Since the moment you found out you were pregnant, you couldn’t contain your happiness. You were thrilled at the thought of telling Lewis the news, but a small part of you was nervous. Even though you’d both been together for years and had talked about starting a family, you weren’t sure if the timing was right.

But when you finally told him, Lewis’s reaction was everything you’d hoped for and more. He was over the moon, making it one of the happiest moments of your life. You both felt an overwhelming joy knowing that you were creating a little life together, growing inside of you.

With Lewis’s busy schedule, it was hard for him to make it to all of your doctor’s appointments. He felt guilty for missing some, but you reassured him that it was okay. On one of the days he could be there, the doctor asked if you wanted to know the baby’s gender. Without hesitation, you both said yes.

It was a boy.

From that moment on, Lewis was ecstatic. After every race weekend, he’d hop on the first flight home to be with you—his “safe place,” as he liked to call it. He’d lie beside you, talking to your belly, telling stories and whispering sweet things. He’d read somewhere that babies could hear voices from inside the womb, and Lewis was determined to be the first one your baby boy would recognize.

“Hey, little man. I just got back from a race, and guess what? George and I made it to the podium together. This one’s for you and mommy,” he’d say, resting his head on your lap as you gently stroked his braids.

Then, without fail, your baby would kick, right in his direction.

“Babe, did you feel that?” Lewis would ask, his eyes lighting up. “Our baby just kicked my face.”

You’d both laugh with happy tears in your eyes, cherishing every moment like this with your little family.

As the season finally came to a close, you were grateful for the extra time you’d have together. Before the pregnancy, you’d take every holiday or break to go on adventures—skiing, camping, beach trips. But now, with your due date approaching, you both decided to stay home, just in case your baby decided to make an early appearance.

Lewis’s birthday was just a week away, and you wanted to make it special, even though you couldn’t do anything extravagant. You planned a small, intimate dinner with close family and friends.

On the morning of his birthday, despite your growing belly, you made breakfast to surprise him in bed. Roscoe followed you into the kitchen, tail wagging happily.

“Let’s get daddy his breakfast, shall we?” you whispered to the dog as you carried the tray to the bedroom. Roscoe barked in agreement, trotting along behind you.

“Go on, buddy, wake him up,” you encouraged, and Roscoe eagerly jumped onto the bed, barking and licking Lewis’s face until he stirred awake.

“Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you, happy birthday to the best man and future father in the world,” you sang, placing the tray on his lap.

Lewis groggily rubbed his eyes, smiling at you with that husky morning voice you loved. “Oh baby, thank you. But you didn’t have to go through the trouble. I should be making you breakfast.”

“Nonsense, it’s your day,” you said, leaning in to give him a kiss.

But as you stood up, you suddenly froze, feeling a sharp cramp in your belly.

“Love? Are you okay?” Lewis asked, instantly concerned.

“Lewis... I think the baby decided to come today,” you said, clutching your stomach.

Panic and excitement rushed through both of you as you quickly made your way to the hospital. Lewis held your hand through every contraction, comforting you as you welcomed your baby boy, Theodore, into the world—on Lewis’s birthday, no less.

After you rested, the nurses brought baby Theo into the room, and one of them offered a suggestion to Lewis.

“Sir, we recommend doing skin-to-skin contact. It helps with bonding, calming the baby, and keeping him warm. Would you like to try?”

Without hesitation, Lewis nodded. He removed his shirt, and they carefully placed little Theo on his chest. Tears filled his eyes as he looked down at your baby.

“Hey, little man, it’s daddy. Do you remember me? I always talked to you while you were in mommy’s belly,” he whispered, gently stroking Theo’s tiny back. “You’re the best gift I’ve ever been given. I’m so grateful to your mum for bringing you into this world. She’s amazing, and I know you’re going to love her as much as I do.”

You stirred awake to this beautiful sight—Lewis holding your baby boy, his eyes full of love. Tears welled up in your eyes as you took in the moment.

“Look who’s awake, Theo,” Lewis said softly, walking over to you with the baby. “Mummy’s finally up, and she did an amazing job.”

You smiled through your tears as he sat beside you.

" Darling, thank you so much for everything. Theo has definitely been the best gift. You guys are the best and I couldn't ask for anything better."

"Lew, thank you too. I couldn't have picked a better man to be the father of my children."

This morning my beautiful girlfriend y/nusername and I, welcomed our little one. Theodore decided to be born on the same day as his father, and I am so thankful for this great and wonderful day! I will take a few months off from social media until the start of the season to spend as much time as possible with my family. Thank you and see you soon!

