Holy goddamn it only took my self-worth and an intense level of exhaustion to get this done but it finally got done. In the comparison picture there was no way I could increase the original to the size of the new one without destroying it, believe me, I tried 😂

I have no idea when the original was drawn because I drew it before I even owned a graphic tablet. My friend had a bamboo tablet when we were like twelve and when I would go to her house she would show me how it worked and let me draw on it while she watched Rocky Horror Picture Show on VHS. It was an amazing summer. Tbh, that's the friend that really inspired me to become an artist and to keep getting better, and I think about her a lot because of that.

So yep sappy aside, here's Envy. FMA is the ultimate anime and I'll hear no talk otherwise 😛

I saw this on Google looking for a font for my next tattoo so I’m gonna hit y’all up with a PSA about tattoos

I was looking for fonts for my next tattoo and someone posted this and I guess it was under a “cute small tattoo” thing. But the thing about tattoos is that they thicken. Every single line will thicken with time, and stuff like this will be illegible. It will just be a black blob when this thickens. 

I get that they’re cute and popular right now, but they won’t even resemble a tattoo that you want when they thicken. When I went and talked to my tattoo artist before, I made sure to talk to him about thickening and every single line on my tattoo thickened, but since there was enough space for them to do that, it still looks great years later. I’m getting another tattoo with a quote on my arm next and I’m still going to be talking about the thickening. 

Please talk to your tattoo artist about this; it sucks to spend money on something you love and then it doesn’t even look like how you wanted it to later and you have to spend more money to get it covered up or live with a black blob on you.

I think this is the first Yandere thing I've actually been proud of 😂 I'm not super into the Yandere simulator game anymore because of Yandere dev specifically (he won't accept help from other successful game developers, is pretty arrogant, refuses to improve his code, is horrible to volunteers, etc.) but I still want to see what it becomes and am interested in the concept. I kind of want to make my own version honestly 😂 There is a game in progress called Watashi no Mono that is basically a remake of Yandere Simulator that is doing great, but not available for download just yet. I can't wait to see what it becomes!

Anyway, this was just practice in doing facial expressions because I really want to get better at that. And I also wanted to try different coloring techniques that I learned from when I was practicing painting. Hope everyone else likes this as much as I do!

This is the animation I was working on that was supposed to be done on January 1st! I know...a little bit of a let down for how hyped it was back then. I stopped working on it since I was so busy with work and school, but my class required I make a gif, so I decided to finally throw this together as an excuse for work and school. It was graded, so I'm letting myself post now.

Christina Grimmie was a beautiful soul. She was a huge inspiration to me and was the reason I decided to pursue piano and singing. I wanted to do something to celebrate her life on the anniversary of her death. Her life was just beginning and it hurts that it was cut so short. She had so much to do and so much to pursue, and will be sorely missed. <3

ART COLLAB WITH @crying-carnations

Hope it's not too small to see. Just...open it in a new tab and zoom in if it is. And damn look at how they did my Bowsette justice in a way I couldn't. So, yeah, we basically did Smash characters for our theme. Crying Carnations did Samus and I HAD to do Bowsette just because I've always wanted to draw her. Jasper did her right for me. For our collab, we each did a sketch of our Smash characters, then we lined and colored each other's while also finishing our own to see the difference. Yes, I need to take some art tips from my art kouhai. Thanks again for doing this collab with me, Jasper! I love you so much <3
