Anakin flirting with m reader and ending making out? Pls
Anakin Skywalker x Male reader
Headcanons
Tumblr media
You are a non-jedi general during the Clone wars, cuz yall lost focus and had a consensual workplace relationship.
This turned out a lot sweeter than i had planned ngl.
You were a general during the clone wars. You weren’t anything special, you couldn’t use the force, you weren’t from some rich or special background, your name didn’t carry any weight. The only gift you seemed to have, was your inability to be affected by the force. All in all, you weren’t anything to write home about.
Of course, that’s also what made you so damn useful in your role. No one kept an eye on you, everyone underestimated you, you could get away with so much because to most people in charge, you didn’t exist. You not being able to be manipulated by the force, also made you extremely skilled in what you did, without anyone seeming to notice.
Your feat of climbing the military ranks in leaps and bounds only got you mild acknowledgments, and a handful of attempted manipulations from some people in power. But when they realized you didn’t bend, but you weren’t important enough to get rid of, they left you alone.
At 22 you had reached the rank of senior general in the republic army, placing you above even a good chunk of the jedi you fought against, which was also why you had been placed with the 501st, to apparently teach their general the basics.
Anakin and Obi-Wan had both been unsettled by the fact that they couldn’t sense you in the force the first time you met. Every being, even the nonliving, had a presence. But you didn’t. it was like you didn’t exist.
That took quite some time to get used too, especially to someone as force sensitive as Anakin. But over time you two started getting along, and though it took him some time and a lot of grumbling, Anakin did learn quite a lot from you.
The flirting had been subtle in the beginning, or as subtle as Anakin could be. From getting your help on reports and readings he just “couldn’t understand”, to getting you to help him stretch after he had spent hours going through his katas.
You weren’t oblivious, you couldn’t be with the life you lived, so of course you noticed his attempts at flirting. It was endearing in a way. To see someone who was supposed to have no connection to people like that, seem so drawn to you.
It also left you feeling uneasy in a way, as you had never really had much time to relationships or even flirting for that matter, having spent all these years making something of yourself.
Alongside the flirting you two became good friends, and you had even signed yourself up to stay with his platoon, even when your training was done. This was also where you learned he had had a thing with Padme, but they realized they were better as friends a while ago.
When you shared your own lack of experience, it seemed to boost some of Anakin’s confidence, seeing as you both were on new ground. And like with anything else, he took to it with gusto.
The fact that you never turned him down or rejected him, sometimes even laughing and playing along, only made Anakin try even harder. It was cute, to see him trying his best to woo you in a subtle and less noticeable way, seeing as he was still a jedi and it wasn’t actually allowed.
The 501st knew though. Of course they knew, and when Ahsoka came around she figured it out very fast, and she most likely took up the role as hype man and background support.
Your flirting became part of your dynamic, it was just something that you two did, which to outsiders was just seen as banter to keep the spirits up.
It also didn’t go past flirting for a long time, seeing as you guys were always surrounded by people. And being besides Anakin didn’t let you slip into the shadows like you were used too, since he would glow so brightly.
The need for privacy was what had you two slinking off to the side during one of the nights in camp, the platoon having settled down on a planet and waiting for their next orders. Anakin and you had decided to wander off, settling somewhere nearby, but far enough away to get some time alone together.
There might also have been a bottle of alcohol in your coat. It was nowhere near enough to get either of you drunk, especially with the force helping clear it out of Anakin’s system quicker than average folk. But it was enough to loosen up and get comfortable.
Your normal banter of flirting was constant, but as the buzz settled it became something softer and somehow hotter, the feelings growing thick in the air and noticeable enough that even you, who was as force sensitive as a rock if not lesser, could sense it.
Anakin must have made some corny pass at you, that cocky grin on his lips and his hair brushed back and out of his face, letting you truly see his handsome features. Something came over you, later you would blame the force, but it just felt right.
Leaning in and closing the gap between you seemed to have shocked Anakin, his eyes wide before he seemingly melted against you, arms wrapping around your neck and torso and pulling you even closer.
The kiss was far from the most skilled or pleasant, but your shared lack of experience was fully made up for by enthusiasm.
Anakin would pant and grunt as the kiss turned steamier, lips parting and tongues rubbing together, spit gathering at the edges of your mouths and a line of drool running down his chin. His eyes were shut tightly in concentration, his brows furrowed and hands grasping as your coat.
You had no idea how long you two were laying there, kissing like two lovesick fools from some romance novel. Hands were grasping and exploring, but never going further than that. Now wasn’t the time to go any wilder than what you were doing, but the possibility of it was enough to make the kiss even better.
When you pulled away, Anakin leaned after you with a soft noise, bottom lip pouting out and red from the insistent kissing, his eyes cracking open to look at you with the softest look you had ever seen from him.
“Not all of us can hold our breath for hours” you snarked with a soft chuckle, since you knew he could, thanks to the force. Your jedi grumbled, but tucked his head under your chin, still clutching you close and brushing his lips against your neck.
Neither of you spoke for a while, just holding onto each other. You found yourself brushing your fingers through his hair, Anakin almost arching into the touch like an affection starved tooka, a sight that only made you smile more.
“I like you a lot” he mumbled, glancing up at you through his lashes with that insistent determined, but somehow still soft and warm look in his eyes. Just seeing him like that made you wanna kiss him again, to devour him whole.
“I think I like you too” you replied, an upwards tick to your lips as you pulled him close again. Even without the ability to feel the force, you could still feel it flare, like the sun rising in the morning. It would be no surprise if Ahsoka knew exactly what had happened, and the padawan would be confronting you guys about it later.
But right now all that mattered was laying there with Anakin, and maybe stealing a couple more of those deep insistent and longing kisses, since he sounded so pretty when you did. You guys could deal with everything else later.

Miscellaneous Star Wars headcanons :3
((This aint all of them but we’d be here forever if i put all of them))
Ahsoka grows to be taller than Anakin (yes Anakin is offended by this)
Anakin’s first language isn’t Basic (its not even his second its like 4th. Outer Rim folk don’t speak a lotta Basic)
Tatooine is like Australia, Colombia and Texas combined SO the accent is Australian, Colombian and Texan combined. Luke’s Tatooine accent leans harder on the Texan side. He says howdy :)
Leia studied former politicians from the Pre-Empire days (because Bail wants his girl to be EDUCATED) and accidentally ends up learning a little about Padmé.
Leia’s first words would’ve been mama if Padmé and Anakin had gotten to raise their child
Luke felt isolated as a kid, even though he was very social. Partly because kids found him weird, partly because ‘Skywalker’ is a slave name.
Obi Wan doesn’t find it gross that Anakin eats bugs, he finds it gross Anakin eats RAW UNSEASONED bugs. So uncivilised
The Clones on Kamino have hug piles. (They need comfort ok)
Rex cries a lot in private.
Even though Aalya and Luminara are a few years older than Anakin, Anakin befriended them really quickly became friends :)
Canonically Anakin is a really good artist but doesn’t show people SOOOOooo the headcanon is Obi Wan finds a sketch of him one day by Anakin while cleaning up after Anakin’s mess in his room and loves it so much he hands it in how own room.
Padmé proposed to Anakin
Padmé gets just as jealous as Anakin, she’s just not as melodramatic and can destroy people with words
Anakin smokes from time to time (don’t tell Obi Wan or Padmé they will kill him)
Obi Wan had 0 spice tolerance before living on Tatooine and had to build it up when he started living there
Anakin, Leia and Luke are all autistic
Han is surprisingly good at mingling with ‘the higher ups’ during politics dinners/parties with Leia
Shmii was a lil bit Force sensitive and helped shield Anakin when he was little
Padmé experienced prenatal depression and didn’t tell Anakin. Or anyone.
Shmii and Anakin couldn’t write and Anakin only knew how to read a few words. Anakin learnt when he was taken to the temple
Togruta’s yawns like a snake. When Ahsoka yawned infront of Rex for the first time his soul left his body
Yoda hunts frogs in the ponds within the Temple. Little Dooku saw him donit once. No one believed him
Owen mumbles to Cleigg and Shmii while he works like they’re still alive and with him
Shmii would tell Owen tales of what Anakin was like
Both Leia and Anakin make attempts to befriend any droids they meet. Its polite :)
Luke would dig for bugs with Beru and they’d pan fry them for dinner
Vader heard so much gossip because officers and stormtroopers just assumed he wasn’t listening to their whispering.
Ahsoka is banned from any and all kitchens because she burns 99.99% of everything she cooks
Shaak Ti had to babysit lil Anakin once and found him delightfully courious
Anakin swears in Hutesse to get away with it infront of Ahsoka. Ahsoka figures it out and starts repeating after him.
Anakin is banned from 501st game nights because he’s too competitive
Obi Wan experienced really bad nightmares after Qui Gon’s death for months
Anakin thrives in disfunction
Leia never really allowed herself to properly mourn her parents. Breha and Bail always plagued her mind.
Padmé is a dancey drunk. Anakin finds this hilarious

Captain Rex (for the character meme)
A more detailed character meme! Send me a character and I’ll answer…
What I like about them There's something to be said about total absolute loyalty that starts as 'this is what I'm meant to do' and becomes 'you have earned this.' I like to think about how Rex interacts with the Republic (which failed him), with the Jedi (who mostly tried to live up to needs and expectations), with his brothers (who had that loyalty from the start, and as a whole never chose to break it), with Anakin (who earned that loyalty and then broke it), and with Ahsoka (who left, but came back, and built that loyalty back). Rex is an interesting character in large part due to his relations with other characters, and how those relationships change in direct relation to people living up or living down to his expectations of them. He has very reasonable, understandable reactions to people important to him doing something, which is sometimes in short supply in a series like Star Wars, where people have a tendency to be uhhhhh irrational.
What I dislike about them I feel like there isn't enough canon to him that isn't about his relationships to Anakin, Ahsoka, and his brothers. As much as I love those relationships, I want some more on him in a vacuum, as an individual.
Favourite moment BONK
Tumblr media
Least favourite moment I... don't know that I have one.
A situation with this character that I want to see explored more I want more 'Rex handling strangers' moments like Saleucami. I want him to be first and center in interactions with people who aren't trying to kill him and don't have preexisting dynamics the way Jedi, Senators, or fellow soldiers do.
An interesting AU for this character I'm a big fan of 'what if Rex was Force-Sensitive' AUs.
A crossover Pls consider Rex being the groomsman counterpart of 27 dresses. He's been a groomsman for his various brothers and cousins (the other clones) almost thirty times.
OTP (or OT3+ etc…. just… favourite ship) Rexwalker and Rexanidala
Other ships? Plenty! I like Rexsoka and Rexidala, unsurprisingly. I haven't written a whole lot of others, though I've considered a few (like Barriss/Rex, time-travel-aided Komari/Rex), but I've read a lot, like RexObi, Rex/Fives/Echo, Codex, etc. I'm probably not going to write some of these (cloneship is something I can do for AUs or as a reader, but not as a writer), but they're fun to read.
BROTP Lots of my ships double as Brotps for Rex, namely Anakin, Ahsoka, and the Domino Twins.
NOTP ...Nothing is coming to mind other than the usual 'why would you ship anyone with that person' ships, like Palpatine or Jabba.
An assortment of headcanons! - Has idly fantasized about fatherhood since he met Cut and Suu. - Definitely bleaches his hair, and is surprised the first time someone assumes he's a natural blonde through mutation. - Got a taste for Nabooan seafood dishes while he was recuperating on-planet after the Blue Shadow Virus. He also developed a friendship with Padme (and first became aware of/was read in on the Anidala situation) in that time. - Is easily bribed for harmless bullshit by Padme as a result, because he is a Friend and she has The Good Food. Yes he WILL sneak you into Anakin's rooms if you pay him in popcorn shrimp or calamari.

alexsandr kallus is a better fascist turned redeemed hero character than kylo fucking ren because although they both were fascist officers and heavily involved in literal genocide, kallus was the one who had to sit through the aftermath of what he did and actually do something about it. he realized his faith in the system was flawed and horrific and was forced to work with a survivor of said genocide and see the humanity in him, and then because of that, started asking questions and deconstructing his destructive worldview on his own. but that wasn’t enough!!! then he spent a whole season putting himself in mortal peril spying for the rebellion and trying to earn back his moral code and establish the rebellion’s faith in him, and even after he succeeded in that, even after he became a trusted spy, he STILL had to get the shit kicked out of him by heroes and villains alike before finally escaping the empire for good, bruised and bloodied, and THEN HE STILL got mocked and put in his place by teenagers and old soldiers, making sure his ego stayed humble and THEN, BECAUSE THAT WASNT ENOUGH EITHER, HE HAD A GAY HONEYMOON HAPPY ENDING WITH THE MAN WHO GOT HIM TO DEFECT IN THE FIRST PLACE. he even respected women. he was even voiced by david oyelowo. literally characters of all time. kyle ron could never

I’m once again thinking about how Loki never told a single fucking soul that he was not only captured but tortured by Thanos over the period of a year before the battle of New York. He never told anyone!!!! Not Thor, when he asked where he got the scepter, not Odin when he was on trial, not Frigga when she chided his actions, not even Mobius when he was laying out his life’s failures before him??? Not a single person ever heard or found out about that incredibly long agonizing period of his life and how clearly that altered the course of his life and his motivations!!!!!!! Hell, he died by Thanos’s fucking hand and Thor still didn’t have any idea why.

