Probably not. The indigestion, exhaustion, bloating and vicious repeating cycle of recovery after dropping certain foods and the relapse after said recovery when said foods inevitably return to diet is probably just a coincidence. Right. Right? 🥺

I mean like, obviously he isn't. His entire personality is centered around not letting anyone ever see the truly damaged parts of his soul. He's hiding some of the shit from himself as much as from anyone else. No matter how close to someone he gets he's never gonna be comfortable reaching that deep into his mind and memories and pulling this kind of stuff up for everyone ("everyone") to see. But there's just something so tempting about seeing him drop all his walls, not being on his guard at all, pulling his partner into a quick hug every time he walks past, stealing his clothes from the hamper because that's when they smell the most like him, buying all the dumb shit that reminds him of his partner and not ever stopping to think if it was silly, tightly wrapping himself around him when falling asleep, all the tiny little shit all the time (but only in the privacy of their home and his mind), because for once he feels safe enough to just be whoever he is. Not even whoever he wants to be, just... Whoever he is, flaws and fucked up past and broken dreams and all.

Obviously he isn't, but what if he was?

Thinking about Sabine waking up in the comm tower in the middle of the night and finding herself alone in bed and having a panic attack like “oh no oh no oh no oh no…it was all just a dream…Ahsoka and I never found Ezra…and I never told him I loved him…and we never got married…and our life together was just a haunting invention of my subconscious…”

…then the toilet flushes down the hall and Ezra stumbles out of the refresher in his little orange sleep shorts and flops back into bed beside her and passes out immediately while Sabine is still trying to get over her emotional whiplash.

😂 Papa was determined to get this damn treehouse built. It started raining and he was still out there (I felt bad, so I cheated it to Partly Cloudy).

In the midst of him building the treehouse he got yet another chatty-family call from his daughter, Genesis. Apparently she was too excited to wait until her stay-over to talk to him. Mind you the stay over was literally that same night.

Lucky for him, he finished just in time. Eden was at the house because I needed to test out a few poses, Monet was supposed to be watching her but she ended up going to work...

Not sure how long she was unattended...but it was long enough for her to make a mess all in the kitchen!🙄 Anywho, she got sent home so I could test out the stay-over function.

GeGe busted through the door with her cute lil Llama bag in tow. I forgot they show up with their "lil luggage". 🥺 It's so cute! Shortly after arriving they ate dinner, took their baths/put on their jammies and went to bed.

GeGe went off to school, Monet went to work, so Melo spent the day with Eden

after running around and having a snack...

Baby girl was out for the count! Once she woke up, they played a lil bit more until every one came home and it was time for dinner...and a movie.

They had Mashes Potatoes & Cutlets but they all kept moving around and finished eating before Genesis made it back down stairs, so I only caught the movie. 🙃

After the movie baby girl got her much needed cuddles in, Monet painted, and Genesis played video games until it was time for bed since it was still a school night.

It was the last day of the stay over and Genesis went off to school, Monet went off to work...so Melo and Eden did their usual routine:

He autonomously gave her a sandwich, sat down beside her and told her a story...then it was Melo's favorite part of the day...playtime

He's such a big ass kid! SOMEBODY GIVE THIS MAN A "DADDY OF THE YEAR" AWARD.

Once Genesis made it home from school she had to get in on a game of Don't Wake The Llama with Papa before it was time to go back home...but not without a lil' wager of course...

Meanwhile...After they said their goodbye's to the girls and locked up the house....Monet came in with a lil proposition of her own (to lift up his spirits)

honestly, i get raskolnikov's deal - as someone who's also living miles away from home just to get an education, the lack of social interaction, not getting your basic necessities (i skip meals frequently / sleep at ungodly hours when i'm stressed/swamped with school work), and having an unchecked perspective towards people and life in general - will really push you to do outrageous and unthinkable stuff.

And here, he looks at her with such determination and drive that she has to take a quick inhale, both to keep her own balance and to guard herself against the intensity. He reaches up with one hand, and places it firmly against her chest, his fingers resting just over her pulse point, his palm above her thudding heart. 

“But I need you to do something for me,” he tells her. “If we’re going to do this, I need you to be strong, and brave. I need you to stick with me, because from now, it’s you and me. We’ll be calling the shots for our people, will you be capable of doing this?” 

“I’ll have to be,” she says, resigned in a way that has Jake tilting his head. She breathes deeply again, and clenches a hand into a fist, drawing courage and presence from the dull pain as she locks eyes with Jake once again. 

“I’m pregnant.”
