EXXY BOI!

He looks so tired with his plants. As you can tell, Exriel is a grass type trainer. I also imagine him breeding a lot. So, Sunflora is obvious, Pokétale Flowey is a Sunflora plus just looks like Flowey. Roserade, Exriel's favorite flower is actually a yellow rose, buttercups leave a bad taste in his mouth. Parasect and Shiinotic are both mushrooms, which while Exxy prefers actual plants over fungi, he also likes fungi. He vibes with mushrooms. Also side note, Parasect's canon height is like, 3 feet? 3'3", as tall as Shiinotic, which seems just, wrong. So Exxy gets a big Parasect. Rideable mushroom. Gourgeist is a pumpkin, I gave him the Large sized variant, because you know your boi would grow the biggest pumpkin. Then Sudowoodo, not an actual plant, but the gimmick of Sudowoodo is he looks like a plant and pretends to be one.

As for names? Only really have the idea of the Sudowoodo being named Ridley, so open to suggestions for the other Pokémon.

I meant to post these feckin AGES ago, like when I designed my mafia bois originally- now its been forever and I've been redesigning them because I wasn't super content to begin with and now I have a more concrete idea for my swap verses Also the swap goat concept with the petal designs in the hair and ears is just shamelessly stolen from Undertale-ish Exriel who I was coloring at the time, so if you like that check that blog out- I color most of it nowadays

These are their heights up against their respective skeletons, for literally everyone but the swap flower form the gals are taller than sans and shorter than papyrus, and the swap verse flower gals can change their form anyway, regular swap just likes being tiny- easier to break kneecaps

asriels, one flowey/azzy emotional mess that has been made into exriel

And a post-apocalyptic asriel who has vine arms and the ability to heal like wolverine

Exriel.

Her brothers should learn not mock her, she thinks, as she pushes herself farther into the trenches, her sword clutched too tightly in her left hand. There is already too much sibling rivalry in this War, they need not add to it.

The trenches are a safe haven from the battles. Among the grime and blood, she hides, clothes stained, face covered carefully to blend in with her surroundings. She pauses, tries to breathe. It's harder than she remembers, and she chokes on memories she feels she shouldn't have.

Only moment ago, she'd strike down an angel. She recognised him, with his starlight eyes and minuscule frown. He'd tossed her a blade earlier on that week, when she'd lost hers. She hadn't realised he was on the opposing side.

Or maybe she was starting to lose track of which side was which.

They tell her, while she rests in the infirmary, bandages wrapped too tightly around a spot on her wing she could no longer feel, they tell her she was meant to be a messenger.

What messages are there to send beside those of battle, she asks, and from the corner of her eye she sees the archangels pause in their discussion. Gabriel, who she recognises for his colours, gold and white, looks over at her.

What's your name, soldier? he asks, and she hates herself for blushing.

Exriel, she says. My name is Exriel, sir.

Gabriel frowns at her for a moment longer, then nods, and turns back to his discussion with Raphael.

Her wings are the same muddy brown as the ground that she fights on, she notices, and wonders how she could've been built for anything but this.

They tell her there was a time when War wasn't rampart it heaven, when there home was a peaceful place. They tell her the messengers travelled, saw the most gorgeous of sights, saw colour and life. They tell her she would have been so lucky.

She can't picture anything beyond grey and dull brown, flashes of fire and following it, ash. She can't picture anything but this.

How long in universe was it since flowey and asriel where separated

While exriel mentally is a lot older and has memories that go a lot further down

I would consider that the day exriel was technically born

Asriel was flowey even if exriel has the memory’s

So by this logic, How old is exriel?

I think like a year? Gimme a sec...

So, they separated in like, August of 2016, so they've been separate for like... 2 years in comic.

September 5th, 2017 is when Flowey became Exriel. Under a year as of the time of the comic. Exriel's birthday however, is considered as the day Flowey came into existence. Which was September 12th, 2005. Making him the same age he claims he is/as Asriel, just about half a year younger.

Now I'm currently thinking about what the DF kids are up to during The Puppet and The Real Boy. Most of this won't be really relevant for a while buuuuuuut, just thought I'd put it here.

Got a bit long so it's under the cut. Interested in hearing more about where the Undertale/Deltarune cast has ended up by the time of TP&tRB? Shoot me an ask!

Starting with Asriel because he will end up being relevant the soonest. It was mentioned back in Chapter 5 that Asriel recently graduated film school. This is because Asriel decided to go into the film industry. He currently has a mid level script editing/writing job at Mettaton's Studio and has been waiting for his chance to possibly direct something bigger than some random commercials or short films. Out of all the gang, he lives the closest to Chicago as Azzie has an apartment in Meta City (A city that's not that long a drive from Ebbot and Hometown and where Chicago lives.)

As for Exxy? Goat cat plant boy still lives in Ebbot and helps Asgore out with his flower shop. Exriel dropped out of college a few years ago, giving up his degree in botanical engineering or something as he found college just wasn't for him. He's been trying to make it up by working on an online degree at his own pace. For now though, he regularly visits Asgore and Goat Dad's 3 adopted boys. Rupert, Wilbur and Yule. Exriel lives in a small starter home with his partner, an human named Emily, and his 4 year old kid, Elyxiem, aka Elli.