Ezra Bridger was the most character ever. He was 14 and an orphan, he got adopted by some rebels in a mom van, he had a funky face scar, he unlocked his strongest abilities with compassion, he was courageous despite overwhelming anxiety, he was born to be an annoying little brother, he collected imperial helmets, he hijacked an armed tank to steal some fruit, his pseudonym was “Jabba the Hutt”, he was SWANA-coded*, he told off a Grand Admiral to his face, he fell into the Dark Side and pulled himself out of it, he handmade a lightsaber that was also a gun, he couldn’t fly a jetpack for shit, he was friends with 700 cats and several dozen whales, he survived encounters with Maul, Darth Vader, and Palpatine himself, he was buddies with Ahsoka Tano and Hondo Ohnaka, he couldn’t save his teacher, he let his adopted sister paint his helmets, he successfully liberated his home planet from a full scale fascist occupation, and every goddamn day I miss him
*disclaimer: I can’t find any actual details on which ethnicity Ezra is specifically based on/inspired by, but the majority of fan headcanons pertaining to this seem to fall under this category!

My #1 post of 2022
the main thing I’ve gathered from the Pacific Rim director’s commentary is that, even though a lot more of PacRim was done with CGI than I had realized, it still holds up almost 10 years later because of how intentional Guillermo Del Toro was with building in details, flaws, weathering and environmental factors, and, primarily, love and respect into every single model.
He helped animate every single creature and robot by hand on his tablet, he praised the animators for every single shot and talks about how brilliant they are, how hard they worked on every detail, he treats all of them like human beings, like geniuses, just as integral to the film as himself and the actors. The animators themselves talk about how intentional and detailed his ideas were, how helpful and insightful he was when he spoke to them about changes, when he came to them with new ideas.
There’s also a hell of a lot of practical effects woven in, which add to the believability, but the CGI holds up first and foremost because he saw it as an art form to be cultivated and loved just as fiercely as everything else, not a ‘wow’ effect to be slapped in for budget cuts.

You guys know what time it is - shitty Star Wars headcanons 16! Pretty sure it’s 16. Anyway, this set is me scraping the barrel kinda cos I’m running out of thoughts so it’ll probably be a while til there’s more. Enjoy!
- Bly has a dad bod. Aayla loves it because he’s super strong but also a warm pillow which is great. I will not elaborate further.
- Karyn Faro has had an eyebrow slit at least once in her life and it was iconic.
- Younglings sleep in dog piles during padawan selection season to offer comfort and spend time together at the same time.
- Thrawn loves cartoons, it’s art and it’s wholesome media that is enjoyable. He’s a giant fan of Lilo and Stitch especially, and after this many years Eli has to agree that it’s a beautiful film.
- Clone troopers have “intergration weeks” where cadets and shinies essentially complete work experience with an existing clone battalion. This week, for cadets, includes camping and nerf wars. For shinies, camping and paintball. It’s the 501st’s favorite week because it’s fun, fairly relaxing and they get to spend time with younger brothers outside of a war zone. Plus, hero worship from younguns is always fun.
- Anakin used to host a kahoot after briefings to make sure everyone was paying attention. Echo scored the highest in the history of the 501st, but he will never admit that he just guessed every answer and it was a complete fluke.
- Mace Windu has tiny round reading glasses and the council only knows because, despite him keeping them secret for years, little Caleb Dume brought them to him one day during a meeting to make sure he didn’t get a headache because he’s a good grandpadawan.
- Because of all the hand stands they do during their training, a lot of Jedi like being upside. This has lead to Ahsoka, Anakin and Obi-wan being yelled at a lot of times by Padme and Satine for getting boot prints on the back of the sofa cos they watched tv upside down together as a family.
- When Kanan was finding balance again after he lost his sight, a loth cat began following him around because of the vibes he was putting out into the world. The ghost crew called it his “seeing eye loth-cat”. When he died, and the wolves started to follow and watch over Ezra, they were dubbed the “seeing eye loth-wolves”, as they were Kanan’s last connection to the world.
- Somewhere, deep in the depths of Eli Vanto’s hard drive, is footage of Thrawn on one of his days off, in nothing but a long shirt, boxers and thick socks, sliding around his Chimaera office floor to “Old time Rock and Roll” like that one scene in Risky Business. Eli is saving it for a special occasion, most likely Admiral Ar’alani’s birthday, because he knows that all of Thrawn’s friends - both Imperial and Ascendancy - will be there, and the Chiss keeps saying that he’s impossible to embarrass.
- Fives was terrified of spiders, so Echo always used to take them outside when they got into their rooms. After living with the Bad Batch, that became Echo’s job again because the only one on that ship not scared of spiders is Omega, and she’s too short 90% of the time.
That’s all I’ve got, I’m rewatching rebels so there’s a lot of Kanan and Thrawn smooshed in there, but I hope you enjoyed lads! As always, my inbox and asks are always open so feel free to share thoughts!

An obvious one I know, but what are your thoughts on Obi-Wan?? (Just for the record)
Thank you for enabling me xD I really do love Obi-Wan (perhaps a bit too much...)
How I feel about this character:
He’s the best. My favourite character (sorry Mace and Luminara...) My favourite Jedi. My favourite. I love how calm and collected he is when dealing with issues. I love the fact that he maintains a level head during difficult situations, and is often able to control himself in very emotional situations. (looking at you Anakin.) And even when he does lose control (meeting Maul once more) he is able to recognise it and move past it, something that takes extreme strength. I really love this control as opposed to playing loose all the time with your emotions like Anakin does. He is an emotionally intelligent person despite what some people think, as well as being quite intelligent in general, and he’s just a really sweet person. Obi-Wan is the Force’s personal punching bag, yet even two decades into a lonely exile after his entire family is destroyed by his brother he still is a kind, sweet person, who wants to help and do good. Obi-Wan goes through so much in his life, yet he does not falter in his beliefs and in the Light, and I commend him for that. That kind of dedication is really difficult to have over such a long time, and it is beautiful to see him standing by his beliefs for his life. Aayla Secura once said that “It takes courage to stick to one’s beliefs.” and I think Obi-Wan kind of embodies this idea.
Okay now that I’m done waxing poetic about him, he’s also such a talented guy. He’s a marksman, negotiator, Master of Soresu, epic actor, and more. Like, he’s the jack of all trades in the galaxy. and he’s so cool while doing this. He looks like your cool uncle. And I kind of love that he is all this, and he’s not related to some prophecy or some great family. That he is simply great. He’s just such a good person, who wants to help as best he can whenever he can, and it’s so nice to see someone simply be nice. Seeing all these mOraLlY gREy characters around because they’re all the rage is honestly bleh. Seeing someone rooted in their beliefs and rooted in trying to help people and following the Light for the sake of following the slight is something which raises him above these morally grey characters (I’m talking about the ones who are essentially really shitty people but are somehow part of the light. Or they constantly flip between sides or are neutral or whatever.) I’m a big Obi-Wan apologist if you couldn’t tell lol
All the people I ship romantically with this character:
I don’t... ship anyone with him? I mean, I’m just not into shipping generally. I guess I could see Luminara or Cody with him, but I’m not wholly invested in ships. I like him as a characer without romance, so I don’t tend to ship. Perhaps this is me projecting? Who knows? Not me.
My non-romantic OTP for this character:
Mace and Obi-Wan have such an interesting and somewhat explored dynamic. I just want more of these two Jedi dads fighting droid butt and looking extremely cool while doing so. In all seriousness, I think the blend of their characters as both being really calm and collected individuals while having strong beliefs is cool. I headcanon Mace kind of became Obi-Wan’s friend/mentor after Qui-Gon died, so they have this dynamic which is not exactly teacher-student as Obi-Wan and Anakin, but is more just Obi-Wan going to Mace for advice and stuff. I mean, I’d think that Masters have a large part in newly knighted people, and without Qui-Gon there, Obi-Wan would need him. But, in tcw and the movies, there is a deep respect on both sides. for the other as well as admiration I think. Mace is a little bit more down to Earth whereas Obi-Wan is more optimistic (cautiously of course) so they do clash, but they can often agree on courses of action. I think they both admire the other’s cqualities like this. Mace finds Obi-Wan’s hope/optimism as an inspiration to not always assume the worst and sometimes be able to think of the best case scenario. Obi-Wan, on the other hand, who has tried to be optimistic often has found himself burned byt eh consequences, so he admires Mace’s realistic approach. Anyways, when Obi-Wan becomes a council member, they do disagree more often, but they can always find common ground between each other in some ways.
Or really, just Obi-Wan and any Jedi idc anymore which one it is ok. Just more Jedi stuff please :’) Luminara, Depa, Shaak Ti, Kit, Plo, Aayla, heck just give us Jedi content damnit.
My unpopular opinion about this character:
uhh... I don’t like Obitine, and I honestly don’t think it would have worked out (especially in the Clone Wars era.) Who knows, perhaps when Obi-Wan was younger, it might have worked out, but I don’t think it would have when he was older. Also, I commend him for letting her go, and being able to realise that he would not have been able to both be a Jedi and be in a relationship with her. (hmm looking at you Anakin...) I think it takes great strength to know that what you want is not the best for you always, and it takes a lot of strength to let go of what you want.
To be fair, I don’t hate it. I’m not invested in shipping generally as I mentioned above, so a lot of this is just me. Lol also Korkie is not Obi-Wan’s kid. If they make him that, I will kill someone. :)
One think I wish would happen/had happened with this character in canon:
Give Obi-Wan his Bantha Herd. That is all.
Ok, jokes aside, I wish there could have been more episodes/content of him and other Jedi other than Anakin or even Ahsoka. I’m more lenient with Ahsoka because we don’t actually see much interaction between just them without Anakin. I want him and Yoda to have space tea in Yoda’s swamp quarters. I want to see him racing around in speeders with Luminara.( @jedimasterbailey ) Give me him and Mace going over some kind of statement or something.  I want to see him and his Jedi family interacting. I know that they do, Filoni, just show it to us please. :D

You mentioned in C+T that Ahsoka wasn't in direct line for the Togruta throne, which I assume means she has an older sibling with children. Imagine the two royal families meeting and there's a squad of little tadpoles Very Seriously inspecting Rex to make sure he's good enough for their Auntie 'Soka
She definitely has older sibling(s). Maybe they have children, I didn’t plot out that far, aha. BUT I do very much love the idea of Ahsoka taking Rex home to meet the fam and suddenly there are just these VERY suspicious kids, requiring that Rex prove himself worthy.

fj/ct..does luke ever get somewhere safe?
Yeah, he gets out of town and meets the very driven daughter of the state Senator and a rangy guy who seems to be smuggling...something over the border, with his very tall (and far more put together) friend.
SOME MORE!

Hi! I just finished reading your By The Sea series, and I just wanted to say that I loved it! I'm already re-reading it again! I can't get enough of it of the brilliant way you mix the standard, almost dull life in a cabin in the forties and the mystical, magical world Kote comes from. If you're still doing prompts, wit would be awesome to see Kote's perspective on their first time together. Stay safe! :D
Ah, thank you! I’m glad you liked it! I feel kind of like I can’t add much to that scene. I tried, but...

