forsyth and python can't really keep secrets from each other, even if they were to try! and as for lukas, he's aware that those two are in love with you as well…

yet python is the only one who dares to flirt with you on occasion, while lukas and forsyth show their affection for you through acts of service or by protecting you during battles!

due to how much the three of them are holding back, you might not even notice they are in love with you! it's not too obvious to anyone but them!

but if you pay close attention, you'll begin to notice that their eyes are always on you and that those three men would do anything to keep you safe and happy!

💚 Conrad for @hypergammaspaces with the Valentine's asks!

After getting accustomed to a fairly solitary childhood, Conrad is mesmerized by how much community is involved in every holiday, including the Day of Devotion. He doesn’t get involved in any of the romance, he just loves the way everyone comes together to enjoy meals and parties and gift giving. He goes crazy getting everyone in his life a gift/writing a letter to tell them how much they mean to him. He delivers everything in his mask because he’s a bit embarrassed, still.  

He tries very hard to give Celica her space and not come off as the overprotective big brother getting in her way and only occasionally succeeds. It isn’t even that he distrusts her partner – he just can’t help but want to look out for her. Celica is very sweet, though, and will let him chaperone her without much complaining. It’s usually others from their army who drag him away, convincing him to hang with them instead of bothering her. Saber and Jesse take him out drinking with some of the other mercenaries and have a nice night out.

His favorite part is the music! There are plenty of parties, dances, and parades going on around the royal family, so he can easily spend the day on his toes. He always keeps up on the current tavern songs and festival dances so that he doesn’t miss a single one. Whether he uses his cool and confident masked persona or his more shy side, he has the rare ability to coax even the most reluctant person onto the dance floor with him. He never dances with the same person twice; people assume it’s his way of telling others he’s not flirting, but secretly it’s also his way of dancing with as many people as possible.

He’s gone paperless (some of his courses still make him print out stuff) and takes notes on his iPad, has his textbooks in his MacBook.

Crack headcanon time adfsgdj So this has been bouncing around in my brain for like a month now and I just hope it holds up with canon lore:

~ Python was one of the gods ~

Specifically, he’s a divine dragon who gave up his true form

The main thing that inspired this was me laughing at his speaking patterns, since he uses idioms referring to trains, slang invented in the 1900s, and other ahead-of-his-time sayings. But if I were to take this seriously, that could be a sign of otherworldly or omnipotent knowledge. 

In fe timelines, blue hair is a symbol of the royal/dragon bloodline.

His name seems even more unusual than the other fantasy-style ones around him, it seems much more like a nickname. It’s as if he gave himself a reptile themed pseudonym to hide his dragon name...

His laziness and lack of archery skills are a result of him relying on powers for a long time, then switching to no powers at all and relying on human strength for the first time in order to prevent degeneration. From the wiki: “Manaketes are even weaker than humans, making them very vulnerable when they are not transformed.”

When he was at a decent age but still looked like a young child, he gave up his powers completely and aged like a human. He moved into Forsyth’s town seemingly as a little kid, and the two grew up together. (I’m still figuring out the situation with his father)

What’s fun is that he could have lost his memory at that time and just assumes he’s human with some weird knowledge and weak limbs. But it also fits perfectly with his personality that he sees all the drama with Mila and Duma -- other dragons just like him -- and just goes “mmm not my problem” and never mentions having been a dragon before 😅

So in the DLC conversation of Lukas and Python. They discus about that Lukas has court someone. Lukas doesn't feel a sense of longing for this someone (reader). After the war he returns and tells reader about there courtship and how they feel for each other. They both agreed to start over. Going on dates etc.

What would they do, how would they act with each other and would they end up together?

A/N: Hello! This is absolutely alright with me! I found this request quite endearing actually, and I hope I provided what you were looking for! (I also do not do drabbles quite yet, so this is a hc format!) Happy chatting!

♞At the turnabout end of war, Lukas seeks you again at Python's jestful prompting. As composed and professional as he would like himself to appear, there is lingering uncertainty that courses beneath his collected exterior. This was not war, not a battle against which he could pit himself armed and ready; this was a matter of the heart, and he was not ready. As rehearsed as he would seem, there is no certainty that the past is reciprocated, that you would like to indulge and attempt this ordeal again.

♞It doesn't express itself, but there is a light insecurity that prohibits him from fulfilling his proposition as he would like to: emotions. Something is present, but it does not consume him completely. It isn't a feeling like it has been described in what he's read, it isn't fire-like or all-consuming, sweet and embracing. It...is simply there. To him, it is more an understood, rationally thought-of ordeal rather than an impromptu burst of his heart with sudden feelings.

♞But when that small dose of uncertainty is placated because you are willing to give him a second attempt, there is a flicker of what he can call relief. It isn't an overwhelming emotion, but it prompts his bated breath to flutter out and the faintest of small smiles to upturn the corner of his lip.

