The closer you are to death, the closer you are to truly living. Because death is not bound, life is. Every moment of life, of this presumed “safety” and “peace”, youre being tied down further and further, so much so, you can no longer move at all. You get used to the feeling of being tied down, being heavy to movement and trapped. And when death visits, untying those ropes, you feel uncomfortable, youre in pain.. but its not because its hurting you, its because youre finally being released. Youve always felt tied down, and now you feel you can fly. Youve always been heavy to movement, now youre as light as a feather. You were trapped, and now youre free. We are much closer to true death when living, than when dying. Because true death is the death of our soul, but fact is, when we “live” and bend to life’s rules, it kills our soul. So why do we keep listening to the rules and words of life, when in the end we’ll have nothing to our name? We wont have our body, nor will we have our soul. So what will we have? Nothing. Life takes everything, life pretends its good, when in the end, death is the only one with truly good intentions. It may take just as life does, but it will only take the physical, it will guard your soul safely. So let go, and let it protect you, dont be scared of it, it will let you live until your time comes.