>Kote lost Obi-Wan at sunrise. Why u hurt my beby...and me.
They had a very good life together, first. And at least Obi-Wan wasn’t alone. (He would have...not liked that).

There’s this fic that I like, it starts with “Obi-Wan dies on Jabiim”.
For the longest time I don’t even want to read that fic, I couldn’t take it. And when I finally did one boring night, I regret I did not read it earlier. It’s became one of my fav fics, it literally lives rent free in my head. I don’t know if you have read it or not, it’s “Life and what comes” after by Ibelin.
That prompt has the exact same premise. I don’t want to read it but after I did, no regrets.
Oooooh, I haven’t read that yet. I’ll have to check it out. Thanks for the rec!

Ok, ouch! That last one hurt so I'm gonna share my related happy headcanon: As Obi got sick and realized he had all this gold left that the Mers didnt care about he had someone track down Luke and left it all to him. Out of the blue Luke finds out that lonely guy he met a few times decades ago (but maybe Luke found his articles?) left him a fortune and a note thanking him for his kindness, saying that he got his happy ending so maybe Luke can too. Thanks for your amazing writing!!!
That’s a cute hc! Thanks, I’m glad you like it!

By the Sea question/possible prompt (pls ignore if busy): Since Cody has mentioned that Obi-Wan talks in his sleep, do you think during the first few weeks/months of Cody's return, Obi-Wan has nightmares about him leaving/dying (Cody overhearing something to the effect of "Cody, don't leave" or "come back, I'm sorry")? And realizes that while Obi-Wan is able to consciously understand Cody's back, his unconscious is wrecking him? (public okay)
OOOOOOOOOOuch. Also, yea, I think Obi-Wan probably has some confused and jumbled dreams where Cody has left again or never came back to begin with. It’s likely a recurrent concern, because it isn’t as though Cody is staying forever, he travels back and forth. So...
But, over time, Obi-Wan accepts and internalizes that, yes, he is going to come back, every time he has to leave.

a few youngling headcanons-
cal and kanan weren’t in the same youngling clan, but they WERE friends because cal was a point of gossip for a while with the psychometry and bby caleb is an inquisitive little shit who tracked cal down to talk to him about How It Works TM. everyone else talked about it behind cal’s back so he found it refreshing to have someone just talk TO him about it. they became pretty good friends
ahsoka and trilla WERE in the same clan, but they didn’t get along all that well. they did their gathering together and got to understand each other a bit better, but they never became super good friends. ahsoka never even found out the girl she grew up with was an inquisitor until long after she was dead

@cameoamalthea made a post about Bo-Katan and I have Many Thoughts, but for ease of reading I’ve put my response here under the read more! (warning: spoilers for the whole of season 2 of The Mandalorian)
Why Ahsoka still supports Bo-Katan is a GREAT question (that I actually started thinking about earlier today), but first, I want to talk about the rest of Bo's past - she is NOT a good person. She's definitely a Yasha Greyjoy, believing in the conquering, predatory supremacy of the Mandalorians, and something I'm exploring in a fic series I'm currently writing is how she came to be that way.
I think it was mentioned somewhere that Satine's father was Duke of Mandalore before she was Duchess, and it was him who started the pacifist New Mandalorian government. I don't know if this is a hereditary-monarchy kinda situation or more democratic, but my interpretation is "there are sort of royal families and even though there technically are elections, it's always Clan Kryze or Vizsla or similar who get elected". My headcanon is that Satine was the eldest child and so groomed to take the throne, while Bo was sort of pushed to the side in very typical second-child fashion. So she grew up with a fair amount of internalised resentment towards her family, and then at some point fell in with some more traditional Mandalorians, and from there it was all too easy to oppose her father and sister and everything they stood for.
So, she believes Mandalorians are top-of-the-food-chain warriors, and that it's perfectly okay to burn villages, kill helpless people, and smack the butt of any skinny torgruta kid who shows up unannounced. She's a Bad Person. She’s also so committed to this ideology that she’s willing to team up with a former Sith and a bunch of criminals to get what she wants. But then Maul kills Vizsla, and declares himself leader of Death Watch and Mandalore, and this is her limit - as you said, not because he's bad, but because he's not Mandalorian. (It was at this point that I, as an audience member, really started to like her - the cool female lieutennant is standing up to a bad guy! And it's for a reason that isn't "this is morally wrong and I have developed a conscience"! I love that, because after a while that does get a bit boring.) So now she's fighting Maul, and we know the Jedi are also fighting Maul, so it makes perfect sense for them to team up against their common enemy who is far stronger than each of them.
I then think that during the Siege of Mandalore she has a bit of an internal crisis. Before, when the Shadow Collective were pretending to invade so Death Watch could save the day, yes there were Mandalorians being hurt, but it was all under control, it was just a pretend invasion, after all. Now, however, everything is much more real - the war is now on Mandalore, her home, and it's hurting her people, and there's nothing she can do to stop it without more fighting. It's actually partly her fault, because she was part of Death Watch, and they set this whole thing in motion. So she then sees Ahsoka, who is committed to peace, take out Maul with no casualties (up until this point, most if not all of the Maul fights she's seen either involve decapitation or lots of explosions - if she'd tried to take him, a lot of people would have died in the fight, both soldiers and innocents). She's also been part of the desperate fighting in the streets, and I think she's finally starting to realise that maybe Satine was right - their people can't take much more of this, because they're going to destroy themselves. Maybe they should think about less combative ways to rule themselves? She says “I wish I was good at something other than war” and then “My sister tried that. I never understood her idealism” and I always thought there was an unsaid “until now” at the end of that second one - she wants to be what Mandalore needs, and she’s realising that might not be a warrior.
But for now, they need to get through this, and that means fighting off the crime syndicates that are literally in their streets, that means accepting the help of the Republic and its soldiers, and it eventually means Bo-Katan herself taking up the position of ruler of Mandalore. We know that doesn’t last long, because Saxon and the Empire rise up to take it from her, but then Sabine finds the Darksaber and unifies the clans. Bo says “I had my chance to rule, and I failed. I am not my sister. I am not the leader you seek” - she’s definitely done some reflecting on maybe-Satine-was-right-after-all, and starting to realise how badly she’s messed up. But as you say, Sabine and the other clans push her into accepting the Darksaber and the throne.
Now I (finally) come to Ahsoka. Ahsoka saw Death Watch Bo - she directly saw her burning the village, and she also saw the effects Death Watch’s attempts at taking over had on Mandalore when she went to help weed out corruption in Sundari. Yes, a lot of it was due to the war, but a lot of those problems were definitely exacerbated by Death Watch’s actions and presence. Ahsoka then teamed up with her to fight Maul - ‘the enemy of my enemy is my friend’ - and on my first watch I didn’t think much of her saying “I’ve learned from the best, including you.” I was too busy thinking “yeah, Bo-Katan IS the best!” but on my second watch - why does Ahsoka think she’s ‘the best’? Did she see something that we, the audience, did not? The Clone Wars didn’t show us any scenes with just Ahsoka and Bo before the fighting started - perhaps they had a conversation where Ahsoka confronted Bo about the terrible things in her past, and Bo explained that she was misguided and regretted it and was trying to do what was best for her people now. That would make sense.
Because then, in The Mandalorian, Bo directs Din to Ahsoka (edit: and she does it very specifically, too - usually in Star Wars you get a system, maybe a planet, but Bo knows the exact city). Why would she even know where Ahsoka is? They didn’t interact in the Rebels arc. From what we see of Ahsoka, Tython Corvus isn’t even her permanent residence, she’s just there to help one village tiny city and get information out of someone. So why does Bo have very recent information on her location? The only answer is that they must be allies who share that information willingly. And since the character of Ahsoka is Good, her allies must also be - unless they’ve made another temporary arrangement to team up and defeat a common enemy. But Bo is hunting Gideon and Ahsoka is hunting Thrawn (I am unbelievably excited) so they’re apparently on different quests. Which means... they must be friends.
In the episode The Heiress, Bo acts pretty okay. Yeah, she calls Din’s way of life a cult and is kinda rude about it, but it’s in response to him literally telling her she’s not a Mandalorian as, like, the first thing he says to her, and there are a lot of people out there who are rude and dismissive of someone’s way of life/upbringing without being Inherently Evil and Bad. Her motivations in that episode are: save a fellow Mandalorian, who might also be able to help her find and fight Gideon, and find and fight Gideon. She’s not interested in helping Din on his side-quest to reunite a child with his people - she feels the struggle for Mandalore is more important than one child.
In the episode The Rescue, however, she definitely goes out of her way to insult Boba and Jango completely unneccessary. Maybe she has a valid reason to dislike clones? I don’t think it would have anything to do with the Republic/Empire’s takeover of Mandalore - that wasn’t the clones’ fault*. She asked for Republic help, and then it was Palpatine and Saxon who kept them there. However, other than that, I don’t think she did much wrong? She still has the single-minded determination to duel Gideon and retake the Darksaber, which she might feel a need to do this time around because she has to prove - to herself, to Mandalore, to everyone - that she’s worthy of it. But for her, even though she’s accepted that maybe pacifism is okay, Mandalore is still pretty high up on her priority list, so it comes ahead of Din, Grogu and the New Republic.
So future seasons have a lot to answer for:
Why is Ahsoka willingly allied with Bo-Katan, given that Bo has never done anything objectively good/anything that wasn’t motivated by a need to see Mandalore ruled by Mandalorians wearing beskar?
Why does Bo hate the Fetts so much?
How will Bo handle Din having possession of the Darksaber now?
(edit: the below was added after posting)
* Why I don’t think it’s the clones’ fault: Bo knew what she was doing when she invited the Republic to help her retake Mandalore. Obi-Wan specifically asked her about it, and she said she would deal with it later. She knew that by using Republic gunships and clones the Senate would take an interest in Mandalore, and it would be seen as Mandalore allying itself with the Republic. When the Republic then became the Empire, the clones would either have simply continued serving the Senate - formerly Republic, now Imperial - or been decommissioned, in which case the Senate would have sent an alternative force to represent its interests. Unless there’s a specific mention of this in canon that I’m missing, the clones would only have been following orders from the Senate, and that would have been very clear to the Mandalorians. Any betrayal of Mandalore came from the Empire not leaving after Maul was defeated, not the clones spontaneously deciding that now the Republic was gone, they’re free men, they can choose between Mandalore and the Empire, and they choose the Empire.
Bo specifically has it out for Jango and Boba for some reason. I think she knows who Boba is, and that he’s not just any clone - I’ve seen several posts on this but the most obvious is that Boba was a pretty high-profile bounty hunter in the OT who she must have heard of. I think it’s something around how she percieves Jango’s Mandalorian-ness, his status as Boba’s father and the process of cloning in general, and therefore Boba’s claim to any Mandalorian armour, heritage and identity.

For the character ask: Cody
Headcanon A:  realistic
We know from Dave Filoni that Cody is responsible for convincing the Kaminoans to reconsider “defective” clones and putting together the bad batch, all because the death of 99 really shook him up. So, my headcanon is that back during his days as a cadet on Kamino, Cody was extremely close to 99. Back then, the other clones were too afraid to interact with 99 since he was so different, as they worried it would reflect badly on them since the Kaminoans were obsessed with perfection. But not Cody. He was the first clone to get to know 99, which helped him understand that every clone is valuable and can be a good soldier in their own way. While Cody was never able to get the rest of his brothers to totally accept 99, he did make sure no one was cruel to 99.
Headcanon B: while it may not be realistic it is hilarious
Ahsoka and Cody are secret best friends. It’s not often that they’re paired up together for missions, but when they are oh boy. Everyone has to watch out because these two go wild. Cody even introduced Ahsoka to the secret Commanders Only Club on Coruscant; a place not even Rex has been allowed into.
Headcanon C: heart-crushing and awful, but fun to inflict on friends
Cody has Thalassophobia, or a fear of deep bodies of water. This stems from a traumatic incident on Kamino when he was only eight years old (four standard). One of the trainers got upset with him for something petty during one of their outdoor sparring sessions and threatened to throw him over the deck. But threatening wasn’t enough for the trainer, as Cody didn’t act scared enough for him to be satisfied. So the trainer proceeded to drag Cody to the edge of the platform kicking and screaming and then dangle him over ocean, just as a storm decided to roll in and the waves became extra feisty. Cody’s batchmates (including Wolffe, Fox, Gree, and Bly) were helpless to watch as Cody begged not to be dropped and the trainer just laughed. Thankfully, Jango just happened to stop by to observe how the command class training was going and put a stop to the whole thing. It’s one of the few positive memories Cody actually has of Jango.
Anyway, ever since then Cody has been petrified of large bodies of water he can’t see the bottom of.
Headcanon D: unrealistic, but I will disregard canon about it because I reject canon reality and substitute my own.
After Order 66, Cody served the Empire as a Purge Trooper for a couple of years. He was eventually rescued and dechipped by the bad batch. They spent the next few years leading up to the Battle of Yavin rescuing other clones and sabotaging the Empire whenever they could. Eventually they joined up with the rebellion, where Cody and co were reunited with Rex.

