im getting a good grade in surgery recovery 🥰

#doctor called again and i updated her (very sleepily bc i did fall asleep again lol woops) and she said everything sounds like im healing on #track 🥰🥰🥰 and im finally at the stage of mobility where I'm not in a lot of pain when i move (and my other pain issues are clearing up-#and ofc idk how much that has to do with the fact im like. Actually getting a chance to rest for the first time in a while but still)#and im just really happy today c: im excited to start doing More movement and pushing myself bc ive been wanting to do this #and i started last summer trying to get more movement (but ofc it was hard bc of everything going on) and so i just. ahhhhh #idk c: im just happy

With the release of From The Rehearsal Room - Tokyo to Ramin's youtube I finally, finally, continue and finish this side project I'm doing.

Initially, I used AI to mastered it because the first version I got from bilibili were not in good quality but I wasn't satisfied and I found the much better quality. But with Ramin uploaded it to youtube, I re did all the mastering just with audacity for both Part 1 and Part 2. The Part 2 is still from the better version I found from bilibili, by the way.

What you need to do is just download the file and put it on your music player. The metadata is all completed as if it's whole legit album. Enjoy, guys!!

And I'm being weird so all the lyrics that are put there are from my listening although I still use what I found online but I still listened and compared. They made few ad-libs and changes and I notice because for the songs that I wasn't familiar, the lyric that I found online and what they sang was slightly different. Perhaps they sing the newer version of the lyrics or mistakes? Even each Sheytoons songs they sing one in both parts differ from the ones I found online.

For a show that's supposedly about female empowerment, it's odd how every major female character is heavily influenced by men

Women whose fighting styles are based on men: Ruby (Qrow), Yang (Tai), Cinder (Rhodes)

Women whose ideologies are based on men: Weiss (opposition to Jacques), Blake (same as Ghira)

Women whose stories are almost completely intertwined with men: Nora (personal arc was figuring out who she was without Ren), Pyrrha (almost every scene with her prior to V3 was with Jaune), Emerald (almost every scene prior to v8 was shared with Mercury), Salem (motivated by Ozma's death, cursed by idiot brothers)

If the writing cast reflected the character cast, we probably wouldn't have this problem

#rwde #dont give me any drivel abt qrow basing his style on maria. she didnt exist until v6 and it shows #meanwhile in the v first episode ruby states qrow as the one who trained her #if maria had existed prior ruby wouldve gushed abt having a similar style as THE GRIMM REAPER #this problem tends to escalate w side characters. most groups outside our main protags/antags have a 1:3 woman to man ratio #and ofc every major person in power is a man bc why not #real tired of shows that have a majority x cast being handled by majority y people #this goes for race. sexuality. religion. any demographics w a clear hierarchy #if you wanna have a diverse show it has to be behind the screen too or else you are going to fuck up immeasurably #like writing that you should roll over for your oppressors and hope that theyll just give you your basic rights #ugh #also clarifying major characters as ones that span most the show not ones that center in specific seasons #but p sure even those stories wouldnt function wo men taking some center stage

Hey guys, busted this lil thing out for fun. Coloured sketch of two characters for my alien stage actor au (Ad Lib) I'll prob get around to talking about.

Left is Byeol Jin (Mizi's adult actress) and right is Seojin Yoon (an oc playing the adult version of my oc Bomi in a hypothetical 'Season 2' of AlnSt).

#ad lib is basically an alternate au of the actor au meant to reflect alnst's themes - toxic idol industry - onto an acting perspective #it encompasses a season 2 where the actors have gotten very popular from the first season and must now deal with the consequences #everyone in the au is a separate person from their characters they play but they draw a lot of parallels between them #(other than the yaoi and the yuri ofc - that all stays lol its just not as doom and gloom anymore)#there are original characters me and my bf use to explore the world of alnst within a writing perspective as a show within the au #and their actors/actresses explore themes outside of the filmed show of alnst #that's your basic summary for now of alien stage: ad lib au #at least until i make a proper post ab it #alien stage #alien stage au #alien stage oc #alien stage ad lib au
