Fallen Angels

Many eons ago, when the Earth was still young and new up in the kingdom of Heaven, there was trouble a brew. A rebellious angel named Samael tried to overthrow his own father with the help of others who believed in his ideals. In the end, they proved to be unsuccessful.

All seven of them were banished from paradise and forced onto Earth. What the angels didn't predict however was for them to tempt the first humans. Samael snuck into the garden disguised as a snake at first only to feed the first of humanity the forbidden fruit.

But when his eyes gazed upon the woman known as Lilith, he knew he had to have her. He wooed and enchanted her, promising her the entire world would be in her hands IF she chose to be his.

Agreeing she helped with convincing her ex-husband Adam to take a single bite out of the forbidden fruit. What they didn't realize was the grave consequences of one act of disobedience. Evil had been unleashed onto the Earth and with it came the new creation of sin.

As punishment for what they had done God had sentenced not only the couple but the rest of the fallen angels to the depths of darkness known as Hell.

They had thought that sending them there would put an end to their reign, they were wrong. They all embraced their fallen selves and the true power that came with it. Satan had even declared himself and his bride the rulers of this land.

Soon more angels fell into Hell alongside them. One of them being an owl that went by the name of Paimon. He swore loyalty to the king and queen and promised that he and his brood would protect and serve.

His powers were vast and mighty like the sea. He even incorporated them into books. They were called grimoire.

With them Satan and his seven followers used them to travel amongst the mortals to wreak havoc and entice them into temptation. Satan tempted humans by getting them to be angrier and lash out. The sin Leviathan tempted humans to envy what others had.

The sin Belphegor tempted humans by getting them to slack off on what is needed to survive. The sin Asmodeus tempted humans to commit adultery and lay with one another before marriage. The sin Mammon tempted humans by hoarding instead of sharing to those who were in need.

The sin Beelzebub tempted humans by overindulging with food, drinks, and other pleasures. Lastly the youngest of them Lucifer tempted the humans by getting them to be more prideful and arrogant, especially leaders.

Their temptation forth more and more sinners each year. Which meant more souls falling to them and for his wife to control and be at her complete mercy.

Eventually what he and the first did became somewhat of a business. A business that was all about pain and suffering of humanity.

Satan stared at the door to the bar the harpy like creature just went in. He and his crew were just about to get their target when they were suddenly ambushed by one individual.

It swooped down and torn the target into shreds. Satan was actually more impressed than angry for once. So was his little brother Lucifer who was standing right beside him.

Lucifer: Are you sure you don’t want me to come in with you? I’m sure I can be of some help.

Satan: No, you’ll only get in the way. Besides it might come better coming from the big boss himself instead of his lackey.

Lucifer: (scoffs) Lackey? I’m one of your partners and if anything I should have been the one to-

Satan: Yeah that’s nice, be right back and hopefully with a new employee.

He opened the door and went right inside. Looking around he found his new target. Sitting at the bar hunched over was the newest fallen angel.

Chugging down a beer with an unapproachable appearance. Except for the fact that Satan didn’t scare off so easily. He sat next to the demon and couldn’t help but feel like he’s seen him from somewhere.

His skin was pale with some shades of grey, like ash. His hair was brown like soil, with dark horns curled on his head. The wings on his back black like ebony.

His form was chubby but with some nice curves to him. If he took a closer look he would have seen the little tail of a lamb sitting above his buttocks. His eyes glowed yellow as he stared back at him.

Adam: The fuck you looking at?

Satan: (shrugs) Nothing much, just the bitch that took my hit.

The fallen angel huffs out a humorless laugh: If you’re looking for retribution, then I’m afraid your shit out of luck!

The fight was instant.

On the subject of Octavia…

I recently saw this reaction video on YouTube (I will not be linking it in case some unhinged person sees this) (it’s not a normal reaction channel cause he makes a lot of jokes). Anyway, this guy recently saw Season 2 episode 11 of Helluva Boss and he was like “I hate Octavia so much! Her story and character are so repetitive and boring!”