Today I made myself sad about Star Wars ouch :(
I'll try to make this make as much sense as I can:
(This is pure headcanon btw and mostly about the twins and their thoughts about themselves and their father)
Anakin was the the perfect balance between light and dark (I'm sure we've all seen the post where it says he spent 22 years in the light and 22 years in the dark) but that made think about what Leia and Luke were. he had twins, both force sensitive and both powerful. If Anakin is both sides, and Luke is obviously the light side then that makes Leia the dark side (Kinda like the father and his children from the episodes Oberlords, Altlar of Mortis and Ghost of Mortis).
Luke grew up hearing half truths about his father and then Obi-wan told him he was a Jedi Knight, a protector. He learnt about the good side of Anakin. And even though he isn't in denial about who Anakin became, he knew that Anakin died saving him, turning back the light. Luke is proud of who his father was, and when he meets Rex and Ahsoka and others who knew Anakin when he was at his best and they tell him he's like his father in different ways he takes it as a compliment. Luke always felt a pull to he light, and he always felt a pull to help others.
When Luke learns of his father's true identity, he's torn. For the first time in his life he's torn on someone. He knows of his good side but he's now he knows his darkness and knows of all the horrible things he did. He feels angry, and betrayed and lied to. That the man he thought he knew and that was dead actually wasn't dead at all and was Darth Vader. He goes to fighter Vader angry and loses. he loses his hand but for some reason, he sees things more clearly. He trains with Yoda, learning the ways of the force and now with the knowledge that Vader is his father, he has to learn to except it and move on. He deals with his own pull to the dark side but untimely stays in the light, because he knows that if he wants to help others, help his sister and keep people alive, he mustn't let his emotions dictate his actions. He also feels the good still in his father and wants to save his father too.
Luke always sees the good in others, even in his father. He wants to learn from his fathers mistakes. To do that he talks to his fathers force ghost, he learns more about the clone wars, Palpatine, the dark side, the start of the empire, his mother. All of it. He learns about the complexity that is the force and learns that his father walked in both the light and that dark and that he learnt something from both. He is balanced in that way. Luke focuses on the light, and prides himself in learniong the light side, carrying with him the memories and stories of who has father used to be not what he became. He's proud to be the son of Anakin Skywalker.
Leia didn't grow up knowing about her fathers Jedi past, she didn't even grow up with lies about him. She grew up knowing nothing. She did grow up knowing Darth Vader, she grow up ion the Empire. She grew up with people who feared Vader and talked about all the atrocities he's committed. She grew up raging at him and enraged at what the Empire was, not respecting anything the Empire stood for. All this anger and with a strong connection to the force she probably felt a pull towards towards something dark inside her, but she didn't know what the force was or what Jedi were so she didn't understand the weight of what she was feel. She fights against him and the Empire, actively clashing with them. She hates him so much.
Imagine hating someone for so long only to find out he's you father. Like. She grew up knowing what he did and knowing those he hurt, he blew up her planet, killed her people, chopped off he brothers arm, tortured her and her friends, enslaved and terrorized the galaxy and she's related to him. She comes from him. She only knows him as Darth Vader, the most feared man in the galaxy, not knowing of his Jedi past. She also now knows about the force and about the dark side of the force, she now knows that pull she's felt all her life is from the dark side. Her anger and actions having a different context. She (not knowing of Luke's own struggle with the dark side) sees her brother as who she should be. Someone untainted by the dark side. Not only that, people around her who knew Anakin praise her for being like him. For looking like him. And even thought she knows they mean well all she can think is ''You're like him. You're just like him'' and that hurts her because she fears becoming like him, she fears going down the road that Anakin did. Even though her intentions are good, she can't help but think about her father. His intentions were good, he wanted to save her mother. But look where that got him. How easily he was corrupted. She hates it. She doesn't forgive either. She can see his force ghost and she knows Luke talks to him, but she wants nothing to do with him.
She's talked to Luke about this, and even though he's told her more about her father, she still feels guilt. She feel guilty that she feels the dark side in her, she feels guilty that she had these powers but didn't know how to put them to good use, she feels guilty that Darth Vader is her father. She doesn't want to except it and denies anyone who asks about it. She tells people her father is Bail Organa and she has nothing to do with Darth Vader or Anakin Skywalker. She is ashamed about that part of her lineage and pretends she can't see Anakin. She hates that she's the daughter of Darth Vader. It eats her up inside.
As she gets older, she has her own child she becomes more at peace with it. Luke talks with Ben about his grandfather, and Leia doesn't shy away from the conversation. She still hates him, but denying that she's his daughter brings her more pain. She still deosn't talk to Anakin and even though he knows he has no right to be upset over that he can't help but feel somewhat empty without both his children in his life. When he looks at Luke he sees Padme's kindness and her passion for life and her willingness to help everyone she meets. When he looks at Leia he sees Padme's intelligence and confidence and her belief in doing whats right.
So when he sees Leia hating him, suffering because of him all he can think about is Padme suffering and how he made her suffer in her last moments alive.
Idk this made me sad it makes no sense but aaaaaaaaaaagh

loved that ending. still think its kinda controversial that they brought back satine and handwaved it away by saving maul had put her in a force-induced coma, but i'll accept it.
yeah it was kinda forced, but it worked. Oh, and Anakin just rushing back to padme after killing palpatine before he issued order 66, just in time to be with her while she gave birth to the twins? lovely
(a MASSIVE list of headcanons things that actually totally happened below)
I was especially fond of the scene where the clones were granted human rights and Cody was elected as a senator representing the clone army as a people. His speech with demands for reparations for their time as slaves of the republic made me cry and i LOVED seeing Fives (who never died, duh) Dogma, Echo and the rest of Torrent Co., as well as several other clones moving out to live in Mandalore and Concordia. Soon they’ll be healing from the damage in their bodies and minds. Not completely - you can’t recover fully from such a thing. But soon there will be singing, and cooking, and laughing. There will be a much belated search of what makes them happy, of what they can do other than fight and bleed and wait for death to come. It’s scary, but the best type of scary.
I was happy to see the mandalorians recognize the clones as part of their people. Satine’s sister was doing an amazing job as their ruler by setting these things straight. Her sister was proudly watching, now acting as her advisor - the gentle Satine addresses peaceful negotiations when needed, leaving the warrior Bo-Katan to handle any threats that can’t be negotiated with. It’s not easy, but nothing worth doing is, right?
It’s hard not to stare at the dashing suitor she’s holding hands with - a certain Obi-Wan Kenobi, former jedi general currently looking for peace of mind, and to make up for the years lost in the war. Sometimes he wonders if he’s doing the right thing. A jedi’s job is never done, even with the defeat of Sidious he thinks he could be more useful somewhere else. At these moments, his girlfriend smiles at him and Obi-Wan understands that, right now, he’s exactly where he needs to be.
Maul stayed in hiding at the outer rim, reevaluating what his life was now. He was no longer enslaved by his former master, or the tragedy of the chosen one. Even his hate for Obi-Wan Kenobi had begun to fade. It felt peaceful at first, and it hurt. Peace felt wrong for the zabrak, that had known nothing like it for his whole life. The mandalorians eventually reached out to him, reassuring him that they weren’t looking for a fight, that they just wanted to give him something back. Something they had tended to for a long time in an attempt to gain his favor when they needed, but the opportunity never came.
The “something” is his brother Savage, his chest melded with wires and plastisteel where Sidius’ lightsaber had stabbed him. And when Maul hugs his brother one more time, he realizes they had suffered enough. And it was time to start living. They eventually became the most notorious bounty hunters in the galaxy.
Ahsoka is constantly busy. Between her adventures with her girlfriend Trace and her sister Rafa Martez, she keeps a steady schedule as a teacher at the Temple’s crèche. The rules had been changed, and the younglings would now be allowed to visit their family on occasion. After seeing what an affection-starved child with the weight of great expectations on their back and a sith lord’s praise and grooming as their only source of reassurance and understanding could turn into, they realized that it would be too dangerous to keep raising children in such an environment.
Of course, the best thing of it was seeing the Jedi and Younglings going back into their purpose of seeking enlightenment and aiding every people in need. Doing so was made more difficult without the aid of the senate - which, after all that mess decided to no longer support with any lightsaber-wielding types until the whole sith-jedi deception was properly investigated.
this was for the best, master Yoda mused over tea with commander Gree and his squad. The Jedi weren’t meant to be generals, or to serve to a single planet or leadership. They were peacekeepers. And it was time they acted like it again.
After taking the much needed breather, the friends eventually reunite at the temple to celebrate their victory and explain their plans for the future. Anakin and Padmé arrive, each carrying very small babies in their arms and beaming like the two idiots in love that they are. Anakin barely has time to leave baby Luke in Ahsoka’s arms before he is bodily tackled into a most delightful pile of clones sobbing “we missed you, general!”
Aayla is giggling and declining the champagne offered by Obi-Wan, a hand over the bump on her stomach suddenly explaining the broad grin on Bly’s face. “Looks like everyone’s deciding to make this family bigger” Obi-Wan smiles before being similarly dogpiled into a clone hug by his boys from the 212th. Plo Koon and the Wolffpack is already drunkenly singing a very off-key “vode an”, and Satine is cooing over baby Leia, telling Obi-Wan she wants a baby as well. Obi-Wan speaks, voice muffled under the clone pile “very well. Cody, pick one of those and run as fast as you can.”
Hardcase and Echo are comparing their prosthetics, and Anakin says he just absolutely has to give them a few improvements here and there, and Hardcase is just delighted at the thought of having a small blaster cannon on his knee joint when Padmé reminds him there’s no need for the clones to have weapons on them anymore now that the war is over. Hardcase pouts and Anakin winks at him, promising a legitimate blastin’ knee.
Fives and Jesse are singing along with the wolffpack now, and they’re even more tone-deaf. Meanwhile Ahsoka climbed on Rex’s shoulders and they’re just running around the temple making battleship noises. It’s adorable.
Everything is good. There were losses, and there was pain, and grieving. But it’s all over now, and all there is to do is laugh and enjoy each other’s company, knowing that things will only get better from now on. Once and for all, the Force was with them.

