My Experience With the Signs (Reprise)

Aquarius: They have a commanding presence to them that to some is intimidating but not to me. You stick to your “one way of doing things” far too much. they act emotionally detached even when everyone knows they’re the most sentimental person in the room. some of them get on my nerves with their one track mind, but for the most part we get along. they’re the type to say eww guiltlessly when you say you like something really lame (if they dont then they’re the lame one). don’t really get irony for some reason either. they dont understand how you can be ironically into something really stupid, like saying you ironically listen to journey or hall and oats sometimes.

Pisces: its a 50/50. Either I love you or I can’t stand you theres no in between. they all have high morals and will really push them on people. this isnt a big problem unless their logic makes absolutely no sense which happens. they can be very intelligent but this can lead some to become overzealous. they’re smart, empathic and very compassionate. they are equal parts capable of being my favorite person or me just wanting to kill them due to some of their know-it-all natures and ridiculous logic. they’re the type where you can chain smoke talking about every topic under the sun with for 7 hours. so long as you don’t offend them which can happen pretty easily. make one innocuous joke or comment and all hell will break loose.

Aries: we would be cool except you make every issue about you. I admire your ability to stay positive, almost to a level where i fear you’re actually just ignorant of the problem completely. they’re good at making light of other peoples situations, but if something happens to them that they don’t like, its as if the whole world has to go on hold for them to figure it out. they can be really exhausting this way and come off as being super self absorbed. these are the type to call you at 4am saying “guess what just happened to me.”

Taurus: honestly not much has changed. you are still lazy and still prefer netflix and your bag of cheetos to hanging out. but regardless, they’re level headed and easy to talk to. they love to use the blame game to explain away their problems so they dont have to put work into adjusting their behavior. they have sound logic and ideas and can be that friend that you make a meaningful glance to across the room when the person you’re talking to is full of shit. nothing phases these people. until something does. then all hell breaks loose and they are insane.

Gemini: (i dont know many so im sorry if this is an unfair bias) out of all the ones I’ve known, they’ve all sucked. they manipulate and lie to get what they want from people. usually control. every picture on their facebook page is of themselves. they think they’re really talented and special when really they’re just a methhead trying to pick up underage girls with their guitar at a party they weren’t invited to.

Cancer: they’re all super sweet honestly. prone to being down on themselves and making their poor self esteem painfully obvious. they can get defensive and close themselves off even though you really just wanna hug them. tend to make poor relationship choices though they usually dont figure that out til later. really just fun to be around and drink half a bottle of tequila with. you can really tell them anything and they won’t judge you. a wholesome bean.

Leo: the person who cuts into a conversation because you haven’t said their name in five minutes. these are a bit of a mixed bag. the ones who dont have any control of their ego are unbearable: naiive, arrogant, selfish, self centered, etc. but the ones who are aware of their own egos are typically nihilists who like really weird anime and rip on themselves to make them laugh. the self aware ones have this “dead inside” air to them but not in a depressing gloomy way just in a confident “life is meaningless so fuck it” way. also I’ve never met a female leo who wasn’t gay so theres that masculine sign bringin the gay.

Virgo: they overanalyze too much and it makes them anxiety ridden but they dont do anything about it. they can be critical, but trust me they criticize themselves the most. they can be pretty blunt, and its a good trait only about half the time. they are secretly very emotional though most will never know that. they are dying inside but are super good at faking it and turning it into a joke. range from being overbearing to overly detached in about half a second. people don’t really perceive them the way they should in both directions good and bad. they stick to their ways but not in an aquarius or taurus way, but more of a “I am at a loss I dont know what else to do” way. typically very understanding and kind but not at first. it takes time to get through that prickly cynical exterior. they’re moody and typically get way too caught up and drown in tragedies. if something bad happens they never forget and they let it follow them to their grave. they’re the kind of person where you can lay on the hood of their car at night listening to beach house talking about how cool space is. (true story)

Libra: another 50/50. they both make me the angriest most miserable person on earth and also happy to the max. they love passionately when they’re actually in love but are prone to cheaty behavior which they never address. They get caught up in what people think of them without realizing it and it makes them act irrationally. they have a habit of trying to get someones attention or respect by covering up their true selves and adopting all the interests and hobbies of the person they admire, basically a chameleon. this makes them seem fake. i wish they would just embrace who they are and be themselves because literally everyone on earth would prefer that. some, usually the men, can be extremely arrogant and think they’re the greatest thing ever at everything with no evidence. they can be incredibly insecure and have all sorts of weird ways of covering it up. can be manipulative. very flirtatious which is great if you’re interested in one and really not great while you’re dating them. don’t really understand the concept of emotional cheating, probably because they do it so much and dont want to look at themselves as cheaters but they are.  if you find a loyal self aware libra with integrity and self respect though, my god they could rule the world through their ability for kindness and love.

Scorpio: I can be good friends with them but dating them is always a poor choice. they can be pretty oblivious and a lot of them get caught up in trying to look cool. its not because they care what people think its for some weird unknown self serving reason. these people can surprise you in all kinds of ways. because they keep themselves pretty low profile you never really know what they’re capable of. they’re unpredictable that way. they are pretty slutty in frivolous relationships, but once they commit they’re pretty attached. almost to an unhealthy degree. like they could get beat up, cheated on and abandoned by their partner and still love them (true story. like 3 of them). honestly though, usually just dorky memelords who wanna argue with you about politics and music using alien conspiracies as supporting evidence.

Sagittarius: oh you fiery eyed beauties. the independent ones are the best ones. they can talk all kinds of shit and not give a fuck better than anyone and its amazing so long as you’re not on the receiving end of it. the lazier ones are usually more clingy and unsure of themselves and usually use that fiery energy on their loved ones and themselves which isnt as fun. they are the greatest best friends. they know exactly what to say and when and they are the type of person where if you tell them you got cheated on they’ll go find the bastard and light their car on fire. essentially, a punk rock sagittarius can’t be topped by anyone. just stay away from the alcohol because you are so prone to being an alcoholic like please stop we love you.

