Shizuroth, part twenty-three

Sephiroth has the loveliest flow going. The balance he is maintaining is extremely delicate for all the energy he's working with, but his Qi it's beginning to slowly circulate, he can feel it starting to pool in his lower dantian, there's even the beginnings of a proper spin going on. He's progressing at an incredible speed, really, it's unheard of! This body is really something else - he almost feels like he's getting close to a breakthrough already!

And then something interrupts him.

First comes the sense of danger, of the world around him around changing. The scenery stutters as the hologram breaks, reforming itself around him. Sephiroth, briefly, loses his footing, and the flow is distributed.

Then the hologram forms into the shape of a monster. An enormous cat with horns and blue and red fur, a Behemoth, roars into life and turns to him.

Sephiroth's heart skips a beat and the energy flow stutters, jitters - stalls.

"Now, Sephiroth," comes a voice through the speakers, an unnervingly thrilled sounding, almost giggling. "You have done well - now let's see you maintain that state against an opponent!"

Sephiroth's breath catches and he tastes blood.

The Qi-deviation crashes down on him like a twenty ton boulder, and his still unprepared system has no defence against it.

He burns.

Everything burns.

Cang Qiong Mountain Sect burned in the original text. Luo Binghe wrecked total devastation on the once greatest sect in the world, he killed everyone who fought, he hunted down everyone who fled, and those who knelt before him he spared - to become his servants, his slaves. A deserved retribution for all they'd done and all they failed to do.

Shen Yuan once saw a house fire down the street. An old couple had been cooking, something had gone wrong, the kitchen caught on fire. Before anyone could do anything the whole building was up in flames, and best the firefighters could hope for was to contain the flames. It was an old building, traditional and beautiful. Gone in an instant.

Half of Sephiroth's promotional art is him against a backdrop of flames, as he burns down the protagonist's home town.

He knows, on the inside, what's happening. He knows it intellectually. Though he'd not gone through many Qi deviations as Shen Qingqiu, he studied them, he'd witnessed them. It seemed like not a month went by without one disciple or another crashing down in a fit of Qi-deviation. Plus there was Liu Qingge and his deviation.

You can never really control how a Qi-deviation would go. It could be mental with uncontrollable emotions, it could be physical with sudden incredible changes, or it could be spiritual with any number of side effects. Or it could just be a week-long coma and a fever. Shen Qingqiu once saw a Qi-deviation that made one of his disciples as light as a feather - the mountain winds almost blew her off the peak! And another time, a disciple of his turned into a dog for a month. PIDW really just didn't do logic and reason when it comes to these things.

In Final Fantasy VII you just go mad, it turns out.

"Well done Sephiroth!" The Voice cries out triumphantly as the behemoth shatters into pixels. "Now, let's see you deal with -"

Sephiroth feels like a backseat driver in his own body, as it swings his sword, and in an instant all the speakers in the training room are reduced to scrap. He then follows with a sequence of swipes and swings that leaves the gun-metal grey walls all around him covered in slashes, sparks raining down on him as the hologram projectors join the speakers in their sorry fate.

Then he turned to the window, and the face plastered against it.

"Sephiroth, what are you doing - stop this instant -"

The glass shatters with an intensely gratifying crash, and The Voice squeaks in fright. Sephiroth smiles, and stalks forward.

"SOLDIERs, get in here - stop him! Stop him!"

The Voice is scampering away now, running - while others rush into his place, to stand in front of Sephiroth. 

All dressed identically, all smaller than him, all of them shaking. They hold their swords up to him, but they're shaking. They don't even dare to make a move against him. They're waiting for him to begin.

Sephiroth sees double for a moment, as sparks of green electricity become leaves and the pipes and cables hanging from the ceiling turn into bamboo stalks.

Ah, what cute and obedient disciples they are! 

"Very well, this master shall start. Get ready," he murmurs, smiling, and makes the first move.

The disciple stumbles, barely in time with his guard and Sephiroth has to pull his attack back to keep the disciple's own sword from hurting them.

