Like what if we took the fucking Russian revolution and put vampires in it? What if we just made everyone smokin hot for no reason? What if one if the vampires was a girlboss and had a sugar daddy also? What if one of the vampires was fruity as fuck and also literally insane? What if the cinematography was unironically good? What if we did that for the whole show? What if we made the premise sound campy then proceeded to make an unironically badass show that pulls zero punches? What if the soundtrack wormed its way into your head at the least convenient times?

Aziraphale and Crowley last saw each other in 1862 and it didn't end well. It's 1916 and Aziraphale is sent to Russia to do something he is not so eager to do. So is Crowley. They have no other choice but to work together and maybe understand a thing or two along the way.

For my first post, I'm sharing a photo of Grand Duke Alexander Mikhailovich, who was known as Sandro, holding his baby son Andrei while smoking, around 1898. His daughter, Irina, the future wife of Prince Felix Yusupov, can also be seen in the photo.
