I have absolutely no clue if I will ever be able to write it as even a crack fanfiction, but at the same time, the image just about made me choke on laughter with its absurdity; and idea, directly inspired by that delightful gif of cat-spooked Miguel by The Spot: The Spot, while dimention hopping, pops up in the comic!Nueva York 2099, directly in the middle of Miguel's kitchen, disrupting his breakfast or whatnot and asking his usual "where is the alchemax building". And Miguel, who alreday fought Thanatos and who has met Net Prophet, proababy should not be shocked by a facleless dude, popping up from a black hole and asking in this pleasanlty dorky voice for the directions. But. Here he is, frozen mid-bite, absolutely flabbergasted. The "I've been a worker there and it fcuked me over" part jumpstarts Miguel enough into action to do something about this situation. I feel like comic!Miguel could match the chaos of atvs! Spot not even in the skill departament as much as the character (thinking about Mig doing duck, duck goose from atop of his work desk). And the common trait of becoming an abomination because of Alchemax dubious actions could somehow make them bond with eachother. Like they both start bitching about this or that and instead of apprehanding The Spot, Miguel sort of gets a buddy who *knows* how it is to have your life uniquely ripped apart by that behemoth of an organization and, before either of them know, they are sitting, eating crullers and drinking an actual coffee (Spot took one sip and declared he's going to go fetch the real thing). (Would Spot get turned down from his quest of becoming a Super Villain and set onto the quest "I will get my body back"? who knows, not me)

Here's something I'm going to give away about More Like Us.

This basically happens.

Miles doesn't always fight crime alone and Miguel's more likely to think the Spot is scientifically fascinating - and stop Miles from riling up a guy who is obviously in a bad place - and hey, you know what's better than robbing bodegas? Being a scientist in another dimension where he'll get paid and maybe they can give him his face back. Or at least get Miles to draw a face on him. And if any of the Spider-People make fun of him. there's a large, grim Spider-Man who will make dead-eyed glares at them til they stop.

I think the Spot is a villain in the movie. But I don't think he had to be, if he had a little more understanding.

I think that Geralt is someone that Roche feels a particular sort of kinship with. While it's true that most of the time they work together it's not personal as much as it is having roughly aligning goals, Roche does seem to at least enjoy Geralt's company. Regardless, the relationship is mostly transactional and tends towards being professional.

But I think that there's something in Geralt which Roche is able to identify very strongly with. Childhood abandonment, difficult upbringings, adopting and nurturing young girls in violence bc it's the only way they know how (Geralt with Ciri and in the books, Angoulême, and Roche with Ves and Anaïs.) In the case of Ciri and Anaïs in particular there are quite a few more parallels (last heir to a dying throne, valued for the ability to legitimize a claim to a throne more than who they are) which I think Geralt and Roche would both be at least passively aware of.

Geralt is one of the few people Roche will just drop everything for. He's a friend, and we know Roche views people he's close with strongly. Foltest was a father figure, Ves and the Blue Stripes are his family, etc. I have no doubts Geralt is in there too, in some complicated category which Roche won't ever name.

Like...I see one dude doing "cinematic" stuff, and like, bro. This is a tool you could very easily use to make essentially Power Star tier stuff on the fly.

Make some unbalanced characters and go balls to the walls man, people going "unbalanced and not fun to fight" in the comments on cool looking shit, like on god, On God, you play this? Unironically? When you can be Creating? ...Oookay...

I've been experimenting with characters, and how to make shit cinematic and not just a mess of slaps you can barely make out, it's hard, but you absolutely could do it, especially if characters were being made specifically FOR such a concept. Because of the way the game works, you can basically animate on 2s and 3s. Not actually but, you'll kinda see a "gaming" format of such a concept that does work, better on like...6s and 9s honestly.

Some more editing tools, better UI please dear god it's so bad, a better camera, being able to adjust it's position for replays and make replays essentially little editing project files you can adjust and play on the fly, and send to other people to play on their own computer (You're seeing the potential right?), possibly even just slowing down shit at times, would exponentially make this a format people would devote alot of time too. Straight up I don't even see a point in anything but making replays, so, expand upon that, there's a real marketable part here that's actually good for people with the modding community, someone, anyone, how is not one other soul than me and some dude on YT seeing the potential man.

I guess if you were to argue against it, it'd be "cheap" compared to the sprite fight animations of today and yesterday, but I don't care. Throw some Sonic Sprites and OCs n shit in there, have them slap each other, pause for dialogue occasionally, and literally just make something that looks flashy and cool.

Idunno it's just bizarre, one of the few, possibly only times I can really say "Nah man, you're playing this game the right way, and you should be the wrong way"

That's not to say "abandon everything for my idea" just, it's pretty, pretty damn close dude, it's almost perfect in so many ways. Just expand on some creative tools and I assure you this game will absolutely blow the fuck up with everyone.

Was about to fall asleep but then remembered something that pissed me off and now I am AWAKE

Ive been looking at sewing machines and i remembered my mum used to have a realy good one that was gifted to her when i was a kid.

In a fight, my dad threw my mum’s sewing machine in the feont garden, breaking it beyond repair.