I think this is the 9th round of Star Wars Shitposty Headcanons, so here yall go!
-The Clones have swimming lessons as a standard part of their training, and when on worlds with safe waters would often teach their General’s Padawan’s to make sure they knew how to swim, or at least kept up with the skills Master Fisto taught them when they were small.
-Zeb would take the younger ghost crew members fishing outside Chopper Base when they needed to calm down.
-Eli Vanto says “fight me” at every minor inconvenience. Thrawn has had to fight loads of people because of this.
-70% of Anxiety experienced by Thrawn is because of Eli “you’ve yeed your last haw” Vanto’s need to fight everything. The Grand Admiral doesn’t fear much, but the small one scares a him.
-This is doubled when Ezra and Eli team up for short angry human boy shenanigans.
-Jedi play strip Sabaac when drunk. No one knows what Obi-Wan looks like beneath his robes. Everyone is uncomfortably aware of what Yoda looks like.
-Poe Dameron can’t do a proper handstand, Finn and Rey can and refuse to stop rubbing that fact in.
-Zeb and Gregor had loads of BBQs because after the Big Bongo incident they were good friends.
-Dex’s diner was one of the few restaurants on Coruscant that actually allowed Clones to eat there, so it became a frequent spot for off duty soldiers to go get burgers with batchmates in other battalions.
-Kallus wears fluffy socks in his boots because no one can see them and they’re warm and comfy. After he leaves the Empire and they repurpose his quarters, Thrawn steals them all. Eli has had socks for life day about 3 years in a row now. Zeb replaced the socks after Kallus started to steal everyone’s socks.
-Maul sits like a whore cos it’s one of the few positions that is comfortable with robot legs. It also makes him feel a bit more normal because he always sat like that when he had normal legs.
-Anakin and Ahsoka once told Obi-Wan that the easiest way to beat Grievous would be to spray him with salt water and watch him rust. He will never tell them that he tried it and it was successful. Ventress was howling with laughter in the background to the point that she was almost captured by Cody.
-Cody boxes. When he’s stressed, his go to is to just beat the shit out of a punching bag. Clone MMA is a pretty common activity on base, but literally no one is willing to fight Commander “I punch droids on a regular basis” Cody except for Obi-Wan. And even the Jedi only agreed once. The only person who has willingly fought Cody more than once is Anakin and even that was a tie. Alpha-17 wouldn’t even try it with Cody on a bad day.
-The Wolfpack are jealous that the 212th get to punch droids so they try it. But Plo catches them and scolds them for a solid hour about reckless behavior that could injure them being inappropriate for the battlefield. They did not try it again.
-Ahsoka makes the best sandwiches in the GAR by claiming that she made her own lunch. Anakin actually used to make them so she’d never be hungry on a mission after finding out Togruta’s need meat and panicking that he wasn’t caring for her properly. She is yet to be called out on it.
-Cal Kestis met Zeb once and the Lasat gave him a hug and said he was sorry for what happened to his master. As a part of the honor guard, Zeb had known Jaro Tapal, and Kanan had told him of his padawan friend who became his apprentice. The hug meant more to both of them than they could ever admit.
Thats all I’ve got! I have a couple of other things that i might do that are pure self indulgence - like characters as specific band songs (think ABBA, Bon Jovi type variety) and what teams they would support in a bunch of sports. Favourite shows and stuff like that. Idk tho? If you have any ideas they’re always welcome lmao. Have a good day lads!

