I am aware that some of these images are racially incorrect for genetics - for example, I pictured Crowfeather and Leafpool as caucasian, but they have Hollyleaf, who is African American and Jayfeather is tan, and Lionblaze has golden hair and eyes. Just for safety, I mean no offense, this was just how I pictured the characters.

- Bluestar thinks of Fireheart as the son she never got to raise - she would constantly give him advice on warrior and personal life

- When she found out Oakheart died, she locked herself in her room for days and cried. The entire clan was worried and thought she was grieving over Redtail - which she was. It broke her heart when she found out how 2 people she loved died in the same day

- Whenever she would meet with Crookedstar during a Gathring he would quietly whisper how her children were doing. Bluestar could never convey how grateful she was for that. 

- She and Yellowfang would often hang out together - first out of courtesy, then as genuine friends. Bluestar appreciated her scathing honesty

- She and Whitestorm use to pass time by looking over the clan and telling each other who would end up with who. Bluestar could already tell when Graystripe was meeting up with Silverstream - after all, she fell in love with a Riverclan person as well. Whitestorm and her automatically agreed that Sandstorm would fall for Fireheart first, and facepalmed at how oblivious he was. 

- Firestar sometimes has PTSD nightmares about Tigerstar and the only thing that can calm him down is Graystripe

- Fireheart and Graystripe patiently listened to Ravenpaw as he would ramble on and on about Barley when they visited him. They were the ones to help him come out and encouraged him to confess 

- Him and Sandstorm have the Hiccstrid vibe. She is the only one who has the brain cell between him and Graystripe

- When Firestar and Sandstorm got together, Graystripe pulled her aside and tried to give her the “you break his heart and I’ll break your neck” speech. She couldn't hold in her laugh and he was humiliated. Still, she promised to take care of him 

- Firestar cried when Cloudtail and Brightheart got married - so did Couldtail as his future wife walked down the aisle like a beautiful warrior princess. He couldn’t stop himself from telling her how beautiful she was over and over again. When they were pronounced husband and wife the whole Thunderclan was crying. 

- Leafpool and Squirrelflight are twins. Squirrelflight is a daddy’s girl and Leafpool is a mommy’s girl. Sandstorm and Firestar were so proud when Leafpool said she wanted to be a medicine person. Squirrelflight had rolled her eyes while having a gazillion twigs and leaves in her hair

- Squirrelflight was that hyperactive little kid you could never take your eyes off of or else she'd kill herself. Loved giving Firestar heart attacks and gave Sandstorm her first grey hairs. Leafpool was an angel sent from Starclan 

- Squirrelflight was 17 when she ran away to go on the journey. Brambleclaw had just become 19, Tawneypelt was 19, Crowfeather was 17, and Feathertail and Stormfur were 18. 

- All of them have the friendship of the Breakfast Club - you wouldn’t expect it, but they have that bond for life.

- Brambleclaw was Squirrelflight’s first kiss. It was in the heat of the moment where Brambleclaw had nearly died, and it was like fireworks had gone off

- Everyone was heartbroken when Feathertail was killed. Stormfur lost his sister. Crowfeather lost his first love. Tawneypelt, Brambleclaw, and Squirrelflight lost a friend

- Leafpool and Crowfeather began growing close on the journey to the lake. She wanted to get closer to him out of sympathy, he resisted (naturally), but soon he was opening up to her. He would tell her his deepest feelings and she would confess things she hadn't even told her own sister. By the time they reached the lake, Leafpool realized she had feelings for him and Crowfeather was already in denial.

- Squirrelflight had no idea what Leafpool saw in Crowfeather, but they brought out something beautiful in each of them. Feathertail had softened Crowfeather’s heart, but Leafpool opened it. And Leafpool … Squirrelflight didn’t know what Crowfeather did, but she saw something new in her sister that made her heart swell and ache.

- Squirrelflight and Brambleclaw decided they didn’t want to get married. Leafpool had just rejoined the clan after running away, and was considered a disgrace to the clan. Having her sister get married right after was … Squirrelflight didn’t want to go there. Instead, she and Brambleclaw got matching tattoos.

- When Leafpool found out she was pregnant, her whole world came crashing down. The clan was finally starting to trust her again, Firestar and Sandstorm had stopped looking at her with pitying looks, and the clan had stopped looking suspicious when she said she was going to collect herbs.