Capricorn: usually very sweet. like to the point where you wonder if they’re “okay.” they will put up with some ridiculous shit from people. if you need emotional support though ask a capricorn because they will be there. usually like to keep in charge of themselves and accomplish their goals in their own kind of strange ways. usually neat and clean and smell good. they’ll buy you pizza and not ask to pay it back. if you upset one enough to leave your life then you’ve fucked up big time because they will put up with just about anything.they are precious keep them close and protected. I only met one i didnt like and they literally ended up the person i dislike most out of the whole human race that I’ve met. so i guess this means they’re just as capable of being complete asswipes as they are being squishy marshmallows.

Here’s a list of things about the signs that might cheer them up a bit (low-key: how to care/appreciate the signs around you): 

*Note: These are for when you need a little cheering up, some people might already be confident/assured in their own signs and that’s great!! But if you want to know how to help/care for other signs around you, this might be helpful for those who might need a little bit more ‘pick me up’ 💕

Aries - 

Are very laid back, contrary to the belief (i.e. ppl thinking that they’re hard to get along with/hard to please). Most Aries don’t think they’re the shit. 

Unless they have something they’ve worked super hard on (and see it as something they can help others with) they won’t bother with pointing out something you can’t change/they can’t change– but will try to help you as much as they can (like, trouble-shooting, planning it out, suggesting things you can do to help yourself depending on what you want/feel comfortable with doing). 

They try very very hard to be there for others, even when their efforts aren’t appreciated enough sometimes. People think fire signs are energetic and crass with people’s feelings  — they’re not, they do care.

Taurus - 

Most of the time despite being Venus-ruled they might not even think they’re particularly beautiful or charming. What they do know is that they gotta do the things they can do, the things they want/have to do and that’s what they’re focused on. 

They can get high-key sus about compliments, and unless you truly mean something (and they can see where you’re coming from) it’ll be hard-press to make the compliment stick/up their ego because of it. 

Funny people, but wants to be heard/given acknowledgement. Doesn’t want to be complimented on just ‘one-side’ of their personality (usually their more ‘harmonious’ side) but wants to be loved for all their sides (even if they haven’t shown it yet).   

Gemini - 

They aren’t air heads. They really aren’t. They can joke around about it with friends like ‘opps!’ just to make fun of themselves but internally they don’t work like that. They contemplate a lot, and works through problems alone. 

Even if some may talk about their problems to another person, they come to conclusions within themselves and that needs to be respected. Not questioned by others  (like ‘why are you so wishy washy? you said this to me and now you’re doing another??’) – despite being a Mercurial sign, they often understand the situation better (internally) than how they’re communicating it (out-loud). Thus, when they make up their mind about something— trust them that they can do it.

They also aren’t ‘two-faced’ or whatever people call it. They have an internal process that suffers if they don’t know how to work with it healthily/balance it well (internal/external). But ‘two-faced’ was never a part of their personality.

Cancer - 

Whoever says they’re crybabies have never met a Cancer in public. And whoever said ‘Cancers are Mothers’ never had a mum who’s a Cancer in the first place. 

Cancer can be strength through sufferings, they’re vulnerable and hard. Cancers aren’t your mothers, within their own self they have their own problems to shift through (thus why, being a Cancer doesn’t necessarily mean they’ll be great mothers– they have to go through the same trials/experience as everyone else– and sometimes, because they’re so stubborn, it might even be the most challenging thing to a Cancer native)

You’d think they’ll be emotional since they’re a water sign but they’re not (**at least not constantly) Some Cancers are less emotional than fire-signs. Respect that, respect their strength and charisma. Don’t ‘type’ them into a box and tell them what they want/don’t want in their life– let them make those choices themselves.

Leo -

Aren’t ‘natural’ leaders, most don’t even volunteer for leadership positions until they’re filled with personal pettiness/dissatisfaction about something they have to make the changes  (like use a platform to vent out their rage about it).

Again, some aren’t even extroverted. But they do what they gotta do and people think ‘oh they must enjoy this!!’ and keep piling them up on something when they’d rather be asked – who they are, what they want, what they like/dislike and be listened to instead of assumed about.

Taking care of a Leo isn’t just about listening to them, it’s about letting them have their own space. Letting them rest, be alone, play some games. It’s having security of their own time/what they want to be doing with said time that makes them truly Leo. 

Virgos - 

They’re not very good at telling people they care ‘no’, which is why they’re so so careful to say all their ‘nos’ to others (they aren’t close to yet) beforehand. 

The thing about Virgos being clean-freak? Only applicable to a handful of people (and only within certain contexts only). Cleaning is still a chore. Especially if they have mental/emotional depression to go through and they know they’re procrastinating those (in which case, it becomes an escape mechanism instead). Don’t use them as your maids, and don’t rely on them to be available to solving your problems/being in your service 24 hours either. Because if they care about you, they’re going to have a hard time saying no even if it’s really really pushing their limits already.  

Virgos have a lot of internal emotional distress to go through as well, and if they don’t process those they’re going to be in bad shape later. Think they’re un-emotional/super smart? Think again. They struggle daily with their internal emotions and working hard enough to pass their own expectations of themselves. Do people even know how hard it is to be in emotional distress at a drop of a pin sometimes? Waking up in cold sweat/not being able to sleep because you remembered something embarrassing 10 years ago? 

Libra - 

Not all Libras are romantically inclined. In fact, why do we think people are romantically inclined at all? 

Native Libras don’t have to say yes to those who asks them out. It’s not going to be like ‘ohhh!! I’m going make this the perfect relationship!!’. No! who even has that kind of energy?! (especially when you have to consider the other person pulling their part, can they do it? will they even do it?) 

Even if they’re interested, there’s a bigger narrative to think about and Libras aren’t fools to that. All those things about Libra being the watery-air sign? Maybe we should consider that Libras are also much more analytical than we realize sometime in 2k19 as well. (And give them their independence credit they deserve ffs, they manage to swerve this many suitors for how long?)   

Scorpio - 

Isn’t anyone’s sexual demon. They aren’t there for other’s fantasy of ‘an active sex life’. Scorpio’s are so much more than their sexual parts and maybe um?? they’re their own person??

