Alright friends. So now we know which of the #fourtendencies we are, so we understand what motivates us. Yesterday we asked ourselves what our actual preferences are for an exercise regimen. Do we like loud bumping music or not so much? Is a morning workout really the right thing for us if we are night owls? Does our routine match our preferences or have we been going against the grain? . So what do we do today? WE SET A GOAL AND WE SHOUT IT FROM THE ROOF TOPS (aka the comment section of this Instagram post πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ). . πŸ’₯#day5 homework of the #mindfullythenmindlessly challenge I want you to set a goal for yourself that you are going to accomplish *THIS WEEK* and write it in the comments below (cause #accountability πŸ˜‰) . Our ultimate goal for this challenge is to be #consistentaf with our workouts, so let's take a look back at the barriers you identified from day 2 and let's find a small <but mighty> change we can start to implement this week to break down some of these barriers. . For example: "I'm too tired" πŸ‘‰πŸΌlet's set the goal to get 8 hours of sleep at least *one night* this week. Or "I don't like going to the gym" πŸ‘‰πŸΌcool, no problem, let's set the goal to *research* a few options outside the box then (Salsa dancing? Rock climbing? Hula hooping?). "I don't know what I'm doing at the gym" πŸ‘‰πŸΌ let's do a little YouTubing, shall we? 'What are #kettlebells and why is Hannah so obsessed with them?' What's MY goal this week? in preparation for the #tacticalstrengthchallenge coming up, I've been doing the #fighterpullupprogram but have not been consistent over the past 4 days. Pull ups feel like garbage. My goal is to get in *5 consecutive practice days in a row*.