And I’m sitting there thinking, “No…? Like she has a SIMILAR story every time she actually gets to TALK so far.”

Ep 2 S1 LuLu land: Her dad takes her back to a trash dump covered in glitter to relive her Trauma, all while he’s flirting with a guy who’s clearly not interested. By the end she asks if he’s going to leave her to run away with this guy. (Keep that last part in mind)

Ep 5 S1 The harvest Moon: She is seen, no dialogue.

Ep 7 S1 Ozzie’s: She is mentioned as a way of trying to get Bliztø into the house.

Ep 1 S2 The Circus: She is mentioned to make Stolas look better and to make Stella look like a heartless Harpy. (Ugh the flattening of an interesting character dynamic and potential flaw for Stolas! My heart can’t take it!)

Ep 2 S2: Her Dad blows her off because he “Hates [Stella] more that he loves [octavia]” which no one refutes so the show is basically telling us “Yeah he does, get over it.” See that? That’s a different conflict involving Octavia’s shitty relationship with her father but not about her insecurities that he will leave her.

Ep 4 S2: She is mentioned in a threat.

Ep 11 S2: Seen crying over the fact that her dad did in fact choose the Imp over her. He gave up his life instead of asking for why Blitzø was on trial which he would then learn of Andre’s BS and set the record straight.

in fact he could have pulled some “Mastermindery” by saying, “No, Blitzø didn’t assault me. In fact, I think you have it wrong. He’s always been under Asmodeus’s care. Right Asmodeus?”

And then Ozzie could have said. “uh… Yeah! The Imp’s under my Jurisdiction, so step off Satan!”

I can’t remember who it was but I know that it wasn’t me who thought of it because I’m not that eloquent: “The show doesn’t care about Octavia, so why should I?” And I sort of agree with this but at the same time I love her! And I feel so connected with her entire situation.

Demons

Very long post AGAIN

I've made a post about angelic anatomy a long time ago, so now it's time for the demon's turn!

When Lucifer was thrown from Heaven, along with the other six future princes of Hell (in this universe Lucifer and Satan are two different beings) a few days later, Hell and The Crack were created. Hell was a purely "demonic" activity of the Princes, while The Crack was created a few thousands years later, when Lucifer and Micheal opted for the "Truce" (there will be an apposit post).

Lucifer found, scattered around the future Hell, many of the rebellious angels that accompanied him in his revolt. Like the princes, all of them where horribly disfigured. These are the First Demons. Today, most of them don't exist anymore, due to the sudden lack of Core and celestial energy when they fell.

Demons found a way to reproduce aswell. Thanks to Asmodeus and his Sin, it was discovered that demons were fertile.

The growth of a demon was similar to an angel in terms of time.

As the "generations" of demons went on, they were classified to the various Circles.

The first Female Demon was the first wife of Adam, Lilith. She was confined to the Red Sea after refusing to submit to the man, where she was found by Lucifer, who convinced her to join him.

Even though they never had a "romantic" relationship, they act towards eachother like an "old married couple", as Asmodeus would say.

Every Circle has a type of demon that resembles in some way a mythical creature:

Pride: Nagas

Wrath: Minotaurs

Gluttony: Harpies

Envy: Marine Serpents

Greed: Kraken

Sloth: Fauns

Lust: Mermaids (Succubi/Incubuses)

The concept of gender is here aswell inesistent, and the pronouns argument is pratically identical to angels'.

Differently from angels though, demons are born with genitalia. It is completely casual, and don't determine anything.

As mentioned before, demons can get pregnant. The reproduction is very similar to humans'.

Angel holds his phone away from his ear, rolling his eyes so hard they damn near fall out of his head, and rubs at his tumbles. The loud, shrill voice of the pissed off Goetia on the line screeches out of his phone’s speakers, despite the fact he very much doesn’t have it on speaker phone. He gives it about another thirty seconds before sucking in a breath and diving right back in. 

