Did any of your SoV fics survive? I was thinking of one in particular about Fernidand not wanting anyone to touch his baby, but what about any of them?

(There is only one that has been recovered: Asking Lukas, Forsyth and Python if they wanna have a baby!!! :; U ;; It's a sweet one, and it's 3 in 1!!!)

Forsyth: When you first pop the question of starting a family, Forsyth nearly spits out his drink. Granted it was your own fault for asking him right when he took a sip, but you weren’t expecting such a violent reaction.

It was followed by a spluttering, a bright red face and wide eyes, his mouth agape as he stumbled into asking why that came up.

You were embarrassed to have even thought of it. His reaction made it very clear that wasn’t something he was thinking about.

You told him to put it out of his mind, stammered out some sort of excuse about needing to go to bed early, and you quickly escaped the awkward situation.

Your hands were pressed over your face as you struggled to suppress your own embarrassed reddening, turned on your side so you could at least pretend to be asleep if he tried to come into the room and talk.

It would be so much better to pretend this never happened. It was a silly question. You’d only been married for six months- you had rushed him on the idea.

At least, that’s what you thought.

Then you felt a warm hand reach from behind you and take your wrist, and you felt his lips touch your fingertips.

“Ava, can I talk to you?”

Slowly, painstakingly, you turned over to see him on his side of the bed, lying there beside you and looking quite concerned.

“I-I wanted to apologize about before. I didn’t-”

“Oh, no, don’t- it was my fault for putting that much pressure on you, all of a sudden. I shouldn’t have asked you about having a baby so soon.”

“What? N-no! It’s not that.” He stopped you quickly, “I was just caught off-guard. It’s not...that I don’t want to start a family with you...I-I just...the idea of us really trying for a baby...a-and actually having one is...it made me feel a bit shy, you know?”

“Not really…” You trailed off, a bit confused. He swallowed down his pride and his embarrassment, enough to explain what he meant.

He was the luckiest man alive being married to you, and the thought of being the father of your child was just too much to bear. He was so excited and elated and filled with love that you’d even want to start a family with him…

He still couldn’t wrap his head around it.

You stared at him, unblinking, for several seconds. Your first response when you recovered was to smack his arm.

Then you kissed him, then you buried your face in his chest to hide your embarrassment, unable to tell him that you thought it was because he didn’t want children and you were horrified of your actions. 

You later apologized for hitting him, and more than made up for it when you started your journey to having a baby later in the evening.

Lukas: He had frozen up when he finally realized the words that had come out of your mouth were real. He didn’t really react, other than his whole body going rigid. 

He had been in the middle of his favorite book, the two of you winding down for the evening, settled into bed, cozy and peaceful…

Then you asked him what he thought about starting a family.

When it took him longer than ten seconds to form a response, you quickly added that it didn’t need to be right away, that he could take all the time he needed to think about it, and you weren’t in any rush to have kids if that wasn’t something he wanted.

You knew that he had been something of an asexual prior to meeting you...intimacy and love weren’t things that he really needed, and he was just fine without it.

Then when he met you, those things had gradually started to change. It was him that proposed to you, for crying out loud. 

And your marriage had been healthy, if not peaceful and sweet, for the one year it had been so far. 

You thought you were jumping the gun on asking when it took him ages and ages to put words together.

“You mean...a baby?”

“W-what else?” You chuckled nervously, looking at him with a lopsided smile. “It’s not a big deal, Lukas- I wouldn’t want you to do anything you’re uncomfortable with. I just...thought I’d ask if you might want to consider it, sometime.”

“Well…” He trailed off, the sound of the book closing like an echo in the silence. “It’s not something I haven’t thought about, every now and then. I’ve seen how happy Clive and Mathilda are with their children...and Boey and Mae…”

“But is it something that you want?”

“I do.” He said firm enough that you honestly believed him. You smiled softly, sighing in relief when you saw the sweet smile on Lukas’ lips. 

“I’m glad. But, listen, Lu...it doesn’t have to happen right away. A baby is a lot of responsibility, and it’s a seriously life-changing decision. I want to enjoy the peace I have with you as long as I can.”

“It would be difficult to find some peace with a child around, wouldn’t it?” Lukas mused, sinking back into the pillows. You giggled as you sank down beside him, resting your head on his chest and draping your arm over him.

“There will be many sleepless nights, and our attention will solely be on the baby for a while. Lots of crying and laughing, and that cute baby babble, too.”

“It may not be peaceful,” He yawned, “But...it wouldn’t be a terrible change.”

Python: The first thing he did was laugh.

He thought you were joking.

The two of you had talked at length about how awful children could be. The brats that ran around the capital when you were on patrols were nauseating to watch. They were so whiny, and noisy, and they cried incessantly if the slightest thing went wrong…

You didn’t know why anyone would want such a thing.

At least, that’s what you thought. Then, the longer you were married to your husband (a feat in and of itself), the more you realized how sweet it would be to hear the pitter patter of little feet in the house, and to see a tuft of blue hair bouncing around, following behind Python.

And it may or may not have been a dream you had about six nights in a row.

You explained this to him, and it didn’t take long for the grin to wipe from his face. You told him that you had gone to Tatiana and asked her about the repeating dream.

She very excitedly told you it was definitely a gift from the goddess, a sign that it was time for you to have children. You wanted it deep down, and this was your body’s way of telling you it was baby time.

Python, however, was less convinced.

“You really wanna have a kid? What if it’s like one of those brats that are always runnin’ around the city? You wanna add to that madness?”