"Again - don't focus on the blade, read the body!" Sephiroth says. "Start with this master's hands, see how they move - follow them. Then follow the arms, read the movement of the shoulders. Don't worry! By the time the master is done, you will know where your opponent will strike from the placement of their feet alone."

He makes a few attacks against the disciple until he's satisfied with their defence, and then turns to another. They duck to avoid his blade.

"Good! But don't waste this momentum. When you parry, use the momentum of your body to lead you to another attack. Don't waste energy - in a fight, every move should count. Mind your form!"

Then another startled disciple, who takes his sword head on and is knocked off their feet. "Plant your feet, bend your knees. Stand firm," Sephiroth says, pulling them back to their feet. "Everything begins with your footing. Not like that - you're left-handed, so bring your other foot forward, that's it, now, again -"

He corrects their form until he's absolutely certain none of them have any idea what they're doing! His poor disciples, they can't even remember the basic stances.

"There's no use - everyone, form up into lines," Sephiroth orders, tutting slightly. "Quickly now - not like that, leave plenty of space in between, you don't want to accidentally swing at your neighbour once we start…"

The shocked and confused SOLDIERs form into lines in the destroyed training room as Sephiroth stands in front of them like an amused school teacher. 

"Good. Now, follow this master's lead," Sephiroth says, smiling at them fondly. "He will show you how it's done."

Behind him a destroyed camera crashes into the ground.

HOW DO YOU MAKE X SO FRIENDSHAPED?!

But also genuinely curious about the design translation from the actual skins to your interpretations due to the small but mighty details added in

Infodump as hard as you want!

If i ever pass up an opportunity to talk about my X design, it will be because I am either dead, or dying!!! neither are true at time of posting, so here you go! I will be going over my ENTIRE design process for Xisuma, starting with my initial design:

My initial design for Xisuma wasn't anything special, in my opinion. Most of what I included was directly ripped from the classic Doomslayer. Though, the face scars were inherited from fanon, of course. :) The changes that I did make were in service of having things make more sense for Xisuma. Namely, the belt buckle, and the fabric covering the arms...

The belt buckle is simple - bullets didn't really make sense as a design motif, all considered - but the fabric is more complicated. I have a couple different ideas about why Xisuma wears the suit, but I haven't settled one way or the other on some of the specifics, so forgive me if I'm a bit vague. Ultimately, It is just my impression that X is not comfortable having his body visible more than it needs to be, whether that be for health-related reasons or for personal/emotional reasons. I don't intend to ever draw Xisuma with his helmet off, because of that. To me, it feels like a violation of boundaries. To be perfectly clear though, that's just for me - more power to other artists who draw him without the helmet/armor! :)

By the time I was full-on fixated on Xisuma, I realized I was unsatisfied with this first pass at his design. Mainly, in regards to the helmet. So I did more work on it!

I feel like my re-design process for the helmet is a good example of the importance of using reference. :) I did a lot of unsatisfactory sketches before pulling up pictures of real helmets, at which point I feel like I settled on something I was happy with very quickly.

Specifically, I referenced motocross helmets! My choice of reference was mostly driven by my passing interest in sports equipment design, though motocross helmets are similarly bulky and have the same distinct mouthpiece as X's helmet, so I think it was a good choice. I also feel like the pixels at the top of Xisuma's skin can be pretty easily read as the brim of a helmet, so it works out!

Other than the motocross helmet influence, I also made the choice to add tubing to the sides and back of the helmet. This rolls with my headcanons about the purpose of the helmet, connecting to air tanks on his back! I also think it helps to distinguish him from the doomslayer, in addition to the new helmet shape.

The only other changes I made were to the helmet's palette, added a few additional grey tones for contrast, and the positioning of his scars. I decided I wanted them to be a little off-center, leaning towards his left eye. I'm pretty inconsistent with how I draw the scars though, lol, so it changed again by the next time I drew him.

At this point my design is mostly settled for him, and I don't expect it to change very significantly any time soon. I don't have much else to say about it, but I listed the other iterative changes I made to the design above! I figure I will continue making small tweaks to his design every time I draw him :)

That said... I have yet to answer your initial question! So I will answer it now:

"HOW DO YOU MAKE X SO FRIENDSHAPED?!"

