Hello! your blog is looking great as it is, but as an attempt to help you improve, I would maybe suggest having more than one column on your desktop theme? so that scrolling is a bit easier/we can see more content? I think it's work nicely with that theme but don't know if multiple columns is an option. that's all I can think of, besides that, I love your blog and you're doing great!

Hi Agnes! Feitan here. Hmm, let's see - nothing particularly interesting has happened to me today, but I did have a small epiphany while studying at the school library. Everything I do and have done since joining the studyblr community hasn't necessarily made me more organized, but instead made me more adaptable! I haven't been completely on top of my studying, but my attitude even towards those shortcomings has changed completely! I hadn't even realized it. Anyhow, thank you for reading this!

anyways i totally understand what you mean, it doesn’t really have to be abt organisation but more abt understanding and accepting that everything you do doesn’t have to be not can be perfect, and that you can’t always be on top of your studying. the studyblr community has really helped me realise this as well!

It’s officially been a year since this blog was first *established*, holy cow! I’ve met so many amazing people since then (a lot of which helped me figure out what the heck I wanted to do with my academic career) and I am ridiculously grateful. In a year, I’ve managed to (mysteriously/somehow/idk how) gain 1700+ followers, all of whom I am also extremely grateful for. 

SO! In order to celebrate with you, I would like to do blog rates and a Q&A.

✨ studyblr confessions ✨

I’ll start:

I don’t own a desk. I bought a beautiful white one because of studyblr but sold it as I prefer to work on my couch as I feel more motivated and less confined

I never go to in person lectures and watch mine all at home to relive some of my anxiety

I’m not apart of any extracurricular clubs or activities on campus and rarely socialise with people on my classes

My hand writing is really messy and I take all my notes on my laptop

I always procrastinate assignments and studying till the week before or even later

I almost failed my first statistics report by a few marks

Even though I’m very ‘organised’ I often can spend more time organising and planning then doing my work

Honestly if a tutorial isn’t compulsory I will most likely skip it

I’ve spent a lot of time on studyblr convincing myself that it’s productive compared to doing my work

1) what is your degree/favourite subject? I’m double majoring in psychology and music performance.

3) what motivates you to study? the eventual goal of law school and also I have expensive tastes lmao

5) what time do you do your best studying? if I wake up at 5 a.m., it’s during those hours before my 9 a.m. class or between classes. Depends on the subject and my energy level that day, though.

What’s the first thing you do when you wake up? If it’s a day with early classes, I snooze for 10 ore minutes and then I have to get going right away to arrive on campus early enough to find parking. If I have late classes or it’s weekend/ holiday I usually scroll through social media for an hour or have tea in bed with my boyfriend.

Thoughts on ASMR? It’s a cool concept, and I can see how other people may enjoy it but it’s not for me. IDK I feel it makes me more anxious and uncomfortable, especially whispering ASMR haha.

What sounds do you like? Birds chirping in the background, rain, thunder.

What does home smell like? it smells like a warm mug of tea and the smell of a thatched roof.