“Well, they wouldn’t necessarily be badly behaved- Mathilda’s kids are all perfect.”

“That’s because their parents are the most perfect people on the entire planet.” Python scoffed.

“Mae and Boey’s kids are rowdy, but they do as they’re told, too.”

“After Mae threatens to smack them over the head.”

“What about Zeke’s daughter? She’s so sweet and quiet- don’t you think we could have a kid like that?”

“Baby, have you met me?” He gestured to himself, “I’m about as rowdy as they come- if you think for one second our kid’s not gonna be wild, you’ve got another thing comin’.”

“I suppose so.” You managed to smile at him, though the disappointment was clear in your eyes. “I just thought it was a nice idea. It’s not like I want to have a dozen brats running around, but...I don’t know...one little guy that looked like you but definitely had my nose...it was a cute idea, right?”

“Sure.” He chuckled, “Some blue-haired, wiry little boy with that nose of yours-”

“It’s way better than your nose.”

“I didn’t disagree!” He laughed louder, “I mean, who’d he take after, really? He’d be just like me. I was a serious pain when I was a kid. If my ma was around, she’d tell ya.”

“I’ll bet she didn’t regret raising you, though.”

“Nah. She would go on and on about how proud of me she was whenever she answered my letters. I don’t doubt that the minute I meet my kid for the first time, I’m gonna be nothin’ but proud of’em. ...I-if I ever wanted one, anyways.”

You bit back the grin on your lips. “Of course. It certainly doesn’t sound like you want one, not at all.”

“Good, ‘cos I definitely don’t want one right now!” Python insisted, nudging your shoulder. “You hear me, woman? I don’t want anything to do with a brat, at this particular moment in time.”

“I heard you, dear.”

“As of this exact moment, this period of time, this present day, I do not under any circumstances-”

“I got it, Python, I got it!!” You burst out laughing, playfully pushing your husband away. “We don’t have to have a kid right now!”

And you didn’t.

It happened about six months later, which Python would later comment was exactly when he wanted to have one.

Even though the kid looked exactly like him, the baby absolutely had your temperament. Which was really bad- that little baby girl had him wrapped around her fingers before he knew what happened.

(He never really complained about that, though.)

It’s Python loving hours guys

I’ve been enamored by Python for so long I even ship myself with him (that’s not important though). Something that I find frustrating is that he’s a side-character and there’s just not enough back-story around (we have the drama CDs and the accordion book but let’s be real… I am greedy and God has cursed me with insatiability.)

Playing the game and reading the accordion’s translations I’ve noticed that Python, Forsyth, and Lukas have something similar, their mothers aren’t mentioned. Did their moms die because Fire Emblem cannot create interesting characters without making them suffer traumatic parental death? (Polygon’s BDG, 2019) Or the writers intentionally left those parts blank so people like me can fill the void? I’d like to think it’s the latter. For this round, I want to focus on my favorite blue lazy archer and my different addendums to his back-story.

I want to start with I don’t think “Python” is Python’s given name. In my humble opinion, “Python” is a nickname he gave himself, only Forsyth and Lukas know his given name. The back story that I created for this is Python’s given name is either very similar to his father’s or his old man was responsible for naming him. Based on all the material available to my knowledge, Python has a very complicated relationship with his father and wants nothing to do with or deal with anything connected with his dad.

Moving on, something that’s always piqued my curiosity is Python’s mom. I’ve written up a few versions that I want to share, each a tragedy to stay true to Fire Emblem fashion. In the first version, his mom died due to starvation, freezing to death, or illness because of their living condition. Now, this version develops into two different takes so let’s name one V1.1. For V1.1, Python’s father was already an irresponsible alcoholic while his mother tried desperately to keep her family alive, her self-sacrifice compromised her health and lead to her demise. On the other hand in V1.2, the mother’s death triggers the alcoholism and change in the father’s behavior. In my opinion, this version could explain why Python would rather be responsible for only himself or why he always cautions Forsyth to be less self-sacrificing. Python’s seen it happen before and it doesn’t end well. (Yes, I am aware of the social disparity between nobility and the common folk but I WANT TO ADD things.)

Now we have the second version where Python’s mother leaves her family because she’s had enough. She can’t handle her husband’s alcoholism, she can’t handle living poor, she can’t handle taking care of her son, and in a selfish act, leaves her family (if you want to add more drama, she ran away with another man). This version could be one of the driving factors for Python’s cynicism (aside from the class struggle). Nobles screw with the poor, his father is a dead-beat (and probably abusive) alcoholic, and his mother abandoned him, Python’s seen just how selfish people can be, Noble or not.

TL;DR

   She died because her dead-beat alcoholic husband couldn’t provide for them and she succumbs to overexerting herself

She died because of their poor financial situation driving her widowed husband into depression and alcoholism

 She abandoned her family because she was tired of her husband’s alcoholism, her family’s way of living, and the responsibility of taking care of her son

Python’s Ten-Step Guide to Discovering You’re Aromantic

First, you need to notice something is different between you and your best friend. Do it nice and early, when he reads you storybooks of heroes and kings and battles that all culminate in a beautiful wedding. Your friend likes looking at the illustrations of the knight rescuing their lover. He can’t rest until he’s finished reading the last page. Stop him to look at the pictures of the fights. Enjoy the dragons. Enjoy the hero’s sword. When you’re alone, be sure to close the book before the lovers even reunite, because you’re excited that he won the battle using all his strength and valor, and isn’t that enough?