My answer is that it's (almost) all in the eyes!!! I have already talked pretty extensively about Xisuma's eyes. So I won't dwell for too long! In short, human facial recognition is very closely tied to the eyes. The ability to see the eyes of a character clearly affords you a lot of flexibility when it comes to making a design seem approachable, or "friend-shaped." I painted over a screenshot of doomguy to illustrate my point!

My drawings tend towards being a little cutesy, of course, so that helps :) but you can see that the bright, saturated color, big distinct eyes, and less harsh expression all contribute to making him seem like he is less of a threat, despite this literally just being the doomslayer.

Another thing that helps is, again, related to the style I draw in. My art is very "clean" looking, not gritty. I use a lot of soft shape language and don't texture things too heavily. With Xisuma specifically, I also make no effort to make him seem intimidating. I use very neutral angles when drawing him, I don't frame him in a way that makes him seem intimidating or imposing, I don't pose him too confidently or angrily. Because he's not that kind of guy! Though it would be an interesting challenge to try and make him look as intimidating as possible :) I certainly think he could be quite scary, if he wanted to be. Just a matter of what I'm trying to convey.

... I think that's all I have to say for now! Once again, blown away by all the nice things people have to say about my Xisuma design and my art. Ascended Astarion Romance Epilogue All Answers | Baldur's Gate 3 Which I just want to highlight a comment I liked by Ka0_0nashi “This epilogue actually made me reinforce my love for Ascendant. If anything, it showed me how bloody complex the writing is, and those that bash Ascendant simply don't see these amazing nuances in writing. To them, it looks like "abuse" but I see it as a very unorthodox type of relationship that not everyone can like or see the appeal of. To those that see no shades of grey, this Astarion can indeed seem as abusive Cazador 2.0, but the fact that he says he missed others, that he wishes to give MC the best life shows that its not as simple as that. You can try to make an argument that "he manipulates here" but I can make the same argument that he puts on an OK mask as Spawn because he actually regrets not doing the ritual - both those are just interpretations and opinions which you can agree with or not. While he is possessive as Ascendant, you can understand WHY because he wants to look after you - because he loves MC and because they are a vampire now, who is also a target of monster hunters. His possessive born both out of love and personal reasons. While you turn him lawful evil, evil characters are still capable of feelings and emotions - it's just that their emotions are not as gentle and "vulnerable" as with good-aligned people. If this is the type of dynamics you love (and I do) then there is nothing to be ashamed about having a preference that  has nothing to do with others. Romance your pixelated man however you want.” Personally I am so glad that Larian didn’t go and make ascended Astarion some evil bastard in the ending. This felt more realistic than full send evil for him as a character. He doesn’t seem as..intense as before either so I’d think those 6 months was what he needed to adjust to his new power. hes still different but hes still the same man from act 1 and act 2 you can see it. Hes still our Astarion as much as spawn Astarion is and im so so happy. Gods I love this man

omg I finally I get to show you all my Redesigns and reworks , Sorry it took so long collage took all my emotional energy and I couldn't collect my thoughts to talk about my redesigns so yeah enough sad bun shit! Let's talk about the first of the first set I made ( poll winner results and second character will be revealed later)

So, nya

I always had ....mixed feelings about nya. Like I like the idea of her being "girl brother " but I don't feel like it's executed well in the show. And if I had to pin on why its because it alway felt to me like she's attached to the men in her life, she's Jay's girlfriend she's kai's sister. Nya didn't truly feel like her own being until she became a water spirt, hell I think her powers being water is also an extension of that because I bet it was chosen to pair with kai. Like if I was redoing the characters down to the core I would've given her metal as an element, like imagen how cool that will be!? ( I should draw that)

The redesign+retoolings I'm doing is not changing the basics of the characters, I'm just alternating and rewriting some parts of the characters.I'm not changing who nya is as a base I'm just reinterpting her.

So about my nya,

In this drawing I drew her og fit and her current look because I think they represent her the best (I did draw other nya forms, reblog if you're interested!)