The thing about Scorpio being mysterious is gonna be used against them one day to sexualize/objectify them to other people’s benefit. Why don’t you get to know one? Why don’t we ask what the hell they’re thinking sometimes? (and trust, a Scorpio would probably appreciate being asked/called out for it and being able to tell/talk to someone rather than –y know, being misunderstood all the time. If the confrontation is genuine and the other really do want to get to know the Scorpio’s side of the story/not going to cut them down half-way through just to invalidate them.) 

Scorpio’s not the one who has a problem, it’s others who has a problem with them. Do we just not trust the Scorpios?? Why the hell not?? Literally one of the most (if not the most) loyal, forth-coming and devoted signs out there. Why do we have a problem with people who can be genuinely good for us?  

Sagittarius - 

NOT ALL SAGITTARIUS ARE BUBBLY AND EXTROVERTED. Let’s just make that clear. Especially in the native signs, you think these bitches trust their inner-selves to others so easily??

Being friends with one DEFINITELY implies being able to take their snark/sass/sense of humor. It’s literally their main form of communication and the only criteria so far (before they ask about your political alignment, and unless they have other elements that points to different things). Do ya’ll think Sagittarius are just– infinite energy and ~adventure~ all the time??

They need to rest. Which is something most people talk about. They gotta hermit themselves– sometimes even become reclusive for a while to just do their own thing (maybe outside, maybe inside– just not with people they know around them). No Sag is going to have 100% energy to be with friends all the time, not unless they got some pretty strong fire/air in them that points to that ish (while the sag side ‘recovers’). 

Capricorn - 

Stop it with the ‘ohh they’re so ambitious’ talk all the time. They have no fucking clue what they’re doing. Most of the time, they’re just doing Their Best in order to get something out of the situation ya no. 

Honestly one of those people who Does Their Best but don’t know what the fuck they’re supposed to do after. They get anxious pretty fast pretty often sometimes and they’re like those ‘:) im ok’ when internally they’re just dying in pit of ice-cold flames. 

Humour is their biggest joy/connector to people impersonally. And did you know that– Capricorn likes to be adorable/be adored for some reason?? (no it’s not just about admiration, it’s also about adoration) All those things you think Gemini/Sagittarius would be— it’s actually just Capricorn trait in disguise (until you get to know them). 

Aquarius - 

Not so detached as you THINK they are. Honestly they’re one of the most caring people who would push for you when you can’t push for yourself??Literally angels on this earth, because even when they’re going through some seriously tough shit/personal injustice they work through it and recover like it’s nothing. (It’s not, but to others– wow, it’s so admirable)

The amount of things they do for other people– Virgo/Pisces has nothing on Aquarius in terms of caring/actually making it happen. Do you not think your local Aquarius is fond of praise/adoration? Because they are. They like being shown that they’re appreciated too– so please don’t think they can survive on their own without an ounce of love from others.

Think they’re going to leave you high and dry because they’re so “different” (what the hell is “different” anyways– Aquarius don’t even think it’s anything amazingly special it’s just a trait/thing they want to explore/work on) ? They won’t. They’re loyal as hell and they want pets sometimes. Honestly? They’re more puppy-like than you think. And that’s just– absolutely adorable. Suffer? Yes. But also, so much more in common with Capricorn than they realize.

Being there for others but not having people realize/appreciate them for that sucks. And do you seriously expect them to have expendable energy for that bullshit all the time? Mate, they barely have enough energy for themselves sometimes. 

Don’t dismiss how their minds work for something ‘whacky’ – honestly its fine the first few times but it’s gonna make them think they shouldn’t try to communicate themselves in certain ways afterwards.

The Signs as I’ve Known Them

*My experience with the signs in my own life. 

Aries: Very controlling/bossy. Stubborn as hell- to the point you literally have to sit there for hours trying to convince them to do something/go somewhere. Very set in their ways. Slightly cold emotionally. However, they’re incredible during a crisis or when put under stress. Very organized and logical. They can keep a cool head and offer a great voice of support/reason. Often the person I go to for advice on serious issues. They show love in very subtle ways, and in the end you know they’ve always got your back no matter how indifferent they may appear.

Taurus: Beat to their own drum. They’re the most confident, strong people I’ve ever known. They know exactly who they are and don’t/won’t change for anyone. They don’t fall into peer pressure easily, if at all. They are also some of the best and most loyal friends/people you will meet. They have a good balance of empathy/rationality. They care about the ones they love a lot and are always on their side- but aren’t shy to point out where their loved one has gone wrong in a given situation. Regardless, they are always there to help you fix it. In my opinion, they’re the realest, strongest and most grounded sign in the Zodiac. All the Taurus’ I know are major role-models in my life. 

Gemini: People I know under this sign are some of the most intelligent, kind and lovely people I’ve ever met. They have a special way of expressing their thoughts and ideas with you without feeling imposing. They’re incredibly caring and open towards the people they love and will do everything in their power to make them feel that love. I love Gemini’s.

Cancer: Cancer’s are an interesting bunch. They can be very stubborn and head-strong. They like/prefer to be “in charge” and have the last word even when the situation doesn’t really call for it. Sometimes they can be over-imposing. But if you get to know them long enough, you get to see the kooky, fun side of them. Sometimes they can come off a bit cold and indifferent, but when you really need them they are there for you. They’re pretty much in their own world most of the time and aren’t a big fan of change. When they come out of their shell they come only to express their point of view, not to hear anyone else’s.

Leo: This is weird because I am a Leo and the two Leo’s I have met are vastly different from each other. One was very loud and aggressive and the other was very quiet and almost even shy. But the common denominator between the two was how incredibly and openly loving they both were. Leo’s are a big warm hug. They also want to know the most about you. They’re always asking questions. A lot of the time they use their own experiences to try to understand you- which I think is why it can seem like Leo’s talk about themselves a lot. Most people tend to be very overwhelmed by a Leo’s openness. They’re ready to make friends with anyone, and if they like you, they will feel comfortable around you right off the bat. They’re very much in the moment types who like to see the positive side and strive towards optimism.

Virgo: A bit conceited. Like to talk about themselves a lot, most of the time in a self depreciating manner. Also need a lot of reassurance. They’re very deep and emotional beings, almost to a fault. Very insecure. They have a lot of talent and a very artistic soul… they create amazing art but can be too insecure to do anything with it. 

