Eating does not have to feel like a Horror movie 👹☠🙊 I would binge-eat because I could not appreciate and take the time to savor my food. Body image has always been a struggle for me and my relationship with food has sometimes been unhealthy. I was prediabetic at age 11 because I did not know when to stop. My blood sugar has been healthy for the last 12 years. I still have my slip ups as many of us will. Once I stopped feeling so guilty and ashamed for eating, I could finally be happy eating a healthy amount. Eating used to be a horrific experience for me accompanied with panic and anxiety. Ain't no thing but a chicken wing! Sorry for the late post I ment to post it yesterday on the actual first day of inktober but things got away from me and then realize it was like 10pm and I hadn't actually finished the piece but I did get some ink down on it!
