Zucchini is such an amazing vegetable. I love playing around with it and using it in different ways and in different dishes. These are Garlic Parmesan Zucchini Bites and they are amazing. The zucchini flavor in them isn't super strong so they're perfect if you're not a big fan of zucchini but want to get more of it into your body. I love to eat these on their own or top them with tomato sauce. They make a great, flavorful alternative to pasta. My favorite time of day is the early morning. The earlier the better. Yes, I'm one of those weird, crazy, morning people. I love waking up before the rest of the world. I love watching the sunrise. I love listening to the birds waking up. I love drinking fresh, hot coffee in the cool mornings. . . Most of all, I love mornings because they are when I spend time reading my bible and praying. I love to spend time with God every morning. It really helps me to start the day off on the right foot. I'm so much happier when I do this. I'm more motivated. I can focus better.