Spend your childhood hating every Day of Devotion to varying degrees. You can start off enjoying it, if you’d like: confess nonexistent feelings to a pretty thing in the hopes it’ll do you some good. Give flowers to the cute neighbor only to feel nothing at his rejection. Eventually, though, realize that something about the day pisses you off. You won’t be able to put your finger on it (it’s only step 2, after all). 

Worry that your best friend is the problem, and far too sentimental over everyone and everything. He’s definitely not the norm you should be comparing yourself against. Worry your pops is the problem. You know he never loved your mother, you’d never seen him love anyone, maybe this all started with him somehow. Then, worry that you are the problem. Spend sleepless nights and miserable days wondering why the goddess put you together with something missing on the inside. Try to spend as little time as possible on this one, but it’s okay if it takes a while.

One particularly quiet night, break into your friend’s father’s lord’s library. A little crime is necessary in affairs like this. You’re not the quickest reader, but maybe there’s something in here that you’ve been missing. Even if the bastard doesn’t have any books on the subject – flip through those pages of romance, courting, soulmates, and the power of love until you get fed up and leave with nothing to show for it.

Court everyone you possibly have a chance with in your little village. Silently compare yourself with the way your best friend talks about the butcher’s daughter, then break off each courtship when it doesn’t match up. Find someone new, they might be the right one. Take up archery to impress your potential dates. Learn all sorts of songs on your cittern (you’ll prefer the dances, but you have to learn the love songs because that’s all people will request). Leap into every gossipy conversation you can about affairs and crushes and relationships. Lend an ear to romantic tales about everyone from your neighbor to the head of Zofian knights. Throw yourself into it with a flirtatious fervor until you no longer recognize yourself. 

Next, you need to undo everything you just did. (Well, you can keep up the cittern playing. That will still help you take a date to bed now and again.) Look yourself in the mirror one day, and take down the act. Find yourself again. Be at some kind of peace with it. If there’s anyone you’re going to learn to love in your life, it’s going to be you. Start that right now, while staring in the mirror and listening to your friend chatter on in the other room, since he invited you over to offer comfort after your latest, and last, breakup. You don’t really need the big to-do, but you do enjoy the company.

Gather up the courage to broach the subject with your friend. Don’t do it like a normal, composed person. No – save up the thoughts for a long while, waiting until you’re at a real low point. You’ve got to be in the dumps for more reasons than this alone, but this is the main thing that comes spilling out of you as you curse the world, the gods, and yourself.

Now, this is the best step because you don’t even need to do anything. You may think that you will. You may have spent the past few steps preparing for the worst. But really, you don’t need to do a thing. Let your best friend pull you close. Let him hold you for a minute, assuring there’s nothing wrong with you. Let him say how much he cares about you. How he wouldn’t want you any other way. Let him buy you a drink, because he says it’s something that you should take pride in.

Celebrate. Celebrate. It’s important that you repeat this step. Do it as often as possible. Repeat it every single day of your goddamn life.

Now that you’ve got yourself all figured out, you can help out some others along the way. You’ll find people just like you, and people nothing like you who show what else is possible. There will be that kind pegasus knight you get talking with late into the night. That young and withdrawn mage boy. The boisterous footsoldier. The imposing swordsman who was occasionally a swordswoman. The mysterious redhead who’s feeling as if something important is missing. Remember your own pain, and your relief, and offer him some of it. 

(It’s not an official step, but make sure you’re getting your share of shuteye the whole time. This shit is exhausting and you deserve a break. Godspeed.)

This is an ask since its detailed,

Fallen Python being badly hurt in a battle, enough he loses consciousness. Just waking up with Lukas sitting next to him with an intense enough look that Python knows he messed up.

Said stare is used so he stays in bed and recovers, probably getting other peoples help to to do that. Think i saw it in “dream that died” too but part of why he does so much is if he stops and thinks…. Well its not good. Quietly admitting that to Lukas if they end up talking about it.

Since Python needs a distraction of some kind Lukas goes to the library or something and gets a couple of books (i imagined fantasy but would that genre be classed differently in fe 🤔🤔) anyway yea reading actually works! Forsyth was a big reader though i think and maybe some tales of heroes and the like hurt a bit.

Yessss 👀

I bet it takes a lot to make Python feel guilty. He's been scolded and lectured enough in his life by parents, leaders, Forsyth, so he just doesn't feel it anymore -- but Lukas gives him one single "I'm not mad, just disappointed" and he learns his lesson. I can definitely see him spreading the word to every single hero around, making sure Python doesn't overdo it and always has someone watching his back.

I feel like that can even be something he admits to canon Python, if he's there. C! Python is just trying to help, giving him all this advice about slowing down and relaxing because "I know you better than anyone!" But it gets to the point where F! Python has to explain that he can't -- he can't give himself any time to think, or else...

Aaahhh Lukas reading him stories to keep him distracted 😭 He goes around asking heroes how to distract a grieving soldier and gets answers like partying, battle, sex, and so on. He's not sure what to do. He finally goes to Python, ready to suggest something, and Python just looks up, very quietly asking if he'll read to him. (And, well, I guess it'd just be genres of realistic fiction to them which is hilarious)

Also I may have wrote a tiny thing about that first scene...

If there was one thing he could count on, it was that Lukas would be smiling.

Python had woken up to his smiling, no matter what the day ahead would bring. He recalled waking up to obnoxious morning calls with much colorful language, while Lukas would rise with a grin and a dry comment about their subtlety. Python could always look across the tent, through sunny dawns and vicious storms, and see that slight curve to his lips. Even when the pair were at his lowest, he would maintain a bitter sort of smile before releasing hell on the battlefield. There were even a few mornings at Rigel Castle when he'd come to Python’s chambers with an apologetic smile as he told of something that must be done that day. 