♞His method of spending this new time with you wouldn't be expressed in any grandiose fashion; he can't quite muster that, but he will learn to be more outgoing in his romantic gestures. But, before that, he typically sees to your well-being and tends to your needs: acts of service, gestures that silently declare that he is invested even if he doesn't feel like he's doing all that he can to help your relationship blossom. It could be aiding you in a training endeavor, teaching you lance-work---- these trinket boons that he would instruct others in during wartime.

♞However, there is no war; peace prevails. So, these trinket boons are, as of now, redundant, irrelevant. He persists because of dutiful diligence, but they do not help you. So, he first starts by watching what you do, and he falls back on what he can remember you doing. If you have need of his help in making a decision, he will offer counsel as he did with Clive. He was an advisor. He will advise you, and then his aid will grow from there. He is, so to speak, at your beck and call because he is putting forth the effort to make this work a second time.

a/n: i love python so much but ?? he’s such a hard character to write for aaaA

he’s pretty much Chill around his crush. he’s probably one of the hardest to tell he likes someone (maybe besides silque), because he acts like he does to anyone else.    + the only one who can tell is his best friend, forsyth. he’s like “python, old friend, you usually don’t talk to anyone what’s up?”

python would actually try to put in effort (at least a little bit) to impress them. he doesn’t think anyone would fall in love with someone as lazy as he is. so he tries. a for effort.    + if his crush points out he’s trying he’ll be like “PFFT, this is nothing” while he’s mentally screaming because he loves being praised.

will silently protect them in battle. like, he won’t want to be near them because he’s an archer but will protect them from the back lines.

when he does finally ask them out, more so to get his feelings out of the way, not really thinking they’ll like him back, he just gives it to ‘em straight. it takes him a full minute to compute that they said yes so he even starts with his “it’s fine i knew you wouldn’t like me- wAIT WHAT.”    + “never in a million years did i think you’d like me back. i love you, wow, i guess i gotta start trying so i can protect you, huh?”

Since he was young, Python sees the Day of Devotion as a prime opportunity to slack off/cause mischief, since everyone else is distracted with making plans and flirting. Once he’s older, it’s just as easy (especially when serving directly under Clive and Mathilda) to slip away when others are distracted with their own romances to enjoy a day of vacation. Rather than sleep the day away as most would expect, he admits that any celebration is contagious to him. He gathers up his close friends to hang out, play games, and party the night away. His parade of rowdy friends is always open to new members – any lonely soul they come across who wants to join is welcome. He makes it clear he’s not there to pine and whine over romance, but will let even the sappiest stay with them and join in the good time.

He loves enjoying the special treats that come with the Day of Devotion. He’s not big on sweets, but there are always delicious dishes and ales being marketed for the holiday. He’ll swoop in on rejected gifts, offering genuinely comforting words to a friend while also sharing in the extra food. Though it’s mostly food, Python can’t resist the other unique gifts the holiday brings. Once, Lukas caught him eyeing one of those massive stuffed animals in the marketplace. He made sure Python had it for his next nap, removing the big red ribbon that marked it as a Day of Devotion gift.

His favorite part of the holiday, however, is the few days that follow: he gets to hear all the gossip. There’s always juicy details about who hooked up with who, who confessed to who, who rejected who, who cheated on who, who wasn’t seen the whole day, who was seen, etc. He’s scolded if he’s too nosy on the holiday itself, but after a few days everyone else is just as abuzz with rumors, so he can indulge as much as he wants. He always ropes Silque into being his informant, seeing she’s just as excited as he is.

- Lukas’ favorite ice cream flavor is either chocolate or vanilla- he likes the simplicity of it.

- He never had a chance to enjoy ice cream as a child, so he isn’t really picky.

More Random Headcanons for RGB

Lukas:

·       I could see him disliking hot weather immensely and I bet you his hair frizzes up that itI gets so messy

·       He likes colder months but doesn’t like being outside when the temperature is in the negatives. He’ll use that as an excuse to stay in and curl up with a good book

·       Loves rainy days, the atmosphere and the smell of petrichor really does it for him

·       I’d wager he’s on the warmer side. You know those kinds of people that are kinda like human space heaters, yup, that’s Lukas

·       In a modernAU I just have this fun thought that Lukas listens to metal. If you’re familiar with the anime Aggretsukko, Lukas acts similarly to the main character.

·       Dog person or cat person? Fish. Lukas likes fish. There’s just something relaxing watching them swim around but he isn’t opposed to cats or dogs.

·       I think Lukas is really clumsy in the mornings, when he’s still really sleepy. Its adorable seeing him shuffling about and being guided by Forsyth. But once Lukas is more alert or caffeinated (in a modernAU) he’s back to his usual self.

Forsyth:

·       Weather does not bother Forsyth because he himself is a force of nature. Summer and really hot? Doesn’t phase him, he’ll probably find a body of water or pool and have fun there (by fun I mean train) Winter or late Fall? No problem, he’s always moving about so his body keeps warm.