In celebration of Mutual Acquaintances.. Satine: 5, 6, 7, 8, 28, 31, 42, 47, 48; Obi-Wan: 7, 8, 12, 14, 27, 31, 33, 47, 48; Padmé: 4, 6, 7, 8, 12, 18, 19, 28, 33, 34, 39, 42; The Disaster Boi: 10, 12, 14, 18, 20, 22, 28, 29, 31, 33 and bc we all need more sexuality headcanons, 13 for ALL of them
Whooo-WEE here we go, thank you!  Get ready for VERY VERY LONG Rambling!
SATINE
(5) Cleanliness habits: Oh, she’s a total neat freak.  Everything in her office is minimalist style and organized to a T.  If someone moved something even an inch, she’ll be hounding everyone about who was messing with her stuff.  Constantly washing hands, very clean, doesn’t like dust on stuff at all (has a bit of a dust allergy, actually.  Lily pollen getting everywhere is a Problem for her).  She’s practical, however, and if she HAS to get down and dirty, she will-- of course not without a suitable amount of icky faces made plus a side of complaints xD
(6) Eating habits and sample daily menu: Ok so we’ve got canon showing her eating meat, but don’t tell me Super Pacifism Lady wouldn’t IRL be that one ubervegan friend of yours on Facebook who’s constantly posting weird things about it and you gotta be like “aight Katie chill”.  ANYWAY, so I’d say Satine in canon eats healthy-ish?  She’s not the biggest fan of breakfast foods and is always up in the morning doing stuff, so she sometimes forgets to have anything besides black coffee.  She’s not a particularly picky eater so she’ll eat whatever the cook is serving that day, but she prefers simpler meals, and can cook for herself (which came in handy during the Year On The Run because neither Obi Wan nor Qui Gon can cook for shit (my canon is no one in that line besides Anakin can cook and I’ll die with it) and eventually Satine was like “guys, I’m sorry, but no, u can’t try and protect me and then poison me at dinnertime.  I’ll cook”).  She does like to pair her evening meals with whatever drink she’s having that night.  I also h/c her as a functioning alcoholic, so she’s always got SOMETHING to drink, but she is trying to work on restraint and control because when she was younger it got... Not Good at one point.  She also has a sweet tooth though, and she really likes chocolate!
(7) Fave way to waste time and feelings surrounding wasting time: Satine is a... twitchy.... individual with a stressful job, so she is kinda conditioned into stressing the heck out if she’s got too much free time.  Therefore, a lot of her free time is spent trying to relax.  Cleaning is theraputic for her, so she does clean (yes, there is a cleaning droid but it is nOT GOOD ENOUGH) when she can.  She likes that Mando sword box game we saw Sabine and Fenn Rau playing in Rebels, it clears her head and lets her practice problem solving.  She likes going for walks too.  She’ll sneak down to the kitchens and just make a bunch of sandwiches.  She does enjoy beautiful things, so I’d say shopping for dresses or browsing art galleries is good too.  I also think she’d be the type to read and write poetry, then save bits she likes.
(8) Indulgences: Look, Satine likes Nice Things, ok?  She does consider fancy wardrobe and buying nice paintings a bit of an indulgence, but she adores color so she excuses that as promoting happiness for the people. As so she does a fancy ship and other fancy trinkets around the house. She’s not a huge fan of most people touching her, but she allowed a massage once... she would be amendable to perhaps another in the future.........  Scented candles are nice too, clears the head.  She refuses to consider chocolate an indulgence because it is obviously the gods’ gift to humanity, excuse you.  Are we calling lusting over her secret forbidden boyfriend an indulgence????
(28) Who is their best friend?  Their worst enemy?  The sad thing about Satine Kryze is that canon wise, she is extremely lonely.  Literally everyone she trusts betrays her at some point-- which also makes worst enemy pretty hard too.  In my verse, this has led to her kind of shutting away from friends because people always leave her-- though I’d say she’s always been close with Padmé; she sent aid to Naboo after the Federation Blockade and got to know and became extremely impressed with the young Queen, and they kept in touch afterwards.  Whether they could be together or not, I’d always say Obi Wan was her best friend too because that’s ALWAYS necessary in a relationship, and they clearly stayed in contact and knew each other like the back of their hands.  I’d honestly say her worst enemy is herself, cliché as it is, because girlie makes a LOT of mistakes-- and then never learns from them or even acknowledges they exist besides an “oh whoops, that happened, we fixed it, everyone as you were”.  I get it wasn’t meant that way, but she legit committed ethnic cleansing against her political opponents.  I hate to say it, but there are very valid reasons for a lot of people to Not Like Her (none of the guys who attack her on the show count because they’re literally all douchecanoes fuck them), and she kind of shoots herself in the foot trying to fix the problem but making it worse.  I h/c her as having a lot of self-loathing problems because she is trying to fix things but nothing ever works and that must be her problem so she must try harder without ever confronting what exactly her problem is.
(31) Most prized possession: Woah, never really thought of that.  As much as I want to say “pressed flower from Obi Wan”, that’s a little too sappy.  I’m going to go with this.  There is a famous Mandalore version of The Art of War, and Satine has an uber-extremely-rare first edition copy given to her from her father, who was a master strategist and had the wealth and power to collect nice things like that.  Satine may be a pacifist, but she has her family’s warrior’s spirit, and she enjoys adapting the book’s battle strategies to her own political fights and how she shapes her own life.  It’s an actual old paper book, so she keeps it in a locked box under her bed and only ever reads it by candlelight with special gloves on to protect the pages.
(42) Hobbies: Like I said before, cleaning, writing poetry, the occasional cooking.  Oh!  Whenever she has Korkie over, she lets them pick the activity they do.  This may or may not lead to Duchess Satine Kryze of Mandalore getting very invested in Space Mario Kart.  She’s good at it too!  So yes, gamer girl, and she also likes looking at art and she’s also also pretty good at dancing and yoga, which she does a bit of both for exercise.  She also enjoys watching shows at the theater, but she’s weird in the way where she refuses to watch TV or movies because they’re “not as good”.
(47) If they were to fall in love, who or what is their ideal:  I’d say trust is the most important thing for her, given how many things go wrong in her life.  Someone she can trust to be herself around instead of The Duchess and can both support her when she’s falling but also call her on her bullshit (or try to, anyway) when needed.  Again, she likes nice things, so she tends to fall for super attractive people lol.  Another thing is, she likes to feel safe.  She goes for the protectors, those who fight for everyone and can come back and hold her tight in a hug if she feels like she’ll fall apart because she sometimes needs someone to protect her too.  They also have to be as smart as she is (only smarter if they’re not a dick about it) so she can have intellectual conversations (indignant yelling matches), and she needs someone who can match the firecracker she can tend to be, someone who can jump right in after her.  Not a weakling, basically xD
(48) How do they express love: She just says it (”I love you”), if they’ll let her.  If they don’t let her or she can’t for some reason (*coughOBIcoughcough*), she becomes frustrated because she isn’t always the best, emotion-wise, and she worries she’ll make the wrong gesture or do something to mess up, so frustration can build towards the other person so she can also be very snappy at them.  In general though, familial or romantic or platonic, it’s just lots of soft smiles that no one else sees, letting them see her in casual clothing, teasing them or telling jokes, trusting them enough to tell them about the confusion and stress inside her head.
OBI WAN
(7) Fave way to waste time and feelings surrounding wasting time:  Obi Wan is of the opinion that time enjoyed is never wasted, so he only views wasted time as exactly that: time that could be spent doing something but is instead being wasted not doing anything or doing something he doesn’t like.  His favorite things to do when he has time to himself are read (he’s not picky, he’ll read most things with an interesting plot, though he does enjoy a good mystery or historical nonfiction), watch trashy tv shows (he’s only watching them to judge how bad they are, it’s Anakin’s fault, really, he watched them first, and Obi Wan just needs to know what happens next--), sketch random objects (he’s a pretty good artist, and it’s relaxing), do research on stuff because he is a NERD, go bug Anakin and/or Ahsoka because he honestly delights just sitting in their company and hear them talk about their day, drink with friends, spar (with Anakin, preferably, he’s the most of a challenge because he knows him so well, and he’s the only one who doesn’t hold back at all), sit in the Temple gardens and check on Qui Gon’s favorite flowers he planted there and bask in the serenity of it all.
(8) Indulgences: Ooooohhhh this is hard because Obi Wan is so Obi Wan about that sort of stuff, it can be difficult to read what he would do xD  I’ll say he indulges in food?  That while Jedi probs have a pretty strict health food diet, on the weekends or once a weekday he indulges in getting nice stuff for breakfast, ice cream for dessert, fried food at Dex’s because why not, it tastes good and Anakin did a good job today or he did a good job today and that deserves something, so oh well, he’ll just work out harder tomorrow.  He’s also has some very nice old teas he saved from Qui Gon The Absolute Tea Snob he’ll have when he feels he needs it, and he’s got a cabinet with like four bottles of different really good, expensive alcohols that he’ll drink when he REALLY feels he needs it.  I’ll also say this, boi is vain about his hair.  Will never admit it in a million years, but he is, so he’s probs got at least some sort of haircare products that aren’t exactly necessary, ya know xD.  He also does like his creature comforts when available, so I’d say he’s got a couple super fluffy blankets and maybe the thread count in his sheets are a bit higher than average cuz hey, soft things are nice.  He also indulges in being lovey and mushy to the people he cares about
(12) Favorite book genre: Hey, I kinda talked about that!  So yeah, I’d say he’ll probs try anything, but he likes mysteries and thrillers since with a book the Force can’t give you any Bad Feelings about anyone, so the surprises are genuine surprises.  He also likes historical nonfiction because he is a NERD, but he’ll absolutely pick up whatever’s at the top of the Galactic Times Bestseller’s List if it’s there and give it a chance
(14) Physical abnormalities (including injuries/disabilities, illnesses, allergies): His right hip acts up in the cold from an old slug wound there (Anakin does indeed tease him about being an old man), over half of his teeth are fake or replaced because come on, have y’all seen how often he’s been hit in the face?  Scars literally everywhere because everyone and everything has tried to murder him at some point or another.  I h/c him with ADD, depression, anxiety, and dyscalcula (he had to really work to be good with numbers) as well as PTSD because basically all of the Jedi do at some point (someone HELP THEM).  He also has TMJ, which I also have and I project my issues.  It gets worse when you’re stressed and grind teeth, so it’s valid.  Idk whether it’s canon or fanon that he has some food allergies, but I am ALL FOR IT with him just... forgetting about them???  And then eating some food and be like “hwoops I’m dying lol” while Anakin is like seriously Master again? and legit ends up the Mom friend with a list of foods like “is there gonna be this food in it?  Cuz he can’t eat it” and then he’ll eat it anyway cuz it looks good and Anakin is all “what do you have in your MOUTH” and he’ll be like “uh” and yeah, that sounds funny
(27) Biggest regret: WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS.  ok so we all know how literally everything about Obi Wan’s life is a mcfreaking nightmare.  We ALSO know he blames himself for literally everything.  So yea, he’s got a looooot of regrets.  I’d say his biggest though is not being a good enough Jedi (in his opinion) to save those he cared about (Qui, Satine, Anakin, Pads, the entire dang Jedi Order, etc.).  Maybe just not a good enough person, in his eyes.  If he hadn’t screwed up somehow, everyone would still be here and fine and omg someone help him
(31) Most prized possession: Luke Skywalker.  Ok, not actually, but y’all can’t deny Luke was Obi Wan’s greatest treasure.  I’d say actually tho it’s holos, of people he loves and cares about, in a kind of album he keeps to himself.  He hates having his own picture taken, but he loves seeing the smiling, laughing faces of everyone he knows (and is reminded of them when they’re no longer here).
(33) Concept of home and family: He always feels like other people overcomplicate this.  Home is where you feel safe to always return, where you belong, and family is those you love and wish to spend your life with.  Now, the fact that he only really allows himself to acknowledge the Jedi as a whole as his family and doesn’t exactly allow himself to dwell on specifics like what Anakin means exactly to him, what Ahsoka means, what Qui Gon meant, because he does love everyone as a family, why does he have to define it?  That’s a whole ‘nother basket of his issues lol
(47) If they were to fall in love, who or what is their ideal:  Obi Wan Kenobi has always been attracted to chaos and danger like a moth to a flame, so anyone he loves is gonna be a whirlwind of an individual.  He likes someone who can challenge him, who can test him.  He likes someone who’s loud and bright, the stars at the center of solar systems that everyone else can’t resist orbiting around and Obi Wan is no different.  He likes snappy humor and the amusement he can get from playfully bugging them into hissing at him.  They have to match him as a team, they have to be able to work with him (and he knows he’s not always the easiest to work with) and have his back.  He likes passion, he likes dramatics, he likes the kind of strange ones that other people find a bit hard to get along with, but he couldn’t love them any different from themselves.
(48) How do they express love:
PADMÉ
(4) What would they do if they needed to make dinner but the kitchen was busy:  Assuming the people in the kitchen were not making food, Padmé would fix them with a firm Senatorial Scolding Face and ask them politely if they could move it somewhere else.  She can easily outargue any protests;  the kitchen is for cooking and she needs to make dinner!  If ppl were making food in the kitchen, Pads would roll up her sleeves and ask what she could do to help so it would be done faster and she could get started.  She grew up with her mother insisting her and Sola help out with all the household chores, kitchen duty included, so she’s a fine cook.  Anakin learned to cook from his mother too, so sometimes their husband/wife bonding time will include just making dinner together and enjoying each others’ company.  In an OT4 situation with Obes and Satine, Obi Wan is the only one out of the four of them who Cannot Cook and is legit banished from the kitchen except for making drinks/certain desserts, so it ends up with Anakin, Padmé, and Satine all talking and laughing while preparing food while Obi Wan pouts sits in the doorway and talks from there