When Python opened his eyes in that Askr bed, limbs tangled in bandages, it was a small relief seeing Lukas perched by his bedside. His memories before going down at the end of that sword were dark – empty feelings in his chest and hopeless words in his head. He remembered charging forward, hoping for any sort of release from the pain. Any release. It was nice to have a familiar face to greet him after the ordeal.

Python rubbed a hand over his eyes. He groaned at the way his body ached. 

“Heya Luke! Heh, looks like…” the lighthearted greeting died away in his throat as he turned.

Lukas glared back.

His eyes burned above dark circles. His jaw clenched, making his lips a tight line. He sat with his shoulders hunched a few degrees, which looked drastic compared to his usually perfect posture. After only a moment of staring at the surprised patient, Lukas wrenched his gaze away.

"It's good you're awake." Despite what people said, Python never felt Lukas’s voice was cold. That is, until right now.

“I… yeah…” Python shifted to sit up, but a stinging across his torso made him gasp. Lukas’ expression twisted further. Python could only watch helplessly as the man stood. He made his way to the door. “Lukas –”

“I’ll fetch you a healer. They should have a look at you before you move about too much. I have much to do. I shall return later.”

“What,” Python forced a grin, regaining some of his usual nonchalance. “You don’t wanna stay and chat with a handsome knight in his sickbed for five more minutes?”

He was only met with that awful glare. 

“I do not.”

His footsteps echoed as he walked out into the hall. Python blinked. There was the sound of a conversation he couldn’t make out, then the steady sound as Lukas stalked away.

“You’re up!” Felicia bustled in, an armful of medical supplies teetering dangerously in her arms. “That’s wonderful!” 

“You’re tellin’ me. Thanks." Python gestured over her shoulder. “Hey, what’s his problem?” He’d meant for it to have some bite to it, but his voice only came out frightened. 

“Ah… Lukas hasn’t been… quite well the past few days.”

So he’s been passed out for days. “Hm.”

“After he carried you back here, he’s been even quieter than usual.” The healer let out a nervous laugh, gathering up some fresh bandages. “He destroyed about a dozen training dummies before Frederick banned him from the practice grounds.” Her eyes flicked over to Python. “Maybe he just feels guilty for your injury? No one saw what happened out there, but if he thinks it’s his fault that you could have died, perhaps…”

“No.” Python tipped his head back, closing his eyes. He sighed miserably. “He knows exactly whose fault it was.”

More PokemonAU for RGB cause why not? Although I want to focus on Lukas and Python for this round, I’ve already given my thoughts on Forsyth as a gym leader so I wanted to give Lukas and Py-Py the same treatment so here we go~

Lukas •    As a gym leader, I still see him specializing with Psychic types but I can’t help but think that he’d be a good fit for Ice types as well. His personality has something to do with me thinking he’d make a great Ice gym leader •    Lukas would have a gimmick going on with his gym. Much like Opal’s gym in SwSh, challengers are quizzed about PokeFacts. Corrects answers give you a slight boost and if you answer incorrectly, the boost goes to your opponent. •    Lukas’ team would have a Xatu/Espeon, Gallade, Hatterene, and Musharna •    The other version, Lukas as an ice type specialist. His gym would have a puzzle element. Maybe rolling snowballs big enough as a counter-weight for a lift. •    I think he’d like his gym to give some sort of mental exercise so definitely either pop quizzes or puzzles •    For his ice team, he’d have Glaceon, Froslass, Lapras, and Weavile

Python •    He’s a tough one to pin down but I see this guy being either a Normal-type or Dark-type gym leader •    It’s either his gym will be straight forward, just a bunch of gym trainers to fight along the way. Or Python will have a “What’s behind this door?” gimmick, its either a dead-end, a trainer battle, or a path closer to him. •    His normal team is composed of Snorlax (I don’t have to explain), Slaking (Y'all saw this coming), Komala ( ), and Staraptor •    He’s notorious for napping, you might have to wake him up from a nap so you can challenge him. Once its over, he’ll give you the badge and resume his nap •    Python’s dark type team will have Scrafty, Obstagoon (he took a trip to Galar), Sableye, and an Absol •    Whether he specializes in normal or dark type, Python will always have a non-combatant Garbodor as his roommate

I’m too invested in the RGB CollegeAU and to be honest I need a bit of a palette cleanser from the “Stages of Love” (personal stuff has also affected my writing but not to worry Lukas stans! I will write the Stages of Love for Lukas).

Hits all his daily goals and exceeds them ( step/stand count, exercise minutes and calories burned

uses an android, he might use a Fitbit or a Garmin

Gym stuff includes clothes, his gym card, toiletries, and a hair band

His backpack has a lot of empty protein bars ( he cleans them out on Sundays)

he stays hydrated, can finish his big water bottle twice in a day

Lukas

I forgot to add he wears glasses and definitely has a case and lens cleaners

apple boy, owns an iPhone but not an Apple Watch , he doesn’t see the need

Coffee is either a large 2 creams & 3 sugars or black 4 sugars. Can drink 3 tumblers worth of coffee a day (he’s trying to cut back on coffee and smokes)

has the most “executive dad” bag but he still manages to make it look stylish

He’s gone paperless (some of his courses still make him print out stuff) and takes notes on his iPad, has his textbooks in his MacBook.

