I have never been more mortified to wear a t-shirt than when someone asked me if I had been burned based on the scar on my arm.
I hadn't been, however I didn't say this because, honestly the truth is embarrassing. But I have no shame on this website.
I got this scar on my arm from falling off a treadmill. Have matching scars on my legs too.

Continued my super awesome Monday with a great work out. At first I was gonna stop the stairstepper after an episode of Friends on Netflix, but then I figured if I was at 23 minutes, why shouldn't I just go the full 30? And I did. I started gassing out at 29:15 so luckily it was almost done 😂 I also did PT and arms and am so thankful to get to go walk outside in the cold rain!
