Honestly I feel the characters could be swapped if you think about it

Basically Luke’s trying to find his dad cause Sarah Jane won’t say anything about him and he ends up finding his mums diary that she kept when she was pregnant with him (Luke is Sarah’s biological son in this I guess)

So him, clyde, rani and maria start to gush over the diary and shit

Luke tells his friends he’s invited his dads to his wedding and they go nuts

Much to the surprise of Sarah Jane who’s working her ass of with the hotel and the wedding, then goes absolutely nuts when she sees her exes on the island after all these years

So along with her friends Jo and Gita they try to get them off the island but chaos ensues and shit hits the fan

The men recuperate on johns boat, Luke comes to find them and gets to know them

Then luke passes out at the stag do when his three potential fathers all tell him that their his actual father

Luke then is like i don’t need to get married I just want to explore the world with Sanjay and idc who the fuck is my dad I’m glad I have three instead

Then John gets on one knee to propose to Sarah Jane who is utterly fuming at this point but she says yes anyway because why not

Basically it’s doctor who with mama Mia and abba themed shenanigans happen and everyone is happy in the end

Opening the front door, Sarah Jane smelt Harry’s presence before she saw him. It wasn’t his cologne that had caught her senses – but the smell of beef bourguignon coming from the kitchen. Harry’s signature dish. Luke raised an eyebrow as he came to a stop beside his adoptive mother. It took him a moment to spot the familiar coat and cap sitting next to his school blazer in the hallway. “Harry’s here!” He exclaimed, beaming at his mother as he walked ahead of her into the kitchen. Maria stood back, watching as Sarah Jane took a moment to compose herself before heading into the kitchen. She had her own suspicions about Sarah Jane and Harry – and her theory was slowly proving to be correct.

Silly little idea but a who framed roger rabbit au with Sarah four and Harry

Sarah is Eddie

Four is roger

And Harry is Sarah’s assistant (u know those happy go lucky detectives assistants in the crime genre)

The trickster is Judge Doom because yes it works

Romana is Jessica but like her and four are besties instead of married

And yeah Sarah is one of those stoic private detectives who hates toons but slowly grows to love them again after one of them being the cause of her grief

Four continues to try get her to laugh throughout the investigation and it does not work until after doom is defeated and she finally lets herself be happy

They end up staying together along with Harry and they specialise in helping both toons and humans alike and their problems

Yeah to sum it up four gets framed for murder and Sarah is the one who gets him out of the mess facing her greatest battle in the process