·       ModernAU; probably eats a lot of ice lollies. Probably has had a few trips to the dentist too. (I bet you he over brushes his teeth LOL)

·       Doesn’t like rain cause he can’t do much and he’ll just get all muddy. The smell of petrichor also puts him off

·       ModernAU; Why do I often think of him in polo shirts? It just fits?

·       ModernAU; his taste in music? All over the place. Doesn’t care much for genres, if he likes it he’ll listen to it

·       I think we can all agree that he moves around a lot in his sleep. I’d also see his a snorer.

·       Stress-eats. I don’t really see him as a big eater but I see him as a stress-eater. If he’s worried or anxious you’ll likely find him nibbling away at something.

·       ModernAU; can’t take his coffee black. Usually has a lot of either milk or creamer and sugar.

·       Is often pranked by Python and, surprisingly, Lukas.

·       Lukas’ way of pranking Forsyth is to ask for whatever book the latter is reading, then Lukas will pretend to skim through it, snap the book shut, and return it to Forsyth. The prank works every time.

·       Python methods, to name a few, are: pinching Forsyth’s nose when he’s a sleep, drawing something of Forsyth’s face (bonus points if its lewd), flicking his friend’s nose, or scaring Forsyth while he’s taking a bath. You know, good Ol’ juvenile stuff.

Python:

·       Doesn’t like extreme weather, nuff’ said. Too hot? He complains. Too cold? He complains too.

·       I keep thinking that Python would space out a lot if its too hot. “Uuuuh… too hot… can’t compute…”

·       I swear he probably has poor circulation, his hands and feet get so cold. He’ll usually touch anyone (Forsyth in particular) with his ice cold hands and feet just to hear them yelp in surprise. Warning! This guy is a thief of warmth.

·       Most people think he’s cranky and unapproachable but the people closest to him know that Python has a “screensaver mode”. He’ll just stare off into space and think of stuff. Most people think he’s glaring at something or someone but he’s just spaced out.

·       His joints crack A LOT and he can make them pop on command. It freaks out a lot of people when he does that thing with his neck to get rid of the stiffness. When he does that it doesn’t hurt him, it just makes a really loud sound that catches everyone off-guard

·       He likes cats, doesn’t mind dogs but dislikes birds. Python says birds are just mini fighter planes with poop missiles

·       ModernAU; I could totally see him going through a scene phase when he was in his teens. He’s more chill now, obviously.

Headcanon time

The healers in the Deliverance are impressed with Python’s skills in first aid -- he'd had enough experience growing up with a slightly reckless Forsyth who was always getting into some kind of trouble while doing "knight things." He was forced to learn to patch up a variety of cuts, scrapes, bruises, and even a broken bone or two.

hmm, since I'm always asking about Faye, how about you do the RGB trio (Lukas, Forsyth, Python) for the ask game instead?

Heck yeah, the technicolor trio!

First impression: I glossed over them in my first playthrough. I used Lukas a bit in the first chapters but then dropped him because he was slow and 4 movement is horrible, I didn't use Forsyth for that same reason and Python... do I even need to say it?

Impression now: Genuinely some of the best characters, you can thank @good-beans for helping me reconsider them a lot. They're so good on their own but even better together, especially with the Rise of the Deliverance content! (Python's supports with Lukas and Clive are especially top notch, can't believe a character said both aro rights and fuck the monarchy in FE) Honestly it's a bit wild that they're so fleshed out for characters that don't even play that big a role in the story after Act 1!

Favorite moment: For Lukas it's either his rebuttal at Fernand or the scene where he saves the Deliverance by taking the Rigelian civilians hostage in the DLC (But also you could argue every moment he talks becuse Greg Chun's voice is ✋😔👌)

For Forsyth it's definitely his support with Python where he keeps bickering with him... and his post-battle quote if Python dies. The way he initially thinks he's just loafing around but then slowly realizes what happened and he calls for Python again in an incredulous manner...😭

For Python his support with Clive, full stop. Clive already gets called out on his biases and prejudices by Alm a fair bit in the story, but Python chews him out hard on those while also taking potshots at monarchy as a system. Really, Python is based af

Unpopular opinion: Well, I guess it's that they deserve more appreciation? Haven't heard much about them besides here on Tumblr

Favorite relationship: With each other obviously! Forsyth and Python are definitely gay for each other, and I do love the idea of Lukas being in a QPR with both!

That said, I do have a soft spot for Python/Silque as a rarepair, I just think it's cute.

Favorite headcanon: A slightly angsty headcanon I have is that Lukas is secretly deeply freaked out by Witches because they remind him too much of himself.

Forsyth eventually succeeds Clive as the captain of the Zofian knights, and he's obviously thrilled by it.

Modern AU Python would work as a coder because haha programming joke, but also he would definitely form or at least join a union.

Also the job he has after Echoes is both because he wanted to do something that was actually useful, but also give him plenty of time to slack off.

The trio still sees each other, and often Forsyth and Python visit Lukas at his school.