Hiii, I've been a little curious of something, have you seen Gen's birthday post for Jared? Like I geniully wonder if those two are on good terms or not since for the Holland and Bellgium post she didn't post the kids and like 90% pictures of Jared was him not knowing she took a picture + a guy that did a tour for them posted a picture on Facebook with Jared and his brother and mentioned he had the honor to show around Jared + the family.

I don't know if I make sense, but I wanted to know what you thought about Jared and Gen recently since you always make such good points on how Gen possibly does witchcraft + she not actually caring for Jared.

Hello Anon, thank you for the ask. So someone brought up a very interesting yet great point point via PM I didn't think about first thing when I saw that post. They said that the caption she chose for her post is actually insensitive because it could serve as a trigger for the last car accident Jared was in. For reference sakes, "My ride or die. Lucky to do this life with you. Happiest of birthdays @jaredpadalecki. I’m so grateful it’s you ❤️". Does she not remember the whole car accident that happened 2 years ago back in April? Oh right... she "tuned out" of that one based on her posts surrounding the accident.

Also, funny how around 1:16pm EST she put this in her Instagram story today 7/20/2024. Lady, you have no idea who you're talking to (hint: Pluto = Roman counterpart for Hades the God of the Underworld), being a deity who absolutely despises you [Gen] by the way. I've always said that people don't start conjuring via witchcraft unless they want something (money, sex, love, career advancement, to make the world a better place [starting with the conjurer of course!]).

As for the actual photos, well I know she tends to take photos of him without him really knowing she's taking photos. According to another user, apparently her original post on Instagram DID have Jeff and Megan in the photos but then now the one that's up does not. I don't know why that would be the case if that's true but I just don't think they [Gen and Jared's family] really have a good relationship overall for multiple reasons. Now if you want to really see me laugh, try convincing me they spent their entire vacation time in Italy together, given Portofino is on one side of the country and Venice on the other.

Something I brought up in my last post about someone I knew who died back last April is something my dad said to me as a teenager when I was with someone who wasn't really good for me. My dad said to me that if a man really cares about a woman but her family doesn't approve, he will let her go. The same can be said about if a man's family doesn't approve of the woman. The general point here is that if you have a good relationship with your family and they don't approve of your partnership/relationship, this can make someone feel like they're stuck in the middle and or possibly end up feeling isolated at some point. It's great Jared's seeing his family more lately but honestly I've been wondering where they've been at for a minute. From what was said about his upbringing, he was raised in a positive home with supportive parents.

I also never hear a thing about Gen seeing her family. Sure, some of us are cursed with a toxic family as Gen has implied in some of her stories about her family. I recall Gen not being the nicest to her mom in one Instagram live she did with Danneel back in Feb 2017. Gen wasn't over the top in saying shut up mom but she's also generally passive aggressive at least publicly. Also funny what looking at social media patterns and such can reveal, which is more telling than the picture they're trying to portray in the select photos they reveal on their social media pages (and maybe what they ask of fans who take selfies with them for free).

I'm not convinced they are necessarily on good terms. The other day, a book fell in my hallway. The last time this happened months ago, it was the Family Don't End with Blood book. This time it was another book that looks similar with the colors but isn't the same. I initially thought it was that book and picked it up. So I decided okay this means I need to read Jared's chapter again.

On page 233 in the book I saw the following lines:

"Truth be told (and hindsight can be 20/20), I should have just stayed in Austin and taken the time to reconnect with my family, my friends, and myself."

Also,

"So, shortly after season 10 finished filming, I hopped on a plane with my wife, Genevieve, leaving the kids at home with family, and headed to Europe to see some of Gen's extended family before the Supernatural conventions began. Her mother's side of the family is from Belgium and she grew up spending summers with her extended European family. We went to Leuven so she could catch up with them and I could get to meet them and experience a big part of her childhood. Everything seemed, and felt, fine, at least on the surface. but there was something malevolent boiling inside me."

On a side note, someone told me that Belgium is known for Witchcraft. There is one town that's an hour and a half away from Leuven called Beselare that is known as "the witches' village" and even has a witchy parade every 2 years [uneven years mind you] on the last Sunday of July. Just a bit of a funny coincidence worth mentioning given this ask is about Belgium and you bringing up my witchcraft posts pertaining to Gen, Anon.

And the one line that stood out to me the most.

"I didn't tell Gen this at the time, but the entire time we were traveling, I felt a deep desire to be home in Austin, a deep longing to wake up with nothing on my schedule for the day, a need to just be with my wife and my sons and reconnect."