- Squirrelflight immediately sensed something wrong and got the truth out of Leafpool. She offered to help and told Firestar that they would be gone on a journey because Leafpool had a vision. They both hesitated at the idea of telling Crowfeather, but ultimately went to the Windclan border to see him. Leafpool was heartbroken and Squirrelflight was outraged when they found out that he was with Nightcloud.

- "HOW IN THE NAME OF STARCLAN DID CROWFEATHER GET 3 GIRLS?!" – Squirrelflight

- Jayfeather, Lionblaze, and Hollyleaf are triplets and grow up under the assumption of Squirrelflight and Brambleclaw as their parents.

- (You know how the rest goes)

- For a long time Jayfeather refused to have a cane to help him walk because he thought it would make others think he is weak because he is blind. It was only when he found “The Stick!” when he decided that that would be his cane. No exceptions.

- When Jayfeather officially became a medicine person his grandpa Firestar constantly came by to ask him if there were any herbs to cure his wrinkles. He even got Graystripe and the elders in on it to ask him if there are any herbs to cure their oldness. Jayfeather hates them a little more each time.

- Jayfeather learned to swear from Squirrelflight. She would curse, he would repeat it, and Brambleclaw would just be like, “Why?” Jayfeather gets immense joy whenever he makes Hollyleaf swear, she thinks she’s so much better than that.

- When Jayfeather was an apprentice he would be sent to the elder’s den to “think about what he’s done.” Jayfeather would seethe, but he eventually he actually liked being with the elders. He would sit and complain, and the elders would back him up 110%. Firestar regrets everything.

- Before, Jayfeather hated how he was defined by his blindness. Growing up, it made him bitter and desperate to prove himself. Now, he just wants the clan to remember he’s blind. He’s contantly asked if he can check something out, if he can read this writing, ect. The whole clan forgot he’s blind and he’s irritated at their stupidity.

- After Jayfeather got his full name Hollyleaf took the opportunity to gift him the feathers of a blue jay and spent time braiding them into his hair. Hollyleaf also has a holly tied into her ponytail. Lionblaze was feeling left out so they made him a bracelet.

- Lionblaze and Hollyleaf fought like cats and dogs when they were apprentices, and made it the whole clan’s problem. Sandstorm had to break up the fights because she was the only one they listened too.

- As much as they hate to admit it, the three of them feel a connection to Windclan. It happens with all half-clan, where they feel the longing towards one Clan while the other is drawn into the one they’re born in. Hollyleaf always felt this need to run, as fast and hard as she can. Jayfeather likes the open space, the vastness of the land and moor. Lionblaze likes the feeling of wind, how it can be gentle or harsh against his skin.

- Dovewing and Ivypool are twins and the younger cousins of Lionblaze, Hollyleaf, and Jayfeather (idk, maybe 2nd cousins or something). Lionblaze and Dovewing are best friends, Ivypool is Hollyleaf’s favorite cousin, and Jayfeather, well … it’s been 0 days since they last sassed Jayfeather

- They are heartbroken when they find out Hollyleaf is “dead” because they were just about to become apprentices and Hollyleaf promised to be there.

- Dovewing has always had enhanced hearing, so she always assumed that everyone can hear what she did but never talked about it. When she was younger, she would talk about faraway things she’d heard but everyone thought she was just imagining.

- Dovewing doesn’t get overwhelmed by the noises she can hear because she’s had her powers since she was born. She’s learned how to tune it out/in. However, she hates loud noises. They take her by surprise and makes her feel like her eardrums split open.

- When that happens she sometimes goes to Jayfeather to help her out. He has a calming presence and the quiet and gentle brushes of herbs soothe her. He doesn’t say anything and neither does she. There’s no need.

- Part of the reason that Ivypool became so jealous of Dovewing was that all of the sudden her cousins would have secret discussions with Dovewing and exclude her. Hollyleaf would never have done that if she was still alive.

- Ivypool used to have hair past her shoulders, but had it cut in a pixie style after a Dark Forest warrior pulled on it to expose her throat. After the Clans defeated the Dark Forest, she grew it out to her chin as a sign of healing and moving on.

- After they became warriors, Dovewing, Ivypool, Briarlight, and Blossomfall became roommates. After Briarlight’s accident she moved in with Jayfeather, but sometimes she comes in to have a girls night.

- Briarlight and Jayfeather are opposites but compliment each other in the best way. She is bright and happy and he’s calm and collected. Jayfeather is a pessimist and she’s an optimist.

