OKAY mortarion time ….i forgot this was the book with purple prose and i had to go back in terror to make sure I didn't accidentally buy a McNeill novel again i did not, this is thankfully (?) someone else

I'm trying to figure out what about this pushes it into "Wow Edgy" rather than being genuinely compelling well actually this isn't too bad, to be honest, it's really the next bit which is that the population of ynyx (and WHAT a name) doesn't have mouths "the cold ember of his familiar, obdurate resentment" I feel like I'm being unfair to the book by feeling bathos instead of pathos but i think it's that everything is so over the top

Ok so. Context: I was doing OJT or practicum where I, along with my group of student teachers, had to do a demo discussion with the students. The thing is, out topic was mythologies. And Kalpas (crying screaming this man istg) is essentially a walking representation of some myths.

One of the myths we discussed was Prometheus, and although it may seem that Kalpas does not have a connection with this titan aside from their shared association with fire-

Prometheus was the one to teach the people to create and 'wield' fire. This is slightly similar to how Kalpas was one of the pioneers (aka: Flame Chasers) of the Previous Era. Kalpas may not have given the people fire, but he gave them a chance to survive against the Honkai.

Another mythological figure I thought to have a connection was Cu Chulainn of Celtic Myths. He was known to have riastrad, otherwise known as warp spasms, wherein he would go on a rampage, fighting friends and foes alike. Seems familiar 👀

Those are two I somehow connected with Kalpas today haha 😅

I think Dana explained the betas though, it was the characters in a much different, heavier and darker story, that probably would have leaned more into the idea of witches and… well hell. Since Hieronymus Bosch drew lots of purgatory images. But you cant really do that for Disney. Plus to be fair, you’re meant to be able to throw ideas at a wall (even if they are very unlikely to work) for concept art and then be willing to immediately dump stuff and try new ideas without getting attached.

 Side note, while the big selling point for the Betas is that they are edgy or can be used to explore darker subjects, people sometimes just make them borderline evil, or just… actual evil, did you know its very easy to find beta fics tagged with non con and/or underage? Yea. They make Willow actively hateful and sadistic or make the Lumity ship a copy paste of Catradora, aka have them beat the life out of each other but then say uwu owo its not toxic, they love each other.

(seriously i cannot take ship discourse in fandoms seriously, they'll say one ship is toxic or problematic and turn around and ship the same thing but worse.)

For the first point... You're absolutely right. I should not judge for someone exploring different possibilities in concept art because I have no idea when in production that art was made or what the idea for the show was at the time. A LOT of things go through a half a dozen rewrites before the public ever sees them. Frozen apparently came down to the wire for its final plot and it's a miracle we got what we did at all. And even then, I think that movie is still a bit of a mess at times.

Also, fun fact, I have considered an Owl House AU where Luz went to hell instead. In that, Eda would be a demon looking for redemption and her only real ally, but also the only one trying to be real with her so Luz keeps thinking the demons who want to manipulate her are the ones to trust. Amity would have also been an angel undercover and supposed to be giving reports to god about the comatose child who's soul went to hell for some reason when the worst she deserves is Limbo. I could do a concept pitch blog for it but *shrug*

So I think it's personally wrong to conflate canon material with fan material and what is being criticized. Fanworks and the like are one of the safest places to explore different topics or express pain and the like you've had. It also only commonly has one or two eyes on it to say something might be toxic while media on tv usually has a few dozen and the fact that no one catches the red flags is... questionable. Especially why those red flags exist.

(As a note: I can't weigh in on if Catradora is toxic or not because I have watched only one episode of that show. Not even the first. I really ought to though since it seems up my alley.)

WITH THAT SAID, fanfiction authors aren't exactly going to always be respectful about such topics and the like and it took the majority of a year for anyone to tell me people used the Betas for more than murderous, drug addicted psycopaths. Even those people praised a story for having the two get into random fist fights with strangers in a Denny's parking lot so... Yeah. I'm not going to say the characterization of the Betas in the fandom is the best, or their use for that matter.