We know a couple months ago Jared announced Walker was cancelled. This is the first time he's had nothing new lined up as far as acting jobs go since Walker finished filming. I've been told for months now Jared isn't doing very good, which was before Walker was announced as cancelled. Heck, one of my guides told me weeks before it was announced on May 21 that it's done for and Jared is just being hopeful at this point. This was definitely confirmed as being the case that he was merely hopeful it wouldn't end. He did also say in the latest podcast with Tommy Didario that this is a low point for him feeling sad and whatnot. I believe that Jared is being a tad dishonest in saying he's doing much better than he was years ago. Maybe he's not AS bad as in when he went to the clinic but I certainly don't believe he's doing that good right now.

On a strange note, I was just at the beach with my son's dad's side of the family for a couple weeks. A friend I hadn't heard from in a minute while I was there saw posts of us being there and asked if we're back together to which I firmly said no to ha ha. Multiple arguments took place over the entire vacation and I even threatened to leave multiple times. However, Poseidon kept insisting I stay there and push through. I even started feeling a bit homesick after a little over a week. For a bit of a backstory on this, I was there from June 28, returned home briefly to get my desktop and such for work July 7 [so I work while at the beach house his family owns], and then ultimately returned home to stay on July 15 when I got home at like 2am. Miserable stuff!

I even admittedly had a bit of a breakdown at one point during this trip while my ex and I were getting ice cream which resulted in me staying in the car alone. Interestingly so, his parents were there, one of his uncles, our nephew, and at one point his sister, husband and my other nephew/their kid was there. I guess the point of my staying at the beach with his family and even extended family despite feeling unhappy much of the time was to somehow parallel what Jared went through all those years ago and walk a mile through his shoes metaphorically speaking? My point here also being, the photos may look great and it looks like everyone's having a blast but guess what? Do you think most people are going to put up the worst photos of them crying genuinely when upset or otherwise not at their "best" on their social media?

-Your children were also on board with the idea. Tecchou was a great dad to them, and they definitely wanted to do something special on his special day

-So you started planning. You were in charge of cooking the food, your daughter was in charge of buying birthday presents, and your son was in charge of wrapping the presents

-Both of your children wrote happy birthday cards for Tecchou. Even when their handwriting could use a little improvement, it was still cute

-Planning it all behind Tecchou’s back wasn’t that hard. If you had to go out and buy something for the party, you just had to make up an excuse saying ‘our daughter wants to go and buy this new toy from the supermarket. We’ll be back in a bit’. Tecchou didn’t suspect a single thing, but you did still take extra care to not seem to suspicious

-The big day finally arrived. After bidding Tecchou goodbye with a usual morning kiss, you and the children waited for a bit before starting to prepare for the party

-It took you guys a few hours to get everything ready. You made sure the food was perfect, none of the cake’s icing was ruined, and that the table was set up nicely

-Disaster did strike one time when your son accidentally dropped an empty plate to the floor. Fortunately, he wasn’t hurt, and you didn’t have the heart to scold him. So, you cleaned up the shards of ceramic, deposited them into the bin, and made your children decorate the kitchen instead

-Everything was finally done. You and the children stayed hidden in the kitchen, waiting for Tecchou to come home

-At the end, you opted for buying the birthday items whenever you went to drop off and pick up your children from school. Jouno didn’t suspect a thing, and you kept the items hidden in the garage for the time being

-Finally, the anticipated day arrived. You and your kids didn’t really go all out on decorations, however, you took extra care to make sure the food was nicely cooked. You even added some expensive ingredients that your family didn’t normally eat

-There was no point in hiding and surprising Jouno, since he could just hear your heartbeats. However, when he came back home, he was a bit confused on why you decided to cook such good food

-It was when your children hugged him and wished him a happy birthday that he finally realised what this was

-Jouno smiled!! And it was actually a happy and genuine smile!!!! He looks cute when he smiles, and you knew that he secretly loved this

anon, its more that Erin acts so much like Ingo than looks (because Emmet wins that competition on virtue of being his identical twin). Erin has his other parent's genetics messing with the complete Ingo cloning. He's just whining because people are constantly telling Erin how much he's like Ingo while Emmet rarely gets told that. He's huffing.

I think Erin's birthday wish is more likely to just wear his Ingo Costume for the day and play Subway Boss at the station. He's running around giving orders and helping make announcements. He also gets to battle with Emmet to stand in for Ingo. Tiny boy poses with his tall uncle and releases hell onto challengers despite being the least threatening guy in the room. (He also gets to ride in the locomotive with Ingo and/or Emmet while they drive it. It's the happiest moment for him.)