- All of the medicine people from the Clans always ask about Briarlight, she has them wrapped around her finger. They always sneak extra sweets for her whenever they visit Jayfeather

- Briarlight considered it a personal win when she finally got Jayfeather admit that they were friends. Jayfeather was overwhelmed by the swell of happiness that radiated from her the rest of the day.

- They have a saying that they use when no one is around. Whenever one of them is having a bad day, they go and cheer each other up by saying, “I’ll be your legs.” “And I’ll be your eyes.” They help each other and its beautiful.

- Briarlight used to love singing and dancing when she had her legs, so when she lost them she was depressed. After Jayfeather helped her out of it, she began humming and singing again

- The first time Jayfeather heard her sing his head whipped around because it was the most beautiful sound he’s ever heard. And for the first time in forever, Briarlight was happy as she restocked herbs while singing.

- Jayfeather grumbles about the noise but still encourages her to sing because it’ll help clear her lungs. Secretly, he likes hearing her voice. Briarlight knows he likes it.

- Jayfeather has too much pride to actually confess his feelings and Briarlight is afraid to ruin their relationship. Both are so awkward with their feeling but they don’t even realize they act like a couple until Lionblaze or Dovewing points it out. Sometimes when Leafpool watches them she’s reminded of her and Crowfeather

as someone whos been in the fandom since the release of the second book its so funny watching the fandom consensus on characters change lol

like for firestar: people loved him, hated him during second arc, then hated during third arc for being a quote mary sue according to fandom, then made people cry when he died, then was loved again, then was hated

mothwing: mostly was seen as just leafpool’s love interest, then was praised for being atheist, then was hated because how she treated shadowsight, and currently is loved again during asc

graystripe: ive seen this guy go from loved to hated so often its not funny but rn i mostly see he’s hated

ravenpaw: people loved him for a majority, then some people hated him for…. being in the background, then people began loving him again since ravenpaw x barley is canon and we love our gays

hollyleaf: oh man fandom hated her so hard and recently began to be mixed on her

jayfeather: loved, hated, loved, hated, mixed, loved, hated, mixed

mapleshade: loved, loved more when her novella came out, she’s still loved but also mixed now

My Top 10 Favorite Warrior Cats.

Cinderpelt was the main source of entertainment and enthusiasm in book 2, and 3 and I love that! She would have made it higher is the authors (don't remember the name, and too lazy to look it up) didn't kill her off so soon. Twilight was so annoying, the entire book was terrible, and I was so sad when she died. And her disability was very terribly written. She broke her leg by a car, and she can't be a warrior anymore. I would discuss about it all day long, but I need to move on to #9.

I love our little fruit loop! I mainly love Tallstar's character because of his Super Edition. Tallstar's Revenge is my favorite Euper Edition of all of warrior cats. The characters in the book got stuff done for once. (I don't remember all of the super editions, it has been a long time since I read them). And his little relationship with Jake is super cute! I met someone at a library and she doesn't like Tallstar x Jake. She was a homophobic, and I hate homophobes. She just make me angry, so I never talked to her again. Anyway, I just thought the bowtie idea was cute, and I decided to put that in.

I really love frostpaw because I can relate to her issues, but I think she was like a reboot of Shadowsight. Which Shadowsight was fine, no problem with him. I think frostpaw is just a cute name in general. I have never drawn her before, so i had to some up with grays on the spot. Anyway the next one!

Now we got some of the best kitties in my eyes! Ravenpaw was my favorite characters in the books before someone else came along that will be in #1. But he was basically the start of the series besides Firestar. Think about it, he tells him what happened with the Tigerstar situation. Firestar would have never known if Ravenpaw didn't spill the truth. And I think him moving to the farm was probably the best thing that has happened to him. Barley is not my favorite, it is just that I wanted to draw them. Next one!

Honestly Lightleap is probably the best character in arc 8 because she is so entertaining and snarky. The best type of character. And she caused a lot of drama which I love. It sucks that she has not been there much in book 3 and 4 of A Starless Clan.

She was supposed to be #4, but I forgot I didn't do 5, so instead of thinking more, I just put her there. Briarlight is the only good cat in her family. Mille is very mental, Blossomfall is very bad, and is very.... dramatic? I don't know how to describe it. Graystripe who i don't know what is going on in his head, and Bumblestripe who obsessed with a girl who doesn't want him. Briarlight is the sweetest cat and her death in the fourth or fifth book in AVOS was very sad. I love her friendship with her best friend, Jayfeather. (Yes, best friend! Jayfeather is gay in my head! I don't care if he loved Half Moon). Briarlight is just great! Love her!