(6) Eating habits and sample daily menu:  Ok, so you know how I said Satine can sometimes get distracted by work and skip breakfast?  Well Padmé is like that but worse.  She gets so busy with duties, she just forgets to eat for very long periods of time, and then she’ll be doing something and be like “woah, I’m hungry, I don’t think I’ve eaten today,” and Sabé/Anakin/Bail/whoever she’s with will just be like padmé nO.  When she does eat, however, she is one of those crazy people who Does Not Like Sweets.  Like, at all, they just don’t agree with her.  Anakin is scandalized.  Satine is scandalized.  Everyone is.  She just doesn’t like them.  She’ll eat fruit, but that’s as sweet as it gets.  So when she does remember to eat, or if she’s going out for a dinner, it’s usually something pretty healthy-- though Pads will confess to a weakness for nice cheeses.  There’s also this one really greasy bad fried chip thing that she’s got a secret weakness for.  Padmé’s also not a huge alcohol person; like, she’ll drink when others do, she’s not a lightweight or anything, but she won’t seek it out herself, just, something about the taste, and she doesn’t like not being in control of her head.
(7) Fave way to waste time and feelings surrounding wasting time: Honey, Padmé is from Naboo.  The luxury planet.  They know how to lazily waste time in style.  She loves long baths and listening to classical music, walking in nature (she loves flowers), practicing new hair styles, facials and manicures.  She also reads the gossip columns (no she doesn’t, you never heard that) because she needs the tea.  She just do.  She likes to read and study new languages (because she is Queen Overachiever) or just add to her bucket list of Ways To Improve The Galaxy.  Padmé totally has a Space Pinterest.  In reality, she trained herself from a young age how to relax so being a teenager in planetary politics didn’t literally kill her.
(12) Favorite book genre: ROMANCE!  It’s canon that Pads is just such an ushy, gushy romantic of a person, so she likes stuff like Space Jane Austen and all the other romantic books.  She refuses to associate with Anakin’s trashy dollar romances, she thinks they’re bad writing.  He does not agree.  He also called one of her faves boring once.  They do not discuss books.  But also Padmé likes political history and civilization books cuz politician, and she’s pretty into the mysteries like Obi Wan is.  She likes religious texts too, learning about different ones, she finds it interesting.  Reading can be hard for her because I h/c her as dyslexic, but she loves it too much.
(18) Favorite beverage: Spiced cider.  She could get it homemade back on Naboo; cool and refreshing when iced but warm and tangy and perfect when heated.
(19) What do they think about before falling asleep at night: If Anakin’s not with her, she always thinks about him not being there.  She can’t help it.  If he is with her, she thinks about how much she loves him.  She also tends to do a mental to do list every night of what she needed to do before bed and if she’s gonna allow herself to sleep now or not.  She also has another mental to do list so she knows what she’s gonna do when she wakes up in the morning.  With the damned war dragging on, more and more nights are spent going to bed troubled and worried for the future. She also daydreams, though, of what she can do after.  Her happily ever after.
(28) Who is their best friend?  Their worst enemy?:  This is hard because Pads is so friendly with everyone!!!  Queen’s Shadow really made me fall in love with Padmé and Sabé, but I’ll always be a sucker for the canon and fanon where Padmé’s best friend is Bail Organa.  I’m sorry, but Bail is just a cinnamon roll of a human being, and he’s such a calm, levelheaded friend for Pads where she can be a bit overeager and chomping at the bit sometimes, but he’s also ALWAYS got her back and she can talk to him about stuff and ahhhhh and he literally raises her daughter as his own and gahhhhhh.  Is it messed up if I almost want to say Padmé’s worst enemy is Anakin?  I mean to be more general: her worst enemy is the Sith, as they destroyed the Republic and her entire life’s work and corrupted her husband and depending on if you believe the “draining life forces” theory (which I do) they killed her.  But Anakin was the one who got past her defences, took her by surprise, and unknowingly ended up playing the most active role in her destruction, which is immensely tragic for both of them because all he ever wanted to do was love her (*crying*).
(33) Concept of home and family:  For Padmé, home isn’t so much a place, but an idea of where you can feel closest and most at one with those you’ve decided to share your life with.  Yeah, she’ll always love Naboo, but you saw how choked up she got in that TCW episode where Anakin called her Coruscant apartment “home”; for her, home is a state of mind.  Family is a bit different; she’ll always have a bit of an idealization towards her own parents’ marriage and how she’s seen Sola’s, and how families developed from that.  Canon shows she’s envious because she can’t have that, the 2.5 kids and a dog with a white picket fence outside and a large backyard mentality.  She has issues over being separated from family; she had to drop the Naberrie name to go into politics, so I’m guessing there’s some distance felt there, and she can’t even publicly acknowledge her own husband as her husband, so she’ll cling to the idea of a “perfect” family as a someday, as a maybe, and working towards that someday and the long goal she can forget just how complicated and messy her real family-- her parents and sister, her husband, her husband’s new adoptive sister, her husband’s boyfriend, his weird side of the family --is.  It’s even more pronounced when everything is falling apart in Revenge of the Sith and it’s obviously falling apart and Anakin is obviously Not Fine, she tries to retreat and take her comfort in “oh but when the baby comes and we can be a Family, things will all work out perfect!  It’ll be okay!!!”
(34) Thoughts on privacy (are they a private person, or are they prone to TMI):  Padmé is an extremely private person.  She’s been in the public spotlight since she was thirteen years old.  Everyone’s always staring at her, what she’s wearing, what her opinions are, how she acts, who she’s with.  Padmé has nearly nothing she doesn’t have to share with the public eye, so what she does have to herself she tends to hoard and not show anyone except for those she implicitly trusts.  Now, whether she’s any good at keeping secrets is a whole other story, but she certainly tries!!! xD
(39) What recharges them when they’re feeling drained: Anakin can make things better or worse for her depending on the mood he’s in and the mood she’s in, but he usually makes her feel better just by showing up and being a dork.  She likes her greasy chip snacks and a good book, but she’s a sucker for a good spa day complete with fluffy, comfortable clothing.  Also, Padmé loves cat naps, and is the queen of setting an alarm and taking short power naps that actually have her waking up refreshed.
(42) Hobbies:  Is creating new outfit designs via Space Pinterest a hobby?  Because Padmé does that.  Padmé is also the type of person to have a Space Candy Crush problem, and I completely believe that Satine got her into Space Mario Kart (Satine’s actually pretty good at it and Pads isn’t good at it at all, so it’s in no way fair, but they have fun xD).  Padmé loves creating flower arrangements too, just creating beautiful things makes her happy.  She loves calling one of her handmaidens over and having martial arts practices because she needs to stay ready to defend herself, but also it’s just fun and she’s a good fighter.  Padmé’s also into scrapbooking, she makes a bunch of adorable books she puts together, and she gave one to Anakin on their first anniversary and he cried (she hides them, don’t worry).
AHHHNAKIN...
(10) Neuroses:  Hooo boy, there’s a lot!  Okay, so Anakin is a very handsy person.  When he’s nervous or uncomfortable or stressed, he’ll always need something to do with his hands, whether that be fiddling with his clothes, tugging at his hair, messing with the digits on his mechanohand, poking at the wall patterns or other objects.  In general, he hates sitting still and has a tendency to fidget if he has to for too long.  He will also either stare you directly in the eye or dislike making eye contact at all, depending on his mood.  Fiddling with machine parts gives him something to focus his mind and his hands on, so that’s a real big help for him if they’re available, often times he just keeps scraps in his pockets for specifically this purpose.  He’s sort of aware he does this, but he doesn’t like to think about it much because that would mean thinking why, and if you try and point any of them out to him he’ll get embarrassed and probs just snap at you.
(12) Favorite book genre:  Anakin really isn’t much of a book person.  It has to do with his focus issues (I h/c him as ADHD), they just aren’t really able to draw him in enough to keep his attention.  It frustrates him because that’s another reason why ppl imply he isn’t smart, which is dumb, he can read just fine, he just doesn’t like to.  He does like the trashy penny romances I mentioned before.  What can he say?  He’s a sucker for the drama and swooning and Epic Proclamations of Love.  He’ll read books about the latest ships and speeder models too, because he’s interested in that.  He’ll also read tactical strategy books too, because of the war and all.  It’s just not his go-to form of entertainment.
(14) Physical abnormalities (including injuries/disabilities, illnesses, allergies):  Metal hand.  Eye scar.  At one point is one big giant asthmatic burn scar who’s like 80% robot.  But we’ll focus on Anakin as of now.  When he was a child, some brute in the market cracked him hard across the back with something heavy.  It damaged his spine, and Shmi was terrified for a while he’d never walk.  Thankfully, he recovered, but now his spine is funny as in it is super flexible.  Like backbends where it looks like he’s snapped in half, that flexible.  It gives him fantastic advantages in acrobatics and combat, but it also means he can do that creepy walk the girl from The Ring can do.  He has managed to successfully scare the living piss out of Obi Wan, Padmé, Ahsoka, Rex, and multiple others on different occasions by emerging from the shadows in the middle of the night doing the Ring walk.  No one was pleased.  Yoda thinks it’s hilarious though.  Anakin gets hit in the face just as much Obi Wan does, so he also only has like less than half of his real teeth still in his mouth.  Is also covered in various scars from people trying to kill him dead.  In total, I project many mental illnesses onto him, so I say he has anxiety, ADHD, BPD, and PTSD.  His super strongness in the Force means he is a complete lightweight, so alcohol is an uh oh for him; the only positive is that he never gets hangovers.  It also means that Force sensitive objects may suddenly go flying at his head when he’s just trying to casually stroll through a creepy old temple.  I also h/c that Anakin is allergic to tookas/lothcats.  No other animals, just them.  And it’s hilarious when on one occasion some kittens made their way into a briefing room and he just bursts into a sneezing fit, which, why are you all laughing at me? and then Rex points out the little kitten just perched on the top of his head.  Poor baby actually does chafe pretty badly from sand too, so his hatred isn’t completely unwarranted.
(18) Favorite beverage: Coffee with a gazillion lumps of sugar in it, protein powder because he’s all about the grind, a hint of space chili pepper, and like a dozen other ingredients that should Not Go In Coffee (one of the ingredients Is Bugs).  Obi Wan claims he tasted the concoction once and had hallucinations.  Ahsoka says she saw a drop melt the edge of the tabletop.  Padmé won’t go anywhere near it.  Anakin says they’re all cowards; it’s the only thing that can get him up and focused in the morning.
(20) Childhood illnesses?  Any interesting stories behind them?: I h/c that amongst the slaves, Shmi was the local medicine woman.  Therefore, Anakin as a child was constantly getting first exposure to all the local sicknesses and building up immunity, so besides one bout of food poisoning, he never got sick as a kid.  Once he got to the Temple... well, he was past the age where all the other kids had gotten vaccinations, Obi Wan, bless him, hates dealing with medical and was distracted by everything else and kind of forgot to make sure Anakin was up to date with everything, so he caught EVERYTHING.  EVERY LITTLE THING WOULD MAKE HIM SICK.  HE HATED IT.  OBI WAN HATED IT BECAUSE THE ONLY SICK PATIENT WORSE THAN ANAKIN IS HIMSELF.  IT NEVER ENDS.  ANAKIN IS TWENTY TWO YEARS OLD AND STILL CATCHING SHIT LIKE THE SPACE CHICKEN POX.  THIS ISN’T FAIR.
(22) Given a blank piece of paper, a pencil, and nothing to do, what would happen?: Lots of writings of stuff like “Padmé Skywalker” or “Anakin Kenobi” cuz Ani is at heart a 12 year old girl.  Ok ok ok, but actually, there would be lots of different stuff on the page.  Mathematical calculations for ships and designs because he is a canon engineering nerd and I h/c he’s a whiz at math.  Also little doodles.  Anakin’s not a bad artist himself; his style is much more cartoonish than Obi Wan’s, but it means he can do cool little actions scenes of different ships or pods, him being a badass, Yoda getting attacked by space seagulls, etc.  Maybe designs for another japoor carving (I h/c he keeps the hobby).  Or, the page might be folded up as Anakin turned it into either a boat or a hat or an airplane that actually flies, or just a ball of paper he set on fire because he was bored.
(28) Who is their best friend?  Their worst enemy?:  OBI WAN KENOBI FOR BOTH OF THEM DAMMIT ANAKIN WHY ARE YOU LIKE THIS.  Alright, alright, in reality, his worst enemy is probably more of a combination of himself and his own fears, Sidious for being an evil, manipulative asshole, and society for creating his fears and traumatizing him (though mostly it’s himself because he absolutely had the choice to do the right thing, but he didn’t).  Obi Wan is absolutely his best friend though.  No competition.
(29) Reaction to extrapersonal disaster (eg Oh no, the house is on fire!  What do we do?): For Anakin “I burned down the Republic because you left for an afternoon and I panicked” Skywalker?  “Ok, no problem, I got this.  I’ve got this.  No, wait, I don’t got this.  I defiNITELY DO NOT GOT THIS, I MADE IT WORSE, HOLY SHIT, NO ONE PANIC, I NEED AN ADULT-- (Ahsoka: You are an adult) --I NEED AN ADULTIER ADULT.”
(31) Most prized possession: His loved ones ¯\_(ツ)_/¯  And we’ve got at least six movies and a tv show telling us exactly how that did Not Go Well For Anyone
(33) Concept of home and family: Hmmm.  I’d say where he feels safe and comfortable.  Again, it’s stated in the show he feels at home at Padmé’s, but honestly?  He refuses to acknowledge Tatooine cuz ya know, the slavery, so he never really had a strong childhood home, and while I want to say he considered the Temple home at one point, , I’m not sure he does because I feel he’s always on red alert for things to get worse so he never really lets himself get comfortable anywhere-- not even Padmé’s.  Family is a bit easier for him; a group of people who love each other-- and for Anakin, it doesn’t have to be blood relations but if you ARE related by blood, you’re a family member by default and he will be Very Offended by blood relations who cut away from their families because he feels if you’re connected like that, you should love each other.