With all that said, I feel like the nicer Amity has become, and the more the two have come closer and closer to their Beta designs, the less I see of the Betas. Even now, I see lot less blood smears and sadistic grins and a lot more "It's just a normal Lumity picture except a different design." These aren't criticisms really but more just me ruminating on the fact that I think the fandom lost a lot of people who liked the edgier possibilities because of how poorly the show handled its own edge.

As for me as a content creator, have I ever considered using the Betas? I mean, I have for a one off or two, notably a one off where Luz is a dragon and Amity the willing sacrifice to her, but a one off can be hard to capture anything really interesting about them. I'd say I've only had one idea where I maybe wanted to use the Betas and that idea is a Noir Mystery? (It's complicated) story where Amity is a brothel owner in part to make her mom mad, Boscha is both bouncer and stripper for said brothel and dating Amity and Luz is a detective but not super gritty or the like. More Columbo (from what I hear, haven't seen it myself) than normal pulpy fiction Noir types. Also her detective style would lean a lot more into reading people and connections than forensics.

Another story I could do a concept pitch blog for since god only knows when or if I'll ever get to it. That idea is WAY more fleshed out than the going to hell one though.

But yeah, the betas are fine in my opinion to exist and mostly fine in how the fandom uses them because... I mean, if you don't like what they're being used for, just don't consume it. It's not necessary AT ALL to be a part of the fandom and I think a lot of fandoms really need to learn to chill about content creators creating content they don't like.

I don't think people realize the sorts of spaces they're creating within their own fandom because of that or the damage to their show's popularity either. It's a complicated topic and one I've had to give a lot of thought as, well... Ex-erotica writer, remember? And I've still done one erotic story for TOH too, even if it's aged up.

It is a new semester after all, the freshmen are still getting a grasp of the large campus, though Cyno does guess that soon enough they will be awed of this place.

Walking among the tall shelves, he tries to locate the section he had been researching on, but a voice calls out to him, breaking his concentration.

“Hey, you ever thought of why were you given a Vision?”

He turns to the source of the voice, only to see you there, sitting on top of one of the book shelves as your legs dangled from it.

“I would say that it is a question worth discovering with my entire life.”

“Huh, to think that you would answer so naturally… Wouldn’t one first ask who I am or ask why would I want to know that?”

“Because, first, I know who you are and second, those who come to this place seek knowledge.”

“Oh, so I had become the talk of school despite me being here for the first day?”

“Indeed, you were known as one who had declared to not take part in any sort of Mysticism studies yet aim to unveil the mysteries of this world. They called you naive yet you had earned the highest scholarship obtainable. It’s kind of hard to not let such news spread out.”

“Well, there are certainly advantages and disadvantages with this commotion, but that’s not my main focus anyways.”

“And may I ask what that would be?”

“To search for answers to fulfil my contract with the God of Wisdom.”

“Contract?”he questions, not capable of following your conversation, you slyly smiled at this.

“It was nothing, and to the end of my bargain, yes…’ you began as you jumped off the shelf, landing right in front of him. “Well, it’s more like a bet than a contract if I’m being honest.”

“Which is?”

“To find out the truth behind Khaen-riah’s fall, or more specifically, the reason behind the alchemist Gold’s fall, before I graduate.”

“?!”

The kingdom that had technology and Mysticism developed greatly even without an archon, then was destroyed five hundred years ago.

Not much is known about Khaen-riah, and yet...

Cyno, was shocked, no, shocked isn’t enough to describe how he’s feeling.

“That’s... nearly impossible, isn’t it? Just what sort of offer did he gave you to tip the scales-”

“If I succeeded, he would answer me anything I want to know about.”

“It has been so long that the human race had been existing and yet none of us came close in finding the truth of the world...”

“Or perhaps someone did, and they failed to tell anyone?”

“Even Khaen-riah itself is advance with Alchemy, history tells us that their greatest alchemist Gold fell and became quite a threat... But why...?”