“—absolutely outrageous —” 

“Ma’am, I gotta stop ya’ right there. We’re more than happy to accommodate ya’, we just can’t do that date as, like I said, Lord Asmodeus is already booked. And unless you wanna explain to him yourself just how much more important your son’s bachelor party is, I think we should go over the calendar again and find a date that actually works for ya’.” 

His office door creaks open. Angel’s gaze flickers to the doorway—Husk is there, brows raised and smile playing at his lips as he leans on the doorframe. Angel’s own lips quirk up into a smile, even as the damn harpy screeches some more in his ear about his damn manners or whatever. She does acquiesce, though, so he counts it as a win. 

A few minutes of clicking through a calendar and typing later, and Angel can finally hang up the goddamn phone. He lets it thunk down onto his desk and huffs a groan, slumping back into his chair. “What a damn cunt,” he grumbles. “I swear she screeched into my ear about this stupid party for, like, two hours.” 

Husk chuckles, pushing off the doorframe and striding fully into the room. “Can’t say I’m surprised. That particular family’s a pain in the ass.” 

No shit. She’s from one of the lower classes of Goetia, but sure seems to enjoy acting like she’s one of Paimon’s direct spawn with the way she needles for shit. Dumb bitch. Too bad they like to book the casino as much as they do, otherwise he’d ban her ass forever for her behavior alone. Whatever. Money’s money, as they say. Angel props his elbows on his desk and rests a cheek on his palm, grinning. “So, what brings ya’ into my little ‘ole office, kitty?” 

He’s gifted with a lopsided grin, that golden gaze of Husk’s warm and gentle. 

“I’ve got a meeting in an hour, but figured I’d stop and see if you wanted to grab some lunch.” 

Angel blinks and glances at the time. Sure enough, it’s well past noon. “Shit, yeah. I almost forgot about lunch.” He’s been so wrapped up in wrestling this goddamn schedule, time’s slipped right through his fingers. Literally. 

Husk rounds the desk, reaching a hand to cup Angel’s cheek. “Yeah, I kinda figured. You’ve been workin’ yourself hard, sweetheart.” 

The pet name gets a flurry of butterflies bursting through his insides. Angel leans into the touch and snorts. “Yeah, well, someone’s gotta actually get this shit organized. It’s a damn miracle you didn’t overbook The Red Room before you promoted me.” 

Angel’s only exaggerating a little bit. Husk had this cracked and faded leather bound notebook he used to scribble down reservations in prior to Angel taking up the mantle, and boy, was it a goddamn mess. Smudged ink, cramped and messy handwriting, wild shorthand…it was like decoding hieroglyphics or something. But, Angel’s got a system going, now, and he thinks it’s working. So. Small victories. 

“Yeah, yeah. C’mon, let’s get somethin’ to eat.”

Arcana Analysis--Helluva Boss: Stolas (Strength)

>You mustered up your courage to write about a deeply polarizing character.

Ah, yes, Stolas. The talk of the fandom, for better and for worse. Personally, I'm not crazy about him, but I do like that he's a complex character; he's ultimately a troubled soul with both good and bad deeds to his name.

His card is Strength, number eleven in the major arcana deck. What's meant here is inner strength, mental fortitude. Stolas' arc revolves around his rather fragile mental state and the actions it drives him into taking.

To put it simply, Stolas is just as broken as Blitzo, his complicated pseudo-lover. In fact, they may just be perfect mirrors for each other--terrible boyhoods, shitty dads included, putting on fronts to hide their pain, and unfamiliarity with the depths of love. There is one key difference, however. Whereas Blitzo purposefully pushes away the people closest to him, Stolas is a hopeless romantic deeply into Blitzo, with most of the pain he causes him being accidental on Stolas' part. Unfortunately, that hopeless romanticism leads to Stolas acting on his impulses a lot, and the pain he causes ends up cutting deeper than a knife.

Strength Reversed is evoked here, and it's not just in Stolas' lack of happiness. The card's illustration shows a woman taming a lion; it's a metaphor for taming one's emotions, instincts, and impulses so that you can think and act with logic and reason. The majority of Stolas' own pain is caused by his lack of self-control.