Don't really have a reason to put her up here. Maybe I am just obsessed with the name i gave her. I was gonna switch her and Briarlight out, but oh well. I mainly like first arc Bluestar not her super edition (I mean, who does like her super edition)? I just like calling her Queen of the double wide.

Here's Dovewing! My baby! I am happy to put her here on this list! I really don't understand why some people hate Dovewing. She is a great protagonist, and a good mom as well. And also I feel bad for her because she was forced to be with him (Bumblestripe) for a while because of peer pressure. But I am glad she made to choice to get out of the pain.

AAAHHH! SQUIRRELSTAR!!! SHE'S HERE! I have been waiting for 4 years for this. She is basically just like me. (Except the shortness! I am not short). I do what is right, but I don't need approval from anyone. Honestly her husband is a dickhead, so I am glad he stepped down. I wished he would have died though.

JAYFEATHER! HE IS MY FAVORITE KITTY EVER! Does anyone need to explain why he is some people's favorite? Well I do. I can relate to him because everyone is an idiot! The books make them really dumb sometimes, and points out Jay's blindness. And guess who points this out? Jayfeather! He is my favorite for that reason. He is grumpy, but has a valid reason for it. And I can't get myself started on his boyfriend. He is not that interesting, but seeing fanart of Jayfeather and Kestrelflight just makes a smile on my face. (Dusklight for example, go follow them! One of the remaining kestreljay fans, and their work is flawless)! Honestly the sunglasses idea was random. Frostfur was raised by gay grandpaws, Weedwhisker and Stonepelt. She is the secret child of Featherwhisker.

Spotfur and Duststripe (Prev. Sorrelstripe) are Birchfall x Whitewing kits as a trade.

Duststripe is not mates with Dewnose; Bayshine and Myrtlebloom are honor sired.

Cinderheart later becomes mates with Hollyleaf, now called Fallenleaf after Time Travel Shennanigans, and has a litter of Hollylark, Snaptooth, and Flywhisker.

Fernsong is not Firekin, he is a kittypet who joins with Jessy and Stormcloud. His name was Fiddles, which he insisted was a type of fern.

Ferncloud, who did not die, thinks this is cute. Dustpelt died. Sorreltail is also here.

Jessy is the mother of Alderheart and Sparkpelt; Squirrelflight does not get back with Bramblestar after his behavior in OotS. He disowned the Three and they have never forgiven him for it.

Jessy leaves just before AVoS after improving Briarlight's mobility device to the point of independence.

Thornclaw has no children and he also dies in the Great Battle; Blossomfall's kittens were honor-sired.

Seedpaw and Lilyheart were FerncloudxDustpelt children; Brackenfur dies in Po3.

Toadstep died in the Great Battle; Spiderleg does not die of Offscreen Greencough.

Hazeltail does not die of Offscreen Greencough. She is both alive and transgender.

Rosepetal does not die in TBC. Cherryfall does instead.

Nightheart is the child of Hollylark and Sparkpelt. He is Firekin through his dead parent.

Adderstorm - Dark gray tabby tom with green eyes and a white chest. Quiet and reserved, and an excellent stalker.

Barleystem - Black and white tom with yellow eyes. Laid back, loves to tell stories and make small talk. Too friendly to be allowed on border patrols, he WILL walk across the border if he sees someone to chat with.

Oakleaf - Dark ginger tabby molly with green eyes. Ambitious and strong-willed. Drags her brothers into whatever mischievous nonsense she’s up to.

stormkit is named after whitestorm (who i hc is graystripe's dad) & finchkit is named sort of after ravenpaw but also tallstar's sister. how does fireheart know abt tallstar's sister? that's up to you. i just thought it would be cute to connect fire's kit to his dad's ex-bf's sister

also yes these are more or less reskins of leafpool & squirrelflight but also mixing in stormfur & feathertail's personalities! stormkit is a mix of leaf & stormfur, & finchkit is a mix of squilf & feathertail. make of that what you will.