Libra: Libra’s are very fun, engaging people. They care a lot about their friends and will always be there for them. Very reliable and loyal. They’ll put their loved ones above anything and everything which leaves them to tend to procrastinate on other work/business related matters. They’re very much people persons. They don’t aim to please but they aim to flatter. They like to shower the people they love with gifts wether it be food, trinkets or even offering rides without asking for gas money lol. They are very caring, sometimes coming off a bit overbearing, but they just want the best for you. Because of this, they tend to put their own needs/health on the back burner- in that respect, they could work on honoring themselves before others. Overall Libra’s are some of the most giving and generous people you will meet.

Scorpio: Human torches. They are loud and don’t hold back on their opinions. Can be big grudge holders. Also use sarcasm as a defense mechanism quite often. They can burn too bright for the company around them. They go and go and go; once they’re on a tangent, they’re off. They tend to dominate the space and conversations happening around them, most of the time without realizing. Most of the time it’s fun to listen to them go off on rants about subjects, but they can get really riled up. But their fiery personalities make them great go-getters. They fight for what they want, and if they can’t get what they want one way, they’ll either find or make another. They are also extremely devoted to their friends and loved ones and will show immense support and care for them when they need it most.

Sagittarius: The sweetest souls. Sagittarius are like the hippies of the Zodiac. They’re all about peace and love. Always down to have a good time, but tend to keep to themselves in social settings. They radiate calm and peacefulness and are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Tender is a good word to describe them. They’re very invested in their art/passions and live to create- that’s where they connect with themselves emotionally. Their inner world is rich and vibrant but only really shown through their art.

Capricorn: Very smart, ideological people. They have very strong ideas about their lives. They know where they’re headed and know exactly what steps to take to get there. They like to plan things out- and follow through on their plans. They’re incredibly smart people with excellent, witty conversation and sense of humor. They are extremely driven and total perfectionists, sometimes to a fault. They can put relationships on hold to pursue their goals, and lose touch with some of their closest friends in pursuit of their careers. But overall some of the most inspiring people I know.

Aquarius: These people will slide right into your life and magically become your best friends without you even knowing it. They are some of the most fun and real people you will ever meet. Conversations with them can go anywhere and everywhere, They are kind of like the older sisters/brothers of the Zodiac. You can come to them for advice and they’ve got the realest version of it. And then a second later you can be laughing over stupid memes together. They become this part of your life that you suddenly can’t live without and you never even noticed it happening until they move across the globe or you can’t meet up for your weekly coffee sessions with them and not being able to talk to them makes your day a little grayer. They’re the absolute creme de la creme and I love them.

Pisces: Very intelligent and organized people. Great leaders/rocks. They have their sh*t together and know how to get others on track. They’re also some of the most laid back people I know. They like to hang out and take it easy. Very easy to talk to. I can’t say I’ve had too many in depth conversations with a Pisces. Most of our conversations tend to be surface-level, but enjoyable. Pisces are easy people to take a breather with. They’ll help you get yourself sorted out.

Since it’s 2019 – a brand new year, I know many people will be thinking about their future careers or in the midst of searching for jobs. I recently landed one myself and wanted to make this post to inspire you all and give you good wishes in your job hunt. This is why your sign makes the PERFECT candidate! 

Aries: The Dedicated Achiever 

Motivated and bold, Aries are born to rule, and anyone can see the burning determination in their eyes to climb that job ladder. Not only are they determined, but they are also very capable and big achievers. Aries often have a long list of accomplishments and are not shy when talking passionately about a role they match well with. Loyal and dedicated employees, they no doubt have shining references, which all help them get their dream job! Leo: The Leader Leo, the born leader. They have an air of authority and prominence to them naturally and may even fit in so well with the interview panel because of this. Charismatic and capable, these hard workers have proved time and time again they can achieve results. When placed in a tricky situation, they never lose their cool and always manage to over-achieve their targets. Leos are the most likely to climb the ladder the quickest and be tasked with senior roles sooner due to their emotional intelligence and ability to lead. However, they also research into the interviewer, catering exactly to their wants and requirements. Like Cancer, they become their interviewer’s best friend or perhaps, mysterious date. Scorpio often leaves an interviewer feeling extremely impressed, flattered and curious to know more.  Sagittarius: The Chatterbox  Sagittarians. Will. Not. Stop. Talking. They have an endless amount of achievements and experiences to talk about and have no reluctance when asked to share some of their stories. They are innovators, adaptors, and great team members. They navigate situations diplomatically and are great leaders. They are bound to impress any interviewer with their breadth of experiences and their verbal communication skills.  Capricorn: Majorly Overqualified Capricorn will not attend any interview unless they know for certain they fulfil, and go beyond, EVERYTHING on the job spec. They know the skills inside-out and can display their talents at a moment’s notice. Capricorns are incredibly hard-working individuals who thrive from progressing in their work field and by meeting their goals. Capricorn will be majorly overqualified for any job they apply to and will often have to reassure the interviewer that they’re at the right interview.  Aquarius: Backseat Interviewer Aquarius is the inquisitive and interesting candidate who has excellent remarks to make about the interviewer and even offers innovative new ideas the company/role can improve upon. They have a unique CV, very original ideas and easily captivate the interviewer with every remark they make. At the end of their interview, they conduct their own interview on the interviewer.  Pisces: Wildly Talented Pisces are naturally gifted and excel at many different things. While not being the most talkative candidates, their outstanding talents and previous examples of work shine through and always impress any interviewer. They have a deep and impressive emotional intelligence, and friendly demeanour, which makes them perfect employees when building working relationships.

Minseok

Another Aries for me to die over. This will be a wild ride. I wrote Sehun’s first, that’s why this says another. 

Ambitious. I think that Minseok is one of the only people who remains impartial with his feelings to situations when you really need him to. He’s mature, he’s loving and he’s everything good in the world. Without repeating too much of what I wrote in Sehun’s (there’s more about Aries in there), Minseok is one of the most loyal people you’ll ever meet. I don’t really see many problems with dating him, he just aims high and will always want the best. From you, from him, from the relationship as a whole. What makes him ambitious is that he has a need to feel like he’s the best, or rather he likes getting attention for being in the cutest relationship. He’s one hundred percent going to fall even more in love if you’re not fake and you’re just as honest with him as he is with you, and he’ll always be there to show you how much he loves you. Unlike Sehun he’ll be much more comfortable with expressing his love because of his maturity, though sometimes he will act a little shy in the relationship. 