Specifically, Stolas allowed Blitzo to have his grimoire in order to operate IMP. In exchange, however, Stolas requested that every time a full moon comes up, they have intercourse. In Stolas' mind, it was an innocuous equivalent exchange deal of sorts. For Blitzo, however, Stolas was blatantly taking advantage of him and treating him like a plaything. It doesn't help that there's an incredible divide between the two in Hell's hierarchy; Stolas is a Goetian prince, and Blitzo is working-class. So the relationship between the two is pretty yikes for the first few episodes of season one.

As if that wasn't enough, the affair ended up having major repercussions for Stolas' family as well. He's trapped in a loveless marriage with a shrill harpy of a wife, Stella, and they have one child, Octavia. So they feel the effects of Stolas' relationship as well. Stella, who, mind you, is one of the biggest contributing factors to Stolas' broken state of mind, becomes completely consumed by her hatred for him and schemes with her brother to take everything from Stolas after they divorce. Octavia gets pulled into the conflict against her will due to Stolas and Stella's constant fighting, and due to Stolas' childish tendencies, she begins growing more distant to him day-by-day, and it eventually reaches a breaking point.

One positive, however, is that once a problem gets spelled out for him, Stolas is ready to make things right. When Asmodeus, the Sin of Lust, airs the affair in his nightclub for everyone to hear, Stolas makes a plan to cancel his deal with Blitzo and make their relationship more wholesome. He receives an Asmodean Crystal to give to Blitzo, no strings attached, so that Blitzo can run his business and have a relationship with him separately. Sadly, Blitzo misunderstands greatly, and Stolas quickly makes another assumption, leading to more pain between the two.

"Mastermind" is the straw that broke the camel's back for Stolas. When he sees that Blitzo is about be executed for his past use of the grimoire, Stolas rushes to protect him by spinning a narrative painting himself as the villain in the deal between the two. In a twist of events, execution is not Stolas' punishment for defiance, but instead, he's brought down to normality. Needless to say, everything changes for him in the next episode, for better and for worse. On one hand, he's now on even ground with Blitzo, allowing them to communicate more honestly with each other and genuinely express their growing attraction to each other. On the other hand, by taking saving Blitzo, Stolas has forsaken Octavia, his own daughter, by leaving her with Stella and her brother, Andrealphus, and she responds by calling him out for his selfishness and empty promises, ending by cutting all ties with him. And all throughout, Stolas is left even more broken by way of realizing that all of this pain could have been avoided had he controlled his pursuit of happiness a lot more.

Here's my consensus: It's easy to peg Stolas as a bad father for desiring his own happiness over his own daughter's. And he is pretty imperfect as a parent, but think about it this way. Stolas thinks like a child. He doesn't have the mental fortitude to take on all the responsibilities of raising a child and guiding them through hard times properly. And plus, his own father was a hell of a lot worse, so that doesn't help much. And Stella is flat-out abusive towards Octavia by way of manipulation. Ultimately, the pain Stolas has been through his entire life has destroyed his mental stability, leading to him being just as childish as Blitzo. Hopefully, Stolas will be able to recover in the future with Blitzo now by his side.

Obey Me! Pirates and Sirens AU

SO, I've been absolutely raving about this AU that I came up with recently where MC and Solomon are pirates, the demons are sirens, and the angels are harpies. I wanted to share it here cuz I think you'd appreciate it.

As this is an AU that I made with the help of a few friends, I would appreciate if you tag or credit me if you decide to create content about this AU. Please don't claim as your own and ask permission beforehand. Thank you!

In this AU, MC is a pirate who set out to sea in search of an underwater world ruled by a powerful sea creature known as Diavolo. MC is accompanied by Solomon and other members, until one day there was a bad storm at sea which destroyed the ship. The only two survivors were MC and Solomon. (he used his magic on MC and himself so they would be able to breathe underwater) Just a few miles away, Solomon could sense that they were close to this world and both of them swam to the world. Immediately, they set eyes on 7 different kingdoms. One of Pride, one of Greed, one of Envy, Wrath, Lust, Gluttony, and then Sloth. All of them surrounded the front of something even greater, the palace of Lord Diavolo himself.

