What if..?

what if I really took you serious; what if you didn’t have to prove yourself? would it be appreciated at the end of the period; could it still count as something done in good health? I ask the questions the hang in the air; to keep people from acting like those questions aren't there. looking you right in the eyes, deeper than a stare. making sure that what I do and say is understood; no need for miscommunication, if I explained the cause the way I should.... randomly bringing up the what if’s because these questions do still matter; coincidences exist to say that they don’t, that’s far from a theory given from mad hatter..

I realized there was much to explore// Leading to myself into a legacy; Instead running from what was for me// I walked right in, and it was an audience; Waiting for my poised accordance// My value though, could never be afforded; In that room are opportunities, blessings// It's up to you if you decide to collect them, or make them into lessons// Short stories are kind of like that, messing up can be quick// Though, cleaning it up can make a story 1000 pages thick... Still can't make sense of it ..// Open it up and walk through that door; It could be so much that you can adore.!

Home

Home is not what it use to be; all happiness it use to bring. Distracted now by things of technology; who pays attention anymore to human beings.? Where the dinner table was our social media; to talk about our the things we learned amongst peers, just thinking of it brings joyous tears. Coming from a long way; not understanding these days, home is now a bunked place. For slumber and bathroom breaks; no more family rooms and enjoying commercial breaks. One day I do have faith; one day soon this may change, home is not right now, but one day home will again make a town ...

City

My city wakes like rush hour, cars are being warmed up while people take their showers; bright lights and train engines alarm horns and signal, in my mind how does all the chaos seem, to use so simple... The randomness in the weather; it doesn't know if it want to snow or shower - it doesn't matter. Work and school is in session, adults are getting paychecks, and kids are learning lessons... The beginning of the day seems long, until the nine to five is over and gone; traffic and bus stops; everyone wants their home, so they can sleep after they've eaten a home cooked meal and not any fast-food slop... My city is wakes like it is alive; and rests easily after the day has been survived...