Luhan 

Understanding. Luhan is, without doubt, a bit of a hopeless romantic. He’s great with humour and he will always have the cast of a shadow over his heart because somewhere he believes that he’ll never be truly lucky in love. Once you have a place in his heart, it’s unlikely that he’ll ever forget you, so if you ever argue he’ll be the one who apologises even if he’s not in the wrong. After he lets out his steam, of course. Above all though, Luhan will be the first person who can offer a shoulder to cry on. Maybe it’s what attracted you to him in the first place, his compassionate and loving spirit. No matter what though, he’ll always be there for you and it can be his downfall because he’ll often return to people he trusted in the past. Remember that he’s committed though and try to understand him too; he’ll always be a great friend and lover. 

Yifan

Charismatic. I promise I didn’t run out of words, this will make sense in a minute. I’ve always loved Yifan because of the fact he seems like he hands situations well. Be it a meeting, a one to one with his emotional best friend or cuddling with the love of his life, Yifan is great at knowing what to do and say for you to trust him a little more and fall more in love, too. He’s such a great guy in terms of his ability to make people feel loved, but he can also toss you aside in the snap of his fingers, so don’t ever overestimate your importance to him. He’s naturally my enemy as he’s a scorpio and I'm a Leo and we both love power, but he may learn to compromise his power before anyone else. You might notice that he sometimes ignores you on random occasions for no reason. It’s not because you did something, it’s because he’s realising just how much he loves you and his greatest fear is you rejecting him for that.

Junmyeon

Endearing. Junmyeon is not boyfriend material, he's husband material. But, it will be hard to skip the dating part, so I'll try to think of some things. Since he's such a good leader and has such a caring personality, he’ll look after you like no other. One of his faults is that he may appear to take over situations and act like you’re married, which if you’re like me would annoy me to no avail. One good thing about him though is that he’ll listen to you and what you have to say to him, trying to improve on himself for you. Because he’s devoted, to put it plainly, and he’s a gemini. Why is everyone I love a gemini? He’ll have a character trait of switching moods quickly, but know that if he’s opened up to you then he really does trust you because he does care about you and you mean so much to him. On a personal level, though, get ready for dad jokes and awkward moments when people think you’re married. How great.

Yixing

Refined. Right, let me start with a pure fact: if you don’t love Yixing, there is a problem. He was harsh on Idol Producer but this isn’t a bad thing - he isn’t heartless, he uses his experiences to guide others and if that can’t be seen by others then I think you need to have a look at everything Yixing has been through to get where he is including overcoming people like this. He’ll have a habit of hiding his mood to make sure he doesn't bring you down, and an even bigger problem of thinking he’s annoying you if he texts you too much. Overall, Yixing is someone who can show a lot of love but may be a little shy to. His personality to me seems like that of someone who keeps problems to them self and will eventually just let it all out at once. Give him time, make sure you ask him what’s wrong if you notice something and excuse the fact he’s like this sometimes. He’s a libra so he’ll only ever have eyes for you when he’s fallen in love. May forget your birthday, but he’ll make it up to you in the most special of ways. 

Baekhyun

Appreciative. Whilst he may take a while to fall in love, once he’s with you it’s unlikely that he’ll give you up without fully trying to keep you with him. Since he’s a taurus, he’ll hold onto what he loves, unlike some of the other signs who may just completely forget you if you betray them or lose their trust. Baekhyun is more than just that though, he’s one of the most amazing people with an attitude which some may find frustrating but others will love! Please pay attention to him and don’t make him feel like he means less to you than he actually does. It hurts him more than anything. Sometimes he can refrain from showing you his true feelings, especially in the beginning, but he’s probably hung up over how he feels and sometimes can’t sleep because of it. Also, he won’t get jealous easily, but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t get jealous at all. 

Jongdae

Crazy. As in, he’s crazy in love with you and he’s a bit crazy in general. Hectic, for the lack of a better word. He’s a virgo and he’s great at getting hints of other people’s emotions which is a great social skill, especially in a relationship. He’s likely to sense your mood before you’ve even said a thing to him which, in my own opinion, is great. He knows when to comfort you and there’s nothing better than someone trying to make you feel better even though you haven’t had to tell them you’re mad, sad, etc. He wants someone who will take care of him, but that doesn’t mean he won’t take care of you. Expect daily texts and cute notes from time to time, as well as moderate amount of love - if he’s in love with you, it’s because you’re perfect to him. Realistically, too, he’s no dreamer. 

Chanyeol

Audacious. As in, he takes risks. He falls in love quickly, and he might not even realise until it’s too late. He’s attracted to humour and cuteness, mostly because he needs an escape from things around him. Honestly, if there’s something Chanyeol ruins everyone with it’s the fact he seems so adorable himself - he’s got to be one of the best big spoons on the planet. Anyway, being a sagittarius and a fire sign, he’s going to be a lot of fun. Road trips in the middle of the night and waking up in random cities on the regular, you’ll have to learn to keep up with him (if you’re an Aries or Leo, this is your time to shine!), or you might struggle. He won’t like it if you keep secrets, and he’ll tell you it how he is. I’m not saying he’ll propose quicker than anyone else, but I kinda am. Boyfriend material!! 

Kyungsoo

Sentimental. Kyungsoo is... someone who will make you feel like one of the most loved people on earth. I’ll get this out of the way to start with, he's honest and he may have a bit of an attitude sometimes. As in, if you’re being a dick he’ll tell you and he won’t stand for any immature passive aggressive texts. I’ve noticed honesty as something that runs with capricorns, but how they express it changes depending on the person. Kyungsoo doesn’t want to hurt anyone, but sometimes may appear a little awkward because he doesn’t know what the right thing to say is. Regardless, he loves you with all his heart and he cherishes you more than you might think he does. Just because he’s quiet doesn’t mean you’re not on his mind, and he's the kind of person who often has fantasies of the future between the two of you. He’ll also give into you whenever you want something, especially in the beginning of the relationship. As you get to know each other, he’ll be a bit more playfully rude to you - ‘can you make some beef for dinner’ ‘no’ ‘but...’ ‘you know I'm kidding, you idiot’. On another note, this gif is so cute and now I want to maybe cry for a few hours?

