"Look it's snowing!"

Chishiya has been dating you for a while now. You grew up in a fairly warm climate as opposed to the usual coldness of Tokyo but he never expected you to be so excited about snow.

"Yes,and?" he hated to admit it but he was amused.

"Come on let's go inside before it gets cold. snow melts you know and trust me cold and damp isn't something you want to be" he insisted, protective boyfriend mode coming out of him.

He turned his back to you to pick up your shopping bags. Tis the season and tis also the time to make his bank account cry for help. But he wanted to buy your family something nice to earn good boyfriend points.

"The hell are you-" he was dumbfounded to see you open your mouth as an attempt to catch snowflakes on your tongue. Times like these made him rethink his life choices.

"What? I was curious"

He chuckled,shaking his head. You were so unhinged. But despite being a perfectionist he liked chaos. At least when it comes to your chaos.

"Idiot" You heard him mutter under his breath but you knew he cared when he wrapped his scarf around your neck just to make sure you won't catch a cold.

Local Nightmare ecstatic about snow

By the end of my walk...my hair was ruined and my shirt was wet. But damn, this was so needed!

The first snow of the season is still magical to me. There’s something about looking out the window and seeing white flakes drifting down, flecking bare sidewalks and shriveled grass, weaving themselves into a soft, loose-knit fleece over the ground. I love stepping outside and feeling as if, for one moment, I’m inside a snow globe under a glass sky, the world narrowing to my neighborhood and the people I love the most.

Of course, then I remember that I’ll have to shovel those sidewalks and shuffle through snowbanks to get to the bus stop, sweating under my jacket despite my face going numb from the wind.

But that isn’t here yet. Right here and now, it’s the first snow of the season. And it’s beautiful.

On a more spontaneous note, it snowed for the first time this year in my town!! it made me super happy even though it was just a tiny flurry ❄️ we barely got any snow last year so it felt so magical seeing it!! I hope we get a white Christmas so bad, holidays just aren’t the same without a good snow 🥺🎄
