I’ve been pondering about including 14 into this blog. Having multi doctors/river is exactly what I was trying to avoid but it’s getting rather difficult now that we’ve got an incarnation who’s essentially 10 in likeness and mannerism but with the memories and character development of the in-between incarnations (there’s an argument to be made about said development and whether or not he’s 10 because of it but I’m not getting into that rn).

This will not change the main focus of this blog, which is tenriver and the early days of their relationship, but there will be some fourteenriver sprinkled here and there. Mainly for the angst potential. And because this sort of au-ish/what if scenario is absolutely on brand here.

Doctor Who Femslash February, Day 23 Prompt- River @doctorwho-femslashfeb

Their timelines always move opposite each other. The Doctor just thought that meant that since she had last seen River was before she went to the Library that the meetings were done.

And yet, here River was in front of her. Beautiful and alive. "River," fondness she had long thought gone dredged itself up in her voice.

"Sweetie," River's voice was the same as always.

The Doctor's eyes flicked over to her TARDIS and then to the house where her family was probably waiting for her before landing back on River. One stolen moment wouldn't be too bad.

"Would you like to go on a date?"

Surprise flickered across her face as she looked at her. After all, this face wasn't supposed to be familiar with her.

And yet River still stretched out her hand to the Doctor who took it in her own. A bittersweet smile etched on her face as she looked at River.

"Let's hope there's no trouble this time."

"Let us hope!"

gonna watch Madame Web after posting this but FIRST i need YOUR help.

i'm halfway through Expiry Dating but i have auditory processing disorder so i need to hype myself up before diving into it again. as much as i love listening to 10's exasperated "RIVAAAAH", i do struggle with audiostories sooo...

if you want me to proceed with doctor who series 7b, please tell me why. i'm tryna hype myself up with enough reasons. if you're my follower you know why

i'm near that 1k+ words mark but i'm not certain whether it'll be a one shot or multi chap. i haven't written AND posted my writings for more than 5 years #$&)?

i've always wanted to get to know 9 and now that we're FINALLY getting 9River, i find myself itching closer to watching 9's era