Python

his wallet has his bus prepaid card, school ID, a debit card, maybe a 10 or 20 on good days, and his government issued ID

his mighty wallet was a gift

uses an android that’s seen better days

his laptop/netbook’s a refurbished MacBook( 2010/2014/2015 model). Definitely in better condition than his phone

RGB trio taking care of their sick crush

I’ve had the flu for almost a week now (yes… I spent New Year’s sick) so let me share my headcanons/imagines for how Lukas, Python, and Forsyth would take care of their sick crush because 2020 is all about indulgence. *cracks knuckles* Okay~

Lukas •    The first one to notice you’ve been under the weather and insists you rest. “It would be best for you to rest, don’t worry about your chores for the day.” •    Even though he’s busy managing Alm’s army, he makes it part of his duty to take care of you •    He can’t wait on you hand and foot though but he tries to make time for you if he can’t visit he’ll ask one of the healers to check up on you •    It’s heartwarming and cute to see Lukas enter your tent with a tray containing a bowl soup/broth/porridge, some water or herbal tea, and medicine from Silque •    Ask the healers what would be the best remedy for your symptoms and makes time to buy the medicine for you or gather the ingredients so the healers can make it •    Makes an effort to keep the immediate area of your tent as quiet as possible so you can sleep as much as you can •    One time Gray and Tobin got too loud close by your tent, both were reminded how intimidating Lukas can be •    If you’re too sick or weak to feed yourself, he’ll ask if you're comfortable with him feeding you. If not, he’ll find ways to make it easier for you to eat to regain strength. •    He’s very careful about your boundaries and always asks if it's okay to touch you to check your temperature •    Lukas will bring in books for you to read while you’re bed-ridden, sometimes along with the tray of food •    Will leave “get well soon” notes or reminders to take your medicine •    In case you get fever dreams, he’ll try to lower your fever with a cool damp cloth while offering soothing words “I’m here for you” “There’s nothing there, it’s the fever.” “If it eases you, I’ll stay right here. Worry not about my daily duties, my priority right now is your well-being.” •    Hand down best at taking care of you and doesn’t catch your bug

Python •    When he notices you’re sick he warns you not to pass the bug on to him “Hey you’re looking worse for wear there, don’t get Ol’Python sick too ya hear me?” •    He checks your temperature and realizes you’re burning up, he then urges you to drop everything and rest. He’ll trick Forsyth into doing your chores for the day •    Checks up on you rather often, he says it so he can play hookey on training or chores but deep down he’s worried about you •    Kinda funny when he enters your tent, he’s got a makeshift flu mask on him. You tell him if he doesn’t want to get sick, maybe he shouldn’t hang around you so much. To which he’ll just grunt and say something along the lines of “But who’ll take care of you?” •    Python’s resourceful and knows a few wild herbs that will help with your symptoms. He’ll make either a tea or add them to the porridge he made. •    He will tease you about spoon-feeding you. He will do it. The more embarrassed you are the more he will enjoy it. “Special delivery from the Pegasi Express… Now open wide~” •    Python keeps you company for almost the entirety of your sick days. He’ll fix his bow or make a few arrows in your tent sometimes humming or whistling a tune while doing so. •    Tries damn hard to comfort you when you have fever dreams. Dabbing a cool damp cloth on your forehead, temples, and neck to lower your temperature. He’s had them before when he was sick as a child and there was no one there to take care of him. “Hm? Slithering shadows? Nope. None of that here, its just me and my ugly mug. Get well soon sunshine I hate… seeing you like this.” •    Python makes your sick days bearable with his presence

Forsyth •    Hears from either Python or Lukas that you’re sick and rushes to create a get well soon package •    Checks your temperature every 10 minutes or so. Lukas has to drag him out of your tent so you can rest •    If he’s out doing chores, it's obvious he’s very worried about you and would rather be by your side •    He tried to make porridge for you and failed so he asks Silque or Python for help •    He knows a few remedies to help with your symptoms and often finds time between his duties to go out and buy said remedies •    You’re rather embarrassed that Forsyth sees your snotty sickly face to which he’ll say and without much thought “Well! Even if you’re sick, you still look rather cute!” He realizes what he just said and his face burns crimson and you’re not too sure if you’re blushing because of the fever or second-hand embarrassment •    He’ll answer your every request. Need a glass of water? He’ll get it for you. Have a headache? He’ll get the medicine for you. Do you want to sit up because of your stuffy nose? Forsyth will help you with that, get you another pillow, and fluff all your pillows up for you. He’ll even get the remedy for your stuffy nose. •    Poor Forsyth frets over you so much. If you have any new symptoms, he stresses over them and if there’s any way for him to alleviate your discomforts •    The night you got fever dreams about an evil court jester (Late 15th to 16th-century Pennywise everyone) Forsyth alternated between keeping your fever down and assuring you that the evil clown was not in your tent. “Fear not, your fever is causing you to hallucinate!” He’ll go to every dark corner of your tent to assure you no evil clown is there. “Begone Evil Jester! Away with you now!” •     Despite him being so loud, you had to admit that his energy made you feel better •    Unfortunately, all the time he spent with you and the stress caused Forsyth to catch your bug. Now it's your turn to take care of him and assure him that no demon court jester was dancing around in his tent.

So over where I live winter is in full-force and here I am thinking of cute winter things you could do with RGB~

Forsyth

·       He’s game for everything! You won’t find it difficult to convince him. If you want to play in the snow, he’s game.