[NOTE: Not everyone in the kingdoms have this set personality, it ranges obviously.]

Kingdom of Pride -

This kingdom is the most powerful of the 7 kingdoms and ruled by Lucifer. Everyone here is mostly either stuck-up snobs or arrogant losers. 1 every 100 sirens living in this kingdom are genuinely considerate.

Kingdom of Greed -

The second strongest, this kingdom is ruled by "The Great Mammon". Residents of the Kingdom of Greed are, well, greedy. A majority will try to scam you, pick pocket you, or are filthy rich and use their money on stupid things.

Kingdom of Envy -

Kingdom of Wrath -

Ruled by Leviathan, this kingdom is the third strongest. Residents here tend to be more jealous and conservative. A lot of them don't take their jealousy very well, it's the only downfall to this kingdom.

Fourth strongest and the most terrifying, Satan rules this kingdom with an iron fist. Residents of this kingdom tend to lash out more often, and a majority have anger issues.

Kingdom of Lust -

Asmodeus, fifth strongest and the horniest, he and his residents tend to be on the kinder side. Well, kind on the outside, planning to rail you on the inside. Every minor is banned from this kingdom for obvious reasons.

Kingdom of Gluttony -

Ruled by Beelzebub and the help of his plastic burger friend (who's been replaced on multiple occasions), he's the sixth strongest of the seven kingdoms. As you'd expect, demons here eat more than others. Of course, no one will be as intense as Beelzebub himself.

Kingdom of Sloth -

Ruled by Beelzebub's twin, Belphegor. He's the weakest of them all. Spending his times sleeping rather than doing other things, this kingdom is the most peaceful and quiet. Just don't wake them up.

The Palace Diavolo -

Lord Diavolo's abode. Living with his faithful servant, Barbatos, and rumored to have multiple flings with the Pride Kingdoms' ruler, he spends most of his days acting like himself to be the best role model.

The Harpies -

Luke and Simeon, though Luke is only a hatchling and has much to learn. Simeon takes Luke everywhere as he (Simeon) has been banned from his own homeland. He and Luke occasionally visit the underwater world, learning how to swim despite their feathers.

Love Bounds -

Each of the kingdoms has their own prized possession called Love Bound(s). For Pride, it's a crown. For Greed, it's an earring. For Envy, it's a bracelet. For Wrath, it's a ring. For Lust, it's a tongue stud. For Gluttony, it's an anklet. And for Sloth, it's a necklace.

Each of these are special to each ruler and only give the items to the one they deem worthy enough to stand (figuratively) by their side.

Each of the items have a special gem attached to them. The gems are linked to the ruler's soul, so if the item goes into the wrong hands, they could very much die if the gem gets shattered. Basically it's their life source.

Spooky Novel Characters:

Asgeir - Lost warrior of a forgotten kingdom. Has no memory of their life as a knight, and only knows what their guardians have told them. They must pick up their blessed spear and travel through the fog slowly covering their world in order to find the fallen castle, find the source of the monsters and unnatural decay plaguing the land, all while learning of who they were and why they left.

Crógacht - Guardian Spirit of Bravery that takes the form of a fox

Eagnaíocht - Guardian Spirit of Wisdom that takes the form of a raven

Ivarr - Retained most of his memories when the kingdom collapsed, was Asgeir's partner in combat due to being an archer and able to cover their flank from long range.

D&D Characters: (under the cut cause here's where it gets long as fuck)

Rhialla Badelas - Golden girl, scourge aasimar and Tempest cleric. Her father was a sailor before he disappeared, once that happened, her mother took up work as a seamstress and eventually remarried to business owner. Her father was possessed by a fallen god and branded Rhialla and her twin brother, leading to her twin having a limp and starting Rhiallas life as an adventurer as she searches for answers.

