BUT IM JUST THINKING ABOUT IN THE MOMENT OF IT ALL bc in the same chapter#ww asks for a chance for tomorrow and then gets news of earth ships coming. in this same arc vash is thinking of all the things he needs to#resolve so his home doesn't get attacked so the people he love doesn't have to die and the humans he wants to protect gets to live.#i feel like deep down they both semi-recognize that it can't be this easy and regardless of earth ships coming- there's still a wait for#them to arrive and they have to hold out. and regardless ww still has a mission to follow through and vash knows knives would find out#but in that mood of celebration the entire ship brought in - they can at least let themselves relax for a moment and indulge#how they basically engaged with no violence for the few days they were on that ship coaxing them into domesticity... i feel like their#thoughts would wander to somewhere soft and all#allowing them to push aside the tiptoeing and tenseness and be sweet for a night#ruporas art

#aotv spoilers#ok you’re asking for my opinions let’s do it#i love louis!!!! im so proud of him and im so happy i got to watch him on his journey for so long and can’t wait for what’s to come for him#and i think my love for him and for his music and for my time in the fandím and for one d etc is what makes this a good watch and why i#liked it because otherwise i have my reservations to the movie and im not going to get into the babygate stuff#apart from the fact that louis trying to get freddie to hug him was extremely awkward and ive never seen less organic thing than the beach#scene and i find it funny they tried to push that as organic so hard#my issue is that it just had a potential to be a much better film is all sksmsk#it is good but it feels a bit rushed and kind of cheap in some ways and i get that’s the style of these biopics sometimes but#like it was such a shame the bg music was not really gold and was always exaggeratedly emotional because it made it cheesy and cheap and#kind of forced#i think it would have a great potential to get many people to say wow this is a strong talented guy and i think it is a great intro but i#think they undersold the movie so it’s not going to have a chance to reach an audience much wider than his current fanbase which is a shame#for his current fanbase it is a solidification and reiteration of his promo season and it is very clear where they want louis to stand and#what they want his image to be like and i think it’s absolutely amazing how they managed to show his growth as an artist and as a human and#and place him in a position where he’s now confident and secure and ready to embark on a new journey etc. although for the fans there’s#nothing new there and i think it’s worth considering how exactly they’re portraying and that they completely left out his relationships#aside from his family and the band#i think it’s important that it was noted he was undersestimated and pushed down and i think they made obvious how much he’s worked on#himself#i think it’s kinda clear they’re using it as a faith in the future promo with the new songs even though the doc ends with the end of the#tour#i think it’s interesting how many rainbow flags they chose to include without addressing the way his shows and fanbase look at all because#if i were from Gp id wonder what’s up with that esp when he only acknowledged the kmm project again#generally i think it’s a good watch that’s very transparent in what it’s trying to do for louis promo and image wise and it doesn’t tell#you anything new but it reminds you why you love this man so much while also leaving you a bit disappointed because this had a much#greater cinematic potential and a lot of it feels either rushed or underfinanced or forced and that’s a shame

Izuku spends the entirety of MHA showing and telling us that Katsuki is his most important person.
#it’s so obvious to me every time I watch this show#he loves and admires and respects and cares for people in general#he wants to save everyone#when katsuki is kidnapped or injured yes#but also the way he calls katsuki his friend incessantly#even before katsuki’s done anything to deserve it#the way he smiles when katsuki is mouthing off#the way he’s wholly unbothered by katsuki’s aggresive personality#and actually finds it endearing at times#the way he doesn’t hold anything against him because he’s rather they move forward together than dwell on the pain of the past#and yes#the way he screams like he’s lost part of himself when dabi pulls katsuki through the warp gate#or how he loses himself entirely when shigaraki brushes aside any hurt he’s caused to Katsuki as ‘for no reason’#to the point that shigaraki himself notices it#and realizes that if he wants to really hurt midoriya he needs to hurt Bakugo#izuku loves katsuki so deeply and so entirely it’s practically bleeding off the screen#and I do consider that canon#you can’t watch this show and not realize how important they are to each other but Izuku’s been telling us that right from the start#from the moment seeing katsuki in danger gave him the push to leap into action right after all might crushed his dream of being a hero#it could be platonic love#but it IS love#regardless#honestly I feel like Izuku looks me straight in the eyes at least once an episode and says ‘please understand that I love him’#it’s that blatant to me#bkdk#bakudeku#listen Izuku is an emotion kid and more power to him for it#but while he gets emotional in rescues (kota) or fights (gentle criminal)#he only loses complete control when katsuki is the one being threatened or hurt

i have major bones to pick with every 'parental' figure in diana's life . the smallest bone , though , goes to ysabeau .
#╰ ✵ ❝ i don’t have a lot of experience with vampires ┈ ⟨ ooc . ⟩#i just. i love her so much.#and so much of diana's life and relationship with like “adults” are people making choices for her or pushing her in a particular direction.#sarah refused to accept diana's choices and meaningfully acknowledge her trauma related to magic.#philippe is just...philippe.#the concept of keeping diana in the dark about such a horrific secret like spellbinding is so complicated it knocks stephen and rebecca#off of their predestal.#but ! ysabeau was unapologetically herself right from the get go.#and her hesitance ?? was not just like ? prejudice.#i truly believe that it was also ysabeau knowing her son as well as she does and knowing that if diana wasn't strong enough#he was going to take her down with him.#and the moments after diana is rescued#and ysabeau steps into this moment of care that prioritizes diana's sanity AND her health#ysabeau putting aside her own prejudice to try and present an easy solution to a complicated problem:#ultimately if diana wanted to become a vampire. ysabeau would have advocated for that choice in ways that matthew could not understand#because ysabeau understands about love and loss and choice in ways that the other “grownups” don't#and so yes? diana has to fight for ysabeau's love and respect#but when she earns it -- it comes with way less strings.#than anyone before. ysabeau is the ONLY person willing to truly prepare diana for what she is about to undertake.#and that alone is huge. it's not being shielded and it's not being pressured.#it's just being given the critical information to make a choice.#and i love her. and i love that no one will read this.
