Since my non-magical sci-fi world of Entium has mostly fallen out of use, the characters from it have been being slowly reshuffled to other settings. Which is funny because Entium characters started out a human AU of characters from my main character universe, but now they get to exist in the same universe together.

Bhavishi was originally my human magician AU of my God of Past and Future, Then, but now she's not human and is in the same universe Then oversees. It's silly but it's fun to me.

Also I traced that dang umbrella from a photo by Jarosz on Pexels because there was no way I was going to freehand an umbrella for a reference image I will have to stare at when I draw Vishi.

here's what became of this one

it so happens that back when i received your prompt, i hadn't watched my school president yet. i wasn't planning on watching it but i finally did before the last episode aired. it was... god that show was wonderful. it was so good and sweet and warm in so many ways. the songs were amazing. and it was a joy to use the most stunning one for this edit ♥

(my only grievance is that i didn't get t capture the prom night-glimmer everywhere-stars in the sky and in your eyes-everything is magic -feeling this would've deserved. but maybe next time?)

i did struggle with the edit tho :'D mimi @dimpledpran can tell you how much i whined about making this (it was BAD). between working and studying, i already had only slim moments to work on this one and then hit a huge editing block for some reason. i didn't feel... inspired. which was horrible for me bc i am always inspired! it's like my curse. but anyway.

(i don't mean my lack of inspiration was bc of this prompt btw. or bc of the show choice or bc of patpran. it just... happened. ugh.)

i struggled with the layout the most and the typo and its placement. everything felt like i had already done it or someone else had done it better. but i got over it, eventually. it was a journey with a lot of blood, sweat, and tears. especially tears. at least i didn't throw my laptop out the window or anything.

but! am still going to end this by saying that i thank you for this edit and allowing me to do this! i still had fun. i feel better now while looking at this.

“Natasha, when do we get to meet your sister?” Peter jogs towards the redhead as she saunters out of the meeting room.

She sighs, flipping through the file in her hand because she’s told the poor boy at least ten times in the last two days. He’s excited to have someone new and around his age in the Compound, since Shuri only visits so much from Wakanda. You're closer to Natasha’s sister’s age than he is, but you’re always hanging out with the older Avengers and never understand what slang he’s using.

Nat plops down next to you on the couch with a sigh, “I told you, when her mission is done. You should shake those cobwebs out of your head, kid.”

Peter wrings his fingers with a nervous grin. Luckily for him, Tony calls him from his lab and the kid takes the getaway before he asks something obvious again and annoys the Black Widow further. You watch him sprint away with a quiet chuckle as Nat curls in one of her legs.

“Yelena is going to eat him alive,” Nat chuckles and glances over at you.

You give her a shrug, “He’s a puppy, looking for a friend who can keep up with him.”

As she blows air through her lips, she rolls her green eyes, “You’ll be here tomorrow when she shows up right?”

Of course she knew Yelena was coming tomorrow. Who knows what questions the kid would’ve had for Nat. If we were going to throw a Welcome party, should he wear something specific, bring food or something. She just saved herself a small headache.

With a nod, you stand to go find Wanda to make sure training is still on tomorrow, “Course, I’m not making a bad impression with an assassin.”

Nat chuckles, “If you want to make a really good impression, compliment her vest.”

Furrowing your brows in confusion, you decide not to ask about it and head off towards the movie room where Pietro and Wanda should be.

Ducking below the projectile Wanda throws at you, you lose sight of her grey-haired brother. Wanda keeps your attention though, threatening every step with her magic that you just manage to avoid. Your moves get you closer to her and you nearly have her in a position to pin her to the ground. Instead, your feet get knocked out from under you and your back hits the mat with a thud.

You groan, holding your sore ribs as you try and breathe calmly to refill the air that got knocked out of you. Sweat is pouring down your face as Pietro peers down at you with a cocky smile,

“You didn’t see that coming?”

You grab his hand as he lifts you up onto your feet as you shove his head away, “You really need a new catchphrase.”

Padding feet catch all of your attentions as you look over and see an excited Peter sprinting into the sparring room,

“Natasha’s sister is here!”