Hymn Greenbottle - Firbolg/Tiefling adopted by halfling parents when they found her abandoned in one of their tavern rooms. She became a rogue to help provide for her large family (she has a number of siblings, many of whom are also adopted), and unknowingly trained to be a (arcane trickster) rogue under her birth fathers' tutelage.

Omen - Scourge Aasimar, very goth and big beefy enby, child of a wealthy merchant who was betrayed by their betrothed once their fiance learned that Omen would be the sole inheritor of their families money. They were led to a trap and left for dead. So coming back to life, Omen is now pissed and out for revenge.

Kairut (pronouned Kai-root) - Shifter who's tribe was displaced when the Drio'dela government wanted complete access to the magical spring which their tribe had settled around. When an illness broke out amongst the now larger town, Kairut stole very expensive and hard to make potions and distributed them amongst their tribe to keep them all safe and healthy. This was with the knowledge that they'd likely be killed once caught since they stole from the only high powered mage in town. instead, they were imprisoned for 500 years and now are freed. They love food a lot.

Phinerin - Scourge aasimar / tiefling, born into a cult of Asmodeus, when their celestial heritage started to show their parents offered them up to the cult leaders to be a sacrifice to Asmodeus, believing that offering celestial blood would bring them great boons and gifts of power. They were rescued by paladins, now serve Pelor, and are constantly on guard against Asmodeus' reaching hands, hiding their infernal heritage in an attempt to do so.

Carasen - Ship captain, scourge aasimar, overall badass who dictates who they work with (including many powerful people). Paladin of the Open Sea who has flirted with even the Archfey of the Deep and who really doesn't like people who try to fuck over their crew.

Barsen - Carasens' twin brother, who is probably the only person on the crew who can actually convince Carasen that maybe fighting isn't the only option. He's so tired please help him.

Chirp - Harpy lookout for Carasens' crew. They were found amongst rocks and rescued by Carasen. Waking up with no memory, they asked to stay in the crew and have not left since. There is a significant stash of stolen things they have hidden about the entire ship.

Dara - Tabaxi/Tiefling monk, is absolutely a tsundere who manages to have fuckboi energy (I don't know how either). Currently is being harassed (befriended) by my actual players in one of the campaigns I'm running. Tends to run solo mission but enjoys the vibrancy of life that comes from being around others.

Amemon - Tiefsmar (aasimar/tiefling) Cleric who is the mentor to one of the aforementioned party members in my campaign. He's so chill and so pretty, he's also terrifying on the battlefield and loves his students so so so much. He's always looking out for them (even when he gives them shit).

Arlo - Autumn Eladrin Bard, also a mentor to one of the aforementioned party members. They're a little shit, love to tease and poke and prod, but is dead serious as a teacher and absolutely believes that those who know the power of words must also be responsible about how they use that power.

Ibru - Eladrin/Aasimar Paladin, rounds out the former party he was in (with Dara, Arlo, and Amemon) as he now also works in Inmoeth Proper alongside Arlo. He's very fun and lighthearted, able to keep most people at ease even when the situation can be anxiety-inducing. He's quick to laugh, even in combat.

Layla Shayle - Tiefling Cleric & High Priestess of Kiphine the Goddess of Death. She's an absolutely terrifying unit on the battlefield, but in general likes to see how "fate" will run in less life-and-death matters. She's the current person semi-sponsoring my party & is very aware that things are moving on the face of Phiatorah. She's a member of the High Sanctum in Inmoeth and part of the "Do Not Fuck With" people in my world thanks to how powerful she is.

“No, I am afraid it cannot be avoided. They may hound you with their intrusiveness for some time but they will eventually grow bored and move on to whatever’s next. You know how they like to gossip. Your return will not be subject for long.”

Vassago took a sip of his tea and ate a biscuit, thinking to himself. His gaze trailed over his property as he was lost in thought before returning to look at Stolas. “Octavia will be welcome. It is time we got some new blood on the council. If I may say so in confidence, I feel that those of us who lead, are in need of new perspectives. Such as this imp of yours. You are not the only Goetia to have relations with their kind. There is Asmodeus for one and there have been countless affairs swept under the rug. If you ask me, this need to secure the bloodlines is archaic and pointless. I am sure you agree.”