Tao

Sporadic. As much as I love Tao, it will be a rollercoaster with him. The first thing I’m seeing is him showing up at your door after a month away with a bunch of flowers, but twenty minutes later he’s locked himself in your bathroom because you didn’t answer him within two seconds, since you were busy looking through the gifts he had brought you. He’s sensitive, but a bit more than other taureans. Maybe it’s just him, but he’s a bit of a prince in the fact he expects things and has extremely high standards. So take it as a compliment if he’s fallen in love with you, you’ve passed one of the hardest tests that 99.999999% of people will fail. Tao has a knack for paying attention to small detail and I won’t fault him for a skill as such, it can be great. Just know that you’re dealing with someone who’s hard on the outside but soft on the inside and will be a true sweetheart, if he’s not pissed at you for whatever reason.

Jongin

Loyal. There’s a metaphor, as keen as mustard, which I didn’t quite ever understand until I thought about Jongin and how important he is. Aside from being soft and cute, he’s someone that becomes more and more valuable to you overtime because you end up needing him more than you ever planned on. Let me try to explain the metaphor - mustard is important for cooking beef as it adds flavour and zest. Take this lightly, and understand that I'm trying to say that Jongin will add so much more to your life that you’ll never want a life without him in it. Another Capricorn, like Kyungsoo he’ll be straight with you but never with any bad intentions. He’ll say it to you to help you and because he cares about you. He’ll give you a lot but expect nothing in return, which may lead to him feeling hurt, so make sure you do show him that he’s loved. A lot. He’s mustard, remember, we all need him. You’re his world. Don't forget that.

Sehun

Finally. I have an Aries, the best star sign to make a leo happy. This may be a little longer than the others cause I’ve been waiting. 

Serene. Sehun is a mix of things to me. Sometimes I see him as being the most confident guy and other times he’s so shy it melts my heart. One thing he will never admit to you is how important love actually is to him. It’s one of the most important things to him, so important that often he shoves it aside because it scares him. His love for you scares him. Not to say he won’t show that he loves you, he’ll just show you in reasonable amounts and through the little things. Texts in the morning and evening, a kiss on the forehead when you’re sleeping already and giving you his jumpers because he claims you have nothing else to wear. One thing Sehun will do is make sure you know he’s mad at you by just acting pissy, which is a bit shit, but you'll get used to it after a while. He’s just as easily pleased by small things, so it’s not too hard to apologise to him. But he’s still sensitive, as much as he hides it from you, and even the little things will set him off. Just like Baekhyun will notice if you change your texting style, Sehun will be the first person to notice if you’re an octave quieter than you are usually. He might not ask immediately but if he knows something’s wrong, he’ll spend more time with you to try and work out what’s wrong. Dates at home in bed and lazy nights under the stars, it’s perfect for him when it’s just the two of you. Just know that he loves you a lot, even if it doesn’t show.

My favorite and least favorite things about the signs

 Aries ♈ — Aries is inherently very cool, they march to the beat of their own drum and don’t much care about what others are up to. This means they stay in their own lane and don’t really care much for drama. This lack of care for others can also manifest as selfishness or self-centeredness. You can literally see their eyes glaze over when you’re talking about something that doesn’t interest them, even if it’s very important to you.

Taurus ♉ — Taurus is the most loyal friend you will ever have. They will stay in your corner through thick and thin, and when you need defending they will go to bat for you no matter the cost. They can also be enormously stubborn, and unless THEY want to do something it won’t happen. Want to go to a concert and need a friend to go with? Nope, not unless they’re listening to the band on repeat. Want to go out to a place they’re not incredibly comfortable at? Nope, who ever heard of favors anyway?

Gemini ♊ — Easily the most hilarious people you’ll ever meet. They’re snarky and sly and will never fail to put a smile on your face with their endless knowledge and quick wit. They can introduce you to just about anyone, and they love to be an intermediary between friends. They also never shut up. The wall of words created by a Gemini is no meager thing, and if you’re trying to change the topic, or god forbid you have to leave for some reason you’d better just give up.

Cancer ♋ — Cancer will never fail to make you feel like you’re part of their family. They treat everyone that gets even a little close to them with the greatest amount of kindness and sincerity. You will never meet a bigger goofball who is down for the most bizarre of shenanigans. They’re moody, however, and when you’re counting on them for a social engagement they might abandon you in favor of retreating to their nest, giving you whatever bullshit excuse and then hermitting until the tide changes.

Virgo ♍ — The kind of person that you can always come to with any problem, who will look at the problem and help you find a practical solution to it, no matter how they’re feeling about you at the time. They’re enormously kind and thoughtful in just about any way that isn’t verbal. Don’t expect them to have a kind word to say, but know that they’ll be there to help you through all of life’s difficulties. Do expect them to have unrealistic expectations of you, however, and take solace in the fact that their expectations for themselves are even more unrealistic, even though it kills them inside.

Libra ♎ — Libra is the sign that deals with everyone as equals. They truly meet everyone where they are, and as such are able to find interest in just about any conversation. They will listen to you rant and rave when you’re angry, gush when you’re in love, mope when you’re sad and meet you at your level every time, sharing in your enthusiasm, your sorrow, your joy. They can also be very contrary, and so when you come at them with an open mind you can be shown so many different facets of an issue that you feel strongly about. An unbalanced Libra is prone to being two-faced, however, and they stir up drama wherever they go. They’re also the type to agree with you in the moment, and then later on decide against it.

Scorpio ♏ — Scorpio is the “no judgement” type. They’ve seen the darkest parts of humanity and know just how awful people can be. They’ve also seen this darkness in themselves, and so they can’t fault others when they falter from time to time. They can be paranoid as fuck though, and constantly read too much into a situation//hear things that aren’t being said in an argument. When they’re emotionally invested in you it is the greatest blessing, as well as a monumental curse.