Double dad confuses him because he's already unsure if Emmet counts as a dad or not. (He received some bullying for confusingly stating that he had at least two dads alongside his other parent.) He manages to tell them apart because when he clings to Ingo's legs, he picks him up and carries him around.

I headcanon that Leon sends Sherry flowers and a little teddy bear every year for her birthday -- even well into her adulthood. He never attaches his name to it, but she figured out exactly where it was coming from after Claire told her that it wasn't coming from her. Sherry has kept every single bear (which would be FOURTEEN OF THEM by the time of RE6), and she's not going to tell Leon she has them until he admits that he's the one sending them.

So, basically, she's going to end up with like 50 of them eventually.

"Happy birthday daddy!" she yelled and hugged him tight. "Oh thank you so much little princess." "Let's go into the kitchen daddy, we have a surprise for you." his little girl said. Diluc/‘Angel’

After his father got bored with the wine industry, he passed the whole company off to Diluc on his 18th birthday in order to shift his focus to mining. Diluc found himself swamped with all kinds of business decisions while just barely being an adult. He expanded the company and hired some very trustworthy people to handle things for him so he could finish college

When the business was given to him, Diluc and Kaeya had an explosive fight over it. Kaeya felt like he deserved to have some say in what happens to the business, he’s still a part of the family! But Diluc refused to let him in on any decisions so Kaeya packed his bags and left (not before cussing him out in front of their father, staff and business partners). He was just in a silly, goofy mood. They’re fine now, not on the best terms but they do chat and meet up for lunch on occasion.

He is filthy rich, he couldn’t spend all of his all of his money if he tried, so he doesn’t really need the job at the cafe! Kaeya got him the job because he knew his brother was stuck in a weird, antisocial funk and needed some fun in his life

Diluc loves this job, he has a great time, but it isn’t his main job. His priority will always be the family business!! If he has to quit his job at the cafe, he would in a heartbeat

Kaeya

Kaeya was going to go into the police academy but was scouted out by a modeling agency. They had seen him at Ragnvindr company events and thought ‘well damn’ so they gave him a pretty generous deal

Kaeya makes a good living off of modeling, the tips and paycheck from the cafe. He rakes in cash pretty quickly just cause he knows how to get it. That, and his dad sends him checks every other month as well. Kaeya thinks of it as ‘I’m sorry’ money. He isn’t wrong

He doesn’t travel much for modeling, which he doesn’t mind, so he kinda just hangs around the city with a lot of free time on his hands between photo shoots. That’s why he got this job at the cafe! It gives him something to do and it’s fun as hell ;)

Albedo

Bedo is one busy bunny. He finished college early and is getting his masters degree online. He works most days at the cafe and on the weekends, he tutors other college students in bio/chem/science related subjects

(He was actually Xiao’s tutor back when he was failing chemistry!! Xiao is very thankful for Albedo’s help!!)

His dream is to become a biochemist, he’s always been interested in cells and what makes up living beings. So having a career in that field would make him the happiest man alive

His mother and sister live outside the city in a more rural area so he spends a lot of time FaceTiming the two of them! Klee is always so excited to hear about Albedo’s experiments or the people he’s met while working in such a bustling, fun city :)

Zhongli

Zhongli is a simple man! He’s a bunny waiter and an artist

He creates intricate pieces based on folklore from different cultures, focusing mostly on dragons. His favorite medium is paint, he loves painting on glass and layering the panes in order to create a 3D piece

He sells his works to galleries, shops and anyone who wants them! As long as they appreciate the story behind the artwork. Sadly…He undersells his work. He could def be making more money but he just does not desire money or material goods the way others may

So he got his job at the cafe in order to help out his dear friend Ningguang, not for money, he only planned on working there for a month or two until she got more bunnies but…he ended up really loving the people he works with :’) he looks forward to working with them now and texts/calls them outside of work to meet up for lunch or bowling (such an old man thing to do omfg)

Dainsleif/‘Sweetie’

Dain was a bouncer at another bar before leaving to come to Celestia’s! He’s good friends with Beidou, they belong to the same motorcycle club so when she was talking to him about the lack of security at the cafe/bar, he stepped in to help out

Little did he know…he’d actually become a bunny…And like it

This is his full time job now, he doesn’t have another for the time being. While he is a bunny at the cafe, he still keeps an eye out for any threats to his coworkers and has access to the offices upstairs (Ningguang’s office and the security office)