“What I’m trying to say is that we’re too trusting towards the gods cause we’re told to do so since we were born, you know what I had learnt after being tricked once? Doubt everything when you first see it, question it’s existence and see if you can use another point of view to perceive it.”

“Why do you doubt the gods?”

“That’s because I believe in humanity’s wisdom. I believe that even without the gods, humanity can still take care of themselves as fine.”

“If you need to rely on someone else in order to live, then what’s the meaning of living in the first place?”

“This is... quite a lot...” Cyno mumbled.

“It is a lot to take in, I agree.” You nodded as you leaned against a shelf.

“Our senior Lisa left this place after mere two years and went to Mondstadt to be a librarian despite her being a genius the Academia hasn’t seen for 200 years... Is it because she saw something that nobody else realised?”

“So what you’re saying is... There’s more to the bigger picture?” Cyno guessed as you snapped your fingers. “Bingo.”

“But that being said, questioning the gods is the same thing as raging treason against this world... “ Cyno pointed out with worry. “Are you sure this is what you want?”

“Indeed, *I’m trying to understand the rules of this chess game, so that humanity, the supposed audience of this game gets the chance to participate in it.”

“And if we can win this chess game or not, is entirely up to our legacy...”

“You have too much belief in humanity... Or should I say you have no intention of losing in the first place?”Cyno predicted with a sigh.

“Hm, seeing that you’re being so interested in our bet, perhaps you would like to become my partner in crime?”

Hearing this, Cyno finally realised that he was tricked at the point when he answered your question about his Vision.

“So that was what you were going after for all along, huh?”

“Haha, yup~ I mean, our archon didn’t state anything about not able to team up with others, so why not?”

“Able to ask anything from the God of Wisdom himself, what else more can a scholar wish for?”

Cyno understand that your words are trying to lure him, but in truth, who can give up this opportunity?

“I mean, even if we fail, I’m the only one who would lose anything so it really sounds like a pretty good deal to me~”

“And would you mind me asking for a warrant from you for the time I would be spending on this?”Cyno requested, surprising you for a bit.

“Well, how about my name? You’ve heard about me but haven’t known that yet, correct? With a part of our souls in each other’s hands, no one can run off easily, don’t you think so?”

“Alright I accept the of your con-”

“It’s a promise, not a contract.”

Cyno pauses at your sudden seriousness, he then takes notice of the frown on your face.

“You want this partnership to be built on trust and not just a piece of paper?” He guessed.

You softly nodded, trying not to meet him in the eyes.

But there’s no way that he would accept that, you two only just met after all-

“Then I promise, that I will be your partner in crime upon this bet against the Dendro Archon.”

*The chess game is referencing The Feynman Lectures on Physics, it is also referenced from Honkai Impact 3rd (another game of MiHoYo) Honkai Quest event by the character Delta, it is possible that it works as well for the world of Teyvat.

(One way that's kind of a fun analogy to try to get some idea of what we're doing here to try to understand nature is to imagine that the gods are playing some great game like chess. Let's say a chess game. And you don't know the rules of the game, but you're allowed to look at the board from time to time, in a little corner, perhaps. And from these observations, you try to figure out what the rules are of the game, what [are] the rules of the pieces moving.

You might discover after a bit, for example, that when there's only one bishop around on the board, that the bishop maintains its color. Later on you might discover the law for the bishop is that it moves on a diagonal, which would explain the law that you understood before, that it maintains its color. I love how many female characters there are! How different they’re all allowed to be, how they’re allowed to fight in the thick of it, just as dirty and bloody as everyone else. Maria’s a bullet in and of herself. Love that badass grandma. I love that she has a grandma nemesis she annoys with cashews. I love weapons as extensions of a hunter’s soul, all the character that gets packed in through referring back so far it isn’t a reference anymore, playing doubletime in one, two, three different stories. I love that our main character can be naive without being a joke and without losing any of her deadly edge. I love the importance of family, how it’s a duty to those that share your blood but one that can be shaped or shorn as you choose and extended to whoever your heart chooses. I like the questions of personhood and agency and identity when your life is shaped by a legacy you had no choice in. The burden of being a leader. How heavy it is to carry the world on your shoulders. The relationships we make and break and fold into ourselves at the end of the world.