Let's start with her og outfit. I started with giving her a more stylish version of thier Dora bowlcut with bleached inner layers. I wanted them to have a unisex feel to radiate that nice fem feel as well as utter power, slay vibes. I kept her minifig eyeliner cuz slay. I gave her this earing because I thought it suits her general aesthetic.

Ok next detail might go well or not with yall but I changed nya's phoenix to a filly sea horse. So I always felt it didn't match match her water powers, like it was fine when she was a samurai but it doesn't really match.

"But she didn't know she was the water element master before"

True, but she still uses it and aesthetically it boggles me especially because later on she turns into a sea horse looking sea snake. Take me changing it as morbid forshadowing.

Her outfit didn't change much just more details and white to make it more interesting.

Now post s7 nya,

God why did they giver her pixel's hair, its stupid one of our main characters doesn't have a unique hair piece. So I let her hair down with a big braid to let nya embrace their more feminine side also because pretty women. You can see in this drawing how nya's eye color changed, it actually didn't i did mention before that the ninjas eye colors aren't thier true eye colors (minus lloyd) but is their powers colors, when they lose thier power they show thier true eye color (show s9 lloyd style)

I changed nya's outfit to be more teal instead of grey and bright blue. Like why was she grey? She's water you guys. I made it teal to make her stand out from Jay's blues.

So yeah here is my nya retooling, what do yall think? I'm interested to know. And if you want to see my lore changes the stick around ~☆

This is rather hypocritical of him, as he is now around 5 years older than when he was when he called Taiju immature for doing a similar thing.

The printing paper they make is called thermal paper, as it contains dyes that change color with heat. The paper uses the zinc sulfide from sphalerite as a developer, which is used to improve the color of the dyes.

The fax machine Senku makes is a rudimentary implementation of a rather advanced fax machine, in that the paper and overall design is modern, but lacks the fine details in the final prints that you can get nowadays.

There's several potential issues Senku could be mentioning here depending on how they built the fax machine, but here are 2 likely options:

Mechanical alignment of the two fax machines.

If the sliding of the pin is uneven, you could end up with some lines that are squashed or stretched. It may help to imagine this as pixels on a screen, but some have rows of pixels that are rectangular rather than square.

Data loss.

If the information for a dot is lost, the pin won't move. Instead, it'll print the information for the next dot in its place. This results in the whole image shifting left.

I'm still very impressed by Sai's active ambidexterity, though I'm not sure how he organizes how he writes since he's writing on even lines rather than one being on the odds and the other evens…

Still no update on Joel's arm since the bottom half is hidden, but everyone looks so happy to be in the picture! I wonder if Minami was the one to take it since she's not shown.

The faxed image isn't what it would look like with their setup, since it can only print a black dot or leave it white. In their image, there seems to be several shades of grey.

I altered it so that the dots were more uniformly dark which also brings out the misalignment.

Ryusui goes silent upon seeing the photo, but from the flashback he seems to care more about how Sai feels rather than feeling left out.

What's sad is that Ryusui was missing from the group photo in chp. 99 as well, hopefully not because he feels bad being in one without Sai.

Gen planned on only needing two cups for his casual interrogation of Sai, but then Chelsea happened, so Gen had to go get a third.

Ryusui and Sai are both quite tall, and Ryusui himself is 187 cm. If we take that as the average height of an adult male in the Nanami family, that means that this man here is over 3 meters tall.

Sai & Ryusui weren't born to the matriarch of the Nanami family, meaning they must share a father for them to be brothers. Since Sai looks half Indian and Ryusui doesn't, this likely means they have two different mothers, and that their father has had kids with at least 3 women.

At long last, Sai has formally joined the Kingdom of Science, and team 1 is ready to leave India.

…Or are they? We still haven't seen the "Math city founded!" label, so they may still be traveling around India.

This was a really good chapter. It feels like a classic: we have science, both fun and emotional character interactions, Gen doing important Gen things, poop jokes…

I'm finally doing it, I'm explaining what Glitches and Paradoxes are.

