So just for the record as of November 21st 2023 my discord has been (hopefully temporarily) hacked. Anyone who asks you to play a game isn’t me. I have a new discord (hopefully temporary) up which is Annastolfo if you want to talk and have me added already.

I sent in a support ticket to discord and am hoping to get my account back, and am running a very long and annoying full scan of my pc and attempting to scrub the keylogger or whatever it was from my computer, and I didn’t have a whole ton of people from tumblr on my discord anyways, but I’ll queue this a bunch anyways.

It's the flag for gay men (the most popularized one that isn't just the generic lgbt flag for the whole community)

And the gay flag does have it's own meanings for the stripes (as other lgbt flags have) such as the white stripe being for gnc and trans men. People are going to complain about everything but it's also the most popularized one for a reason. Yeah it matches the lesbian flag but so do the mlm and wlw flags. Not to mention people also complain about every lesbian flag there is but everyone still uses the original (without the lipstick mark). And I've said this before but one of the reasons I like this flag is /because/ it matches the lesbian flag. Gay men and lesbians have a lot of similar issues and struggles but we are still different.

Basically just use whatever flag makes you feel seen and connected to the community because people are going to complain about every new or new-ish flag and even old ones for that matter.

Ok but the childhood friend AU has potential for improving Chloe's character. She isn't as mean as before because Adrien might not talk to her if she was mean to Marinette and over the years she actually comes to consider her a friend. Even if they do bicker a lot, Chole is ready to stand up for Marinette because that's her friend even if she doesn't say it most of the time. (I like the idea of redeemed Chloe but I also want to feel like she deserved it which I am not getting from the show)

I can see your point anon, but I think the opposite.

I think her animosity towards Marinette would grow.

Being ‘Childhood friends’ would make Chloé realize how much more Marinette has that she does not.

Chloé would ‘Act nice’ when Adrien was around, but she would be meaner or sneaky about her meanness.

So when Adrien did join the school, Chloé was definetly not happy, because he is gonna be all over Marinette and she would have to hide her meanness.

Marinette probably wouldn’t tell Adrien about chloé’s meanness, (unless it goes to far, Marinette is the type to try and handle things herself)

So instead of redemption, I argue total and complete villain transformation

Me waking up to a “dude. poc can be racist too.” Message this morning really ruined my day, especially sending this to me after what’s been happening around the world.