Harrow the Ninth: Insanity, the Body, and Gideon Redux

While writing My Other Three Reaction Posts while reading this book, one thing I kept WANTING to do but kept stopping myself from doing was praise Muir’s treatment&presentation of psychosis. I THOUGHT that was what she was aiming for, but It’s a touchy subject and I worried about imparting motive to an author on it or misrepresenting my own experience or knowledge of it in doing so, so I kept deciding to Not. But then, In the Acknowledgements at the back, Muir touches, very briefly, on her own experiences in this regard so I now feel comfortable giving her treatment of the topic all the kudos I can. Her portrayal is affectingly Honest. The terror and shame of Harrow’s condition -the vulnerability which makes trust both an inescapable necessary and horrifying to offer; Her desperate NEED for people to trust, and how easy that is to exploit and abuse- is fully conveyed. It’s rare enough to see a sympathetic portrayal of any mental illness in our society let alone psychosis, a condition which has been enthusiastically vilified and sensationalized in our popular culture for at least a century. But to see a psychotic PROTAGONIST, and to see her condition in all the sorrow, fear, and wretchedness it can bring, through the eyes of a sympathetic narrator, while said protagonist is trapped among callous self-serving ppl who see in it not suffering to be soothed but an excuse to discount, ignore, abuse, and exploit; and then to see her declared INNOCENT and VICTIM and RIGHT in clear, masterful prose; when the fuck does this happen?

It of course plays structural roles too; both by confusing what exactly is going on with Harrow and, through that confusion, allowing the reader to share a small piece of Harrow’s experience. Her visions, her memories, her FALSE memories, and her experiences all intertwine to muddle what exactly is going on. Is this “madness” a long-term shame hidden, or an intense response to trauma? Is she physically injured, or emotionally wrecked by Gideon’s death? Has she changed herself in some way, and if she has is it a result of that; or is this something longstanding we’ve merely never seen before? Is she sleepwalking, or is Gideon sleepwalking her, or is The Body, or is something/one else? Is Cytherea a hallucination, or a cruel prank, or a revenant, or is she Haunted? Does physical evidence truly contradict her memories or is this a hallucination too? Harrow can’t be sure of any of this and neither can the reader, and this taste of her experience helps the reader to sympathize with her plight. 

And, by confusing the nature of The Body, Cytherea, and what happened to Gideon(all “Bodies” from Harrow’s past in one way or another; some excellent wordplay whether intentional or no), the plot is obscured so that it can develop in a naturally suspenseful way. All these other possibilities obscure the possibility of Wake’s haunting, even though she and revenant possession are mentioned repeatedly throughout the book, laying out the development hidden in plain-sight. And that, in turn, works mechanically to allow these related plotlines -What’s up with The Body; what’s going on with Gideon; who’s the Narrator- spool out in a smooth, naturalistic, engrossing way as well.

 It’s obvs by the end, and spcl given the reveal about Alecto’s eyes and how she leaves just when the Resurrection Beast arrives(ie just when it would start making a spirit leaving difficult), that “The Body” -Alecto- is a real visitation; from the moment they become gold on at least. I’m still not sure if her presence going back to Harrow opening the tomb are real or fabricated; I feel like she’d have told this to Gideon with all the rest. But: they didn’t have much time together, and it wouldn’t make much sense to fabricate visions which began post-Lyctor back into her past when the transformation itself could be blamed for them, so there’s good reason to think this aspect of her remembered “madness” was real even if the rest seemed to be part of the backstory needed to “make her a different person”(e.g. in fact she disdained grave dirt on the trip to First House and perennially disdained comforts or reliance on others of any kind, but the her she remembered not only always took the dirt, but also told Ortus about her “madness” immediately when it became pertinent. Pre-Surgery Harrow would never do that).

