I’m back, I’m fat
So... I haven’t been present on tumblr for a while. 
From January 20 to February 3, I was hospitalized on the psych floor, with the goal of gaining weight. I was formally diagnosed with anorexia. Got down to 106 lbs, which is underweight for my height. I really felt like crap and could barely stand up a few minutes without feeling like I would faint. I was falling a lot as well. 
So yeah, I gained weight. Spent 15 days in the hospital. I was 119 lbs when I got discharged. Until now, I’ve always been ok with the weight gain and eating. I stopped falling on the floor all the time, which is nice. Felt better. I got more energy as well. 
Since then, I was maintaining at 119-122 lbs. 
But yesterday, I weighed myself after a few days of not doing it. I was at 128lbs, it was a shock! Weighed myself again this morning, down to 126lbs, but I’m still mad at myself. 
I KNOW what happened. I ate a lot of potato chips. Almost everyday. Some days, I ate the whole (familial) bag. I ate chocolate a lot, almost everyday, as well. I haven’t been eating a lot of healthy foods and fresh products. And I’ve been less active for the last 3 weeks as I’ve lost my job so I’m home all the time, so I burn less calories of course, even though I had a desk job. I guess the depressive state I was in following the day I got fired didn’t help as I smoke (thc oil) and ate more. 
So yeah, since yesterday I DON’T ACCEPT this weight gain. 
Still have a lot of bad food in my fridge. I will stop buying potato chips and chocolate. I’m gonna buy fresh fruits and veggies. Anyways, now I have the time to prepare them, as I don’t work, so no excuse to waste them now. And I got money, so no excuse to not go to the grocery store. And as I have a lot of time on my hands, I should cook more. Cook healthy food of course. And I should start exercising. Maybe start with at least taking a walk around the block at least everyday, that’d be a good start and improvement as right now I’m spending my whole day at home, where I don’t move a lot!
And when the snow will be melted in the streets, I plan on getting my bicycle back and cycling a lot (I have all of the accessories, plus biking clothings, so NO excuses as I’m fully equipped). 
I’m fat, ugly, lazy and unemployed and that needs to change!
