El periódico digital de los colonizadores españoles www.eldiario.es se hace con un reportaje de la celebración del meñesmen, desde aquí, tanto mi persona como los colaboradores les damos las gracias a elDiario.es por dar a conocer que los descendientes de los aborígenes canarios seguimos vivos y reivindicando nuestra costumbres ancestrales.

Actos celebrados por la fiesta aborigen del Beñesmer en Gáldar

El barrio de El Agujero de Gáldar ha celebrado este sábado la fiesta ancestral aborigen del Beñesmer, organizada por la asociación cultural Atitdamama con el apoyo del Ayuntamiento.

Con un formato renovado contó con una feria de artesanía, exhibiciones de lucha canaria, juegos tradicionales, como el palo, el salto del pastor o los dameros, gastronomía canaria de todo tipo, charlas sobre las costumbres de los indígenas canarios; conferencias, como por ejemplo, el lenguaje silbado y las lenguas amazighs y todo tipo de actividades relacionadas con la cultura de los antiguos canarios.

Exposición de artesanía por la fiesta aborigen del Beñesmer en Gáldar

La plaza de Mr Leackock volvió a recrear el Beñesmer, una festividad ancestral retrotraída del calendario de los antiguos pobladores canarios, para situarse en el presente, a través de un festival que busca preservar y honrar la cultura, tradiciones y el legado de los indígenas canarios.

Tras varios años de ausencia, el evento se retomó este año de la mano de la asociación patrimonial Attidamana y el Ayuntamiento de Gáldar, a través de la Concejalía de Identidad, a cargo de Carlos Ruiz Moreno.

El Festival realizó actividades que muestran la forma de vida de la población canaria, la arqueología, la artesanía, así como exhibiciones y charlas sobre las formas de vida y problemáticas de la era actual.

Actividades deportivas tradicionales de los antiguos pobladores canarios en la fiesta del Beñesmer

Utensilios aborígenes

La jornada inició a las 10:00 horas con la apertura de una feria de artesanía canaria y una charla que profundizará sobre el Beñesmer, su significado e historia. La agenda continuó con la visita guiada al parque arqueológico y necrópolis de La Guancha, la plantación de flora canaria, actuaciones musicales y cuentacuentos.

“El objetivo es mantener vivas nuestras tradiciones ancestrales y el Beñesmer tiene que ver con la recogida de las cosechas”, explicó a Acfi Press Ayoze González Padilla, uno de los responsables de Attidama.

Temáticas como la jardinería xerofítica, las macroestructuras contra los microterritorios, la paradoja de las renovables, la turistificación, el derecho a la vivienda, la agroecología y transformación social, formaron también parte del tagoror, un espacio con charlas de diez minutos.

Para Diana Palenzuela Villar, presidenta de Attidamana, “esta tradición cultural única merece ser preservada y difundida, y es una excelente oportunidad para celebrar la historia canaria y promover el patrimonio de las islas”.

Distintos historiadores han indagado esta antigua festividad, intentando precisar la fecha de su celebración, basándose en los datos ofrecidos por las fuentes documentales insulares, así como en la información etnográfica de los actuales pueblos amazigh del norte continental africano“.

BRAULIO "ESPERAME EN GALDAR"

On the desolate planet of Galdar, scientists from Earth had been conducting comparative planetary science research for years. The planet, located in a distant star system, bore a striking resemblance to Earth in its primordial state. Its vast, arid landscapes and ancient, crumbling mountains were an eerie reminder of a bygone era, captivating researchers with its potential for unlocking the secrets of planetary evolution.

Dr. Elena Sanchez, a renowned planetary geologist, led a team of intrepid explorers who had dedicated their lives to understanding the mysteries of Galdar. They had set up a research station in the shadow of the ominous Mount Tharok, an ancient volcanic peak that towered over the barren plains like a sentinel. Local legends, passed down by the indigenous tribes, spoke of an ancient evil that resided within the mountain, but the scientists dismissed these tales as mere superstition.