As to the Body and her visitations by it, based on what was said about Alecto(that she wasn’t really “dead” just sort or “turned off”) and the mechanics of revenant-possession/spirit-visitation(running along thanergic links created through relevance and physical contact/called up by powerful necromancers), I think that Harrow, through her religious devotion to the Tomb-turned romantic ecstasy(and what a cool callback to medieval sexualization of faith THAT is!), and by physically TOUCHING Alecto(who maybe was still spiritually aware even if her body was “turned off”) probably created an avenue for Alecto to remain in contact with her through the River wherever she went(though I can’t remember her mentioning having Visions of The Body on Canaan House? I need to look through Harrow again to see), potentially further amplified by Harrow unknowingly summoning her through sheer emotional need. Gideon’s description of “surfacing” pretty definitely nixes the idea that any of those visions were overlays masking interventions by her.

Jumping off from there to the sleepwalking/body-sharing/possession... Gideon makes it clear her “surface” moments were incredibly short(she kept getting “clotheslined down”) and that she never manifested or had any control over Harrow’s body until the climax. The description of how Harrow’s Memory-Stage works states Harrow’s soul “emptied” from her body whenever she was on the Stage, which was everytime she slept or otherwise became unconscious(I really need to go back and see if the Break Chapters always followed “Whole” chapters ending in sleep/unconsciousness) but, as above, Gideon was too well partitioned to ever take over until the moment near the end. Wake was in Gideon’s sword(thinking back to GtN, Harrow DID have an odd antipathy for it even then), and at somepoint post-Lyctor(post-surgery? That makes sense given that’s when the Dream Stage was built and Harrow’s defenses would have been down) she jumped to possessing Harrow herself. It must have been Wake who sleepwalked her to impale Cytherea, perhaps so she could transfer her “anchor” from the sword to her corpse. Though maybe revenants can haunt multiple objects at once from their anchor; I find it Ominous that Pent kept mentioning the need to exorcise the anchor there at the end and that no exorcism took place. Could the sword STILL be haunted? But what role could she possibly have to still play in the story?

As to Gideon herself... I really cannot see Muir killing her off like that. Is it possible for a bound cavalier soul to break it’s link to the Lyctor’s body? It is possible that -given the empty Tomb in Harrow’s final chapter and what that place could potentially represent- Alecto is now in Harrow’s body, but Alecto has HER OWN Body(which apparently looks nearly IDENTICAL to Harrow with Gideon’s eyes, which adds a humorous line of narcissistic accusation to Harrow’s attraction to her; hope Gideon picks that up in AtN :p), and it’d be the easiest thing in the world to have the trauma of resurfacing, somehow given she lacks Necromancy, from The River give Gideon in Harrow’s body amnesia. That chapter DOES have the implication, with those bones, that she’s doing Necromancy though, so who knows. It’s possible what we’re seeing there is finally a true merger of the two, though I doubt that given how I read the ending; I think the possibilities are either Gideon with amnesia(and potentially Necromantic now due to Harrow choosing not to return and her powers “ceding” to her body’s current occupant. Still not sure where the line btw physical&metaphysical is with necromantic ability), or Alecto in Harrow’s body, with both Gideon and Harrow “dead”(in or over the River due to Harrow’s choice) atm. Underverse S2 Poster Analysis

Alrighty, @jakei95 posted posters for Underverse Seasons 1 and 2 3 days ago, and let’s be honest, they’re EPIC. But Season 2 isn’t even out yet, but the poster sure gives us a lot of help figuring it out. So let’s get started on these theories, shall we?