The parrot crossed his legs and leaned back a bit, “Now, as far as Stella, we will keep that harpy far away from council. As far as I’m concerned, she would be nothing but a distraction.”

Vassago volunteered to check on Stolas. The allusive owl had not attended a council meeting in months and news of his divorce was all over Sinstagram. He didn’t know the bird well, they had only had conversations in passing, usually during council but Vassago had been meaning to speak to him, to find out the facts, rather than the numerous rumors that had been going around.

The council was fed up with the owl, he was going against he grain of a normal Goetia and while Vassago surly had no issue with that, often finding the councils proceedings as archaic, he wanted to learn the truth.

Rumor had it that the owl had an affair with an imp that led to his divorce from that harpy Stella, Andrealphus’ sister. From the few times that Vassago had been around Stella, he couldn’t fault Stolas for wanting to be rid of her. A horrible, wretched woman. Vassago counted his lucky stars that he had not been forced into a similar circumstance.

He was arriving to Stolas’s palace without prior notice as everything the council had sent, had gone ignored. Vassago straightened his clothing as he portaled to the palace, stepping up and knocking on the door. A small imp answered and bowed at him. “I am here to see Prince Stolas.” The imp hurried to let him in and guided him to a parlor where he took a seat and was reassured Stolas would be down shortly.

The imp hurried off and knocked on Stolas’s bedroom door, “Your Highness? You have a visitor!”

SPHINX is oddly enough a localization move, the original name is CHIMERA, even though it definitely looks more like a classic egyptian sphynx than a greek chimera... WA2's is at least more recognizable as a CHIMERA, but WA3 and WA5 take more fun approaches to the idea. (For simplicity's sake I didn't include the branching relatives of each individual WA3 CHIMERA but they'll show up in the other family trees)

ASMODEUS oh good, were back to classic demons again. Couldn't keep away for long. His iconic appearance is a multi headed alamgam of serpent, beast, bird and man. He may in fact be the direct inspiration for the WA2 model and not CHIMERA.

CHIMERA GUARDIAN was a unique sort of CHIMERA monster in WA4 where it was made up bits of the four cardinal guardians. (Also I didn't add it to the tree but I was never certain if the EARTHBOUND SPIRIT boss was also using the CHIMERA GUARDIAN model, and it was just hard to tell thru the transparent texture, or if it got an original model that I just couldn't make out any of the details of)

and then DISASTER is a recolor of the CHIMERA GUARDIAN that neatly continues the legacy of the elemental DISASTERS that acted as anti-guardians in WA3, and Lord Blazer: THE BLAZE OF DISASTER before them. Oh and also TIAMAT, the primordial mesopotamian goddess who birthed the rest of the core pantheon.(ironically classic depictions of Tiamat do actually look like the original WA1 CHIMERA model even though she never shared that model.)

NEMESIS was an enemy that never appeared again after the first game. Greek goddess of retribution, especially against mortals who slight the gods, but in general a distributor of the balance of fortunes both good and ill. She is traditionally depicted as a woman with wings, so --animal like body aside-- the use of the CHIMERA model, with its human woman's face and prominent wings, suits her.

KELBIM was a localization disaster trying to romanize the Japanese for CHERUBIM. It is most likely meant to be a reference to the tetramorphic Cherub, rather than the modern cliche baby thing: the tetramorphic Cherub appears with the heads of lion, ox, eagle and man. Only loosely related to ANGEL, ARCHANGEL, and DOMINION as namesakes from the heirarchy of angels, but it makes for a more interesting tree to include them. Funny enough the models themselves are a more Japanese Tengu than Christian angel, yet there is no TENGU enemy at all --sort of like how the VODYANOI is clearly a Kappa, or the HARPIES are clearly Mothman, despite there be no correspondingly named monsters using those models.
