? in other words, instead of being overprotective, it's more so that he's afraid and takes precautions?

he behaved questionably during the big cleanup arc yes, but people seem to have taken his behavior then to be his Real Personality instead of him simply... lashing out because he was sick and tired of cowering away? he had spent years acting like the Perfect Golden Child and didn't feel like he could just be himself, and it caused him to break eventually. he even felt genuine remorse for his actions by the end, come on now. and don't even get me started on how ritsu haters will forever hold this arc over his head as if literally every other character hasn't had their own villain phase. i'm really baffled at how he's the one people like to single out as a mean bitch

and god all i'm saying about the reigen thing is that some certain people need to realize that woobifying a grown man for getting bullied (allegedly) by a kid less than half his age is like. weird. objectively speaking it's weird. reigen in canon literally does not care

Things are gonna get real deep now my love. I could say: haters are losers - and as a winner, I'm busy in a capacity they couldn't even fathom. So I simply do not have enough time in a day to give losers a thought. I could also say: haters are unhappy people with a tragic lives. It sounds like a cliché. But think about it, if you are a well-balanced individual, happy, safe, calm, collected, with a decently put together life and a clearly constructed short-term and long-term purpose/meaning... you won't be going around doing any hating. You simply won't. It's not even in the frame of your consciousness; you won't even be able to access the mere idea of hating on others as a possible task/behaviour to engage yourself with. Which means that a hater must live at the very opposite realm of that. And that must be awful. I genuinly feel sorry for people in this amount of distress - but simultaneously, I have zero empathy for their destructive ways of coping with it. I could also say: diet discipline. The same way your body will evolve and take shape based on what you feed it and what activities you choose to engage it in - your mind will do the same. Feed it with mush and you're gonna turn your mind into mush. I could also say: priorities. 1 minute spent on a hater is 1 less minute spent on a lover. Time is finite. It's your most valuable asset and you get to spend it however you want! With 2 big caveats; you can't take it back and you can't make more of it. With that knowledge at the immediate forefront of your mind, it becomes very obvious why you shouldn't engage with hate. Also, if you'd actually make a list of things that are more important to deal with than your haters, you'd end up with an infinitely long list. Really, clearing the filter of your washing machine is probably 80.000x more important than replying to a mean comment. The few times I actively do choose to engage with a hateful comment, it is to educate people in the "surroundings" by pointing out why this is either; a problematic way to conduct yourself, a failure in logics/reasoning or a generally poor behaviour you should strive to avoid for yourself. Bc I feel it is of value and importance to do our best to mitigate "up and coming" abusers and help steer potential trainwrecks back on track. I could say all of these things. Or I could simply just say idgaf. And all of them would be true.

so chick hicks has major daddy issues, plain and simple. because of his dad, he tied his self-worth to being a "winner". because of his dad, he made himself not care about anyone else but himself. because of his dad, everyone else was either a "loser" or someone standing in the way of victory

chick is arrogant, overly so. because of this, hes lonely. hes unbelievably lonely. do you think his crew chose to wear those matching mustaches? who would willingly hang out with the dirty, cheating, crash-causing, second-placing chick?

he surrounds himself with mirrors. with people that tell him what he wants to hear, and laugh at his stupid jokes, and just so happen to be on his payroll. but if you strip away all the sponsor money, the insults and jabs, the angry & arrogant exterior, youre left with a sad and disappointing middle-aged man that was never truly a "winner". a man that no one wants to love or even be associated with

i dont have access to a copy of storm chasing (damn ittttt) so i'll just be going off the wiki and the movie

jackson storm didnt even want to be a racer. he was completely fine with being an e-sports player. but he was extorted by a guy that ended up firing him anyways so here we are

because of that, jackson has the world's weirdest form of imposter syndrome. he doesnt belong here. hes the best racer there is. he shouldve been racing since he was a child. he hates being a racer. he wouldnt trade it for the world. he wishes he could be just a gamer again. etc etc

he never really compliments himself, though. he needs to tear someone else down to lift himself up. he needs someone thats "worse" than him before he can boast about how great he is. deep down, he doesnt like being a racer, and he feels that the racing world doesnt deserve him

he also never lets himself feel. hes always distant and his emotions are always disconnected from the present. this started out as a way to avoid having angry outbursts but now he feels shallow. his losses arent painful but his wins arent rewarding. meeting a fan feels the same as meeting a hater. everything just feels.... insincere

so yea 👍 thats my brainrot on them as individuals, the father-son dynamic brainrot will come soon

İ really loved this one like the last one like, oh my god! İt really made me think about Teru's words and the way he would be if he was really reckless with his love

İ loved how Teru basically confessed, how Akane knew exactly how Teru's love was(to an extent) and the overall pacing..