One evening, as the team gathered around the holographic display to discuss their findings, a sudden, bone-chilling wind swept through the station. The temperature plummeted, and the lights flickered ominously. Dr. Sanchez glanced at her colleagues, her brow furrowing with concern.

Desperation seized Dr. Sanchez. "We came here to study, to learn," she pleaded. "We mean no harm."

The Harbinger's laughter echoed through the station, a sound that sent shivers down their spines. "Your intentions are irrelevant," it said. "You have disrupted the balance, and now you must pay the price."

With a flick of its bony fingers, the Harbinger summoned a swarm of shadowy, spectral figures that materialized from the darkness. They moved with unnatural speed, their eyes glowing with the same malevolent light as their master. The scientists had no chance to escape; the shadows engulfed them, their screams echoing through the night as they were dragged into the abyss.

In the aftermath, the research station lay in ruins, its once-gleaming walls now covered in a thick layer of ash and soot. The Harbinger stood amidst the destruction, its eyes gleaming with satisfaction.

"The secrets of Galdar will remain buried," it whispered to the wind. "And those who seek to uncover them will meet the same fate."

As the Harbinger vanished into the shadows, the planet of Galdar returned to its eerie silence, the ancient evil within Mount Tharok once again at rest. The expedition was never heard from again, their fate becoming another legend whispered among the stars, a warning to all who dared to challenge the unknown.

Ayuntamiento de Gáldar

El Ayuntamiento de Gáldar inauguró en la tarde de este lunes una escultura de cuatro metros y medio que dará la bienvenida al municipio desde la rotonda de Becerril y que representa al Guanarteme Artemi Semidán, hijo de Andamana y Gumidafe. De esta manera el Consistorio mantiene su apuesta por el embellecimiento del casco y por las continuas referencias a su historia en lugares emblemáticos del municipio. La escultura ha sido obra de Fernando Silva Moreno, mismo autor del conjunto escultórico de guaires instalada el año pasado en la calle Guaires, que ha usado el mismo material, jesmonite con un baño de cobre en una escultura con un peso de unos 500 kilos.

Una escultura de más de cuatro metros que representa al Guanarteme Artemi Semidán da la bienvenida a Gáldar.

Nadie se puede imaginar la gran alegría que siento al ver la representación del gran ARTEMI SEMIDAN, el primer Guanarteme (hijos de Artemi) descendencia, hijo de un pastor de cabras de Artenara y de una Guayarmina(princesa guerrera) la cual, le dio una sobera paliza al pastor por llamarle la atención por estar sola en la cumbre de la isla, ella le contesto, no hay hombre que me someta, ven y lucha conmigo, la Guayarmina le pegó una paliza (jalà) que se sometió a ella, Andamana al ver su superior fuerza lo perdono porque solo quería su seguridad, se casó con él y nació el primer Guanarteme ARTEMI SEMIDAN, falleció en Arguineguin luchando contras las tropa normandas invasoras de Joan de Betencourt(1390)después de haber repelido el ataque invasor y haber ganado y dar muerte a más de 40 normandos cristianos, falleció por las graves heridas de las luchas de acero y palo de los aborígenes en la playa de Arguineguin.

Holaaaa, estoy fumadillo pero bueno voy a escribir la review de la semana porque ya v asiendo hora...

Chacho que fui a la Gala Drak de galdar y pues me dijaron tirao alexandra y alba enn finnnn, que me mosquee como fleje y estaba pensando en irme lit como 10 minutos antes de llegar la guagua, pero me encontre con nestor osea iba a dejarle tirao porque a mi me dejaron tirao en plan qué cojones sabes en fin es que yo también...

Entré a un baño en el que el hombre se había cagado su puta vida entera en el váter y tuve la peor experiencia relacionada con olores fuertes, no sé que cojones acabo de decir.
