Easier said than done, but personally becoming easier for me every single second of every day. Very painful elimination at first due to its ongoing non stop growth. Keep in mind no one should be exempt. In fact family, lovers, and friends should be first based on the value those titles hold in life. The more negativity you cut the higher you will vibrate. It’s a crutch and drug to surround yourself with people and situations that does not have your best interest or influence💆🏾‍♀️. It’s so ineffective because you have common cliches like “birds of a feather flock together” “don’t be the sheep amongst wolves” “you are the average of the five people you spend most of your time around”.
Yet and still we as human beings live in a world today where we see the ones who drag us and others down. Instead of standing alone and detaching from the life vampire. We turn a blind eye, make excuses, or the worst in my opinion settling without even realizing it.