How to fix warriors

So I have this au in my mind that fixes the whole series and starts from book one. First it starts off the same, and then Smudge shows up and Rusty basically tells the reader that he used to have feelings for Smudge, but Smudge is into she-cats, not toms. Then Graypaw shows up, and when he comes into the light, Rusty describes him as being unbearably attractive. (Also when he meets Onewhisker he will think he's attractive, but will remind himself that he's from a different Clan.) Spottedleaf will be his childhood crush but later in the series, when he admits his feelings in a dream, she'll just laugh. Then she'll apologize for laughing and say that she only views him as a friend. They will be really close friends throughout the series and it will be really cute and I like them as friends. In my au, Spottedleaf kinda acts like an older sister. Anyways Graystripe and Fireheart will have a looot of gay moments throughout the Prophecies Begin. Him and Sandstorm still become mates. I didn't like how canon Fireheart literally has no flaws, so in my au his flaw is that he doesn't know how to have fun. Graystripe helps him to realize this. But also, he gives so much to everyone else and nothing for himself. And Graystripe helps him to realize that he deserves love too. He also realizes that he loves Graystripe and he always has. He tells him and then him, Graystripe, and Sandstorm, are in a poly relationship! I think that idea is so cute.

Dustpelt wouldn't be creepily waiting for the day Fernpaw becomes a warrior. They would show affection for each other after she becomes Ferncloud. The clans have more differences. Shadowclan lives in caves, Skyclan lives on a plateau, Thunderclan and Windclan stay the same, and Riverclan lives in a valley with a river flowing through it with an island on the river because the river is really wide and their camp is on the island. They also have different customs. I think Snowkit would survive the hawk, but we wouldn't know until Power of Three. He would survive by flinging himself out of it's talons. He would join The Tribe of Rushing Water. He would have a novella called Snowkit's journey. When Thunderclan visits The Tribe in Power of Three, Firestar will say he recognizes (insert tribe name (I dont know what it should be yet) .) He will figure out that its Snowkit and it will be a whole thing. Silverstream will be implied to be a trans tom. Like Graystripe saying "Why couldn't I have died instead of him?" and Fireheart wondering what he means, or Stormfur saying "I wish we could have known our Father- I mean Mother," (Silverstream came out to him in a dream. He also came out to Feathertail in a dream) Everyone in Starclan knows. Millie was already pregnant when her and Graystripe escaped. Graystripe isn't the Father, it was some other cat. During the journey, Millie admits her feelings for him. He tells her he likes toms and he already has a mate. Millie will always be jealous. Millie is horrible. Millie was horrible to Briarlight when she became crippled. She wasnt happy she was alive she, she just talking about how she'll never fight, or hunt, or have kits She was constantly fretting over Briarlight to the point where it was bad for Briarlights mental health. She asks where Spottedleaf is and Yellowfang replies "She was gonna say something mouse-brained, so I came instead," In Starclan, Bluestar has to choose between Oakheart and Yellowfang. She chooses Yellowfang. Eventually, Squirrelflight and Brambleclaw break up. Probably soon after she has Alderheart and his siblings. Swiftpaw loved Brightheart, but she didnt love him the same because she is a lesbian and Cloudtail is a he/him lesbian. Mousefur is Aromantic. Lionblaze is autistic, Jayfeather has OCD, and Hollyleaf has ADHD. Leafpool always had a crush on Sorreltail. Then she fell for Cody. Cody obviously liked her back. The last thing she did before leaving was lick her ear, brush against her lovingly and say "I love you Leafpool. I wish we could be together but I don't belong here," Then she walked away. Sorreltail, who was watching, came out of the bushes to comfort Leafpool. Leafpools feelings for Cody had faded after being rescued from the twolegs and she started to love Sorreltail again. She confessed her feelings, but Sorreltail is straight and had a crush on Brackenfur. Meanwhile, Leopardstar is with Sasha, apologizing because she couldn't get the Clans to stay in the forest. She says she wishes things could be different and that she loves her. Sasha says she loves her too. Leopardstar promises to take care of Mothwing and Hawkfrost. Mothwing, listening, basically realized "guess im not the only lesbian" Leopardstar and Sasha decide to spend one more night in the forest together. Firestar x Ravenpaw

Not entirely my thing in all honesty! I think its cute seeing in aus but i see it more as a platonic thing.

I think i enjoy the idea of Ravenpaw seeing Graystripe and Firestar as kin more than a romantic partner so thats most likely why, especially since they did cover up Ravenpaw’s escape as a murder— i really like the idea where fire would be like “i’ll always be a brother to you” and then like a year later with ravenxbarley its like “i’ll always be an ally” and then dated graystripe and now they go on double dates and shit.

Idk idk i cant explain it really well but Ravenpaw and Firestar to me has more of a brother bond than anything.