Sagittarius ♐ — Fun as fuck. Sagittarius is always willing to try new things and meet new people, and there’s no better travelling partner so long as you’re not the type that has to rigidly stick to a pre-set plan. Sagittarians can roll with the punches and always come out on top, they’re also lucky as all get out. They’re not exactly the reliable type when it comes to emotions, however, and might just peace rather than trying to actually work anything out.

Capricorn ♑ — Capricorns are easily some of the funniest people that live on this planet, though you certainly have to have an appreciation for dryness. They’re also another sign that treats everyone the same regardless of their background, though it’s true that they can get caught up in their image and that has a negative effect. Goats are the second most delusional sign, right behind Pisces. They traverse their lives with blinders on, and rarely are willing or able to perceive or tolerate things that don’t fit into their very narrow view of the world. They’re the type to climb ruthlessly to the top, not noticing all of the people they crush in their ascent.

Aquarius ♒ — Aquarians are enormously smart, assuming you don’t get one that has learned to play dumb in order to get what they want somewhere along the line. They will talk to you about pretty much anything, and barring it being a subject in which they are passionate (there are many) they will listen with an open mind and non judgmental stance. I love the fact that anyone with heavy Aquarius is in to some weird shit, as it makes them fascinating to get to know. Do I even have to mention the god complex? It’s so overplayed with Aquarius, and yet it’s also so pervasive in their kind. Which is similar to them all thinking they’re unique little snowflakes and outcasts without realizing that they do indeed fall into one category by labeling themselves as such.

Pisces ♓ — Easily the most compassionate and caring sign, Pisces would give the shirt of their back to a friend in need. I adore the way they fuss over their surroundings when they’re hanging with someone they care about. Are you warm enough? Is it too bright in here? Is the television too loud? They’ll steadily make small adjustments and if you go with the flow you’ll be much happier for it. They, however, go with the flow a little too much, and it makes them FLAKY AS FUCK. I abhor the type of person that backs out on plans over and over again, and if a Pisces is not in JUST the right surroundings they’ll flake on you every time. Don’t even bother with dinner plans for next week, just text them last minute.

The Signs as People I've Come To Know

Note that everyone described was born under the sign they are listed next to.

Aries: He doesn't really know fear, but when he does it's intense fear. More than anything, he is a daredevil, going from place to place and from person to person quickly and dangerously. He tells jokes until they're soiled and sour and you just wanna tell him to shut up, but you know you aren't going to because his stupid jokes that often make no sense and aren't even funny are all a part of what makes him who he is, so you can't help but laugh, and at the end of the day that's a person you find yourself always coming back for. A person you just genuinely want to be around for a long time. He can be air headed, but he protects ferociously and is endearingly kind to strangers. Inside, he never quite lost his childlike nature, something I hope he can one day embrace. I also hope he can one day understand, he is not his mistakes.

Taurus: She has a lot to say that she keeps inside, but whenever she does speak it is always soulful and insightful beyond description. It's so easy for her to get lost in her own mind, and though she doesn't care to admit it, it happens a lot that she shuts down and isolates herself. But everything is honestly better when she's around. Sometimes it's hard to convince her of that, but she has an inner and outer beauty that glows on everyone she meets. She doesn't realize other people take notice of her radiance. When she retreats, it's not uncommon for her to be quiet and not really know how to explain why she's feeling the way she is, and yet she approaches things with such an extreme level of insight and consideration. She makes everyone around her proud. Introverted as she may be, she pampers all her friends, even when they may not deserve it, and she's more brave and outspoken than I think she understands. She is one of the people who genuinely makes me happy.

Gemini: She is curious about almost anything and everything, and invests fully into things that interest her. It's actually beyond pleasant to watch her work out a task she loves working on, or talk about anything she loves in general, because her eyes light up and she has this smile on her face and you can just tell in that moment she loves being heard and she loves sharing what she's come to find wonderful with someone. I wouldn't call her quiet, at times she is, but I would first use the adjective "thoughtful" to describe her, as her mind is constantly generating new ideas. She processes and remembers information quickly and speaks about her feelings almost fluently. More than anything, I hope she knows I am always there for her. I hope she knows how much people love her. She is so kind, and a delight to be around.

Cancer: She has been through a lot. She used to walk through life with a heavy heart, but she is trying to learn how to remove the crutches and take everything as it comes. Very driven by her emotions, she experiences drastically different periods of highs and lows, but never lets anyone go to bed without knowing how much she loves them and cares about them. She has certainly been done wrong by the world, and this has led her to experience frequent trust issues and to on occasion become suspicious about other people's motives. However, this doesn't stop her from giving her all to those she loves, even if at times they may not completely deserve her help or her advice. She often settles for less than what she deserves, but I hope that she can eventually come to understand she need not settle and need not cater to people who do her wrong. She should look out for herself too, it's something she owes herself.

Leo: Though I haven't known her for very long, it's clear how influential she is and how in tune she is to other people's feelings. She seems very open to the world around her, and has no problem expressing herself without fear of what other people may think. She always does her makeup almost flawlessly, and you can tell she dresses for herself and no one else, and only worries about impressing one person, her. She is extremely loyal to those she cares about, and often talks about them as if they are wonders of the world. Even if you haven't spoken to her before, you will want to, because she gives off extremely positive and warm vibes, and publicly stands for everything and everyone she happens to believe in. She has a big personality, but a beautiful one at that, she is a true individual, and is one of the only other Leo's I've come to know, as well as one I hope to know better soon.

Virgo: She is wise beyond her years. She often works harder than most adults I've seen, although she is young in age. She always wants to make sure she has a say, but it's just as important to her that other people do, too. Other people don't always treat her as nicely as she deserves to be treated, and it's because they think they don't understand her, but in reality, they wish they had the heart and bravery that she does. She has accomplished and been through so much in such a short period of time, and she never let it taint all the love in her heart. She can be a bit anxious and scared, waking up at night after a nightmare or worrying she has not done her best, but she always gives her all, and I strongly believe there is nothing she cannot surmount or accomplish. Always willing, always eager to help. I wish I had her strength. I wish I had the beauty of her soul. I hope she someday sees how magnificent she is.