·       “Do you want to build a snowman Fors?” Yes, he does. He’ll surprise you with the variations he makes. Forsyth does insist on making one in Clive’s image though…

·       He’s always warm from bouncing around. If you’re dating at this point, he’s always holding your hands or cupping your ears to keep them warm. If you aren’t dating, he’ll use keeping you warm as an excuse to keep close to you (and being painfully obvious he likes you)

·       Forsyth will comment about how perfectly your hands fit in his. It’s cheesy, its sappy. But since its coming from this lovable dork its works on you

·       Will definitely gush at how cute or breathtaking you look against the winter scenery

·       Forsyth tends to be overzealous when it comes to snowball fights, be warned

·       No really, don’t tempt him with a snowball fight. He will make a quick snow fort and engage in snowy winter warfare

·       He isn’t the best ice skater. You’re worried about his bum

·       Even the slightest shiver from you makes Forsyth remove his scarf, winter cap, or cape to wrap around you

·       If it gets too cold out, he’d be more than happy to enjoy a warm cider with you

·       After a long day of playing in the snow, Forsyth would love to just cuddle with you and engage in warm banter

Python

·       Python plays “hard to get” when you invite him out. “Oh Sunshine but its so cold out… I just want to curl into a ball and nap.” If you insist and say you’re fine going out alone, he’ll tag along anyways

·       If you’re dating, he can’t resist seeing the smile on your face. Being in a serious relationship is uncharted territory for him but if it makes you happy he’s gonna give it try. His language of love leans more into quality time, so any opportunity he gets to hang out with you, Python will definitely take it

·       If you aren’t dating, he spends as much time with you to let you know you matter and for him to find the best time to tell you how he feels

·       Is Python the type to bring your hands close to his mouth and warm them up using his breath? Yes, yes, yes. Dammit. Yes! If you blush while he does it that signature shit-eating grin of his will form on his lips and he might throw in a kiss on the palm.

·       You both tried to make a snowman but it ended up becoming a snowgoon

·       Python sees ice skating as the perfect chance to feign losing his balance and pull you down with him (to steal a kiss if you’re dating or get close to you if you’re not dating) He might end up with a concussion though…

·       He’d want nothing more than to sit in front of a bonfire with you close by or in his arms, maybe sipping tea or spiced wine

·       Ol’Python will love nothing more than to end the day cuddled up with you and falling asleep. He’s just so relaxed and content that he’ll end up trapping you in his arms. If you’re not dating, he’ll sleepily say how much he “like-likes” you and pass out. No worries, you’ll just tease him about it once he wakes up

Lukas

·       He doesn’t mind going out, he doesn’t like being out too long though

·       He’ll make snowmen with you and maybe even snow angels. He’ll even ice skate and surprise you that he’s actually kinda good

·       The funniest moment is when you throw a snowball and it lands right on his chest. Lukas doesn’t flinch and that warm calm expression never leaves his face. You think to yourself that maybe Lukas can’t be roped into a snowball fight and you turn your back towards him only for a snowball to hit your back. You hear him chuckling lightly, much to your surprise, and a light snowball fight ensues

·       Lukas isn’t really the touchy type but if you’re cold, he’ll have an extra scarf/shawl, pair of gloves, and winter hat just for you.

·       If you start sneezing though or if he notices your teeth chattering, he’ll sternly suggest to head back in and warm up. He’ll convince you with a hot chocolate and a good movie

·       Lukas is definitely the type to cook up a hot meal for you to warm up

·       If you ask, this will be one of the exceptions he’ll cuddle, too much physical touching makes him uncomfortable at time but he’s a lot more relaxed and open if its you.

·       Lukas secretly loves it when you run your hands through his hair, it puts him to sleep almost instantly. If you stop though, he wakes up and he’s far too embarrassed to ask you to do it again

·       He isn’t big on outdoor winter activities but he’ll do it occasionally. He prefers staying in, keeping warm, and reading a good book, especially if its with you. He’ll even read you a story or some poetry if you want.

Lukas, Python, and Forsyth PokemonAU

My two current hyperfixations are colliding so, of course, I have to write the SoV RGB in a PokemonAU cause why not right??? RIGHT?!?

Lukas •    Lukas had an Eevee as a child which eventually evolved into an Espeon •    He specializes in psychic types. He currently has the aforementioned Espeon, a Gallade, and Musharna in his party. •    Trainer Lukas enjoyed battles but eventually moved on to more scholarly pursuits. He’s now a professor that helps new young trainers get started •    As a professor, his field of study focuses on evolution. Lukas has always been curious about those Pokémon that evolve because of the bond it has with its trainer. His experience with his Espeon heavily influenced the focus of his studies. •    He has staring contests with the Natu that sometimes sits by his lab’s window •    The Natu often breaks into his lab then Lukas has to coax it back out. Python has suggested he just capture the damn thing but Lukas insists its better off in the wild •    Lukas is mildly concerned about the fan club made by his admirers and how the members would sometimes loiter outside his lab. He wore glasses once and his fans loved the look. Lukas has not known peace since. •    Lukas would like to catch a Hatterene or Indeedee

Python •    Has no type preference, he just gets whatever Pokémon he vibes with •    Python’s a photographer and likes to travel around different regions. His RotoGram (Instagram but make it pokemon) is full of pictures he’s taken of various Pokémon in the wild, gym battles he’s watched, local delicacies, or the occasional obscure photo a what could be a legendary. •    He has a Staraptor, Scrafty, 2 Rotom (if you count the Rotom Phone) •    He caught his Rotom (the non-phone variant) when it decided to possess his camera •    Lukas and Forsyth like to poke fun at the fact that he doesn’t own either an Ekans, Arbok, Siliconda, Seviper, or any other snake-like pokemon •    Python isn’t too fond of bug pokemon, he’s never explained why •    Often sends Lukas and Forsyth postcards of cool pictures he’s taken •    Python doesn’t have a pokemon he wants to catch but if you ask him, he thinks Gengar or Toxicitry looks cool