As quickly as he came, he leaves again. The three of you glance at each other with quiet laughs and start making your way to greet the newbie. Trying to clean off some of the sweat on your body, you step into the front kitchen as Natasha walks in with Yelena. You’d only seen pictures of her from Nat but now you see her in front of you.

She’s shorter than Natasha, which you know Pietro will certainly be poking fun at despite risking being killed in his sleep. Her blonde hair is pulled back into a ponytail, brown topaz eyes squinting with irritation as Peter is bouncing off the walls with a million questions. Her eyes glance around in curiosity as yours glance over her, feeling your eyes widen as you take all of her in.

You separate from the group as Wanda and Pietro introduce themselves first, while you grab an apple to make peace with your growling stomach. Biting into the crisp and juicy fruit, you wipe the juice that drips out your mouth with the back of your hand.

With a grin, you walk up to Yelena and hold out your hand, eyeing the green vest she has on, “Hey, I’m Y/N. I don't want to be forward but how many snacks can you fit in that vest?”

In the short time she’s been here, you’re expecting either a short and curt response like she gave after the tenth question from Peter, or a witty response like she had given to the Maximoff twins. As you shake her rather limp hand, odd for someone who could probably kill you five different ways in this position, her mouth opens but nothing comes out. Nat catches onto this immediately, a rather vicious grin spreads on her face as she nudges into her sister.

Yelena looks at her than back to you, taking back her hand quickly as she clears her throat. She averts her eyes from you to look down at her vest and starts to pull at her pockets,

“I uh… I got it… It was the first thing I ever bought,” You notice the flushness in her cheeks as she talks, glancing up at you but not entirely looking at you, “My own modifications and stuff, yeah.”

You chuckle, biting into your apple with a nod, “I think it’s pretty cool.”

Yelena smacks her sister in the arm, “See, people think it is cool.”

Natasha chuckles, throwing her arm over Yelena’s shoulder and glances back at you, “I told you I liked it!”

As they walk away, you take a step forward and call out Yelena’s name. She’s quick to turn around, looking smaller than when she first walked in, her eyes nervously resting on you, “It’s movie night tonight. Make sure Nat gets the candy I like, please.”

Nat waves you away, “It’s disgusting! Don’t listen to them Yelena, they’ll get you in trouble.”

Your brows raise as you wink, “You seem like you like trouble. Better stick with me.”

That nearly sends Yelena into more incoherent babbling, but you watch her take in a deep breath, “Favorite candy. I’ll remember.”

As the two sisters walk away to get her settled down into her room, you watch her walk away. Walking up the stairs, Yelena peers back at you and your eyes settle together. You smile at her, feeling a warmth in your chest as you see her hand do a small wave as she takes the stairs two at a time. Pietro nudges into you as he wiggles his brows,

“Someone has got the hots on the newbie.”

You roll your eyes, “Please, you’re just upset she isn’t ogling you and begging you to take her in your arms.”

Wanda laughs out from the kitchen as she starts to prepare snacks for the movie night. Pietro sticks his tongue out before speeding off to go find Peter who snuck off after Yelena told him she had no idea what he was talking about when he brought up Ted Cruz and the Zodiac Killer.

Yelena kept her promise, she brought you practically an armful of your favorite candy, pulling some out of her vest pocket to pull a laugh from you. It worked and your eyes were glued to each other for just a moment longer. Natasha was all over this, the same teasing smile whenever she saw the two of you talking. Well, Yelena stumbling over her words as you tried to keep calm and cool.

That night, Nat put Yelena right next to you, as she squeezed in to the left of Yelena and kept her between the two of you. Yelena tried your favorite candy for the first time and loved it, much to Nat’s disbelief. But you poured them out into a bowl and shared them through the movie, fingers skimming each other and your breath catching in your throat every time.

Over the first month, Yelena grew more confident talking to you. She’d still fall over her words whenever you came out of training or back from a mission and you had to take a slow breath when you saw her walk out of the pool once. She was more comfortable sitting around you though, the two of you spending time together in the kitchen or movie room.

