Today was a very late workout but honestly, I needed it. I've been going over a lot in my head lately especially due to isolating from covid, family, and friends. I was reminded by some past events long forgotten how I have overcome many obstacles set in my way. What is going on now is just another obstacle, better yet another journey that I can mark 🚩 as an achievement that I fiercely overcame as well. My mind is that of a LION 🦁 and sometimes one forgets all the battles they have won but when reminded tells them they are still STRONG and this too shall pass.
