Be what you want others to be.

I see so many not being what they expect others to be. If you want others to be kind and nice to you, first be kind and nice to others. If you want others to help you then help others first.

It took me a good while to get how this works. I always wanted others to be good to me first before I do any good for them. But this is the wrong approach. Helping first is the best strategy. Help without expecting. Even if they don't ever give back, they'll still wish you good. This'll make your luck better and that'll work wonders for you.

Be what you expect others to be. Show others how it's done. Be the leader. Help first, be good first, then expect from others, if anything.