Whenever Nat walked in, Yelena always readjusted herself and watched her sister with an irritated stare, you know she gives her younger sister crap because she does the same to you. She's constantly trying to get you to ask her on a date. Nat has practically given you her full blessing but anytime you think it’s the right time, you chicken yourself out.

Today, the two of you finished training together and sit at the kitchen counter as you go over a report from a past mission. Taking pieces of watermelon from a large bowl, Yelena is telling you about the time Nat had bright blue hair in their home in Ohio. As you watch that nostalgic happiness on her face, you see Nat coming around the corner.

“Speaking of the devil,” you mutter and jut your chin out.

Yelena glances down from your eyes quickly before turning around. She groans, resting her head in her hands as Nat leans on the other side of the counter and faces the two of you.

“Yelena,” Nat grins at her.

“Natasha,” Yelena covers her name in her thick accent, a warning to not embarrass her.

“Are you free on Friday?” Yelena glances up at her sister, brows furrowed as Nat continues, “Like around 5:30?”

You watch Yelena sit up straighter, “In the morning? Absolutely not.”

Nat rolls her eyes, “The evening, идиот.”

Yelena clicks her tongue in irritation “Ненавижу тебя. No, I’m not busy and I’m not running your errands again.”

“You,” Natasha ignores her sister’s unneeded comments and points at you, “What about you?”

You let out a soft chuckle, “Yeah, I’m going to be busy staring at my wall.”

Nat slaps the counter with an excited smile, “Great! I’m not. So you two go without me and uh - enjoy your date!”

Your brain freezes as you stare at the spot where she stood, brows furrowing as you start to put the pieces together. You start to say something but as you look at Yelena, her face is glowing red as she shakes her head. Pointing at Nat walking away with a pep in her step, you ask,

“Did she just-?”

Yelena nods, “Yes. And I’m going to kill her.”

Your nervous chuckle morphs into a rib aching laugh as you rest your face in your hands, shaking the stool you sit in. Yelena smacks your shoulder,

“What can be so funny right now? Tell me or you’re going to have to sleep with one eye open.”

Patting your chest as you slowly calm down your breathing, you pat her thigh softly, “I’d love to go out with you on Friday.”

Yelena’s eyes widen at your words and she falls back into her old stuttering ways. You grin, “I think it’ll be more entertaining than staring at a wall.”

You wait for her response as she stares at you with a small smile, “I… I mean you don’t… We don’t…” Yelena clenches her eyes shut and rubs them nervously before looking at you, “Just as long as Nat doesn’t chaperone.”

WIP Tag Game

This is from my Choi Yoon (The Guest) centered WIP which is still under heavy construction (I’ve been working on it since November). I’m not sure if this is how this fic is gonna end, but for now it’s the last paragraph of the project. 

Maybe he would be forgiven some day, for being patched together all wrong. The current was too strong and he was exhausted. Hwa Pyeung made him want to give up fighting.

idk why this project is so difficult since it was supposed to be a fun little thing, but here I am still struggling. My writing simply doesn’t want to return from war sigh.

Since I have consumed so many dramas in the past few months, I’ve taken my distance from that for the past two weeks. I haven’t really been watching much these days (compared to other times). 

Currently Watching: 

Move To Heaven (2021): I started watching this a few weeks ago and it’s a very lovely show. I like the vibes and the themes of this show, though currently I don’t feel strong enough to continue so it’s on hold. 

Not Me (ongoing): This destroys me weekly and I loathe/love it for that. 

Kei x Yaku: Dangerous Buddy (ongoing): I’ve been enjoying this too, eventhough it leaves me a bit confused as a whole. Am just very curious for the resolution and I would sell my soul for Hanabusa Shiro. 

Luoyang (2021): I keep forgetting that I started watching this?? But once I’m in the mood for this kind of drama again, I want to start from the beginning and watch it whole. 

(My Beluga Boyfriend: This has been a one year project of my sister and I and it’s pure crack. We suffer through this buckwild show but it’s fun. I don’t even know why we are here)

(Sand Sea/Tomb of the Sea (2018): I’m sorry Vishie, I probably won’t finish this but who knows, maybe something surprising will happen in the future.)