First thing I noticed was the upside-down fingerspelling. Turns out taking ASL classes is useful on the internet, because I managed to effortlessly translate the hands as ‘APOCALYPSE’. What does this mean? My only guess is (taken from the X-Tale Omega FLowey that we’ve only seen once) is that after Error annihilated the AUs, all of the characters either died or had to go SOMEWHERE. Or XGaster is pulling a Spider-Verse and is tossing X-Omega Flowey into UNDERTALE for laughs. Sike. He is pulling another one of his “experiments” most likely. Nearby is some purple glowing papers. In the UTAU fandom, papers often represent the different Alternate Universes, which, if I remember correctly, were all destroyed by Error at the end of episode 0.4. There are 10 pages, which means 10 AUs, or perhaps 10, or should I say...X timelines? If you have read the X-Tale comic, you know that there were ten timelines, each one revolving around a specific boss character from UNDERTALE. These papers may represent these timelines. But aside from that, there’s that purple SOUL, and the ominous face. I know that XGaster and X-Frisk both had half a purple SOUL, but XGaster’s was kept by Ink (until 0.4 when it was released). But it is not upside-down, like a monster’s SOUL is. It is the position of a human SOUL, meaning some human has taken control of the power to OVERWRITE, or there’s a new challenger in the ring entirely. Who knows? Jakei does. But I don’t, which is why this is called a theory.

Second was the hands themselves. They may look like XGaster’s at first but...OwO what’s this? They are NOT LINED (non-skeletal) and the have little hearts on the wrists. They still have XGaster’s famous X-holes in them though. Dafricc? I dunno. Just something to think about.

Third comes the background. Besides the Omega Flowey standing on Mt.Ebott, there is also Asriel’s Falling Star attack from the True Pacifist Final Boss in UNDERTALE. This is p confusing because we already see X-Tale Omega Flowey, and there can’t be Asriel and Omega Flowey at once, because they are parts of the same entity. But that doesn’t mean it can’t be another Asriel. Which bring me to the fourth and final topic...

The characters seen. In the middle of the action as usual is Frisk, the seventh human to fall into Mt.Ebott and the possessor of the DETERMINATION SOUL. They are seen trying to reach a purple star, which is weird, because they’re supposed to touch yellow stars. I am confusion! Help me on this guys!! Anyways, then there are the monsters on the bottom. Alphys, Undyne, Papyrus, Cross, Toriel, Asgore, Sans...wait, CROSS?! That’s right, Cross in in the middle of these monsters, staring up at either Frisk or Ebott. This means the Cross zoomed to the UNDERTALE universe at the end of 0.4, and is watching the Apocalypse go down with the OGs. Oh yeah, there are buttercup flowers whizzing by the boss monsters, a familiar locket on Frisk’s neck, and a red, glowing knife in their hands. Chara? Pure DETERMINATION? Who hecking knows, cuz I sure don’t!

But that’s all I could gather, sadly. Guess we’ll have to wait until 0.5 comes out to see if at least one of my theories is right. If you have your own ideas, make a theory post about it! Alright, I’m done, so see ya!

One of the many forms of art in this world of ours is music. It can do many things like bring people together, help learn new things, give different ideas, improve the creativity of a certain person and so on and so forth. There exist different genres of it. Each one of them plays a different role. Let’s take heavy metal as an example: this sub-genre of rock fills the person listening to it with excitement. You feel much more pumped than ever. It relives anger and stress in a way. That’s way a lot of people, mostly teenagers connect with it. But of course there are gonna be a lot of people that will hate it. Saying:”It’s just noise. It’s too loud. The lyrics don’t make sense”. A lot of the times it’s mostly true, but let’s analyse this. Metallica is the king of heavy metal right now. Founded back in 1981, they still play shows at 50-something years of age. There has been a rise and fall of the band. It’s not the topic of this so-called story. On the bands earlier work we can different influences from classical music such as Bach, on songs like Damage Inc. Because of this heavy metal fans brighten their horizons in music and start listening to other genres. This classical music influence is also evident in bands such as Megadeth and Iron Maiden.

