This weird tiny girl just appeared in the middle of Harvest during a round today. She had a sort of force field around her that was stopping stray bullets weirdly enough.

Anyways, I had to take her before either teams Medic's tried to expirement on her heh. She said her name's Lily and she apparently took a wrong turn while teleporting or something like that.

RIN WINTERWAY REDESIGN AND REWRITE

🩵 Rin Winterway is The Kingdom's Wizard of Patience. While magic differs from user to user, Rin's magic manifests as icicles and artificial/magical snow, representative of her cold personality.

🩵 Her main attack is referred to as "The Ropes Of Patience", in which magic particles will fuse together to form blue, tendril-like appendages that "emerge" from her back.

🩵 Besides the fact that they are the magic of a Patience soul, the Ropes Of Patience also get their name from the way they operate. These tendrils will wrap around the enemy, ceasing all movement and causing damage the more the enemy struggles within their grasp. As a result, the enemy is placed in a spot where they have no choice but to patiently wait until the user decides to release them.

EXTRA INFORMATION UNDER THE CUT

🩵 Rin Winterway is the type of person to silently seethe at the, in her opinion, poor choices of those around her.

🩵 She would more than likely make backhanded compliments in order to indirectly address something she doesn't like about someone, whether that be their decisions or something else, and would keep going at it for as long as she needed until something changed.

🩵 Rin Winterway was only respected due to her status as a Wizard- And even then that respect was lukewarm, at best. The citizens of The Kingdom did NOT take a liking to her, but she never gave them the opportunity to latch onto something she did in order to get her to step down.

🩵 Rin is in fact incredibly powerful. Her Ropes Of Patience were no easy task, from conjuring the perfect shape for them, to learning exactly how to control them.

🩵 Rin Winterway not only has trait colored lips- She also has trait colored nails. They're not painted- They ARE that color.

🩵 Trait colored lips and nails are not something you're born with, but rather something that happens as a result of constant use of magic, and in extreme quantities. It's not a normal thing. When a magic user has these physical traits, it is basically a giveaway of bad health due to it being a direct result of overuse of magic.

🩵 Having trait colored lips and nails is not a permanent thing. Similarly to how a scar is very apparent at first but heals overtime, trait colored lips and nails slowly fade. If a magic user has acquired them but then stops overusing their abilities, their trait colored lips and nails will slowly fade until the color on them is barely visible.

🩵 The reason Rin Winterway has only one design in which her trait-colored lips and nails are still very vibrant is due to the fact she wasn't around for long after the war (Which was mainly where she overused her abilities, as well as exhausting herself through training in order to perfect them to PREPARE for the war). To put it simply, they are still vibrant because she didn't have time to heal and died before that point.

Yesterday I got the idea of a alt Surge, basically a new 'hate' or a new 'Bete Noire' that would be a entirely black shadow with cyan neon eyes

(Also I noticed this has a bit of Black Apple, so it kinda fits Surge. Sadly its just a damn idea)

Azlin: [nods]

Betty; Hm? Be aware of who?

Betty: Oh. Ah don't worry about us! We can take some kid with a determination soul.

Betty: Under cover? Hmmm... Yeah you're right. We can't be too slow, but we can't be too quick. We have to convince them that we're on their side and that we want a peaceful with only monsters. Maybe I can steal a backpack from some random kid.

Crossover with my chaotic tf2 oc and my anxious undertale/glitchtale oc!! They are so cuteeee im so happy how it turned out.

Anyways the context is that they're in the middle of a battle, Lily (the one crying in the force field) just appears out of thin air, and El (The confused ginger) finds her having a meltdown cuz Lils hates violence and loud noises. And then they go on to be partners in crime ig lol (aka Lily just gets dragged into El's shenanigans) -v-
