Rubí (Diamant/Amber kid)

Personality wise he is super chill and enjoys alpacas/farm life like Amber, he tends to slack off and isn't very responsible with his training, Diamant has gray hairs over trying (and failing) to make him do princely duties lmao he also hates reading/studying, he only likes auntie Jade’s writing.

Amélie (Alfred/Alear kid)

Amélie is a ball of sunshine and also super spoiled by their parents, Vander, Framme & Clanne lmao they use their puppy dog eye look to get everything they want, and it always works, they have a troublemaker personality and likes pulling pranks lol they also love training with Alfie.

Dahlia (Ivy/Panette kid)

Looks wise she takes more after Ivy, but loves ghosts/creepy stuff like Panette. She is shy and quiet by nature but if she likes someone she’s extremely talkative and affectionate. She has a phobia of heights thanks to falling off Ivy’s wyvern when she was young. Auntie Hortensia is her fave, she's training to be a healer just like her 💖 she’s not the religious type at all but loves hanging out with uncle Pandreo and goes to his parties whenever the family visits solm

15. GARNET - If they had to kill someone, what method would they choose?

(if I had a nickel for every time someone wanted to know how Summoner Leigh would kill someone, I’d have two nickels, which isn’t a lot, but WHY IS THIS WHAT YA’LL WANNA KNOW ncjdvjhdfbvjhsd jk they can commit a lil murder, as a treat)

Summoner Leigh cannot stomach… WELL. I’ll just say anything. They’re very squeamish. Their preferred method of getting rid of someone would probably be some type of ingestible poison mixed into food or drink that quickly shuts down the victim’s organs. Whether it’s fast acting or slowly goes about it depends on how much Leigh wants to see them suffer (there’s one king currently sitting in the top spot of their ‘people who I want to make kick the bucket’ list). It’s clean, requires minimal physical exertion, and there’s no risk of fainting due to viscera. 

9. POMEGRANITE - Which myth would they relate to most?

Hmmmm it’s actually difficult for me to decide on myths that these two would relate to!! I’ll be honest, my knowledge of various myths is not very vast lol. For now I’ll give some myths I think they’d be touched by due to their natures and interests:

Lorelei

-Alcyone and Ceyx, a couple who were turned into halcyon birds (coastal waterside birds) after they both met a tragic fate at sea.

Sorcha

-She would love any myths related to the donning of some kind of pelt to transform into a creature, like selkies

20. POPPY - Do they believe in a god?

Recognizes that gods (primals) exist? Yes. Has both spoken to and fought said gods throughout their adventures? Yes. Acknowledges said gods have held a certain sway over the source and its reflections since they were created? Yes. Currently worships one and believes they’ll aid in their journey? Mmm no. I think the closest thing to belief in gods for Kal would be the Auri legend of the Dawn Father/Dusk Mother, but that’s mostly tied to creation myth.

Gotta admit, I'm surprised that more than one person was interested, but I'm happy to share!

Like Her Eyes. This fic means so much to me and I love revisiting it! If you ever wonder if I'm the type of fanfiction author who reads their own work, the answer is yes and this fic. It's also the fluffiest Dimileth I've ever written, so there's that.

And Today, You. Awakening was my first FE game, and I ended up loving Lucina, so naturally I had to write future Lucina meeting present Lucina! My one regret is that I couldn't post this when the fandom (outside of Chrobin, you guys are great!) was more active.

Something to Protect. I've dabbled in post-canon Dimileth, but this was one of the first times I actually dedicated a fic to it! This was a fun way to continue working on my Dimileth fankids and explore where Dimitri is long after the last time he saw Edelgard.

Waiting Here With You. It's got Dimileth actually getting to dance at the ball! It's got wingman Sylvain! What more could you want? In all actuality, it was a fun thing to write as I listened to all the songs and watched all the scenes that inspired it, trying to capture the tension. I'm pretty proud of it.

Late Night Talks. I think there might be other fics I like more, but this TadaHoney fic holds a special place in my heart! It was my first event fic. It was my first one that really had me look at something sad and say "I can make it even sadder." You could say this fic walked so my later ones could run. To this day, I'm still shocked and happy when the kudos email has this one listed.

2022 Author’s Notes

 A yearly-sum-up of my personal thoughts for my written works in 2022 (ones with chapters updates count too), my own personal tradition. All of the fic I listed can be found on my AO3.

JANUARY Red Courage - a FE3H Claude/Edelgard AU fic My 2021 Nagamas gift fic, basically grabbing all the ideas I had for this ship pre-release but then had abandoned after playing the game (and seeing how non-interactive the lords are towards each other). These two getting married would be quite the political power couple, but I admit within this fic I also was explore a no-TWSitD AU focused on how 3H’s plot could’ve happened anyway, with just human greed...and well, Adrestia’s gross patriarchy. I’m rather pleased with the result and even and am casually working on a sidequel that follows what Dimitri and Dedue’s time in Alymra was like.

FEBRUARY

Human, Weapon - a FE14 Beruka backstory fic Written for the Les Revanants horror zine, one of my first outright horror attempts, Beruka’s past provided some good fodder to explore. I feel like FE has a lot of solid examples of disquieting ex-child-soldiers, usually children forced to act as assassins, ect, and it obviously having lost lasting negative impacts of their personal growth and expressiveness. Beruka is one, though her backstory is only hinted at in supports- we know she killed the master who’d trained her.