Forsyth •    When Forsyth was a wee lad, he dreamt of becoming a gym leader •    Forsyth worked had and eventually caught the eye of the fighting gym leader, who mentored Forsyth. Eventually, Fors became the new gym leader. •    You’ll often see him training with his team. Jogging, working out, or practicing with his team. It’s fun to watch his pokemon running behind him •    In battle, he’ll cheer on his team passionately, heck Forsyth even cheers his opponents’ Pokémon when they’re in a pinch •    Forsyth was given a Riolu by his mentor back when he was younger, they’d often eat sweets together •    Though he’s always wanted to main dragon types because their cool, he doesn’t mind his current specialty of fighting. He also likes steel types. •    Get very emotional after gym battles, always throwing praise towards his challengers, win or lose •    His team consists of Hitmonlee, Hawlucha, and Lucario. Forsyth has also been raising a Ralts that Lukas gave him •    He recently took a trip to the Galar region and caught a Galarian Farfetch’d •    Forsyth wants to catch a Kommo-o

ModernAU – Roommates

Hi everyone, it been a while! I’ve been adjusting now that uni has started but that doesn’t mean I  won’t have updates, they just won’t happen as often. I wanted to work with the collegeAU and expand on it. Plus, who knows I might gain more confidence and write a short reader x RGB fic in the future.

Lukas •    The house they all rent is a 2-story house, his room is on the first floor. According to the previous owner, it used to be a part of the living area but was section off into two extra rooms •    Lukas chose this room because the lighting is great. It’s also so he can find out  if Python comes home late, also if Python brought any company •    He has the neatest room. Has at least two bookshelves filled with books of different topics and genres •    His room has minimal color. Most of his furniture (a study table, the shelves, bed frame, dresser, and nightstand) color match (probably also from Ikea). •    The only thing that stands out in his room is a burgundy executive desk chair that he got from his father •    His room smells faintly of clean laundry or coffee. •    As a roommate, Lukas is the best you could have. He isn’t too noisy, helps around the house, knows how to keep the peace, and he doesn’t eat other people’s snacks. He is guilty of finishing the coffee and sugar. •    Lukas meal preps. Don’t touch his food without permission •    Also, don’t go into his room without his permission. Python tried once, Python will never try again.

Python •    His room is on the second floor, closest to the stairs. He used to stay on the first floor but got noisy when he games and it bothered Lukas, so he had to move. •    His room’s furniture is mismatched (it's just a dresser, desk, and desk chair). He doesn’t even have a bed frame, just an old pallet he repurposed. It all comes together and looks alright •    Python built his own nightstand out of some old crates and plywood. Will he do it again? Hell no. •    Said nightstand contains some “necessities” for when he has company over (let’s be real… Python fr*cks) •    The most expensive thing he owns is the Gaming desktop he built from scratch. While it’s the not highest end, it still plays games on medium settings and he’s proud of what he’s built. •    His room is actually on the cleaner side but he does have that plastic chair on the corner where he chucks his used clothes •    Also, Python isn’t a fan of bugs, that’s the main reason he cleans his room. The other reasons are to prevent Lukas from reprimanding him and so he doesn’t embarrass himself when he has company over •    Python does his best to find out the other two’s schedules and plans for the week to know when he can have someone stay overnight •    He keeps his room on the dimmer side because bright lights make his headaches or hangovers worse. •    His room has a more forward smell of clean laundry most days of the week. Friday and Saturday there’s the scent of beer

Forsyth •    He also stays on the second floor, in the room right next to Python’s •    Sadly… Forsyth has heard a lot of things…. Things he wishes he’d never heard •    His room progresses into a mess as the days go by, reaching maximum messiness on Fridays then pristine on Sundays. After that, the cycle begins anew. •    He has a sofa bed. Forsyth also owns a body pillow and no… not THAT kind of body pillow. Python gives him so much grief for this pillow going as far as to suggest some “saucy” pillow covers. Forsyth has violently declined all suggestions (look up “dakimakura” be warned its NSFW ) •    The focal point of his room is his “achievement” corner. It’s all his awards, recognitions, and certificates. He also has a corkboard full of pictures of him and his friends. •    He has a bookshelf that’s close to full. Forsyth has a few books on history, a few self-help, a lot on both criminology and law, and mystery novels. •    His bookshelf also has a space for books he hasn’t read yet but wants to read. (The stack of shame) •    His room is always bright, he loves the morning sun. •    While he doesn’t really have a favorite color, he just owns a few green items. He might as well match his hair color. •    He has a few plants in his room, he tries very hard to keep them alive. Green hair does not equal a green thumb. He’s thinking of buying the “How not to kill your plants” book •    A bit embarrassed to let people in his room because he thinks it looks boring and plain. Also, he won’t let anyone is on Fridays and Saturdays when it's at its peak messiness. •    On most days his room has a faint smell of hair gel and his body spray but on his messy days, you’d get a hint of used gym clothes. •    There’s a big stuffed teddy bear he hides in the corner, he was supposed to give it to the upperclassman he liked but was rejected. •    He LOVES shoveling the snow off the walkway during winter. •    Forsyth also loves decorating for the holidays

Food Related AUs

RestaurantAU – I’ve been thinking about different AUs for the bois and my noggin’ thought of all things food related. For this round I thought of Clive owning a small cozy restaurant, with RGB as the staff~

Lukas

·       He prefers to work in the kitchen. Back when he waited tables patrons got too clingy with him and kept him from working. Really slowed down taking orders, serving, and clean up.