Obi-Wan’s padawan that I accidentally created and ended up liking (This title is terrible)
My friend, Vera, who cosplayed as Ahsoka during Halloween, found out I had this blog and checked it out. Her favorite post out of them was about Obi-Wan’s Padawan loving Maul, and she asked me to make them a character.
So yeah, we sat down together with Kim, who played Obi-Wan, and started talking about directions to take this character. If you don’t like it, then good for you.
Oh, and I realized that we never came up with a name or gender, so I’m making it a She because I wrote out their whole “Family Tree”, and there’s a lot of males, and her name’s gonna be Vera cuz this was her idea
So yeah, Vera River was born somewhere on Wecacoe by an unknown mother. This unknown bitch of a mother sold her quickly, as she wanted nothing to do with poor Vera, so Vera grew up being sold left and right to different slave owners.
Growing up like this, Vera became a very quiet and scared little girl, because if she talked then it was chains. She hated being in chains, and even later in her life, she refuses to wear things like bracelets as it reminds her of it.
This continued until she was five years old, where there was some mission to Wecacoe by two Jedi and she was accidentally stumbled upon and brought to the Jedi temple. And as you might have guessed, the two who stumbled upon her was a 12 year old Anakin and a 28 year old Obi-Wan Kenobi. Because of the fact that she was saved by the two, she started to idolize them like you wouldn’t believe and made sure to keep up on what was going on in the two’s life.
Vera was put in a clan like every Jedi youngling, and in her case the cobra clan (Again, how do they name these?? We just made this name up). Because of the first five years of her life, it did make her a bit insecure and jumpy, which was easy to pick on by her clanmates.
The cobra clan consists of a Pau’an male named Timoa, a Devoranian male named Kaltin, a Kel dor female named Tiivia, a Mon Calamari named Meeka and a female Chiss named Amore. Vera did not get along with either Timoa, Kaltin nor Amore, but Tiivia and Meeka were nice.
Vera herself is from an unknown species (Don’t try to look it up, my friends and I made it up), that is sort of near-human. Her skin is chalk white, french braided hair is ebony black and eyes mud brown with a single peck of Amber. She looks relatively human, the only really abnormal thing is that her arms are a little extra long, and sharp fangs instead of teeth.
The thing is, she has a “Beast” form. When she feels threatened or scared, her outward appearance completely changes.
Her limbs grow longer, her back curves so she has to walk on four legs and her jaw can unhinge when she snarls, hisses or roars. Her mouth is unable to form real words, so instead she sends them telepathically into whoever she is talking to’s brain. The top of her head is formed into a sort of tentacle mass, and two extra arms come out of her back. The worst thing though if you ask her, the worst thing is the eyes. Upon the tentacles, there are almost two dozen covering them, and multiple appear and disappear on her body all the time. It is creepy and confusing on so many levels.
Vera is extremely shamed of the beast, and no one in the Jedi council knows of it except for Master Fisto.
During her clan’s first swim class when she was around nine, Timoa pushed her into the water and the beast emerged, as Vera is deeply terrified of water. Master Fisto comforted her, the sweetheart he is, and promised to keep it a secret. He also made the rest of her clan, who were terrified, keep the same promise. After that day, she had gained a lot more respect from her clan, and she overcame her fear of water.
During her gathering, after having to climb up a wall she could only do as the beast, she instead of founding one crystal, found two. Confused as ever, she climbed back down with the two crystals tightly in her grasp and made it out of the cave, first in her clan as well.
Back on the ship while looking at lightsaber types, she stumbles upon something called a Light Whip and falls in love. So yeah, this sweetie now has two blue light whips, good luck defeating her.
But like, a week or two after Ahsoka, aka the clone wars movie and stuff, Obi-Wan once again requested a Padawan, and after seven years Vera once again met her hero.
And she was his Padawan. Great, time to panic.
Over the course of seven years at the temple, she had done her fair share of research on Master Kenobi and holy kriff this guy can’t catch a break, can he.
So she decided to put up a bubbly, happy exited facade so he won’t have to deal with the mess of a being she is.
The two of them actually ended up getting along quite well, despite Vera putting him on a pedestal all the time. They joked and sassed out each other, but they also fought together perfectly.
Vera and ‘Soka got along as well, with both being new Padawans and not too large of an age difference. They became like sisters, and more than once referred to each other as such.
Ani on the other hand...they didn’t exactly hate each other, they just..did not...get along. Vera still admired him greatly, he did help with her rescue as a five year old after all.
During a mission where just the two of them ended up stuck in a ship in the middle of space for a couple of hours, Vera tried an Ice Breaker to get to know each other better.
They ended up really getting to know each other though, as they both vented about their past and feelings -Ani about his jealousy for Vera being a better Padawan than he could ever be and his anger for the Jedi council, and Vera about bottling up her feelings- and then cried. After that they had a better connection and became sort of slave buds. They never called themselves that though, cuz that is weird.
Oh, remember this? Yeah, if Vera was present she would have been discussing that with them, as she is easily distracted.
After that though, she started pondering about their actual lineage and how wide it goes, so yeah she started her research, and after a couple of months she had mapped out everything and was on multiple masters radar.
The only people she Officially showed were Master Kenobi, Ani and ‘Soka, but she did slip from time to time and just accidentally showed someone to prove a point.
After ‘Soka by mistake called Ani dad (A headcanon of mine, you can’t tell me it didn’t happen at least thrice) she did another family tree, but this time of how she viewed her family, and since both the 501st and 212th are apart of it she had to get to know the name of every clone trooper in both battalions that have ever lived.
It. was. torture. But worth it!
This one was more personal though, and only a few people knew about it. And anytime Ani and Master Kenobi had a “moment”, she may or may not have squealed a bit because the tree ‘Soka! The tree!
This also created the inside joke of Master Kenobi and Vera from time to time calling each other “Dad” and “Daughter”, mostly to tease Ani and ‘Soka, but also because they had made a bond over their time together.
Even though she viewed both Master Kenobi and Ani as her father figures, Vera still really liked Satine and just thinks that she and Master Kenobi should hook up already.
She’s also one of the very few people that are unaware of Senator Amidala and Ani’s marriage, but she still thinks they would be a cute couple.
Ummmmm, what do we more have...she’s Aromantic Asexual! She just doesn’t see Romantic Love as necessary to her, and Sex will forever be destroyed for her thanks to her history as a slave, cough cough.
Her diet mainly consists of bugs when she’s unable to go hunting. This grosses Master Kenobi out like you wouldn’t believe, cuz great now there’s two of them. Ani and ‘Soka approves.
When she is on a forest planet though, then she gladly sneaks away to go hunting. It’s not that she’s not allowed, persay, it’s just that most of the time parts of The Beast is shown.
If she sees that it is safe enough, she sometimes lets the beast out for a run, mostly because if she doesn’t and keeps it hidden for too long she becomes aggressive, and she fears that it might appear out of nowhere.
I realized after this was finished that fuuuuck, this means I have to add what Vera was doing during every episode both Obi-Wan and Ahsoka is in fucking kill meeee. So yeah, this is not discussed with either Kim nor Vera, this is only me. Surprise Mother Fuckers.
And I won’t explain every arc, as most times she was just standing around or fighting.
During Mortis she was unconscious. I rewatched the episodes for this, and realized that there is no way to add her without changing major plot points. So yeah, after Ahsoka and Kenobi fall asleep in that cave and have their visions, she does too but doesn’t wake up until they’ve left Mortis. I will explain why later
Slaves of Zygerria she just takes Rex’s place basically, since she’s an ex-slave and doesn’t want to be put back into that. This backfires however as they are put into the slave camp, and suffer terrible nightmares after it for months. Lot of cuddles with Ahsoka if ya know what I mean
During the Citadel Arc, she actually follows orders and stays behind, Ahsoka!
She goes into depression during the Hardeen ordeal and didn’t leave her quarters. No one blamed her for that.
Alright let’s address the elephant in the room here.
She found out at an early age about Maul killing Master Kenobi’s master, and at first she was as shocked and terrified as most younglings were, because A Sith?! We thought those were dead!!
But then she was actually showed a picture of Maul, and holy shit this guy looked cool!!
Like, she has seen Zabraks before, obviously, but damn! The way his dark tattoos looked against his red skin, the glowing eyes, the tattoos just !! Wow!!
It got even worse when she first found out about his red double-bladed lightsaber, that made him look even cooler!
More than once after Vera became Master Kenobi’s Padawan did she ask about the Sith, as vaguely as she could, but her master didn’t really like talking about it and she accepted that.
When she found out that he was alive though...holy shit...
‘Soka could literally not make her stop talking about it, and Vera waited not so patiently day after day until finally, finally, her master told her that they were dealing with a “Maul Issue”.
Callback to this, she freaked out, Maul and Savage were confused as hell and Master Kenobi was just. what. the fuck. why. is this. happening to me.
On their way back to the temple, bloody and bruised, more Master Kenobi then Vera as Savage had a very hard time fighting her, he asked what the kriff that was.
So yeah, Vera started rambling about how fucking awesome she thought Maul was, the same with his brother who she found out existed two hours earlier, and that she really wanted a double bladed saber and Master Kenobi just being like this is really not what I meant, stop idolizing them.
She acts similar around Mr. Ohnaka, who finds great joy in the little Kenobi and gladly answered all of her questions about being a Pirate when they meet.
Now, Vera isn’t all happy feeling of course. Just like everyone else, she suffers negative feelings as well, and in her case they are quite...extra.
She has a bad habit of tapping into the dark side of the force, sometimes out of anger, sometimes fear, and sometimes just because it’s the easiest way. If you are able to kill someone by force choking them to end the mission, why shouldn’t you? It doesn’t make you a bad person, right?
Well, it did however turn on her after she turned fourteen, two years after she was assigned to Master Kenobi, and just a few months before the Jedi Purge (Also before ‘Soka’s trial)
A small stealth mission, Master Kenobi and Ani with their two Padawans and a handful of clones, was surprised by a full on assault. The four of them nearly got killed that day.
But a wall inside Vera broke, and every ounce of the Dark Side of the force inside of her was set free, which meant that parts of The Beast were shown.
Vera herself lifted off the ground, together with every droid in front of her, and then they all were crushed at once.
When Vera’s feet were back on the ground once again, and she looked back at the three near unconscious bodies, it was instead of her two mud brown eyes six pitch black one, two on her cheekbones and two on her forehead.
She smiled back at them, showing off her fanged teeth, but she was met with faces of horror. That was when the true realization of what she had done hit her, and The four extra eyes melted back into her skin. Horrifying sight, truly.
She was silent on the way back to the Jedi temple, ‘Soka trying to ask her what happened, but she simply just shook her head.
It was the same in front of the council, she refused to speak so Master Kenobi had to explain what happened. Master Fisto also ended up telling them about the beast, reluctantly, and only after gaining a silent nod from her.
She was expelled that day.
Left silently, didn’t speak to her master, brother Padawan nor sister.
(Alright, I want y’all to take the next thing with a grain of salt. Vera, Kim and I had fun with the idea, and it was mostly a joke, but I’m going to share it anyways. Oh and also, I would recommend reading this beforehand, as use that headcanon, thanks!)
Barely a week or two after she left for Wecacoe trying to find anything about what the kriff she was, she started to feel a presence. It was weak and vague, but one thing was sure.
It was dark.
So Vera sat down in meditation position in front of a candle, as she had always found that that helped, and started to meditate in the dark side of the force.
Barely an hour into doing this it was there once again, more evident this time. When she opened her now six eyes, she locked eyes with a barely solid being, whose eyes shone with gleam and amusement. A being she had only briefly seen before it had knocked her unconscious for who knows how long a year prior in Mortis.
The Son
As any sane person she stood up and ignited her whips, asking how and why he was there.
So he explained who she was.
A fucking force wielder, created fourteen years ago in an attempt to create a being as powerful as him to balance how to ever growing light side of the force. His daughter.
After a lot of convincing and ifs and buts, Vera actually agreed to follow to Mortis as the embodiment of the Darkside, just so she can balance everything out.
(Personal headcanon of mine, the moment a force wielder dies another one is created, if one doesn’t already exist that is. So yeah, she also agrees to find her one year old cousin and brings him there no she did not kidnap him hush).
The Jedi council notices the small shift in the force, and Kenobi, Skywalker, and Tano eventually figures out Mortis, and thanks to the fact that Anakin is a Force Wielder himself (I will never stop believing that), they manage.
The three of them expect to find the Son, or something like him in the Cathedral.
Instead, they find Vera on the floor meditating, her eyes dark and ominous and red markings over her white skin.
They questioned it, obviously, and she explained who and what she was. They didn’t believe her, why would they, and thought that the Son had just manipulated her. This angered her a little as the son, her father, had passed away just a few days earlier. A force manifestation doesn’t make it for that long without a body, and he had fulfilled his purpose by bringing her there.
She offered them to stay, and if they would declined she didn’t want them returning. They refused, and Vera snapped, attacking.
She nearly killed Ahsoka. She stood above her, her whips way to close to the Togrutas throat, eyes once again pitch black and fangs glimmering in the small light that was let in.
Anakin saved her life by slicing up Vera’s mouth, completely destroying parts of her lips. Everything stopped inside of Vera for a second as she was thrown back, blood pouring down her face. A force wielder could not die unless it was of the dagger, but physical damage could be caused to them.
The rage flooded inside her veins, and when she looked up back at her former master, brother padawan and sister, her eyes were neither black nor brown. They were red, and had no sign of her usual kind and happy nature left in them.
Vera lifted the three of the ground, and as angry tears streamed down her face she yelled at them to never return or she would end their life immediately, and then forced them out of Mortis. That was the last time she saw any of them.
She spent most of her days taking care of her cousin, Tartur, or meditating the pain away. Crying became a part of her routine. At first, she constantly checked Kenobi, Skywalker and Tano’s force presence, but stopped after just a few weeks as it hurt too much.
The purge almost gave her a heart attack, as it was so much pain and death at once. All the deaths mixed together made that she couldn’t clearly tell who died when, but when it was finally over she simply assumed that everyone was gone, including her former master and her sister.
Skywalkers fall was understandable, she’d felt his possessive nature when she was still a Padawan, but she was still angered.
Tartur grew up hearing stories of the galaxy, the Jedi and the force. Vera taught him everything she knew about using the force and trained him in hand to hand combat and with a pole resembling a lightsaber. She never picked up her light whips after the day she nearly killed her sister.
Despite being the woman that raised him, and his family, and being the embodiment of light, Tartur grew up hating his cousin because she could leave, he couldn’t.
By Anakin, the child of the force, using the dark side, Tartur had to stay on Mortis to keep the balance and push light side into the force at all times.
Vera on the other hand could leave, or for a few days at least, but she chose not to unless it was for a supply run (This girl loves her son good hot chocolate), otherwise she stayed at all times.
When Maul died, she felt it which was a surprise to her for two reasons.
One, he survived for that long? Told you he was awesome!
And two, she hadn’t felt any deaths since the purge.
Obi-Wan was next, which nearly tore her open. His death actually made her leave Mortis just to find out what happened, and that was when she met a sunny force sensitive young boy named Skywalker. Wait a minute-!
Ahsoka’s death was the last one, years later. At this point she had nearly gotten used to it, and she was able to accept it.
It was also during this time that Tartur and her started to avoid each other for long periods of time. They kept to their side of the planet for sometimes weeks, sometimes longer. Once they went for two years.
After maybe a millions years of living on this planet, sulking for the most part, Vera decided to take initiative and actually see the galaxy, find out what happened to the places she used to love so much.
And the galaxy sure was...different. When she walked around, a cloak covering her dark Jedi looking robes and red eyes scanning the area, she noticed multiple untrained force sensitive beings.
During some quick research in a library, she learned that the Jedi were seen as myths and legends nowadays, and that very few people believed in their existence.
So she took some more initiative and managed to charm her way into talking in front of a couruscant school, her old masters teachings always comes to use, and before she knew it she stood on a stage in front of hundreds of wondering and confused eyes.
So she started simply, asking how many knew what a Jedi were, of which maybe a fourth of the school raised their hand, something that made her incredibly sad. When she asked how many believed in the Jedi, nearly everyone lowered their hand, except for a small Zabrak boy, maybe thirteen or fourteen years old.
The Zabrak boy got a few laughs from the audience, but Vera simply smiled kindly and asked for his name, which was Revar.
And then she explained the force, the Jedi, the Sith, tales of the old republic she’d heard as a child, the clone war, the empire the first order everything. Everything to these children, and no one said a word as she spoke, just stared at her in awe.
When she was finally done and her mouth was dry and she craved hot chocolate, an even younger Twi’lek girl raised her hand and asked what the Jedi were like.
After she answered that question, more hands flew into the air.
So she kept returning to that school, once every three months, to tell stories and answer questions. Some kids did a little research on their own and asked questions about specific Jedi, and she gladly told them of what she knew.
Around ten kids on the school were force sensitive, including Revar, and there were even some that were related to the Jedi of her time. This she never told them while on stage though, and instead in private. She taught these ten a few tricks to conceal their force abilities, but also how to do simple Jedi mind tricks or moving small objects.
More schools requested her, and after around three years with these kids she moved on to a different one. Eventually she stood on stage in front of entire planets, and from time to time even got help by Tartur.
Planets started to hail the Jedi more and more, and small monuments were built in their honor. Temples were created and some requested Vera to teach them, something she accepted.
Soon the Jedi were back, but in a different way than before. Instead of mainly using the light side, or mainly the dark side, it was a mix of both as that is what Vera are.
Vera and Tartur made sure this lasted for billions of years, teaching new younglings and making sure the older spread what they had learnt. Of course they had to regularly return to Mortis, but when they could they were traveling the galaxy.
Aeons after her birth, Vera finally passed away peacefully, her cousins promising to take care of the child that would be created when she was gone.
He didn’t cry, he’d seen this coming for days and he knew that his time weren’t that far away either.
Vera reunited with her family finally in the force, and she watched as what she had created continued to live on long after she was gone.
This took time! Like, really long time! Me, Vera and Kim talked for hours about this, and had to stop to rewatch the Mortis Arc in the middle of it. I actually like where we took this, and it was fun to do.
But for real, this took weeks, so be grateful