So, firstly, a Glitch is any creature that survives total obliteration. For example, falling into a black hole or getting vaporized. When they "survive" they get teleported to a random universe with a different form and an amount of unstableness to them. The more unstable they are, the more powerful they are (in most regards), however getting too unstable will have your body be put through ever-increasing pain that feels like all of your atoms are being ripped apart. Pixel is exactly at the threshold, so they get the most power without the pain (mostly). Something important to note in general is that you cannot be born as a Glitch, so for creatures that weren't intended to be made in the first place (like Concept), they still aren't Glitches.

Paradoxes, on the other hand, are certain creatures born with some restrictions attached to them (for example, Puralin cannot eat food), but they have some unique traits that other creatures don't have, as well as being overall stronger. Firstly, a certain part of them changes color when they experience an emotion other than neutral. These are: happy-yellow, sad-blue, depressed-dark grey, angry-red, confused-purple, sick/disgusted-green, and empty-black. These parts are naturally white, and can inhibit multiple colors when the creature inhibits multiple emotions. Next, all Paradoxes have some sort of "spirit insect" that follows them, as well as a certain species of insect that they perceive spirit insects as. These spirit insects also change color based on emotion (connected to the individual Paradox), however they can sustain damage based on mental trauma. An individual's spirit insect always stays near/on them, however many don't have a Paradox to stay with, so they fly/walk around aimlessly. These ones change color based on the mood of those around them, essentially "reading the room". Something to note about Paradoxes in general is that you cannot turn into one, you must be born one.

Some other things of note:

-It's possible to be both a Glitch and a Paradox, as they do not interfere with each other, however you are a lot more likely to be dangerously unstable

-You cannot become more stable as a Glitch, and it is VERY difficult to be less stable after you become a Glitch

-A Paradox's "laws" cannot be removed, however they will never be the main reason for one's death (for example, Puralin does not need to eat, despite still needing to drink)

Personality

Shian is a calm and focused individual who tends to stay in a neutral mood, rarely showing any sort of shock when confronted by any opposing force, or even any emotion. She expresses only joining Pixel Syndicate for the other members’ ability to bring her ambitions into reality, outwardly viewing them as a nuisance. However, she’s shown to be capable of caring for their well-being and can become rather protective of them.

Her understanding of others has been naturally influenced through her own subjective moral perception. In a way, she is able to empathize with those who are experiencing something that she has experienced herself. Even so, she never lets any personal feelings or any bias take over when hunting.

Her rap ability, Upper Hand, forces an opponent to mess up on their next turn, decreasing the impact of their attacks.

Usually wears a short, blue dress with bloomers (to make it poofy) and a ribbon wrapped around his waist with a crescent moon on it, a big white hood with the same shape at the bottom, and a third crescent on his forehead, held there with the help of some string.

Lunar still shares a body with Moon, but they made an agreement that Lunar can change his outfit if they know it’s going to be out for more than a few hours, and vice-versa.

*BASIC* GIF MAKING TIPS FROM ME (not that anybody cares)

Yeah I really love gif making. And when I make something kinda beautiful and people reblog it with emotions in the tags, I cry and smile and get all emotional and it's SO worth it. So here's Jess's tips to a great basic standard gif in 2023:

Get 1080p rips of your media. Use a torrent, tumblr, idc, but make sure its 1080p!

Handbrake is your friend! Use handbrake to extract the moments from your episodes on your hard drive before putting them into photoshop

Resize your gif appropriately. Crop first, then resize to 540 pixels and let photoshop do the rest for width

Please for the love of god turn your layers in photoshop to smart layers, and apply a smart sharpen filter ASAP. Just do it!!

Curves is your friend. Use the black, grey and white toggles to get the best colouring.

Speaking of colouring, SELECTIVE COLOUR ADJUSTMENT. LEARN IT AND USE IT. Selective colour is amazing.

Juxtapose the right moments. I love video editing so this comes naturally to me, but if you are low on inspo, search up other creators in your area and BECOME inspired!

And most importantly, have fun! The payoff to a successful gifset is totally worth any monetary gain. I will just go back and stare at one if I know it has positive responses, reblogs and tags. Instant seretonin!

kuma, kuma has a shape shifting ability to give her the power strength and abilities of the animal she chooses to change into, she can also communicate with animals. Using her quirk too much causes her to become more animalistic in whatever animal form she is in until she transitions back, when she does she will need a nap. She has the ‘black cat gf’ personality and her hero name is Druid, she’s dating kirishima and met him when the Bakusquad went in a camping trip in the forest she patrols when a villain attacked!