When he isn’t waiting tables, he’s upstairs in a tank top and sweatpants keeping an eye on the security cameras and talking to the other security guards through their ear pieces

Ajax

Ajax is a student who doesn’t really have much time on his hands

He mows lawns in the summer and he’s quit his job as a cashier to come work at the cafe! He mostly works night shifts his cause he’s still going to school aaaaaand he’s on his college’s swim team! He’s about to graduate so he works close with his coach to help train the others on the team

He doesn’t really want his family knowing that he skips around in a skimpy bunny outfit and fucking customers most nights but I mean…They’re bound to find out if they see him in pictures people post

Xiao/‘Tofu’

Xiao is an art student!! He wants to be a tattoo artist :)

He’s already got one sleeve of tattoos, it’s unfinished but you can’t really tell just by looking. When he isn’t at the cafe, he’s either in class or shadowing Ganyu, his best friend and tattoo artist. Their art styles greatly differ, she focuses her craft on cutesy, colored tattoos, but she is skilled. And Xiao looks up to her

Xiao admires Zhongli too, they met at the cafe and when Zhongli found out Xiao wants to be a tattoo artist he told him that once he’s licensed, he wants to get a tattoo from him :’)

Baizhu/‘Honey’

Baizhu is a (mostly) full time pharmacist, hence why he isn’t usually at the cafe

He also has a niece, Qiqi, who he babysits often. He loves her very much so he has no problem watching her! Baizhu will even bring her to the pharmacy with him when he’s swamped with work. In the break room, he has a play kitchen, coloring books and a bunch of puzzles to keep Qiqi occupied while he works :)

When he’s not at work, he’s at home resting. He has chronic pain flare ups in his back and shoulders that can make life miserable :( he has plenty of good days that outweigh the bad! And as a pharmacist, he has access to any medicine he needs to make his life easier!

Dottore(Alain)/‘Doc’

Alain’s an oral surgeon who’s a little bit….too into his job

He isn’t phased by blood or gore so he’s easily able to conduct procedures that would make other squeamish. He’ll pull teeth, put in dental implants, remove rotten tissue, any of that without even flinching

Outside of that, he works at the cafe. He wears a mask in order to avoid being recognized even though at his job as a surgeon, he’s usually wearing a medical mask anyways. It’s just a precaution

This has nothing to do with his career but he used to be a tap dancer and actor so he’d join in on local theatre shows! He helped build sets when he wasn’t rehearsing. He doesn’t have time for that anymore (which kinda makes him sadddd) but he has all kinds of theatre playlists on his phone and in his car that he’ll sing along to

Scaramouche/‘Boss’

Scara’s job at the cafe is his main job! His side job is something you may not expect from such a grump

He works at an animal shelter! In fact, he brings cats home to train so they have an increased chance of being adopted. Someone is more likely to adopt a potty trained, socialized cat than a feral cat who doesn’t know what a litter box is. So Scara brings them to his apartment for some one-on-one socializing, training and cuddling

One time he offhandedly mentioned working at an animal shelter while he was working at the cafe and sure enough, three separate customers from the cafe came by to adopt!!! Only one actually took an animal home but he was still surprised that those people had listened to him and cared enough to come by

Scara is a jerk most of the time but when he’s at home…by himself…With a lil kitten sleeping in his lap while he plays games on his PC…Yeah, he softens up a bit

So as you can see, we have a very diverse group working at the cafe! They’ve all learned a lot from each other, come to appreciate each other’s friendship and come to help each other out when one of their coworkers is in need or upset.

he's definitely the kind of dad to get up with no fussing for midnight feeds etc, and never complains because damn his SO did the hardest job of all growing their baby over 9 whole months - he's an all hands on deck dad for sure.

as his child grows up, Chris would try to be there as much as possible, as involved as possible, even is his schedule means being on the road more than he would love - seeing his child's smile over video call would be just about enough, and he would be the kind of dad to listen to them babbling away for hours no matter what, just to keep that relationship strong.

i can imagine chris would be the kind of dad to constantly show off photos of his kid to anyone who sits still long enough too - doesn't matter if it's a rookie, a vet or an unsuspecting coach - he's a proud dad and he's going to show everyone.

and in the summer time, he's with his child every moment that he can be, making up for lost time.

when he eventually retires? he's at every school sport event, every theatre event, every spelling bee, no matter what his child chooses to do. maybe even a little embarrassing with how enthusiastic he is. and if they choose hockey? well, damn, he's the most supportive hockey dad out there. just look at that man - there's no way he isn't 100% best dad material.
