Take me back to the Bahamas 🥰. It was a little windy so I didn't get to strip down to my bikini but I throughly enjoyed the trip.

My diet on the trip was chicken sausage, fruit of choice and scrambled eggs for breakfast; lunch was whatever I craved the most in balanced moderate portions and avoiding excess carbs; dinner was a meaty appetizer of choice and salad most nights. I worked out 45 minutes daily. Sampled rums, cakes and chocolates all day on my birthday though. I left gaining 4 lbs and a beautiful peace of mind. 🥰
I trained with an awesome handful while in Thailand but Chang was in my top favorite as I understood him best so I was able to execute his commands more fluid. I LOVE to travel. You learn so much from new surroundings, new people, new cultures, and new experiences. But that fitness routine you so carefully curated back home? Hard to keep up with. Here are some of my tips for how I like to stay active while traveling.
1. You can workout anywhere. Seriously. Swim to the pier and back in the water. Do some burpees on the beach (the sand is actually a great cushion). Tricep dips off the edge of a chair. Crunches on the carpet. It doesn’t have to be boring. I love to do yoga wherever I go. Particularly AcroYoga which is a little more challenging.
2. Plan it into your trip. I always do a quick race search anytime I’m planning a new trip. I ran the Paris Half Marathon just because it coincided with my travel dates (and I had enough time to prep) and it was probably the best race I’ve ever ran. Do a quick Google search for fun runs happening near your destination, have your friends join in too!
3. Don’t sweat not sweating. As in - if you aren’t keeping up with your usual intensity it’s not worth feeling guilty over; you’ll get back to it afterwards, breathe, relax, rest days are crucial too. Enjoy yourself :)