Next we have

Kasumi has a quirk similar to Minas where she can produce toxic substances instead of acid, when these substances are produced depending on how kasumi feels is the intensity and can cause melting if she’s angry enough, she can control it like a water bender with water, creating weapons and being able to just throw is and such she is also immune to her own burns. But a downside is she has to wear a gas mask when she fights because the toxic environment can make her pass out if not careful. it leaks from her eyes giving her a cool drippy affect. She has neon yellow hair and her eyes have toxic symbols in the middle of them. Kasumi ran around protecting her own area in Japan hero’s called the ‘underground’ she met bakugo her bf when she got sent to UA to officially get her hero license after running into the hero’s and explaining what she was doing, they told her to continue she needs to get her license. Bakugou enjoys how feisty is and she never backs down from a fight (Dude I love the way I deigned her hero costume ���� I gotta show you) her hero name is Toxoplasm

Emiko

Emiko has a floral quirk giving her the ability to grow plants anywhere in a medium radius including her body, she’s runs a flower shop as she never had the heart for hero work! She’s a big softy with a big heart she’s studying psychology as well! She had long brown hair that it typically braided back with flowers in it, honey colored eyes and glasses! If you couldn’t tell I like to use her for my shoto fics when I have one in mind 😂

Kijo

Typically goes by the name Whinny because she has a winter quirk called snow storm this quirk is the total opposite of Dabi’s quirk and when used too much gives her frost burn that riddles her skin in bright blue spots. She can freeze anything within a large radius and give someone frost burn just by touching them. Her favorite way to get information is to freeze a hand and break off fingers :) She finds the league after meeting toga while they both were running from the hero’s, Kijo protected Toga so toga thought she would do well with the team, Kijo after joining has a situation ship with dabi because both of them have trauma and can’t do emotion things well. Kijo has grey eyes and medium length pastel pink hair her and dabi work well together as she cools off his quirk and his quirk keeps her warm. she also flirts hella hard with toga. Civilians call her the winter death

Alex is from Scotland has a digital quirk she calls pixelated giving her the ability to move through electricity and the internet, this quirk gives her the option to basically have the internet in her eyes like scanners, she can also take certain things like say a sword from a video game and use it in real life but once it’s damaged it turns into pixels that she can hit towards people, this quirk gives her constant headaches and she cannot shut off the scanners that she calls her eyes. Despite having a hero license she works as a support item tech only using her hero stuff for emergencies her eyes help her figure out the best ways to build or fix items. Her hair is medium length Ruby red that is kept up in in a high pony ponytail she has glasses to help with headaches and her eyes glitch between colors. She met her boyfriend shinsou when she got called to Japan from her home to build gear for the hero’s. She has a very “are you fucking stupid, please leave me alone” (that’s the best way I can describe it) attitude at first but once she warms up she’s a tired goofball who lives off coffee. Her hero name is glitchy. Because of her quirk it’s easy for her to hack into systems and get intel as well… people are scared to leave electronics around her

You quickly try your best to open the doors and enter the rooms looking for the end of the exit.

Right after you entered the other room the lights flicker, It looks like Rush is going to come after a while. This early though? You forget about those thoughts and hop in the closet.

As you wait for Rush to enter and leave, something grabs your shoulder tightly definitely leaving you with a mark.

You flinch in pain trying to get words out of your mouth, "HIDE...JACK.. is it you? are you both here?"

Nothing, just silence.

You feel heavy breathing above your neck, a tight hold on your shoulders getting more tighter and digging through your skin, while another pair holds you down. you start to move around in the small closet. Not realizing that RUSH is no longer far but outside your closet, you could see his big smile and grey aura staring at you through the cracks. menacingly standing while watching you.

What have you done to anger them?

You start to lose your vision, it gets more blurry and pixelated. Getting a few yelps out of you, which the entities start to enjoy your sounds. You spin yourself to get away from their hold.