Rewatch: 

Beyond Evil (2021): I started rewatching this last week and it still destroys me as much as it did the first time ❤

The Guest (2018): I keep rewatching this for my WIP, because I can’t for the life of me remember the timeline of events. 

I also have plans to rewatch Life: Senjou No Bokura (2020) but I don’t know if I am strong enough. That drama feels like a piece of my sould and I’m afraid to touch it. I’m also in the mood to rewatch one of the BLs I loved recently, maybe Lovely Writer or A Tale of Thousand Stars? Or maybe We Best Love. Hmm, let’s see. Or maybe I will rewatch DRUCK S3 for the nth time :)

last show you binged: i think binged would be The Journey Across the Night! I watched that as a whole in 4 days

why i chose my url: dates back to my intense summer of binge reading J.R. Ward’s Black Dagger Brotherhood series. Vishous was my favorite of the brothers haha. i first used this username in some random game on my nintendo ds lol 

how many people are you following: 358 which somehow feels like a lot but also like way too few?? i should probably search for some new blogs with other topics than cql, bts and/or dmbj bc i do love a lot of things at once 

how many followers do you have: over 800 

average hours of sleep: i’d say around 7h

lucky numbers: i remember answering 5 previously? i don’t really have a lucky number but 5 pops into my head

instruments: nope, no. not touching those tyvm. i admire everyone who can play any instrument tho

what i’m currently wearing: black jeans, socks with foxes on them (plus my woolly socks), a gray cardigan (my fave thing ever!) and an orange/brown top

dream job: writer would be ideal but that is very faaaaar into the dream zone 

dream trip: around different parts of asia to taste all the amazing food ;; maybe a road trip of sorts through europe? or inter railing? another trip to london bc i miss that ;; a trip to the very northern part of lapland to see all the auroras etc! i’ve never been that far north :’D 

fave food: if i need to quickly name something then sushi. otherwise am pretty fine with anything spicy 

top three fictional universes you’d like to live in: i remember thinking about this a lot the last time i answered this but hmm. currently i’d say dmbj still bc that world is fascinating AND i would love to talk to the characters. mass effect would be the second one currently bc i miss those games and the space stuff is super cool! and the third one would be assassin’s creed rogue bc that is my fave ac game and i like the northern sea and the places in it AND i could probably be one of abstergo’s employees instead and just test/play those simulation games haha 

Part II

Last Song: am currently listening to my playlist with just everything so i have Andrew Belle’s The Enemy playing right now (also I only just now realized that Andrew Belle also sings Pieces which is one of my fave songs? my bff linked that to me after it played in some tv series she was watching)

Last Movie Last Stream: i didn’t want to mention the same movie again or skip this question and i’ve wanted to talk about this anyway so! i watched Liu Chang’s bday live last night :’D it was so much fun even if i couldn’t understand anything. it was just nice to watch him being himself and have fun and chill with his fans. also the songs were amazing ;; i cried with Liu Sang’s character song as well as the ending. and all the while i couldn’t turn my gaze away from his eyes! he has such pretty eyes and they were absolutely Sparkling throughout the whole stream, it was so nice :’)

Currently Reading: Devotions by Mary Oliver (i adore her poems! they’re a very nice change after Siken haha) and then some uni stuff for a course about culture and mental health plus my thesis

Currently Watching: Douluo Continent, Word of Honor, The Long Ballad 

all of these are amazing and make me feel different things! i started Douluo Continent just a while ago and am now on ep 16 i think? it’s been very pretty and very chill and i watch it during the weekend while i wait for new episodes to the other two :’D it’s nice to see Xiao Zhan again and i’ve enjoyed the rpg game type of feeling in it? the group of seven is doing amazing and it’s interesting to watch them craft their team work! Word of Honor again has reached the ending and i just hold my breath with it. am not too far gone with it so i am not getting as heavy feelings about it as i probably could but i enjoy it  alot still and i do cry at times ^^ and then The Long Ballad has just blown me away! i didn’t expect to love it this much and be this invested in it but everything about it has been such a positive surprise and it keeps making me super emotional! i love the characters and the story and the romances even! it’s a great accomplishment for me. also yes i cry on the daily bc of hao du and bc of ashile sun’s hair haha