Personally, I listen to anything. It can be any genre or sub-genre. But, unfortunately I started of really weird. When I was a mere child I listened to mostly pop music and music which was targeted to kids the ages of 4-10 years. A couple of years passed, Iron Man became a big thing in Russia(yes, I’m from Russia) and it’s soundtrack was everywhere. That’s is exactly how I got into rock, by only listening to AC/DC and Queen. Yes, I know, I was sort of an idiot. Anyhow at the age of 14 or 15 I experienced one of the darkest periods of my adolescence… I WAS A WEEABOO OF ALL PEOPLE. WATCHING ANIME ON A DAILY BASIS AND LISTENING TO THE OPENINGS AND RECITING DIFFERENT QUOTES FROM ONE PIECE AND NARUTO. Phew, sorry for that rant. Trying not to get off topic. At that time I only listened to Japanese songs, ranging from openings, endings and other material from the artists. I was a bit ashamed of myself, until a saviour came. His name was JoJo. Why JoJo? Well, it is because of the handful of music references it had to rock, rap, pop, Japanese, classical music. I was really interested in the characters named after different bands and songs, so I decided to listen to a lot of the music. This got me into rock again, mostly classic like Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd. Eventually I found three of my favourite bands because of this manga. Which are RHCP, Foo Fighters and SURPRISE Metallica. This turned me into a bit of poser. I only listened to rock. Then metal came into the picture. Time passed and THANK GOD I got into other genres like hip-hop, r&b, electronic and classical.

Changing the topic, right now music is playing a big part of my life. It helps transmit my emotions, it influences me in every way possible and it even made love playing on instruments again(in the past I was forced to play the piano and hated it. But now I’m playing on a bass guitar and it’s amazing oWo). Now let’s talk about the emotion part of my tale. Music helped me out a lot with my emotional troubles: depression, breakups etc. But it also reminds of the good things that happened. I have about 4000 songs in my library, which is a lot and I don’t listen to all of them all the time. Doesn’t matter. A lot of the songs I have correlate with a different friend or person I’ve met in life. The memories can be good or bad. Still brings joy to my face. Songs like Yesterday, The Unforgiven or Say it ain’t so help with tough times. Everlong by the Foo Fighters and Under the Bridge by RHCP remind people of the good stuff. Pantera, System of a Down and other similar bands relieve all the stress or in my case help me with exercises. Frank Ocean or ATCQ put into a zone of relaxation. The main point of this is that music plays different roles in a person’s life. For better or for worse I don’t know. It’s up to you to decide.

The music charts are now dominated by Pop and Hip-Hop. I don’t have a problem with Hip-Hop. I like it most of the times. But stuff like lil pump and migos just show the bad side of it. Pop music on the other hand, I think, doesn’t have any soul or effort put into it. I’m not an elitist. There was a time where I liked pop like Shakira and other stuff. But today it all sounds the same and I don’t see a difference. I’m not here to say:”LISTEN TO THIS OR THAT”. Listen to anything you want. As long as you like it and it inspires you to be creative.

APPEREANCE: well I guess I’m quite tall and slim (we haven’t really checked it for a long time) and I have an oval face.I’ve got long brown naturally wavy hair but most of the time I just iron it (even though I love it lol) I have big blue-ish green eyes with a little brown or amber area around the pupil. PERSONALITY: I’m an ambivert. Well I mean I like to be alone and rest after school or a meeting and have some alone time but after some time I need to be with my friends. I am a very careful human being. I don’t wanna make mistakes and be in trouble so I always think before I move and I always double-check things (okay maybe triple-check). I have one friend who is a very..um…extreme person and she said that I can be a bit boring sometimes and I should try to “live”. Well maybe she’s right but I can’t help it. I’m just careful. I’m a little bit shy if I have to make new friends and not because I don’t want to. I’m just really afraid of the awkward silence when it comes to small talks. But it can also be good if we have the same interests and can talk to each other about them. I also like philosophizing about deep topics so after you get to know me you can talk to me about literally everything. You can trust me I won’t tell your secrets to a soul. Maybe not always in time (lol) but I always do what I promised. Probably I don’t tell immediately if I have a problem with you or something that connected to you because I don’t want to hurt you. But that causes that I easily get annoyed about the habbit you have and I just keep it in secret while my behaviour changes and you might think I’m mad at you or hate you. This is a huge problem in my life because although I don’t wanna hurt that beautiful person somehow I do. I like to be optimistic.