·       Lukas enjoys thinking of the menu, he has some go to recipes but ,depending on the season, he’ll change it up

·       He’s famous for his desserts, pies in particular

·       He has to be reminded not to put too many sweets on the menu

·       Keeps the kitchen very organized and well stocked

·       Python gave him an apron that says “Kiss the Chef”, he doesn’t use it though

Forsyth

·       Best waiter hands down, keeps your glass full, cleans tables fast, tables always stocked with napkins, condiments, you name it, and can carry a lot of dishes

·       He also has very nice handwriting so he loves writing the menu on the chalkboard outside

·       Forsyth is also the most enthusiastic to go around the neighbourhood handing out flyers, he prides himself the “mascot” of the restaurant

·       Has received a napkin with a customer’s phone number a couple of times but that’s always just flew over his head

·       WARNING. Do not tell him its your birthday if you don’t want second hand embarrassment. Oh he also remembers the birthdays of regulars, he has to be physically stopped by Python from singing “Happy Birthday”

Python

·       Doesn’t know why he took this job but does it anyways. He’s okay at waiting tables and can remember orders without writing them down

·       He manages the the restaurant’s social media. Takes great photos of the food

·       He makes really good coffee too

·       Much to Python’s dismay, if Forsyth breaks something, Python’s usually the one to fix it

·       He won’t admit it but he does like that little corner of the restaurant that has pictures of their regular customers

·       Python wonders why he never gets a napkin with a phone number like Lukas or Forsyth

BakeryAU time~ I’ve been thinking of all things food related and for 2020, I want to go to all the local bakeries in my city and try out their goods. So I thought why not imagine a handsome blue-haired baker eh?

Python

·       Python owns a small deli where he makes the bread in-house while the meats, cheese, and other fillings are sourced locally.

·       Most of the sandwiches he makes are very simple but are very popular with the working crowd. They’re made fast, taste good, and are affordable

·       He makes really good loaf bread. Sourdough, whole-wheat, multigrain, and even a focaccia. No fancy croissants or braided bread from him, just good loaves you can eat alone or make sandwiches with

·       Python’s learning how to make bagels too. He doesn’t want to but he’s been getting a lot of requests and ignoring them could hurt business

·       He doesn’t like fancy spreads but he does have some in stock. Ask him nicely and he’ll give you some sandwich suggestions, just don’t expect anything fancy. He put a lot of effort into that bread he’d prefer his product to be the star

Forsyth

·       I do not headcanon Fors to be culinarily gifted but I’ll make an exception here. He’s got quite a knack for sweets. Custard filled bread, cream filled bread, pain chocolat, melon pan, bread with jam inside, Danish pastries, and the like

·       He makes brioche that’s to die for. He always makes too much so he ends up making bread pudding out of it but its also really good

·       Don’t get him started on what his favourite pastries are, he will talk your ear off

·       He has a seasonal menu. His doughnuts during the spring are quite the hit with his fall tarts coming in second

·       Forsyth plans on adding giant cookies to his menu soon

·       I’d see him owning a fancier bakery but that’s because he really likes to experiment

·       During the fall he’ll have buns with Brie or Camembert stuffed in them

·       He’ll also have macarons with flavours based off the seasons. Mango or Raspberry ones during the summer, while spring will have rose or lavender and lemon ones. Winter will have dark chocolate and mint, chocolate orange, or spiced rum flavours. Lukas can get fancy with the flavours

·       The one thing that reigns supreme is definitely his cheesecake though. He bakes plain cheesecakes and makes a few compotes you can top the cheesecake with

Food Trucks! Is it weird I’m separating the Trio? I want each of my bois to shine through though especially the blue one. Back in fall, the city I live in had a food truck fair and it got me thinking again

Forsyth

·       I know I said I don’t see him as culinarily gifted but… it would be so unfair if I left him out right?

·       So according to the drama CD Fors doesn’t really like meat so I’d imagine him running a vegetarian food truck

·       He’ll take a more southeast Asian palate like pad thais, vegetable spring rolls or rice paper wraps

·       Forsyth’s food will be as lively and vibrant as his personality, I’m seeing fusion cuisine

·       His best seller would be his cauliflower nuggets that you can dip in a coconut cream based ranch sauce

·       Cilantro, he loves cooking with cilantro. His logo is cilantro.

Lukas

·       Crepes. Sweet crepes. Savoury crepes. Ice cream crepes. Crepes. Lukas sells crepes

·       Nutella crepes are always a favourite but he does have a fancy “deluxe” crepe menu that has a limited stock. From the deluxe menu he has a wild mushroom and goat cheese crepe

·       Lukas also sells a Very Chocolate crepe, that’s one of his best sellers too

·       For some reason I imagine his logo to be a hamster…

Python

·       His truck is a mobile bar

·       He serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks

·       Python’s famous for his Michelada from his alcoholic menu but he also makes mock tails so good you won’t even miss the alcohol

·       He’s had enough experience to tell if you shouldn’t be drinking. He knows when you’re underage. If you insist he’ll either politely tell you to fuck off or serve you a mock tail instead

·       While he loves to drink himself, he won’t serve you anymore alcohol if he sees you’ve had one too many

·       Food truck doesn’t make for good flair-tending and Python’s too lazy for that anyways