Chara ended up moving to Hometown with her partner, a human named Sara to open up a bakery like Sara's dads' had in Ebbot. Chara also runs a gym/work out studio and teaches self defense classes. Susie has been one of Chara's regulars, using the gym as a place to train up or pent out her anger. Chara and Sara live in the house that, in normal Deltarune is Toriel's house. However in Ish, I'm still working out stuff with that. I'm thinking maybe for a short while the DFs lived there around when the older kids went to college? Not all that long before the story of Deltarune takes place in Ish? idk, there's a lot of shuffling around I've had to do to make this timeline work. Regardless, currently Toriel, Sans, CK and Sariel all live back in their old house in Ebbot. With CK and Sariel going to school in Hometown after the schools in Ebbot closed. It's not that far a drive as the cities are next to each other and the DF's live near the border.

Finally, Frisk! Frisk finished their generals and is currently finishing up their law degree online from their home in Portalopolis. While they and MK would've preferred to actually live in Hometown or Ebbot, both to raise their 2 year old kid, Rebecca/Gecky, but also to be closer to family like Chara or Sans and Toriel, the closest they could get while also being close enough for work was the outskirts of Portalopolis, which borders Hometown. Frisk is finishing up their law degree so they can be an actual politician and be the proper ambassador of Monsters to Humans, even if they've technically held the title since they were eight. In reality, they were a figure head and someone else did the actual ambassador work (sadly not Papyrus.), but they've always wanted to get actually involved in it. Also it was either law school or med school and Frisk found law school to be the lesser of two evils easier of the two.

How does exriel feel about the fact that he Is a special little snowflake in the infinite multiverse

On one hand he never gets to see what he could end up like besides assumptions based on asriel

On the other hand, he’s the only member of the family who doesn’t have Freak ships (let’s look at the siblings, people say about the sans stuff but I’d argue azzy has it worse, you’d be surprised how much Fanart you can find of ASGORE with azzy)

On the one hand, it makes him feel special, however on the other it does make him feel a bit lonely. It definitely does contribute to all the Asriel based assumptions, which he despises. However he is grateful that he doesn't have any of that sort of fanart. That's something that not even Azerian can say, since even if Azerian is pretty much exclusive to Ish, he does have at least one cringe fanfic written about him by my cousin, @blue-is-hiding

I was looking at my old ask where I pointed out how All the healing factor could go for Exxy and azerian but then this popped into my head

What is the most Damage that they can take before there soul is shattered like glass

I'd imagine as soon as their HP reaches zero, however they have determination so...

Unless they have a very strong urge to keep living (like Frisk in the Asriel Dreemurr fight), it'd be when their HP reaches zero.

Chara in Asriel's body- Pet. Pet the fluffy. Then see how to swap back please.

Azzy in Chara's- See if chocolate tastes better with their mouth and its just that he's part goat.

Sans in Tori's- Be able to reach the top shelf

Tori in Sans's- Try drinking ketchup and still be confused why Sans likes it.

Frisk in Exriel's- Plant magic baby!!

Exriel in Frisk's- General confusion but probably relish in no pollen allergies. But then be very upset when he experiences Frisk's dander allergy.

Arial in Gaster's- Figure out what secrets her dad is hiding.

Gaster in Arial’s- Woah, solid hands, can hold stuff in palm-Wait! Arial no!!! (Stop Arial from discovering secrets)

MK in Azerian’s- Woah cool vine arms. Feel what its like to have arms.

Azerian in MK's- Try and fail to recreate a really cool move his MK used to do.

What would exxy do if his plant manipulation abilities were upgraded to this extent 

Being able to turn his Entire body into vines and roots, he can spread underground

Being able to sense through any plant around

Being able to produce any toxin that he knows a plant can make

And being able to turn his body into any material from any sort of plant he knows about

I feel like he could do that with enough practice.

I know when he's older, he'll be able to shift between monster form and flower form to burrow through the ground again.

What if Azzie Took some of flowey old traits like some of his weird things that he use to do

Admittedly, the options are a lot more limited, and the only thing that came to my mind is azzie laughing like that flower

I could see that.

I have mentioned that I think as Asriel gets older, he'll stop being so much of a goody two-shoes cinnamon roll and be a bit more snarky and edgy like Exriel. Meanwhile I can see Exxy mellowing out a little bit.

In other words did exxy tell him that wasn’t a dream 

A few times. Sometimes he feels it's better to let Asriel believe it wasn't real.

Sometimes Asriel does actually dream of the timelines. Multiple of them combined, as dreams do. Asriel dreams of Flowey, no less than Exriel does. It scares them both.

A cold dark ocean floor with strange unknown creatures that might try to eat you, or a moist warm jungle with predators and quicksand.

Too long to answer in comic, so here we go!

Azerian: I'd say the Jungle. Humidity is better than wet for the fur and the deep ocean is horrifying. I'd pick any of my crew to go with me. Asriel: I agree with 'Zere on the jungle. Likely Chara or Exriel. No offense Frisk but I'm not sure you'd survive. Exriel: Jungle. While my fur wouldn't get as wet as those two when it water. I don't like water and agree with that that the ocean is horrifying. I'd pick Chara because Azzie's as much of a wimp as Frisk. Chara: I'm choosing ocean because unlike the goats, I'm not a pussy afraid of some wet hair. Honestly I'd choose any of these chumps to likely be fish food. Frisk: Why are we all so savage today? Anyways, Jungle. Not because of my hair (though it's a plus?) But because I'm afraid of the ocean and can not swim. I was going to say I'd bring all of you, but now I'm somewhat afraid you'll sacrifice me.
