alright coroika fandom, here's some food for thought.

team emperor is known for ONLY wearing enperry gear. now i dont exactly remember if its canon that emperor is associated with enperry's leadership but i have seen it around that he's the CEO, or like. his family are the owners of enperry (like, "they didnt say its canon but it's basically canon" is what ive seen as far as that goes)

now. the food for thought. there's actually another team in coroika that wears all they can possibly wear from the brand, (but its never really pointed out, probably because the brand just doesnt make shoes whatsoever.) and that team is team orange.

team orange wear all forge gear (all the forge they can possibly wear. forge doesnt MAKE shoes, so they substitute with rockenberg and splash mob). with the exception of the shoes, all of them wear forge headgear and forge clothing. im willing to bet, given the already existing theme team orange has going on, that if forge DID make shoes, they'd be wearing forge shoes too.

but this made me wonder. emperor's team is known for wearing only enperry, emperor and his family are widely considered by the fandom to own enperry, and if you also consider the name theme + add pearl (emperor, prince, princess ((pearls japanese name)),) then you've got a nobility thing going on.

under army's trivia section in the inkling almanac, it states that he comes from a "relatively noble family". but, well. we don't really KNOW of any squid/inkling nobility. other than. emperor and his family.

so. connecting the dots. hear me out. what if army/army's family owns forge.