Then out of nowhere, they kick you out of the closet. Making you fall and hit your shoulder, already bruised and in pain. Why are they acting so aggressively toward you? They were so friendly at first...You can't trust these entities anymore, they have snapped.

RUSH is no longer in sight he left while you were fighting back not wanting to watch the rest of you terrified.

You stand up in pain and tiredness, rushing to the other doors.

Right after you enter the room, there's a narrow hallway, lights flicker, and you start to hear screams. You try to run but it gets you trapped in a repeated chase in a dark hallway, a large translucent blue spirit appears in front of you, making your strength slow down and decrease.

You try to run to the back but then appears the spirit 'HALT' you dash to the front, which feels like forever.. it finally ends... Oh gosh, what's happening?! you start to break down.. 'it isn't time to give up..' you think while wiping tears off your face.

You get a hold of yourself together, you stand up quivering. as you stare at the door for a while, trying to work up the courage to open the door. As your hand strokes the doorknob, hurriedly you pull the door open silently not wanting to be noticed by the other entities.

The room you have entered looks normal for a bit, you see a strange shadowy figure hiding near the corner, making a quick movement to catch your attention. You see a long black slimy tentacle lobbing a ball of slime toward any light source.

Suddenly the room goes pitch black, you hear scatters around the room. You try to grab your flashlight in a quick motion, but accidentally drop it, causing it to roll over on the ground. Which alerts you to panic, you feel a bunch of slimy wet tentacles grabs hold of your shoulders. As you try to scream, a slimy tentacle wraps around your mouth causing you to be silent, mumbling behind the tentacle.

You know well that this is 'SCREECH', as you try to get out of his hold, you struggle. You feel a cold slimy thing with a little stickiness.

SCREECH lays his tongue on your shoulder, licking it to taste you. Enjoying your taste he starts to drool around your shoulder, he pulls back causing you to shudder. Giving you time to finally breathe and process what the hell is happening. After, a few moments of relief.

Out of nowhere, you feel intense pain around your shoulder, SCREECH takes a bite of your shoulder, causing blood to spew out. Sharp teeth gripping around your skin. SCREECH takes his saliva out to fill your cut up with a sort of liquid that is causing you to be dizzy and lightheaded.

You then swing your legs around, and you feel something bump into your leg. You kick the unidentified item into your hands, you grab ahold of the mysterious item. It's the flashlight you lost! you grab it tightly and aim at SCREECH, turning it on it flashes onto SCREECH, he screams in pain causing him to scatter around the room and disappear from your sight.

You cower yourself into a ball, shaking tremendously...why you?

Why did they have to be so obsessed with you?

You grab your injured shoulder...you remember the bandage you found before. You rip the bag open and start fixing your shoulder up. After bandaging up, you try to stand up but pitifully stumbling to the ground. What on earth did SCREECH put inside your wound?

As you try to walk correctly, an uncomfortable pain makes you groan in distress, an intense headache that you can't help but cry. You grab onto the shelves, feel only a little strength in your bones. You feel yourself angry..so angry that you start to grip onto the shelve.

You feel determined to go through all the doors even if you have to face obstacles. Only to leave this hell.

You feel much more confident leaving this area. You slowly walk to the door flashing the light to the entrance, you open the door and get in.

Nothing in sight, hopefully, there will be no entities in sight. As you walk in, you stop in your tracks as you hear a scream behind you, that's not as far but not close either. This soon?! You already had to deal with the closets entities, RUSH, SCREECH..

You throw your hand to your forehead, you sigh loudly. You look around the room to enter a closet...hopefully JACK, and HIDE aren't there..

But much to your surprise..there were no closets in sight, the screaming was starting to get even louder.

You look around the room, trying to find a hiding spot. When you discover a vent, you quickly grab the cover off and couch down and slid in, you wait for a while until the entity runs pass you. You close your eyes shut, praying it was RUSH, and not AMBUSH..

The screaming is getting a so close, your eyes rightly closed. The screaming is so loud you could feel beeping through your eyes, it hurts so much. You open your eyes slowly only to see not RUSH...but AMBUSH standing right in front of the vent.