APRIL Chains We Forge - a FE14 post-Conquest bad end AU The hostage fic I wrote inspired by @flutterbatwrites‘ Bad End AU for Conquest in particular. The too long awaited update, wherein dad-tyrant!Xander makes his appearance. I had a LOT of fun depicting all the fankid princes and how they might get make mischief. Still a last update to make, I promise I will and hopefully soon-ish.

MAY Enlèvement - a FE3H Dimitri/Annette fic Ship fic cowritten with @mrmissmrsrandom, this verse spun out of  Fleckerl‘s continuity and we’ve got a whole bunch of ideas. This one’s mostly cutesy speculation on how Dimitri and the Annette’s crushes on each other might’ve gone.

Kitchen Box Step - a FE3H Dedue/Mercedes fic Cowritten with @mrmissmrsrandom with more speculation on post-war politics within a Dimitri ruled Faerghus- but this time with fankids! And not just Duecedes kiddos, but also some royal bastards left behind by Rufus (in our party-prince headcanon, cooked up before Hopes shattered these dreams). All the characters we’ll be feature more of in this verse, which is just very fun to sandbox in.

JUNE Hunger Pangs - a FE16 ABO childhood fic Prequel to Sense of Taste, where it’s mostly the Faerghus four being cute kids and sfw. I’ve notice the trope very rarely ever deals with questions of like, what it’s like pre-puberty with all that presentation weirdness. And then I’m once again wasting Faerghus headcanons by sticking it somewhere no one will read them. I think there’ll only be 3 more chapters, though I have more ideas for the verse- like Dedue’s claiming and a SoT sequel.

NOVEMBER Course de Danse - a FE3H Dimitri/Annette academy fic All our academy-set ideas for this ship, this collection will be pretty solidly G rated as a rule...aside from maybe an off-color joke or insinuation or two. As much as I don’t personally like Byleth-as-teacher or school as an FE game focus, it is fun imagining all the Fodlan kids interacting as students. Also co-authored with @mrmissmrsrandom

DECEMBER

Quartet’s Common Time - a FE3H Annie/Mercie/Dedue/Dimitri fic

This is the big polyam smutfic, with a very small nod to Faerghus politics. The first couple chapters will have more f/f and m/m action, but there will be a sweaty pile on. I suppose for any interested, look forward to when @mrmissmrsrandom and I post more next year!

Ongoing IRL stuff from last year INTENSIFIED this year, which REALLY threw off personal project free time. But with @mrmissmrsrandom‘s cooperation, we got a lot of fic we’d had on the shelf posted. Although with Engage right around the bend, don’t think we’ll get all out FE3H ideas up before that next FE entry is out. Silver lining, maybe the Fodlan fandom can chill out :v

Yoooo. So I have been tagged in this a couple times already, but hey why not I'll rec more fics of mine for more selfless promotion

Run Like Wolves- A Felix/Annette fic I wrote for Netteflix week a couple weeks back. The premise is Felix and Annette are traveling and get disturbed by monsters. Also Annette is pregnant. This is the most engagement I have gotten for a Netteflix piece haha.

Taxi Talk- Wrote this for Dimileth Encounters Flash and it's a modern AU where Byleth is a taxi driver and Dimitri the CEO of a company. I'm still amazed I was able to write and do light proofreading over 6K in 4 days loool.

Birds of Paradise- Wrote this for the Dimileth Flowers Gala and it's basically Dimileth and their children visiting Duscur to see some flowers blooming. Brought back my two Dimileth fankids Clara and Gabriel for this piece!

Until the Stars are All Alight (In Progress)- My LOTR WIP I'm still currently writing for Dimileth Goggles! DImitri is Aragorn while Byleth is Arwen. Yes I might be crazy doing this AU even if it's the movie version mostly. No I'm not that crazy chronicling the One Ring Journey pffft. A bit nervous how well I'm executing it, but from the comments I'm doing fine so far! Also I just posted link to Chapter Two some hours back haha there's a waterfall sex scene that might interest some people.

The Azure Queen (In Progress)- My Twinleth/Dimileth long lost lovers AU I wrote for last year's Dimileth Trick or Treat. I actually finished the rest of the draft some months back but haven't edited the chapters yet because I got distracted writing for several Dimileth and FE Engage events and playing Persona 5 Royal. Once I finish Until the Stars I'll buckle down and get those chapters polished for this year's Trick or Treat.

for those of you who know me from my fire emblem multi, isamu was originally my fankid for sakura from fe fates. but recently, i converted him into an oc for final fantasy 14 to play him in there as a raen au ra--however! both verses still exist, so here are some changes made from one verse to other:

isamu has more of a slight frame in line with afab au ra, but he's a little taller than average and leanly muscled

he was born in kugane as with many other raen, to the byakuya family line (which still includes his aunts and uncles from fe).

he still makes use of a lance and a bow as his original classing of kinshi knight, but now in separate classes as dragoon and bard

he's also a white mage, as he was learning to be a shrine maiden like his mother when he was younger

isamu does join the scions of the seventh dawn, but only in mid-stormblood once their efforts in hingashi and othard start becoming apparent.