Libra: He is a character, he has always been a character dating back from the first day that we met. Everything he does and everything he says is with good intent and magnifies his already vibrant personality. Overall, he is a people's person, friends with everyone who is kind and attentive toward him. And he plans to keep it that way. He always tries to see the best in everyone. Although sometimes he cannot continue this and experiences outbursts of anger, they are usually temporary and he can move on from situations quickly. He is a marvelous friend. Creative, funny, often indirect, but always there in some form. Half the things that Come out of his mouth are jokes, but when he speaks and he's being serious, all you can hear is his heart speaking too. He's great to have around.

Scorpio: He says that he has a twisted mind, but really he's just into a lot of horror movies and has extreme reactions to otherwise small situations. I couldn't see him harming a fly, unless the fly went and did something to really piss him off. He can be a little self centered, but he is also self sufficient and just wants to make sure he himself is okay. When he starts something, it'll get done before he moves onto the next thing, and he's not really one to leave anyone with unanswered questions as he's pretty intense and direct. He's great to talk to because no silence is ever awkward, some of those silences are necessary and he knows it. He won't let things stay quiet for too long, either. One of my favorite things about him is once you've been a part of his life, he'll never forget about you. Even if you're miles and miles away.

Sagittarius: He gets extremely excited about small things, like going on a trip or hanging out with his friends and playing video games. He knows no part of life is insignificant, and that everything we go through either means something or leads to something else, but he also knows when to let go and stop worrying about things that are out of his control. Overall, he loves to have fun. He loves to laugh with his friends and share what makes him happy. When people disagree with him, he can become rather snippy, and might even resort to telling them they are flat out "wrong." He doesn't realize he's being rude, but often it just doesn't come out the way he would like because he speaks exceedingly freely. That's what he is, a free spirit. He makes decisions for himself and is not afraid of his opinions. He will share them willingly with anyone who asks and takes great pride in being who he is and leading the adventure called his life.

Capricorn: She is aware of who she is, what her limits are, and what her intentions are as well. Though sometimes she surprises others by acting the way one wouldn't have expected, she is consistently trying to take responsibility for things she know she's done wrong and does not like it when people refuse to acknowledge it when she has been acting like a fool. She holds herself accountable for many things, even when they are not exactly her fault, and she refuses to be kept in the dark for too long. When people don't like her, she wants an explanation, because she always tries to do her best and be the best version of herself she can become. It hurts her to consider that she is not doing well with that. She wants stability and security, she wants to be able to feel safe in situations, and that's all a part of what she fights for. Overall, life is a fight she does not want to lose. And one she will not allow herself to.

Aquarius: She is one of the most artistic people I've had the privilege of meeting, and decorates everywhere she goes and everything she creates with her glowingly positive vibes. She cares deeply about her friends, and however quiet she has a brilliant way of words, and is a phenomenal person to have a late night (or any time of day really) conversation with. She understands life on a deep level that not a lot of people do. Although she may not always feel comfortable completely showing her emotions, she is not afraid to be in touch with them and always knows how to nicely phrase them. I'm grateful that when I ask her what's wrong, she doesn't lie to me and she trusts me enough to talk to me about it. I know it's not always the type of thing that's easy for her. She is artistically talented in every aspect, and aims to perfect her performance in all she does. But honestly, the way she adds her own flair to all she accomplishes and makes it so original is an amazing thing to witness in itself.

Pisces: He doesn't understand the impact he can have on others. It is not uncommon for him to get so lost in his thoughts he forgets about the rest of the world, but he seemingly always finds his way back. Whenever he drifts, he will usually talk about it at one point or another, and he always has all these philosophical things to say that never cease to amaze me. His speech is always sweet and fluid, and he always sees things, both their interior and their exterior. Even though sometimes he asks silly questions, he's highly perceptive and caring. He loves having a good time, but he loves talking about life and all it entails as well, and he knows that both those things can overlap. He's one of the greatest friends I think I will ever know, and he always tries to be, even if at times he can't. I wish he came out everyday.

You have a habit of acting like something/someone to make fun of it, take ‘srz bzn’ person and turning it on it’s head. This is driven from Gemini cleverness but also ‘not taking shit seriously��� bc you are constantly nervous/anxious

There’s an energy about you that tries to have buoyancy/lightness but you can’t help but be utterly aware that you can ‘fall into the depth’ sometimes. You’re terrified of getting to the point where you can’t ‘get out’ of your own emotions/depth. Thus why you always to joke lightly or keep up a ‘front’ so that you can do your self-denial thing and never have to confront your real emotional depth.

You just aren’t happy all the time, and that’s the part that hits the most. Like you want to be happy/giving/forth-right to people, but you also know that you have this depth that is often unexplored. Or you fear it would be a ‘downer/cause concerns’ for others to know about you.

Make sure to let those out or like, share it with people you trust. I’d say like a Scorpio or Libra if you’re up to it. You deserve to have support/emotional stability and those who can help you through it.

Another thing with Gemini/Leo is that you’re a rather executive person, you don’t wait for things to come to you you’d rather do it/go get it while you see it come into view. You combine this active nature with your carefree/happy persona -- making you someone who people think ‘oh they got their shit tgt’ when half of the time you’re still sinking/swimming in your own emotional depth.

While you are generally devoted, loyal and cares/look out for yourself and those around you. You have a stubborn persona and an impulsive/executive function that can sometimes lead to your detriment.

You may underestimate consequences often, which is where you fall short.  You are way too careless and forgiving to yourself/your own bad habit that you tend to shrug off other’s concern/worries for your own safety. And tend to exasperate others until they walk away from you. Although it hurts you somewhat, you think you can get by with jus getting new people to come to you because of your charm/grace and lure them in to keep them over and over again.

Jus....watch out for your obstinacy and imploded self-importance, you put yourself and your own learning experience/method first before others and people know/realize this. It could make for a relationship that is unequal/unbalanced, where you need to be heard first and listened to all the time. 

While you may be open-minded/listen to others, your response is usually to ignore others for your own ideas/benefit. So make sure to check this in too. Listen to others and make them matter, or at least-- try to slow down and let yourself experience how they work thoroughly/carefully instead of rushing into things all the time