My favourite was def the mirrorings of demon Teru and real Teru, Akane really knows Teru well and knows about how he acts and what he may do. İts really interesting to think about how much Akane knows about him and his selfish tendencies time to time..

To be honest his idea of Teru as a husband changing in the same day is so nice to me as well, Teru's love can be so gentle and sweet if you're in conditions that allow it and i love how Akane realizes that and almost immediately changes his perspective, maybe if Teru was cursed again, he won't think of him as an evil cruel demon

And the 'they have been there for two years' i can go on for HOURS. How Akane doesn't trust it in the slightest once Teru says it, but the more Teru gives those hints, the more Teru explains his behaviour, he believes more and more. At first it was a simple 'no, its the potion' but the more Teru gives those details he never noticed, the more he realizes and even asks Teru personally (of course once Aoi is mentioned, all those details go poof ugh i love my loser boy)

And honestly, Teru saying out all the things he thought inside him outloud to Akane himself really makes me soft inside.. he really was good at working on his words, even to the last scene, he is good with his words and he is good with his movements, he can make Akane believe he hates him in less than a week!

I really also loved your way of portraying Teru's love and how he shows it, it's so pin point to how i imagine it would be. He can be sweet and caring but he can also be forceful and selfish if he can't get what he wants, a detail i always loved about Teru..

And honestly? How sweet Teru is and Akane finally picking up on the hints and the way his strong hatered(?) Gets blocked by the feelings he kept inside and never wanted to let out takes over him a little, his image of Teru changes and hate becomes too strong of a word

İ also enjoy how Akane projects his own way of loving onto Teru, when he thinks of Teru being inlove he immediately thinks of a public confession, a proposal and not whatever he lived, it's such a nice thing i enjoyed im not sure why..

But im still not over the demon Teru and real Teru mirrorings... Maybe Teru won't be as cruel and forceful as a scary demon would be but Akane really was on point for certain aspects... And then it changed once he feels Teru's sweeter side, it makes me think he tries to never misjudge Teru, even in the worst of situations... (🌈) (Sorry i just loved it a lot... Reminds me of the little 'his Akane' in the other fic... A made up persona of Teru in Akane's mind ..)

Overall... Really nice fic... İ love them so much .. i love these silly losers i hope they die /affectionate (sorry if some parts sound off, i tried my hardest to get everything in)

Trying to do a pacing I was satisfied with was a bit tricky since Teru isn’t nearly as open about his feelings as Akane, and since it wasn’t in his pov every word was harder to pick, but the way Akane view changes was my favorite part to write! I’m happy you liked how it all turned out :D

Yes!! Akane’s demoniac mental image and the way Teru ‘trap’ him in a princess carry by the end were written back to back, on the same day.

Exactly!Akane doesn’t go out of his way to demonize Teru, he just doesn’t have all the pieces, and the ones he is given is... less flaterring yguuygy he is basically being bullied is hard not to have a negative view of it T-T And Akane projecting his own way of loving is a touch I am still very happy about, he can be self centered in such a casual way is wonderful but e is a perceptive boy! (except when aoi is around, what a loser boy indeed~)

actually in my one kenstewy fic the flashbacks of kenstewy during their early years i included are canon events to me HDKKD

so: kendall read out loud for stewy, kendall slept over at stewy’s home without telling anyone, kendall punched a guy once for stewy, and kendall definitely liked the fact that his dad likes stewy more than that awful green feeling. they definitely had a really rough patch when kendall was starting recovery.

some other hcs that sit in my brain:

i think both stewy and kendall are functional addicts but kendall has too many destructive mental illnesses and behavior that send him spiraling and to over do it

stewy used to drag kendall to his family weddings since buckley, its like their own tradition whenever there is a wedding stewy already texting kendall and kendall is like “guys 🙄🙄 i have to go this wedding” roman: “do u even know the people” “no but i just cant not go” also they were definitely kicked out weddings before

stewy’s parents looove kendall but sometimes they are haters ❤️ just like stewy and stewy always tells them aaall the gossip and they are not afraid to scold kendall as if he was their own child

kendall always gets so overwhelmed going over to stewy's family, they are soo nice?? kendall would feel sad if he had disappointed them more than he would if he disappointed stewy hELP

stewy in canon is an double texter but sometimes kendall when he is extra unhinged would also just spam stewy with text messages and audio message. its a sign for stewy that kendall is shooting for the stars the 1004th time. if stewy is in the mood he will listen to them but only reply with a thumbs up or down (mostly down) or a "duuuude" and the phone number of a therapist

during these episodes, mature and full of sense and logic stewy would try to avoid kendall, but if he can't for whatever reasons they end up fucking...well kendall ends up fucking stewy hard wherever they are. getting his brains fucked by an unhinged kendall are never stewy's proudest moments but unhinged (loser) dick is really good???