(i am also rewatching Ultimate Note kind of and been thinking about getting into rewatching Reboot bc it has been on my list ever since i finished it)

What is antipoetry to you: okay hmm i had to google this too and have to agree with Kiddo here. i don’t have strong feelings about poetry tbh, i wasn’t into poetry that much before maybe a bit over year ago? Siken has really blown me away haha. but i have always loved song lyrics which i never thought as poetry but then Kiddo said to me that they consider them poetry and yeah ok. i agree? so idk poetry can be whatever i suppose. i’ve never seen any rules in it anyway. i know there are many rules for different types of poetry but then again. i feel like poetry has always been just words put together to feel things and i guess that is the core purpose of every written type of art in the end right? 

Currently craving: a drama as good and as personal as The Journey Across the Night. that show really just stole my heart and i want that feeling back. i think about that show every day. i miss Li Jia and his two partners. i miss the vibes. i miss sitting on my floor watching it and just sobbing my heart out haha. also! craving a properly subbed, whole version of Anti-Fraud League. only the first 12 eps are badly subbed out there. wetv has... blocked? deleted? the whole show??? i need it to my life, i wanna see Xiao Yuliang being cute as Mi Ruo and i wanna know where the story goes smh

seven comfort movies

thanks @vishcount for tagging me! this was fun to think about ^^ though I have the memory of a goldfish so it took me a while to think of what movies I’d actually watched haha

1. Song of the Sea There’s something about this animation that instantly calms me. It’s a combination of the beautiful visuals and the music and the irish mythology elements? I love stuff based on folklore and it’s so gentle and soft while being super emotional as well. This is the main song (the english lyrics) but I also adore the Irish version sung by Lucy O’Connell, who plays the main character! 

2. The Yin-Yang Master: Dream of Eternity I also have to add this one here, because it’s a recent favourite and just gave me all the feelings gosh. The whole atmosphere of this film was so unique, it packed so many emotions in such a short film. I also love the song and the visuals so much (that opening scene with boya playing his flute on top of the roof? and the water village at night with all those lanterns? 100% yes :D)

3. LOTR: Return of the King I grew up watching the Lord of the Rings, and I’ve watched Return of the King so many times (partly because it was on tv so much, but also it was just so epic? That scene with Aragorn arriving with the Army of the Dead as reinforcements always blows me away!)

4. Ne Zha This chinese animation totally took me by surprise! I knew nothing about it or the myth of Ne Zha before watching it. But the animation was beautiful, the story was great and I just love Ao Bing’s character a lot ^^

5. Brave Still probably my favourite Disney princess film! Extra points for will-o’-the-wisps ^^ I also liked the story of Merida embracing her independence (and possibly being the first Disney princess that wasn’t paired with a love interest I think?), but also learning to understand her mother’s point of view (and vice versa). And I still laugh so hard at Merida’s dad doing an impression of her ~“I don’t want to get married, I want to stay single and let my hair flow in the wind as I ride through the glen firing arrows into the sunset.” Very relatable XD

6. Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs I just loved watching the giant animated food okay? XD This film was so colourful and vibrant!

7. John Wick 2 This is a little different from all the previous films ^^; but this series had the prettiest visuals and most fascinating worldbuilding I’ve seen in an action series. There was a whole crime underworld of assassins with their own codes and rules, it was all very cool. Though I’m not sure if I’d classify it as a “comfort” film ^^; And I don’t know if I could still watch it now? It’s kind of weird, but I feel like in the past year, my tolerance for films with lots of violence/shooting has just dropped dramatically? (I remember getting halfway through Umbrella Academy S2 and just having to stop because I couldn’t handle it D:) It’s just very exhausting now and I tend to prefer these softer chinese shows ^^ Maybe it was the pandemic? or just me getting old? Idk XD
